I ordered a keyboard from my account. When I got it, it was not working properly (backspace key and A key). I put a return request quickly but it was a delay on their part to pick it up. Again it was a fault on their part that they didn't get it. When they received it, they said that it's up to the mark. I requested to check it again. Then they admitted that yes it's faulty product. But they made a lame excuse that it's dirty. I requested many times but they people are just stubborn. They fail to serve me well as a customer. I was not late to file a request. It was at Snapdeal that the product was lying in the queues of checking and pending requests. There it might have got dirty. And how can I use a product which is not working properly, to such an extent that it got dirty. Also they are not allowing me to exchange it with some other product if I want to cooperate. It clearly appears that they are making lame and illogical excuses. I highly requested them to please return my money back or let me buy some other product.

    I have ordered 2 pair of shoes and it bill was coming 682 as shown on website but when they came they charged me about 750 above which was unexpected and these shoes I have to gift it to my friend.       My order i'd number is [protected] i booked a nike shoe which is deliverd on 27 sep but i have size issue so i returned it .a courier boy pick up my product they match size quality every thing and every company rule first checkit then he can go but they exchange my product . When quality checked was hold my product failed and after 10 days they send me damage and old shoe rgularly i call on snapdeal number regularly one weak they assure me i short out your problem with in 24 hour and your money will be refunded after one weak you company member call me and say that your complain is rejected i want my money if not then they give reason why snapdeal team rejected my order i also mail to founder of snapdeal but they donot response me

        I have ordered a product from snapdeal and i paid itself on the time of order but it has been month but still i have not recived my order and they are saying that the order has been delivered. But when i asked them toh whom an thorough which courier partner they are not able to answer . I have complaint manier times but still they dont care.

            Product placed on 1 October, received very late on 10th October that too after calling the customer care service many times, on first day itself the fingerprint scanner was not working, second day fingerprint scanner was not detecting fingerprint, I raised return complaint against the product, the product was picked up successfully on 17th October, I am talking with the customer care people they are not giving me any information about refund, just saying wait for 24 hours and after 24 hours they are again saying wait, selling a faulty product and expecting the customer to wait patiently, even after the Snapdeal Gold Quality Assurance I am getting a faulty product, on what should I trust now. I want my refund as soon as possible.

              Cheating case from Snapdeal.
              I have ordered Pampers products 2 units from Snap Deal, but I have physically received only 1 unit against Oder ID [protected]. Since last 20 days I'm following with Snap Deal but no one is helping me to sort this issue. I would like to make all the customers who are buying from Snap Deal should be very cautious. When I contact to Snap Deal call center, they just say the case will b sort out within 24 hours, but one calls me or I don't receive any reply from Snap Deal. Furthermore the call center help line is not reachable after holding it for 30, 40 minutes.
              I would like to aware all the buyers from Snap Deal please avoid buying from Snap Deal as there is a chance of loosing money either to Snap Deal, or to supplier, or to courier company.

                I paced order [protected] on 2nd October and did'nt receive any update till 14th. Even no reply was there for enquiry mail sent through snapdeal application. Later received a message that my ordered has been canceled and on application its showing refund complete on 19th october. However no amount is credited in my account. Request you to look into the issue.

                This is second time when order has been cancelled and I have to struggle in following up with you.

                        I have ordered a refund for the goods I had ordered. They have not come to collect it back. Neither have they called to confirm. I m afraid they want the goods back and they want to pay me back also.
                        These products are packed and kept safely so that I can return them in good condition, But I AM GETTING HASSELED BY THE SPACE THEY ARE TAKING UP IN MY HOUSE!!!

                        I want them to RESPOND ASAP, AND TAKE THE GOODS FROM MY HOUSE. I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER.

                          My Debit Card linked with my Indian Bank Savings account was hacked by someone and made a purchase with Snapdeal on 6th February 2016. With the help of my Banker, I was managed to collect information regarding the Transaction particulars. Immediately after this cyber-attack, I alerted Snapdeal regarding this issue (Snapdeal Query No:[protected]. Very same day, I have also received an acknowledgement message from Snapdeal that they will hold the particular order. Subsequently, I have lodged a Police compliant with a local police station and based on the instructions of Local Police Personnel, I have also lodged a complaint with Chennai Cybercrime cell. Even after continuous follow-up with Snapdeal for more than 8 months, I am still awaiting to receive my money back from them. Snapdeal is holding my money for no reason.

                                  I had ordered for 2 lyf mobile phones and paid 7541 rs using my credit card after discount.

                                  Order was accepted and after couple of days i received a mail from snap deal with the tracking number[protected].
                                  I got the delivery on[protected], but was astonished to see only 1 phone instead of 2 for which i had made the payment.

                                  Tracking number[protected].
                                  Sub order id - [protected] and [protected].
                                  Seller in snap deal — eastern logica infoway ltd. kunda_vl-voi.

                                  I did get in touch with the courier company (xpressbees) they said with one tracking number there can be only one box and cannot be two different boxes. (one box can have any number of items inside the box but i received only 1 phone instead of 2.

                                  Have also sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and also to [protected]@snapdeal.com. they informed me that representative would call me but i haven't received any calls from them yet.

                                  Could you please help me with the issue.

                                  Not mentioning my personal details, if needed will do it the next reply.

                                    I ordered pink frock for 3-4 year child but i received blue top with white leg-in for 10-12 year child. I was very upset with the snap deal services. I returned item on 18oct, 2016. I suppose to get refund within next 2 hours but i have not received my refund yet. I tried to contact snap deal in many ways but they are not reachable and no body has contacted me yet. I realized that i put incorrect bank details.

                                    Fyi-i have now updated corrcted bank details on website. I am requesting you to please initiated refund asap.

                                    This case is not resolved. I haven't received my refund as I put Incorrect bank details. So the snap deal had initiated refund which was failed.I have updated correct bank details with my bank statement. Please refund my money Asap.

                                    It is really making me upset. How come you have resolved this complain. Can't you check from your end as the refund transaction was failed. by mistake I put incorrect account number of ICICI bank. I have already checked with my bank and also updated my bank statement. I haven't received any amount from snap deal.

                                      I ordered a Casual shoe from snapdeal. The product i received was damaged. I requested for return. Waited for 10 days but no one was there to receive it. When they finally came to receive on the 11th day. My office was closed for a week due to puja break. The product return was closed by the time my office reopened.
