Regarding Order
Sajawat Bazaar Marble Chowki and Ganesh Idol id -[protected]

I want to return this product as I have received broken Ganesh idol. Even, I have generated a request for return but it's automatically got cancelled and I also called to customer care but they also did not support me.
I am very disappointed with this service and want to return this product back.

Please do the needful action otherwise, I 'll lodge a complaint to consumer court and they will take necessary action for this.

I also not recommend this online shopping site to any of my relatives as I got a very pathetic experience.

Kindly, do the needful.

    I placed an order of Rs. 12, 786 for Spacewood Carnival 2 Door Wardrobe on 26th Sep, 2016 and as on 21st Oct i have still not received it. I called up (so called ) customer care number - [protected] but found that it was just a placeholder number which is attended by a computer auto bot. There is no real person whom you can speak to. I emailed them with my problem and asked them to call me but never received any call from them.

    Dealing with Snapdeal has been a nightmare for me. I think their tag lines should be changed from KHUSHIYO KI CHAKRI to CUSTOMERS KO DO FIRKI

    I still have no update for my order. I think this kind of companies should be banned from selling products online and should be brought to justice. I am filing a complaint against them in consumer court as well.

    Please avoid buying products from snapdeal. They are not at all reliable.

      This is a complain mail of two shipments I received and also the courier partners of yours.

      I have ordered two fan with

      Order id 1 : [protected]- This order id has two sub order id and I asked for replacement for these two sub order it, however when the courier boy came to my office he took only one suborder and the other is still with me.
      Suborder id 1: [protected]- This fan was scratched I have asked for replacement of it however I came to know that when snapdeal department checked it, it was found that there was no issue with it . I would like to tell there are small scratches on it and after all this pain and frustration I have requested customer care to refund my money for it.

      Suborder id 2: [protected]- This replacement was never taken from me i am taking this heavy parcel daily to my office and no one is calling me to take the parcel back . However I found that I got a mail and message that my replacement request is cancelled . Please note that even after informing customer care twice/thrice no one is calling me for the pick up . Again I now can't bear this pain so I have asked the customer care to cancel my order and refund my money.

      Order id 2 :[protected] : This are three sub order id ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and it came to me in a single box and when I checked the fans two of these has scratches and again after all this pain I have asked customer care to cancel the order and refund my money back . 19th Oct 2016 a delivery came to my office and he again came with only sub order id and he refused to take the box since he told he cant take it since he is on bike and when I called customer care he said courier person(Courier company :Nuvoex) has told to snapdeal customer care that customer is not giving me complete order.I really got frustrated with the snapdeal customer care, they are not at all helping to the customer and with the courier company .

      That's why I am writing here, Please help me here.I want my money back.

      I didn't get any response from snapdeal.

      I thought the things would be resolved but even post submit complaint here also, nothing happened.How will I get my money back from snapdeal, almost 1 month is over.

            I order for a Fasttrack watch and when received I found the product is defective. So I have ordered for a replacement. I was told that the watch will be picked in two days and two days later what I can see is that the picked failed as I am not available at the time the courier person arrived. But no one actually contacted me for the same. This happened for thrice but the product is not yet picked up. Is this some kind of cheating the customers?

                Dear Snapdeal team,

                I am reporting this complaint third time here.

                I ordered Surya Aksh 3 Burner Glass Manual Gas stop (Order Id: [protected]/ Sub Order id: [protected]) on 6/10/2016. I paid 2488 rupees online. After reading negative reviews, i cancelled the product same day (on 6/10/2016 at 3 P.M.). Till today, I did not get my amount refunded.

                Being reporting the issue several times, No action has been taken yet from Snapdeal side. I am really very fed up now.

                I got Refund initiated message and now the status is refunded amount. However, after 20 days of cancellation of product. I didn't receive my amount yet.

                What should I Say now, It is just too frustrating.
                I have ordered "1. Pigeon 2 Burner Glass Top Gas Stove Favorite ( High Efficiency Brass Burners )". This product is not look like genuine. I want to return it. When i tried to return through website its showing error "Your request cannot be completed at the moment. Please contact customer care at +91-[protected]" and when i tried to call this no it told as complaint is registered. But i didn't get any confirmation mail from Snapdeal. Could you please look into this issue and let me know when can i get my refund. :(

                  I received a damaged sandwichaker and when trying to return through app, return request is not registering. Customer care executives are not responding. There are three more products which i want to return, but not able to return because they suspended my account. If that, why you are receiving order.                         My name is Ahmad khan I ordered a sun flame gas stove on 6th of October n got it delivered on time n I lodged my complaint for refund on my fourth day as in comparison to 7th day according to snapdeal's policy. My order no [protected] was registered to get replaced on fone but no confirmation mail or contact was provided so once again I opted for online replacement /refund option n filled all the details of my bank account in which I wanted to get the refund n after that I also called the customer care n confirmed my complaint n it told me that pickup of the product will be done in next two days which was yesterday n also the same day after which the replacement/refund policy will expire but no information has been provided till now n also i got a mail to rate them about the satisfaction of their service n their product so to get it confirmed that my order is cancelled or whatever it's status is when I m calling their customer care no is not giving any option to talk to customer executive n mail I'd is also not provided n in help centre again no option to send something in personal I mean only u can enter the given options by them only n address is also fake I.e in Okhla industrial phase while it is in Gurgaon in actual

                          As i recived damage product MOTO G TURBO (sim slot 1 is not working), engineer from your side visited our place and agree that its a damage product and when u recive product within 30mins i recived a msg that product did not pass quality check so replacement request is closed and ship it back to u within 48 hours...
                          Again i file a complain for rechecking it...ir representative told me to wait for more 3 days...

                          I am unable to understand is ur engineer didnot well qualified to check and file report against replacement...
                          Or your quality check tean is not well qualified within 30mins of recivieng product they give result...
                          Or you guys doing it intentionally to sell damage product to customer and making money by it...
                          I loose my patience now unable to wait more...
                          Give me a resolution immediate...
                          Even you don't know why product didnot pass quality check ...

                                Hi, I purchased a Toshiba HDD on 13 Aug 2016. Since 17th Oct 2016, it is not working, not getting detected and making a continuous clicking sound. There are no service centers for Toshiba HDD in India. My HDD is under warranty. Obviously the only option is a replacement HDD by Snapdeal.
                                In spite of calling 3 times, I have no solution. All the advisors are just promising call back. Sub order Id is [protected].

                                  Hi, i have order a mobile Samsung J3 but inside the box i have found a piece of Wheel OK Soap. When i complain to the customer care they told me that they will refund my money or else they will provide me the mobile phone which i order. every day i call them they tell me the same thing but after 12th days when i call them the customer care number its not working i don't no what they did, call does not go from my number. i think they put my call at reject list. i have complain at local office also but of no used. i have given the photo that i received.

                                        I am shekar reddy gade. I purchased refurbished leeco le 1s and received on 10th oct 2016. Order no. [protected]. Due to defective item i requested to return / replacement for my above product (Ref. No.[protected] then after i received call from snapdeal customer care, he told that service engineer will visit you with in 24 hrs to check your item and resolve these issues. But already one week passed away but nobody visited not yet. Still am facing issues with this product. You said in your site easy returns but you mad it vey difficult. Hope you will resolve my issue.
