Hi snap deal team,
This is to complaint you snapdeal team taken back my duly paid ordered 3-burner gas stove (With manufacturing defect) from my home and not giving me another one.
I have many time requested to snapdeal team, that i only need my product get fixed or replaced, but all vain and they forceilbly returned the money. And customer care executive is asking me to place fresh order for same product as it is not available. However, the same product’s price is also available with rs.500 extra at ur site. This is cheating.
Please booked my product with same old price rs.3800. (Approx) and dispatched it to me at my same address.
If you don’t address my request, i will be forced to transfer this case to consumer court. I have all the documents/proofs in my support.
