Got delivered in 5 days, But did not receive the TV Stand, Remote & batteries or wall mount bracket.
Delivery person said, he is responsible only for delivery not the content within the box.

Contacted Sony Customer support team, they told to check with SnapDeal Seller, can't help.

Snapdeal & its fake sellers are making life hell for genuine customers.

SnapDeal customer support IVR no is not having enough options for such kind of mistakes from their end. One just keep pressing options & nothing happens.

Can snapdeal tell us whats wrong ?
How can we contact seller for such a bad delivery ?

I've gone through many complaints posted here & looks getting refund is huge task, people are waiting since May-2016 still not getting refund.

      I have ordered two sarees from snapdeal and I faced issue with both of them.
      First one Khatu green saree its quality was so disguting.. It's cloth ws about to tear off when i put it in my hand.
      And second one aysha pink saree.. There was clearly written and displayed about the clour of the saree ie PINK but what i recieved was a PURPLE one..
      I gifted that saree to my relative and do you know how insulting it was when they said that honey the saree which you gifted us seems fake and you need to contact snapdeal.. These people dont understand what they are doing to the customers..

      I raised a complain and asked them to refund both my sarees and they picked the sarees up from my house and later refused to initiate the refund as according to them my reason didnt reached to their clearence level..
      Its the dispute between snapdeal and the seller that they write something and deliver something different.
      RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE BOTH THE SAREES.. THEY ARE REFUSING FOR THE REFUND AND ALSO NOT SENDING THEM BACK..

      MOST IMPORTANT THING- They are such insensitives.. they dont have the decency to acknowledge the customers problem.
      I recieved a mail regarding the order that they wont initiate the refund on 16th october.. And SINCE THAT DATE I HAVE CALLED THEM 17 TIMES..THEY DONT HAVE ANY TOLL FREE NUMBER.. I SPENT AROUND 400RS BALANCE TO TALK TO THEM AND RECONSIDER MY CASE..
      I used to call daily 4-5 times a day and they usually take 15minutes time to bring the customer executive on line.. Balance worth 20rs just to get in touch with one of their adviser.. leave that.. another thing which i am gonna tell will make everyone stunned..
      I called up on 16th. they said that my complaint has been registered and their team was looking into my case and i will get a response from them within 24 hours either through mail or through call.. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVED ANY CALLS, MESSAGES OR MAILS..
      On 17th they again said that your complaint has been forwarded to their concerned team and they will look into that i will get a response.. THAT DAY ALSO NOTHING HAPPENED.
      SAME HAPPENEND ON 18TH AND 19TH OF OCTOBER..
      Loosing my control I called them up yesterday ie 20th october.. I GOT MY CALL TRANSFERRED TO THEIR SENIOR EXECUTIVE AND HE TOLD ME THAT NO ONE FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT IN THESE COUPLE OF DAYS..
      I mean they were making fool of me since 5 days saying that sir your complaint has been forwarded.. What the hell is this.. SNAPDEAL SHAME ON YOU !!
      I asked for the complaint no. every time and they used to say that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but yesterday was the first time when I asked for the complaint no and the senior executive gave me that[protected]
      I also have the audio recordings of all the calls I placed to snapdeal and today I went through them I concluded that they are big big liars.. These people think that they are the god over here.. But I am gonna upload all the recorings to youtube so that all the people must know about this fraud company running in India..
      These people do advertisement campaign and spend a lot of money in that but there is a big difference in the way they treat their customers and the promises they do in their ads. Unfortunately people do not know about this fraud company and no matter what i am gonna upload all the audio recordings to youtube..
      Please look in this. and SNAPDEAL SHAME ON YOU, YOU CHEATERS..

      Its been 48 hours since i filed my complaint. What the hell is this.. Are you crazy or what.. I have recieved no updates.. Bloody frauds just give me my refund back.. Shame on you people.. You guys do such an unbelievable fraud.. This comapny sooner or later will be banned if you dont stop such corruption.

Now today they are sending me an email that that cannot fullfill the order. I have been waiting for the product. Snapdeal should deliver the product as they are displaying it on their site. If they cannot fullfill the order why the hell it is displayed on their site.
            Now i want the product from snapdeal at the price committed by them in stipulated time as promised by them while placing order.

              I ordered flyjohn pack of 2 jeanse... i got it and found out that the size is not matching so i returned it requesting for refund and then they said it doesnt meet the quality check, i hadnt even worn or torn any company things lie labels and all ! and till now i havent got the order or the refund !

                The product supposed to come 18th, oct but delivered today afternoon. And received the product which is completely used when uncovered. Not the correct product that i ordered even.

                Delivery boy left when uncovered the product. It's cheating the customer completely.

                    I had ordered Michael Kors MK5586, i had place a replacement request as i had received another product. Even after replacing the item, again i was given a duplicate product. Hence i cancelled the request for refund Ticket Id: 32784266. Now the order show that it would be picked up on 19th October. I have not received any pick up nor refund. I have provided the address for the pick up and also the bank account details for refund. Kindly arrange for the pick and refund ASAP. I have read many reviews about Snap deal on this. Still leaving other major E commerce like amazon and flip kart, I always use Snap deal. If people are keeping that faith and trust on your website, that does not mean you will rip of your customers.

                        Dear Mr. Kunal / Rohit,
                        Reference above order which was received just now and I sent the below mail about 30 mins back.

                        I also spoke to your representative – Mr. Nikhil Sharma. He says this item cannot be replaced. We had a suspicion that this was broken condition and asked the courier to confirm on this damaged condition. He confirmed that it is damaged, but it needs to be taken back by Customer care after we call. Now your customer care is telling like this. Then, we may not have taken this item itself.

                        This item could be non-returnable, but this is applicable only if you have delivered the correct product in potable condition. You cannot give damaged product and / or even Some stones / glass pieces (Which will be known, only if opened).

                        I want this product to be taken back and refunded immediately. I will see to it that this message is posted in all forums and I will never place an order with Snapdeal with this service. Just to get to the operator after multiple entries confirmation, it takes 4 minutes and then waiting on line to hear the operator another 2-3 minutes and then the call got disconnected. Again after all this efforts, when the call got connected after 5-6 mins, I get such a bad and irresponsible response.

                          I ordered 2 wall clocks on[protected] and have received 1 damaged and so requested a return ont he same day and i did not get any call from nuvo-all-rp, and it is updated in the site and return pickup was attemped at[protected] am which is incorrect and bad.

                          The second wall clock is never delivered and updated as closed.
                          I have already closed and there is no status update on that also.

                          I want the return picked up and money refunded.
                          My first experience itself is very bad with snapdeal.

                              Item gigabyte motherboard has been successfully delivered on 9.05 pm, 15 oct, 2016 it was wrong item, seeing the same i immediately requested fro return & refund.
                              Today is 6 th day i have not seen any person physically coming u to pick the said item from my address.

                              I am just getting phone calls & sms saying keeping your stuff packed we will come and pick.

                              My issues with snapdeal:
                              1 are customers fool whom you will send firstly wrong product and expect them to return/refund.
                              2. if you do not have a refund/ return policies in place why you boosting about it so much on your website.
                              3. your courier partner is a big time liar he never called and worte you false comments that i am not available.
                              4. who will bear the loss of spending the money for something which can be used and not able to get my money.

                                Dear nova team/ snapdeal team
                                I am writing this mail to you that I bought a product NOVA NHS-800 2 IN 1 beauty styler with ceramic plates on dated 17th june 2016 thruough Snapdeal offer with ITEM Code :BD1885427, ORDER NO :[protected], sub order no: [protected], INVOICE No -S1214B/16-17/110694, with one year warranty but within 4 months its stop working and burnt
                                so i request you to replace it under warranty ASAP.

                                I also tried to contact you on mentioned no-[protected] / 81 but both the number are switched off and also mobile no-[protected] is also switched off.. How can we contact you and how can we trust on brand if this kind of service providing by you …..very much disappointed ……

                                I am neither getting any response from your side nor from the nova side... I am feeling cheated and very disappointed by the services provided by you...

                                  Sajawat Bazaar Marble Chowki and Ganesh Idol id -[protected]

                                  I want to return this product as I have received broken Ganesh idol. Even, I have generated a request for return but it's automatically got cancelled and I also called to customer care but they also did not support me.
                                  I am very disappointed with this service and want to return this product back.

                                  Please do the needful action otherwise, I 'll lodge a complaint to consumer court and they will take necessary action for this.

                                  I also not recommend this online shopping site to any of my relatives as I got a very pathetic experience.

                                  Kindly, do the needful.

                                    I placed an order of Rs. 12, 786 for Spacewood Carnival 2 Door Wardrobe on 26th Sep, 2016 and as on 21st Oct i have still not received it. I called up (so called ) customer care number - [protected] but found that it was just a placeholder number which is attended by a computer auto bot. There is no real person whom you can speak to. I emailed them with my problem and asked them to call me but never received any call from them.

                                    Dealing with Snapdeal has been a nightmare for me. I think their tag lines should be changed from KHUSHIYO KI CHAKRI to CUSTOMERS KO DO FIRKI

                                    I still have no update for my order. I think this kind of companies should be banned from selling products online and should be brought to justice. I am filing a complaint against them in consumer court as well.

                                    Please avoid buying products from snapdeal. They are not at all reliable.

                                      This is a complain mail of two shipments I received and also the courier partners of yours.

                                      I have ordered two fan with

                                      Order id 1 : [protected]- This order id has two sub order id and I asked for replacement for these two sub order it, however when the courier boy came to my office he took only one suborder and the other is still with me.
                                      Suborder id 1: [protected]- This fan was scratched I have asked for replacement of it however I came to know that when snapdeal department checked it, it was found that there was no issue with it . I would like to tell there are small scratches on it and after all this pain and frustration I have requested customer care to refund my money for it.

                                      Suborder id 2: [protected]- This replacement was never taken from me i am taking this heavy parcel daily to my office and no one is calling me to take the parcel back . However I found that I got a mail and message that my replacement request is cancelled . Please note that even after informing customer care twice/thrice no one is calling me for the pick up . Again I now can't bear this pain so I have asked the customer care to cancel my order and refund my money.

                                      Order id 2 :[protected] : This are three sub order id ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and it came to me in a single box and when I checked the fans two of these has scratches and again after all this pain I have asked customer care to cancel the order and refund my money back . 19th Oct 2016 a delivery came to my office and he again came with only sub order id and he refused to take the box since he told he cant take it since he is on bike and when I called customer care he said courier person(Courier company :Nuvoex) has told to snapdeal customer care that customer is not giving me complete order.I really got frustrated with the snapdeal customer care, they are not at all helping to the customer and with the courier company .

                                      That's why I am writing here, Please help me here.I want my money back.

                                      I thought the things would be resolved but even post submit complaint here also, nothing happened.How will I get my money back from snapdeal, almost 1 month is over.
