Hello snapdeal,

I have ordered (snapdeal order number: [protected]) the sofa through sbi credit card emi option through snapdeal and this month i got credit card bill from bank showing total amount payble rs:17474/- insted of 1 emi rs:1500. i have been complained the same to snapdeal with complaint no: 32310395 on 13/10/2016 till date there is no call and i am continuesly calling them they will reply with massage saying you will get call from concern deportment by eod or in 24 hours till date i did not got any call... please look into this.. as bank said that issue is with snapdeal or vendor.

Now sbi confirmed that issue is with snapdeal.. so snapdeal please give the proof for the same.. otherwise i will launch a complaint in consumer court pune against snapdeal.. otherwise cancel the order and refund to me as soon as possible.. as i am very disappointed with the service.

    I ordered intex aqua fish 4g mobile (Order id-[protected]) on 6th october but still item not got delivered. Last date of delivery was on 16th oct. Still the shipment is in transit state. A call is made to me from snapdeal on 17th oct & they said that our courrier partner has only your product to be delivered in your area that's why for a single delivery they are not coming. What is this? Is this is your cash on delivery scheme/method. This is the worst experience i had. Can anyone please respond?

    what is this Non-sense? A call is made to me from snapdeal today, they said that you can contact our courrier company for further details and surprisingly the contact no. given by them is dead (not in use). On the evening of same day, i recieved a message from snapdeal that "WE HAVE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER OF INTEX AQUA FISH 4G 16GB FRUITY ORANGE AS REQUESTED BY YOU". I want to know when i request to cancelled my order and to whom i request. this is really a worst experience that i had. Snapdeal please take any action otherwise i will take legal action against you. (ORDER ID- [protected])

      This is regarding my order id [protected]. I have complaint several times to snapdeal and twice in consumer complain website to pick up the product. They closed the return request without any pick up done. Now i'm only getting false assurance that we will get back to you soon. I want snapdeal to take back their product and refund my money. Otherwise i may to take legal action action against snapdeal.

          I the item i want to return (order id: [protected]) is not picked up by snapdeal. the status says i have to reconfirm the data and time to pick up again. here is info from my orders page on snapdeal.com:

          But where to reconfirm. there is no snapdeal support email id to send confirmation. i called up +[protected] and there is neither an option to confirm or to speak to a person to explain the problem. i do want to miss this 7 day window to return. please help pick up the item for replacement.

          Recived an SMS from Snapdeal that they tried to pick up the item but how? Nobody came to my house or called me. It was so easy to deliver to my house and why it is difficult to pick up. I have people at my house all the time. Not sure why snapdeal says the pickup failed? Again no reason given. The SMS also mentions I have to set date/time of pick up. I am ready to provide this inforamtion but where?

          Snapdeal, if you have email id or phone number I can explain and communicate with you. Please provide one.

              Please replace my order because the key pad is not working some letters are not pressed for example i press number 4 it displays number 5 some charactors are are not pressed like R D X the technical person is call to me and said first charge battery 8 hours and then please switchoff phone and on your problem is solved but i charged battery fully and start the phone and the problem is same so please replace my order as early as possible

                My registered mobile no. is [protected]. recently i've tried making a purchase worth 1399/- the transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my axis bank debit card. i've tried calling you a lot many times but wasn't finding an option to speak to you people. it's already been 15days. till today i haven't received the amount. i have no idea how do i get this resolved and by when will the snapdeal people refund my amount. it's a shame that you people are cheating customers like this. please get this solved somehow and return my money.

                  I ordered for safari back bag in oct 1, initially they show it will be delivered on 13 th which did not happened. later i got message that it will be delivered on 19th. and while tracking the courier, it shown as reached calicut. but today morning i received message add the order is been cancelled.in between i have ordered to meet my requirements and not for fancy. how can it be delayed 3 weeks and cancel without informing me. can i go to consider court. please advise.

                    I had ordered a "v-guard 15l steamer plus msv geyser" (order id: [protected]) on 5th october and snapdeal delivered wrong product to me on 7th october. i was ordered the geyser of 5 star rating but they delivered me the 4 star rating product which is actually a lower model of ordered product. after that i was submitted replacement request on 8th october and contacted customer care multiple times and they simply say that, we have rescheduled your pickup. but no one came to me for the pickup till date. and from the customer care i am getting message that pickup people tried to contact me but till date no one give a single call from courier pickup. further i have tried to contact the pickup people (saurabh q - [protected] from nuvoex) and they are saying that we are not doing reverse pickup, and again they are saying please contact snapdeal customer care. please help me on this.

                      I have purchased the micromax canvas a1 phone from snapdeal and as per there policy they provide 7 days replacement and i reported the issue 2nd day when i received the product but today 2 weeks has been passed and no one has come to my place to check or pickup the product. Everytime i called the customer care they give 24 hours to pickup the product but no one come to my place and now i need my money back or replacement at the earliest.

                      There management is not ready to provide me support.

                      Just to update you that almost 20 minutes before I called your support number to know the status of my issue, and they kept me on hold for 9 minutes before Mr.Raj (Supervisor) answered my call. He was so rude and god know why is Customer Care person when he dont know how to respond to customer. I am asked him to give the commitments what he was saying to me on call in email then he denied that only back-end team can reply on it. I request to please get this faulty product picked up and provide me new piece or refund my money.

                          I had ordered for Bajaj majesty 25L geyser from snapdeal, I got the product after waiting for quite a long time. When I opened the seal, to my surprise the product which they delivered was Bajaj Calenta 25L geyser instead of majesty! I requested for replacement thrice and I have been requesting even now. They keep giving some number of product pickup person but none of that will turn true neither anyone come for pickup and later they send a message saying they couldn't reach and courier pickup remained unsuccessful, putting blame on me.the invoice they have issued is for majesty geyser

                                Hi, my order id is [protected] and complaint number is 32029914. I've placed an order on 6th october and still not received my product. I have already raised a complaint with snapdeal but no response from their end. Everytime i call they just ask to wait for 24 hrs and nothing happens, also cutomer service said it will be done in 6 days from the date complaint is raised but still have no answer and no resolution. When i will recieve my product or the amount that i have paid... I will raise a complaint in consumer court as well if nothing happens as soon as possible.

                                  ;clerk black designer shoes (size 7). ordered n. o-[protected]. my mobile n. o is -[protected]. but when i received the ordered on 19th oct.2016, i have received wrong item inside the packet, n while calling customer care they did not respond. i have been mentally harresed due to "snapdeal service". i need help and justice for my product.

                                    Bought many items in this flash sale. Two products received were irrelevant. One is Loafers. Bought size 10 invoice of size 10 product delivered of size 9. Lodged a complaint for exchange but that size is not available now. have no other options rather than to return. Another one Milton 1000ml flask. Got a dented flask. Lodged another complaint. Let's see. Paid in advance and I have to face this kind of problems. They think we got only this job to carry(ordering and returning) No genuineness at all.
