I ordered for an iPhone 5s on 7th Oct 2016 which was delivered by 12th of Oct 2016 immediately I requested for return and refund due to some manufacturing issues and the product was collected by them on 13th but till date I haven't received my money back. I am literally calling them up daily but no executive is picking up my call and I have complained them twice regarding this but I got no response from them. It seems impossible to reach their executives. Please help me get my money back.

Haven't got any response from Snapdeal. I sent a mail to the address they have mentioned above but has got no reply yet. Please revert my money it's been 14 days since I Lodged a complaint. It seems they are not proceeding with the complaint. Please update me regarding the revert of my money.
