I have ordered a Armani watch and received it on 13th/Oct/2016. I have gifted it my friend and to my shock when I closely observed the watch its a fake one. To keep this like an original watch they have used blue colour cover in the middle of watch on the dial like an original watch and its slowly popping out of the watch which you can clearly seen in the photo.I paid almost 14k like an Original watch. I have just missed the return/refund policy date by a single day. Now they are saying I can't return it. Yes, I agree I can not return it if its a original one. But knowing that its fake one, how can they apply return policy for the fake delivered products. I have lost my hard earned money 13k on this site. Can't I do anything now ..? ...please help in taking some action.

The seller name is kavyajewellss .. His name is also fake .. he added one more s to the name of Original seller kavya jewells and created fake name kavyajewellss ... The Armani certificate provided along with watch when googled it also fake ... bar code attached to the watch is also fake ...Everything is fake related to him .. got tired of complaining to snap deal ... via customer care ... via writing mails after mails .. via twitter ... DOnt left with any other option other than leaving a complaint here ... sue that fake seller please and return my money

      I have ordered Pigeon Sterling 1800W Induction Cooktop on 2nd October and received wrong product Lenovo Laptop Bag on 7th Oct. My order id is: [protected] and suborder Id is: [protected]. On 7th Oct I have raised the same concern by calling Snapdeal customer care no: [protected], they have then arranged replacement and arrange reverse pickup of the product on 8th October by NUVOEX courier company. By 8th October no one call or visit into my place and updated fake remarks that unable to pickup. Every second day they are rescheduling the pickup date after then. I have called many times to Snapdeal paid number [protected], however the same return I have received from Snapdeal that, "Sir your pickup will be getting done in next two days", however no one came & pickup the product and everytime NUVOEX courier company updated fake remarks. By 15th October on of the agent came from NUVOEX and denied pickup as this was the wrong product laptop bag and not induction cooktop, and said that they require email confirmation from Snapdeal for this pickup. Again I waited for two more days and then call customer care to the same paid number and same response received that your product will picked up by next day. Till then called to customer care so many times and wasted my time & money for calling paid customer care, but no resolution till date. It's 22nd October now, from 8th Oct to 22nd Oct there is no resolution, and no reverse pickup done. Don't know when someone come and pick this wrong product. I also need some kind of compensation for this to called so many times to this paid number to wasted my money & time.

      Please look into this issue on urgent basis and get the resolution done. I never planned to raise complain, this is high time now and really frustrated with the service. Specially from the courier company NUVOEX which always updating fake remarks. I wanted to have some strict action regarding that so that people beleave into service industry, specially eCommerce portal.

      Today morning the status updated: Pickup will be done today by Hrushikesh Sarode ([protected]) from NUVOEX. The courier company didn't contacted me and by 9:30 PM status updated as pickup failed. I was at my home throughout entire day. Even after commitment they are not taking this seriously.

          I have ordered red tape shoes from snapdeal the pair of shoes are totaly different from one other, the shape, material and i requested the replacement of the product no response from snapdeal
          neither the pickup has been done nor the customer care are contacted .and now when i raise request again i shows that the replacemnet time has ended.

            I am fed up of this company. I made a huge mistake to place an order of “Morphy Richards 24 Ltr OTG” on 4th October (Order ID – [protected]), I got this order after serious delays on 19th October (After 15 freaking days), this was the first mistake of Snapdeal. Upon opening the package, I was shocked to see that the door hinge of the OTG was broken and had to apply for a "Replace" request (Ticket[protected] because apparently "Return" is not applicable on the particular seller. This is their Second mistake. Now, since the past 2 days I had to wait for the pickup guy from NUVOEX to come and collect the item, but behold, I have been getting messages late at night from Snapdeal that the pickup failed because no one was at home. I have been at home the whole time, no one came or called from Nuvoex, I even took 3 deliveries from Amazon yesterday. Finally, I had to again schedule a pickup, for the 3rd time, because of inept, incompetent and substandard practices of Snapdeal and Nuvoex. And above that I found out this type of thing happens with other customers who have applied for return as well (Look at the pic). MAYBE THIS IS A SCAM, THAT PEOPLE WILL JUST GET FED UP AND KEEP THE PRODUCT, and this should be duly investigated by the Government Consumer Helpline, I will be filing a complaint by today, I hope all other people follow suit. I WANT SNAPDEAL TO TAKE BACK THIS ITEM, REFUND ME MY MONEY, AND BECAUSE I HAVE TO NOW BUY IT FROM RETAIL STORE AS I WANTED THIS PRODUCT TO BE AT HOME BY DIWALI, I HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE AS DIWALI SALES ARE OVER, SNAPDEAL TO REIMBURSE ME THE DIFFERENCE THAT I HAVE TO PAY TO BUY 24 LTS MORPHY RICHARDS OTG, OR ANY 24LTR OTG IF THE SAME BRAND NOT AVAILABLE, BECAUSE OF THEIR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES.

              I got an old faulty product and the battery of the product was not included in the pack. I send it back and completed all the formalities to get my refund. But the company declined my refund request stating that the item I send them back did not pass the quality check from their ware house! It is sure that the company is declining the refund request with a lame excuse.

                  Even I have given a chq of the same to another person. He will give be abusing for the same due to wrong commitments.

                      I ordered an iPhone 6s from Snapdeal and was delivered a defective one. The phone vibrates abnormally. Like there is a rattling sound coming out of it when on vibration as if the vibrator is touching the body of the phone.

                      They are not ready to refund or replace the phone. They say that their quality team has verified and the product is working fine. so they cannot help me.

                          I've had returned the zoook Bluetooth speaker due to its technical fault to Snapdeal n I asked for refund n on my snapdeal account it's showing refund successful on 18th Oct 2016, but in my bank account amt has not yet been transferred from Snapdeal.. It's been 3 days waiting for my refund already n Snapdeal customer services sucks badly...                             Hi,
                            I'm Pranav Priyadarshi and two of my orders, Sub order id : [protected] & [protected] of Order id : [protected] were rescheduled for 12th of October. When not delivered to me till 17th I raised the concern by calling snapdeal. I had a word with Rahul who assured me that I'll recieve my product very soon. Next morning when I woke up I saw a message from snapdeal that my orders were cancelled and I again called you guys. I had word with Simran and she raised two tickets with #32926246 & #32926252. As both the orders being a prepaid order you were not supposed to cancel it without intimating me about what was going to happen. This is not a kind of service that I expect from you guys.

                              Are you cheating to customer or what ?? Without delivering the product your team has updated the status delivered.

                              This is how you make fool to the customers?

                              I done the payment online but now you are making fool for us.

                              Let me take the Legal action on this If I didn't get the product on or before 26-October-2016 . I have all the evidence to put the fraud case on SNAPDEAL.

                                I had ordered a product on 10th October 2016 in Snapdeal online shopping. It was due to be delivered between October 14 and 18, 2016. It hasn't reached me yet. I had paid in full. I've sent multiple mails and had called the customer care a hundred times. But no response. Very poor service. I wouldn't recommend Snapdeal to anyone. I want the product or atleast a refund. They are such cheats. Very poor customer service. They shouldn't have this online service at all. Such frauds!! It's a scam website.

                                  the parcel was bring by DELHIVERY courier,
                                  but they sent me an ""old laptop charger with 1 feet wire""
                                  that is completely fraud.
                                  when i applied for refund policy the courier boy was unable to accept because that wire is cut. they sent go to their courier office. i went there then they send me to vulcan -snapdeal warehouse at kondlakoya village near medchal. they too does solve the problem.

                                    Order id: [protected] i placed order for redmi note 3 32 gb on snapdeal. Product delivered was defective. As i charged it mobile got heated. Very next day i complained to customer care. Reference number: 32550608. I was told to download gizmodoctor app. Battery temp was showing 40 c. I send screen shot to customer care. Now instead of exchanging mobile phone, they are asking me to contact service center for repair. They want certificate from service center the product is defective. Very first place they should have checked the product and then delivered it. Now they are making customer to run from one place to another. Their customer care representative also not talk properly. There is no mechanism to complaint to higher authority.

                                      I am a regular consumer of snapdeal from purnia.bihar but now i m facing lots of problem... i ordered few products from snapdeal like red chief boots, puma shoes, intex power bank and i got the message that all these products has reached purnia...the blue dart courier where u send ur products is doing the bad thing .when any product comes there they used to cancel our on their own.they should ask first either we want the product or not by a calll...plzzzzz do something i am facing lots of problems
