Got delivered in 5 days, But did not receive the TV Stand, Remote & batteries or wall mount bracket.
Delivery person said, he is responsible only for delivery not the content within the box.
Contacted Sony Customer support team, they told to check with SnapDeal Seller, can't help.
Snapdeal & its fake sellers are making life hell for genuine customers.
SnapDeal customer support IVR no is not having enough options for such kind of mistakes from their end. One just keep pressing options & nothing happens.
Can snapdeal tell us whats wrong ?
How can we contact seller for such a bad delivery ?
I've gone through many complaints posted here & looks getting refund is huge task, people are waiting since May-2016 still not getting refund.
