I am fed up of this company. I made a huge mistake to place an order of “Morphy Richards 24 Ltr OTG” on 4th October (Order ID – [protected]), I got this order after serious delays on 19th October (After 15 freaking days), this was the first mistake of Snapdeal. Upon opening the package, I was shocked to see that the door hinge of the OTG was broken and had to apply for a "Replace" request (Ticket[protected] because apparently "Return" is not applicable on the particular seller. This is their Second mistake. Now, since the past 2 days I had to wait for the pickup guy from NUVOEX to come and collect the item, but behold, I have been getting messages late at night from Snapdeal that the pickup failed because no one was at home. I have been at home the whole time, no one came or called from Nuvoex, I even took 3 deliveries from Amazon yesterday. Finally, I had to again schedule a pickup, for the 3rd time, because of inept, incompetent and substandard practices of Snapdeal and Nuvoex. And above that I found out this type of thing happens with other customers who have applied for return as well (Look at the pic). MAYBE THIS IS A SCAM, THAT PEOPLE WILL JUST GET FED UP AND KEEP THE PRODUCT, and this should be duly investigated by the Government Consumer Helpline, I will be filing a complaint by today, I hope all other people follow suit. I WANT SNAPDEAL TO TAKE BACK THIS ITEM, REFUND ME MY MONEY, AND BECAUSE I HAVE TO NOW BUY IT FROM RETAIL STORE AS I WANTED THIS PRODUCT TO BE AT HOME BY DIWALI, I HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE AS DIWALI SALES ARE OVER, SNAPDEAL TO REIMBURSE ME THE DIFFERENCE THAT I HAVE TO PAY TO BUY 24 LTS MORPHY RICHARDS OTG, OR ANY 24LTR OTG IF THE SAME BRAND NOT AVAILABLE, BECAUSE OF THEIR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES.
