I had ordered Gionee S6 mocha gold mobile on 6th Oct 2016 and was delivered on 14 Oct but after unpacking the box I found different product Vivo V3 mobile.After that I raised a returned complain .So I was scheduled for return product with a date Snap deal courier person arrived and checked the parcel and again his writing to snap deal that customer is giving different product.
I can't understand one thing that I have received a different product from snap deal and when I raised a complaint then why can snap deal correspondents convey a proper message to the courier person that the customer has received a different product .I had to again raise a complaint against this.This is very very bad and disappointing experience I ever had with snap deal..

    On 30th September, 2016 the above product got delivered to me. There was size issue problem in that product so I had gone for refund of this product. Snapdeal didnt refund me back stating there was some quality issues with the product. when i returned the product it was in a proper condition the one which i received how there can be an issues with the quality . There was only size issue that's it. If there is an issue with return than why Snapdeal is giving 7 days easy return policy to there customer. Stop doing that people will stop returning you the products. I was following snapdeal from when everytime snapdeal people is giving me wrong information. Some are stating that you will be getting your money back. Some Snapdeal people tell that you will be getting your product back and some Snapdeal people stating that you will not be getting return and refund both.

    such a pathetic customer service they are providing to there customer. Not doing anything from there side. I need you to look into the same and esclate the matter to higher authorities. Either return my product or else my money.

        I ordered for an iPhone 5s on 7th Oct 2016 which was delivered by 12th of Oct 2016 immediately I requested for return and refund due to some manufacturing issues and the product was collected by them on 13th but till date I haven't received my money back. I am literally calling them up daily but no executive is picking up my call and I have complained them twice regarding this but I got no response from them. It seems impossible to reach their executives. Please help me get my money back.

          I want to bring to your notice that the behaviour of the delivery man was very bad, way he was tallked look like that he don't want to deliver the product .he told that come to place were he was he will not deliver at your place otherwise he will cancel the order.
          I think this type of attitude is not good for the co. and customer both. look into the issue as if i would have paid online I would be felling cheated, earlier I have bought the product but haven't face this type of issue

            Received product on 8th October but the Warranty starts from Jan 28, 2016 (Image-1)

            Snapdeal Requested send the Express code / service Tag... (Image - 2)

            Courier slip request mail from snapdeal (Image - 3)

            Courier Send manually... Courier slip ( Image - 4)

            Replacement request has cancelled (Quality check is failed ) due to that customer executive noted that the Product has connectivity issue ( Informed by Customer support when i call them) but the Request is raised for Warranty issue.

            Request Ticket ID : 32935184

            But the Complaint is not processed till now... ( Image - 5)

            They also agreed that the Quality check is failed rejected due to that the complaint registered wrong.

            But they are not revealing what happening from 4 days and they are tellling that product will be send back with in 48 hrs but there is update from 4days..

              I ordered nike full length socks 18 pair pack on 15 oct 2016 at just 211 rs.i got sms of confirmation of order from snapdeal too .My login order status also showed quantity of socks as 18 pair pack but after week I haven t received my order .Today on 23 oct when I open my orders status to track my order it showed just 3 pairs.

                I had purchased a samsung j2Pro from snapdeal for Inr 9450 in oct they delivered the phone on 23rd oct but when I tried to install Jio app it was giving message this app cannot be installed in your country.
                I complaint to snapdeal they send an engineer after 5 days to check the handset he meintion the complaint cannot be resolved after that snapdeal arrange the courier to pick the handset back to check with their qualified engineers from 29 th sept till date nobody replies back what is the issue it only gives a message saying my complaint is rejected for what reason none of the customer service or supervisors know. Finally when i called them they are telling me the complaint is rejected the reason is headset missing after almost 20 days of follow up i got a reply can anybody tell me is this a valid reason for not releasing my handset and how come the courier guy picked up the incomplete box.
                And if the box was incomplete why nobody called n informed all are useless people sitting there least bothered about the customer satisfaction and what basis u are asking to give u rating not deserve to give u zero u r even below that. How many supervisors n customer agents i have spoken but no information yet kindly refund my money or provide me with new handset

                I had purchased above phone from snapdeal they delivered the set but when i want to install jio app it shiws message this app is not availble in ur country I complained to snapdeal they sent the engineer to chk & he was also not able to solve the problem finally snapdeal arranged the courier to collect the same on 28 sept but till today 23 oct i have not received my phone back after a long follow up now they are saying that the headset is missing from the box how can a courier collect incomplete set they dont have answers till today they are tracing the courier kindly accept my complaint asap and help me to solve this issue. Non of the customer agents or the supervisor are able to give a proper answer. Please do help.

                      Order # [protected] had multiple products.
                      One of the most advertised deal was delayed ~2 week (from order) and even then something else was delivered.
                      Although the price of the unwanted product might have been comparable, it is of no use for us.

                      To further dismay:
                      - there has been no responce (still awaiting 2 weeks) to the email complaint raised (and also sent the reminder).
                      - No toll free number
                      - Contact number does not have appropriate complaint option for the incorrect delivery.

                        To whom so ever it may concern,

                        As per my order id [protected] and Sub order id: [protected] in snapdeal,
                        I had ordered BOSCH GSB 10 corded 500w drilling machine. To my shock it is not working.
                        When I apply load the machine does not switch ON. When I contacted snapdeal,
                        it says the replacement time is out and it was within 7 days.
                        I contacted Bosch service center by name Dhanalakshmi tools in Mysore but did not get satisfied.
                        I want to return this machine and urge Snapdeal to refund my money. I never expected this from Snapdeal.
                        This is my 1st order in Snapdeal and got totally dissatisfied..
                        please refund my money and take this not working machine back.

                            1. i have paid for two high back chesterfield chair (buy 1 get1 free)
                            2. i get delivery of only 1 chair
                            3. when i ask for return and refund, after 3 days i am told that snapdeal cannot pick up
                            4. please either send me the 1 chair that was not delivered or refund half the money for 1 missing chair or pick up the chair from my premises and refund the entire amount
                            5. there is no online support and no call back from snapdeal, no accountability and no customer care

                            - i did not get the 2 chairs that i paid for and i have not heard of any positives options about what snapdeal can do to fix the problem.
                            - it is a problem created by snapdeal vendors and should be resolvable at your end. the customer should not be inconvenienced because of somebody else’s misgivings.
                            - i have unboxed a can of worms from snapdeal this diwali.

                              I purchased a Sony LED television against order ID [protected] on 06.10.16. The product was delivered on 17.10.16. As mentioned on site that we have to contact to customer care of the product for the purpose of its installation. I called up Sony customer care on 17.10.16 for the installation of the product, but they refused to provide me their services and told that the product i have referred to Sony is not from an authorised dealer of Sony. Therefore, my product can not be installed & product is resistant to all kind of services which should have been provided including warranty of the product. It means the product supplied in the name of Sony is not a genuine product.
                              On 20.10.16 i placed a request for return of this product. I received an SMS thst within 1-2 days product will be picked up. On 21.10.16 one man from their courier partner came and after seeing the product told that he will come after an hour with one of his other man to pick up the same as the product is heavy. But he never came back again and the worst thing about them & their courier partner is they give false & fake uodates that we tried to pick up product but it was unsuccessful because of customer unavailibity. No one is calling me up back.
                              On 21.10.16 i received an SMS That your pick up was unsuccessful. You again put up your request of return within 48 hours otherwise your request for return will be cancelled. After going to site at my order there is no such option is available to return the product.
                              I tried customer care number to contact them but the worst thing is that there is no option talk to any executive only pre recorded tapes are plays according to their choice of options.
                              It is my humble request with the team of snapdeal to pick up the product immediately as i have not opened the original packing of the same. It is lying as it is supplied to me.
                              Manage to pick up the product at the esrliest. This is my worst experience for online shopping with Snapdeal.com.

                              I am regularly contacting to customer care of Snapdeal since 21.10.2016 on Tel. No.[protected] regarding return of my product. But till date no action has been initiated. Every day, in morning I received a message through SMS that your pick up is unsuccessful. After contacting to customer care they only response me that don't worry your product will be picked up very soon, we have send the mail to the concerned authorities as well as Nuvoex i.e. there courier partner.
                              I am frustrated now.

                                I bought a new phone from snapdeal . it was not working properly, that's why I replaced it . On 3rd october they took that phone, on 4th october they said that you would get your phone in 48 hrs, but today is 15th day we haven;t received my phone and their customer representatives is not helping us .they only listen but don't do anything. they only said i would something . if they are not gonna to give us my phone, please refund my money because we don't have enough money to spoil on such worst sites . Seriously its our worst experience with snapdeal, its my biggest mistake that I bought from snapdeal. please refund my money

                                    मैंने स्नैपडील का भेजा हुआ नकली और बेकार मोबाइल फोन स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा स्नैपडील के दिए गए पते पर 17 अक्टूबर 2016 को भेजा था लेकिन आज 22 अक्टूबर 2016 को यह मोबाइल फोन मुझे वापस प्राप्त हो गया और पैकेज पर कारण लिखा है कि "कंपनी इस पते पर नहीं है और न कभी थी"। और अभी तक मुझे इसका हर्जाना नहीं मिला है पता जो स्नैपडील ने मुझे दिया था वह है :-

                                    ऊपर दिए गए पते का वापसी फॉर्म भी मैंने पैकेज पर लगाया था। लेकिन पाँचवी बार भी यह पैकेज मुझे वापस मिला हर बार की तरह। मुझे लगता है कि स्नैपडील के लिये अब ग्राहक कोई महत्त्व नहीं रखता क्योंकि मैंने 26 आर्डर स्नैपडील पर प्लेस किये हैं और स्नैपडील अब मेरे आर्डर से ऊब गया है और अब मुझसे और आर्डर नहीं चाहिए।

                                    स्नैपडील एक भद्दी, झूठी और बेकार कंपनी है और वह नकली और बेकार सामान बेचती है। मैं चाहूंगा कि कोई भी ग्राहक इस दिवाली पर स्नैपडील से सामान आर्डर करके अपना पैसा, समय और जीवन बर्बाद न करें।

                                    I sent many emails to Snapdeal via Snapdeal App (Contact Customer C) regarding Snapdeal's fraud but Snapdeal never replied. And When I made Calls to Snapdeal on [protected] but IVRS says No Order found with your Mobile Number. Contacting Snapdeal Customer Care Service is like impossible.

                                    I have returned the product via India Post and its delivered too but I haven't received any refund yet and in my Snapdeal app its showing "we are reviewing your courier receipt"even though i have uploaded courier receipt.Please look at this matter and resolve it Please. I have uploaded the courier receipt and delivery report of the product too.

                                    I have complained several times still no response to my email.. I am attaching every document in this.

                                    i didn't like the quality so I placed a return request on 28 june 2020, the day I received it. At first the pickup was scheduled for 29 june, but it was cancelled and i received mail that i have to courier it, the return form i downloaded from the link provided which i am attaching in this mail too. i sent the courier on 1 st july 2020 by courier facility- DELHIVERY, with which snapdeal is in tie up.
                                    The courier facility has informed that the address provided by the seller is incorrect and incomplete and they are unable to deliver it . I myself tried to trace the order of the seller but I am unable to find it. I uploaded the courier invoice on 1st july itself but again i received email that images are not received and then another email that image is under review. After this several times i received an email that the return request is closed because i was unable to upload the image. I tried contacting Snapdeal but no one responded. . the money i spent for the order and courier all is wasted.
                                    now when the courier facility delivered it to their address at snapdeal warehouse in daultabad, gurgaon, snapdeal sent me an email stating the change in address . now the address is
                                    VULCAN EXPRESS PVT LTD
                                    NEAR CHEELNA MANDIR, CHANDU VILLAGE, GURGAON, HARYANA 122505

                                    AND AS MENTIONED BY ABOVE CUSTOMERS AND COURIER SERVICE ALSO THIS ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE AND INVALID, SO THEY ARE RETURNING IT.

                                    FRAUD SNAPDEAL TOTAL SCAM. FROM NOW I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM IT ANYTHING.

                                      My order no with snapdeal is [protected].
                                      I ordered Samsung Microwave Oven on 2nd Oct 2016.
                                      They delivered product on 15th Oct 2016 and item was damaged.
                                      I requested for replacement on 16th 2016. And it had to pe picked up by 18th Oct 2016. Today is 22nd Oct 2016 and still no one came to pick up item.
                                      And the worst thing about them and their courier partner is they give fake update that we tried to pick up product but it was unsuccessful because of customer unavailability. No one is calling me up and I am at home full day.
                                      They are just faking things and making customer fool.
                                      Please help me on this.

                                        I had ordered a Surf Excel Household Kit - Surf Excel Matic Top Load 2Kg+ Vim Dishwash Lemon Gel 500 ml+ Comfort Fabric Conditioner 200 ml.
                                        I did not receive the "Comfort fabric conditioner" in the package. I have mailed the complaint to snapdeal 3 times, each time to be greeted with the reply "Your order is not eligible for refund/replacement. "
                                        There is no option to talk to an executive on the customer care number.
                                        Highly irresponsible company. Would not suggest anyone to buy anything from snapdeal.
