I have ordered Prestige GTMO3L 3 Burner glass Manual Gas Stove on 17th 0vtober 2016 for Rs 3510 Rs at delhi on address WZ- 435 / A Nangal Raya near chudi wali gali and BOI ATM above PUGMARKSS SCHOOL 1st floor Delhi cant New Delhi 110046 email id :Parul.[protected]@gmail.com phone no [protected]
But I am continuously getting message and email that the order I have done can’t be delivered but what is the reason behind it?
I have also mentioned phone no [protected] but no one called me on it so how can they say that the order is not delivered, the address is simple even I have ordered many things earlier also on the same address from different online shopping sites
I have already paid for the product then how can it got delay even I was expecting the phone call from the vendor who will deliver, This is very bad

But now i have canceled the order also and i got message that your payment has been refunded to your account, though i did not got any payment back till now, Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I ordered weightrolux digital electronic personal weighing scale (Order no: [protected]) ; but as i was not home, my parents collected that; i came back from my office tour after a week to find that the weighing machine is not working further checked it with my gym instructor who told em that battery might be the issue and then i called snapdeal to find that i cannot return or exchange the machine as it is already 7 days over (I suggest my friends never to buy products from snapdeal as the snapdeal offers the lowest return time in industry), unlike flipkart and amazon who offer 30 days snapdeal offers only 7 days time and then they sell substandard products whose issues after 7 days are not covered;

    I had to spend 150/- rupees on weighing machine of 500/- rs just due to this poor attitude of snapdeal;
    I wrote all above to snapdeal but they have not reverted so far.

        I had ordered Surya Crystal Blue Flower 3 Automatic on Snapdeal but I had recieved damaged and used item first. Later I had ordered for replacing it and I have got now different color item with two burners not working and when I am trying to refund it using unable to do it as well. I had tried to do the same using phone call as well but it is also not working. Very pathetic service by snapdeal. Worst service by Snapdeal. Please let me know what I can do now.

        Reason of Refund :
        Two burners are not working .. One is smaller and another is larger one.Moreover items color is also different what I had ordered.I had ordered blue color while I have received yellow one.

        I am trying to refund it through website as well as call but nothing is working properly.

                My product: micromax juice 2 aq5001 (8 gb, silver) order id: [protected] (2 items), placed on 18 sep, 2016 suborder id: [protected] when received, i found the total internal memory = 4.94 gb and 8 gb is written on website, hence raised a request for refund (ticket id:[protected] after 3 days product was picked but till 6 days when no response came, i inquired and got a reply that we haven't received and i should provide the pickup rcpt. i argued as it was already too late and i believed that this is one of their tricks to evade.
                And then they abruptly closed my complain. i called back but they are not even giving proper response. lastly being totally unsatisfied & disappointed raised a complaint on this portal.
                Request you to kindly help me get the right thing i have paid for or a refund.

                  I am seller on snapdeal.com S80f90. Totally unexpected from their promise. Then give 20000 from advt team as loan and recover without use it. and still I don't want it. they force that whenever you use it. it will be debited from account. and they debit on 2nd day of advt amount which i really not required right now.

                  This revenue generation cannot be only for Snap-deal. We never made money out of it and bearing enough loss by frequent returns and late shipments, In fact, we had borne losses to bear the operational costs. But under such circumstances any pending payment from you over the months then it becomes despairingly frustrating.now again in snapdeal advertise sales such ruse about "Advertise Now and Pay Later"

                  Let’s acknowledge nobody appreciates pursuing or getting pursued for money. I am writing this email after following up with your team about my pending payment status

                  I have made my inventory zero and want my money back . I have even decided to take this matter to legal help and social platforms.

                  We would like to warn all seller esp startup/small seller to stay away from snapdeal due to their fraudulent sellers policies.

                      Hello Mr Kunal, I am really afraid about the working attitude of snapdeal .. Really Sir, the days are passes and i am not getting my solution. My problem remains the same, Its not my fault that i am complaining periodically and no action taken from your side, my 8, 398 rupees are in danger, because that battery is not working more than 15 minutes..and i repeatedly announce thousand of times in MAILS, ON PHONE, ON FACEBOOK, . now please tell me the final answer. what i do. its really painful, the money comes by hard work, i am not you the millionaire, i know the value of even a single rupees and that is the matter of 8 thousand something...please improve your service, i never face such kind of problem from snapdeal and i had trust on your services.. but finally i am stuck and amount is really meaningful for me, i am a service man...Hope you empathise the matter.                           I team,

                          I ordered ray-ban green wayfarer sunglasses rb4194_6019a on 3rd october 2016 from snapdeal, the moment i received the order, i found it was duplicate and without wasting my time i canceled the order. I inquired on rayban and came to know that snapdeal is not authorized to sell rayban sunglasses. They were delaying the pickup, even i got message that pickup was failed and you refund will be cancled in 48hr. They have not contact me anytime. Finally after 3 day they came and pickup the sunglass.
                          The pickup man has checked the product and then accepted the item. Today on 23rd i received the message that product has failed the quality check. I have not seen the sunglass for more than 10 min and in that time how can quality of product will reduced.

                          If action is not taken i will file police case against snapdea, in consumer court. The dealer. I will send complain to rayban that people are being making fooled about product and duplicate product are being shelled on snapdeal.

                          Need to stop snapdeal to do same with other consumers.

                              I have ordrered fashion feb door eyelet curtain 3 set ORDER ID [protected] which cost 1248 rupees with delivery charges on 22 oct 2016. after i recieving the mail from snap deal " we noticed that your last purchase wasn't sucessfully placed ur cash will be refunded whith in 24 hours.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I ordered two kurties and they delivered wrong size, when i raised a replacement request they refuse to replace... and the reason is told by there executive is "maam your account is bolck by our team bcz they found some problem in your account"(even don't clear the problem, just continuously repeat this line only).

                                and when i said K block the account but complete my order first, how can you leave issue open and close the account of customer... but they only have one answer that your account having some problem your account is blocked and we are not able to do anything.

                                Finally after so many calls mails till my money is block and issue is closed from there side...

                                Please help to resolve it.

                                  I have done online shopping at snapdeal. Order: [protected] i have placed an order for maser led tv (22), i got product without any accessorizes. But i have received only the led tv, not received the accessorizes. From 10th oct i am calling the snapdeal representative. They said to wait for 2 days. From then i called thrice, but till no one responds properly. Its already more than 14 days, i have not yet received accessorizes with the order.

                                    I had placed the order for a laptop on 5th october after 15 days i get message at night 9 o clock that you were not available take delivery whereas in reality delivery person didnt attempt the delivery or phone call. This repeated on 19th again even after rescheduling the time and specifying the time and talking to customer care no use. on 22nd i get a message stating your order is cancelled.
                                    no coordination, no responsibility. very poor customer service.

                                      The service they are providing on their "7 day trusted policy" is very pathetic.

                                      MXQ Pro 4K S905 Android Digital TV Streaming Android device:

                                      I have purchased two items of the above mentioned product on snapdeal.com which was delivered to me on 12th of october. i am not satisfied with the product, because the product doesnt have the features displayed on webpage, so decided to return it. when i put up a return request, they sent a service engineer to verify the product and approved the return request upon numerous phone calls from my side for one of the item. On october 19th, the status shows that Courier is out to pickup your item. its been 1 week. but no body is picking it up. evry day morning i am recieving message that it will be picked up today. but no one is picking it up. if i complain on customer care, nobody is responding to my concern.

                                      for the 2nd item, they have not even approved the return request. they are saying the service engineer has not sent the job sheet for the 2nd item. Upon their request, i even uploaded the job sheet copy which was sent to me.
                                      The service centre guys were not responding to my calls also. it been 2 weeks since i have place a return request. Now i am not even able to connect to their customer care number. If i call the IVR is not connceting to the customer care guy, says" wait until your item is picked up".

                                      What do i have to do?

                                      The 2 items are with me. there is no one to help me.

                                      1. one is out for pickup and not getting collected by courier from 7 days.
                                      (they said it should be collected within 24 hours)

                                      2.return request is not approved from past 2 weeks because of thier mistake (missing job sheet). not responding to the compalint. i have so many complaints numbers from their which are still unresolved.

                                      Now i am very doubtful that even they pickup, will they deposit my money back?
