This is a complain mail of two shipments I received and also the courier partners of yours.
I have ordered two fan with
Order id 1 : [protected]- This order id has two sub order id and I asked for replacement for these two sub order it, however when the courier boy came to my office he took only one suborder and the other is still with me.
Suborder id 1: [protected]- This fan was scratched I have asked for replacement of it however I came to know that when snapdeal department checked it, it was found that there was no issue with it . I would like to tell there are small scratches on it and after all this pain and frustration I have requested customer care to refund my money for it.
Suborder id 2: [protected]- This replacement was never taken from me i am taking this heavy parcel daily to my office and no one is calling me to take the parcel back . However I found that I got a mail and message that my replacement request is cancelled . Please note that even after informing customer care twice/thrice no one is calling me for the pick up . Again I now can't bear this pain so I have asked the customer care to cancel my order and refund my money.
Order id 2 :[protected] : This are three sub order id ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and it came to me in a single box and when I checked the fans two of these has scratches and again after all this pain I have asked customer care to cancel the order and refund my money back . 19th Oct 2016 a delivery came to my office and he again came with only sub order id and he refused to take the box since he told he cant take it since he is on bike and when I called customer care he said courier person(Courier company :Nuvoex) has told to snapdeal customer care that customer is not giving me complete order.I really got frustrated with the snapdeal customer care, they are not at all helping to the customer and with the courier company .
That's why I am writing here, Please help me here.I want my money back.

I thought the things would be resolved but even post submit complaint here also, nothing happened.How will I get my money back from snapdeal, almost 1 month is over.
