The charger delivered to me on 1 oct. Within 2 weeks, it stopped working completely. Nothing. Zilch. This has to be a fake product, and snapdeal ought to be held responsible for carrying out such fraud on its customers by selling counterfeit items. Very disappointed. Request a refund.

    Hi snapdeal team

    I have placed an order of an office chair on 2nd oct 2016 (order id - [protected]) which was supposed to be delivered between 17th to 21st oct 2016. but i can see (in track my order) that the order is not yet dispatched as of today.
    I had mailed snapdeal to know the exact status of this order (reference no:[protected] and got an automated mail saying that someone will either call me or reply to my request within 24 hrs. its been now more than 30 hrs that i have not received any reply from snapdeal. also they don't have a customer care service where i can call and speak to any executive.

    I request snapdeal to clarify me about my order at the earliest, else i will be forced to cancel my order.

    I wont be available at my location on 22nd and 23 rd. I am having a very busy schedule next week. So please deliver my product by tomorrow (as per your commitment) in any case.

    Please understand, its very difficult to create good customers but its very easy to lose them. I have been pro Snapdeal till date, but this experience is making me think again.

        I ordered a kajal combo pack, containing 3maybelline kajals, 1 l'oreal kajal and 1 maybellline compact powder.
        Once i used it i understood it's fake. All the pakaging and everything looks original, i compared it with a store bought one. The kajal hardly lasts an hour, where as it claims 14hours. Completely lacks the pigmentation the original kajal has.
        Snapdeal is fooling customers. I need a refund.
        Selling fake products of well known brands like maybelline and l'oreal.

          Hi team,

          I would like to inform you about wrongful act been played by snapdeal product sales and customer care team. I had order an laptop on 03 oct 16 date, order number [protected]. Which was suppose to be delivered on 15 oct 16 date. Since it has passed its due date i have called customer care multiple time and customer care had assured me that it will be delivered the next day each time i called (Please check the call logs from customer care dept.). Today when i called again they informed the product couldn't be delivered as the deliver person couldn't reach me. For the record track, i have not got any calls and no one came to my house to deliver the product. Then how they can make a false statement saying i was unreachable and the product has been cancelled. I have buy the product on emi and the interest is also been charged from the day one though i have not received the product. Its my sincere request to your team to solve this issue as soon as possible, latest by 25 oct 2016, before i take this to consumer court and also please provided the courier details (Tracking id and courier company name) through which snapdeal has dispatch the product. Thanks.

              Canceled the order on 6th Oct (Order ID: [protected]) and as per policy, It should reflect in my account within 4 days but it's been more than 15 days now and the amount has not been credited yet. Snapdeal team had requested several times to solve the refund issue and every time they are giving me false assurance that within 24 hrs the amount will be credited in my account. However till date no update from snap deal side even though repeated reminders in the form of mails & telecom.

              Today also i tried customer care and requested to forward the call to some seniors and they put me on 15 min hold and finally the call was cancelled. The seniors are not attending the calls and they are not even showing the courtesy to solve the issue.

              I confirmed with my bank also till date no refund has been credited. Not sure they are rotating the money or what fooling up the customer.

              kindly note the issue is of more than 20 days and still you want to check the issue. I am not understanding why always you people are showing this kind of casual attitudes eventhough i am reminding you daily in the form of emails and telecoms. From last 20 days i have spend more than 300 rs for calling you guys. Daily i am getting the assurance that with in 24hrs i will get the refund.

              Provide customers refund ontime instead of daily ads in newspaper. Check your facebook page i think daily hundreds of people are complaining about the refund issue.

                Instead of changing logo of your company improve the services

Since then i am daily receiving sms from snapdeal in morning that your pick up is scheduled but then i don't get any call and in evening i get sms that pickup was unsuccessful.                           Nobody has yet come to pick up for above mentioned order which was cancelled almost 10-12 days before. And today i have received message saying return request closed.How come the return request is closed? and that too reason saying "Tried to contact you since 2 days but were unsuccessful", and that too on office address. Do you think we are playing hide and seek in office and you were unable to reach. And i am getting every other call but not that pick up call. I have been getting so many messages and calls from snapdeal saying today your item will be picked up, but then no show, nobody comes to pick up. Now i don't care if you pick up the item or not, but I want refund of that defective product and you can pick up the item any time.

                            Hello dear ceo,

                            I purchased two apple ipad's mini 2 from snap deal on oct 13 2016, after looking it i don't like that device and immediately i raised return/ refund, but after 2 days i got mail, we are unable to contact you.

                            I called your customer care but there in no response from you guys, calls are not connecting seems they are blocking the customers phone numbers once they raise the return request.

                            Dear ceo, what the wort service you people are doing no response to mail.

                            After seeing this mail please call me or mail me and take your product and refuted my money back.

                            As it is a online service you should have exchange or return policy since we are not directly checking the goods, once the product reached to customer you guys are not at all taking responsibility.

                            I suppose to file a case against you, its waste of my time, more your office is not there in hyderabad. Other wise i trowed the device on your face.

                            Please kindly return my money back and take your device.

                              At first i ordered the cycle from snapdeal on 2th oct 2016 and got it delivered on 8th oct and the product was defected and damaged... So i requested for a replacement and then replaced product comes to me on 12th oct 2016 and this product was even more damaged than the earlier one.. And also i opened the product on 15th oct because i was out of town and when i came back i gave it to professional mechanic to assemble it... Next day i went to check out the cycle.. The mechanic tells me that he could not assemble it as the product is damaged, it is missing a gear level and the grips on handle was torn out and the tyres were also old and you could say that they sent a very old rejected piece to me... So i tried to replace it online but after entering all details on their web page i got a message that please contact customer care for refund... So i called customer care and as usual you get to speak with the computer on machine and only thing you can do is follow the ivr and get your complaint registered.. So i have registered the request for refund 4 times but still i didnt received any conformation from snapdeal and i am feeling like whether i my rs 10629 got wasted or is there any hope that i will get a refund... Help me out

                                I have placed an order with snapdeal order#:[protected] and suborder id#:[protected] on 21st sep 2016. They said 26th sep 2016 order has been delivered, but i didn't received any item on that date. After that i raised complaint on 26th sep'2016 and then they took arround 10 days of time to investigate and came for delivery on 7th oct'2016. Because of late delivery i have not accepted that order.

                                After that i have followed up with them multiple times to refund my amount and raised a complaints (Ticket #30509244, #[protected] and then i received email from sanpdeal support on 9th oct'2016 about refund information like (We have received your wd my passport ultra 1 tb portable hard drive - blue and have initiated a refund you'll have it in your card/account within 4 business days.) but i haven't received my refund yet. Every time they are saying that somebody will contact me in 24-48 hours. Neither they are refunding money nor they are delivering the product. Their trust pay guarantee is fake as it is not working for me as a consumer.

                                Snap deal customer service not even responding after I raise the complaint on consumer complaint portal as well.

                                Snapdeal a big fraud company, don't buy products on Snapdeal. I didn't get my refund amount yet and made call's several times to their customer care. My complaints are (Ticket #30509244, #[protected] and all the times they promise for refund amount. Shameless Snapdeal customer service. World worst customer service and online trading company, not trustworthy.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had ordered a micromax 50 inch led tv on 2nd october with order number [protected]. The maximum time for delivery was mentioned as 12th october but the tv was delivered to me on 13th october. Upon receiving the tv i found that it was defective and hence immediately filed for a return on 14th october. Again i got a message saying that it would be picked up latest by 16th october and it is already 19th october and nobody has come to pick it up.

                                  Snapdeal website has given me a number for the pickup person but the person has said that he has no information for any pickup and that he was only for deliveries and the pickups were handled by another department.

                                  I wonder how long will snapdeal take now to pick up the item, process a return and send me another piece. After having used services like flipkart and amazon, i have to say that this is the worst website and that i for sure will never shop on it again.

                                  There is also no way to contact their customer support as the phone number is only an ivr and any email sent to them is unanswered.

                                  Today Snapdeal sent a message stating that the return has been cancelled due to customer unavailability. How can this happen if I have myself waited at home all day just to return the TV.

                                  The pickup executive had called from [protected] to pick up the item but never showed up. After calling him back several times he gave me another number [protected]. This new person said he was too busy to collect the item and would ask someone else to do it for him. Next morning was an update on the website that the customer wasnt available.

                                    Why i have given only 2 stars as most of the orders are being sent only after 10 to 15 days.The complaint cell is not working for the customers.There is no upper level complaint cell.
