Product placed on 1 October, received very late on 10th October that too after calling the customer care service many times, on first day itself the fingerprint scanner was not working, second day fingerprint scanner was not detecting fingerprint, I raised return complaint against the product, the product was picked up successfully on 17th October, I am talking with the customer care people they are not giving me any information about refund, just saying wait for 24 hours and after 24 hours they are again saying wait, selling a faulty product and expecting the customer to wait patiently, even after the Snapdeal Gold Quality Assurance I am getting a faulty product, on what should I trust now. I want my refund as soon as possible.
