I'm really very disappointed because in the parcel and you can see I placed two quantity of socks but when I open the parcel there is only one quantity and most disappointed thing is that it is a completely fake product because there is no tag of nike or most shocking thing is that one pair of sock is shorter than the other socks.So there are mainly 3 reasons why I want to returned the parcel.
Please try to understand I'm trying to talk with sd customer care representative since the order was delivered.But I can't.
When I talk to eCom guys they told me as you give us full money you'll get your complete refund and when on the next day I requested a return & the guy came to pick up my parcel he also told me that my complete money will be refunded.If you see my order list they refunded for only one quantity i.e. I received only 136 rupees and there is another pickup request, now you tell me if I receive only one quantity how can I return two quantity.😣😣😣
I ATTACHED EVERY POSSIBLE THING AS IMAGE.PLEASE ENQUIRE & REFUND MY MONEY SOON.I make a unboxing video in which I record everything.
As a customer from since 2014 I didn't expect this type of service.I'm really very disappointed and I think twice when I place a heavily discounted product in future.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY..

    I have ordered Samsung Galaxy order id [protected] and the product delivered on 2oct, was damaged so i made a replacement.
    Its been 19 oct now and till now i didn't get the product. I complained on their customer care many times and also email them. Everytime the representative has the same answer we will reply you within 24 hrs.

    Now i am feeling like my 10000 rs is in danger and i trusted the wrong brand snapdeal.

    Please help.

        My delivery for canceled, I don't even know the reason . I didn't get anykind of notification or call regarding the delivery, they didn't even provide contact number of the courier guy . when I filled the Reschedule form when I pressed submit button it's not working only, this is the 2nd time I'm facing problem . I mailed then, no proper response at all . I need that delivery I don't want to cancel it .please respond and help me with my problem .

          We had ordered a Blue star AC (1.5ton) along with 2 Hitachi AC. Hitachi AC got delivered whereas Blue star was to be delivered on 12Oct and not delivered till 19 OCt and also no response to complain done. whenever i call they say it will take 6 days to get back.                 Order Id:-[protected], Date of Order 10 Sep, 2016 I ordered A5 Mobile from snapdeal, i got damaged and used mobile, i registered a complaint, snapdeal engineer came and checked the phone, he gave a job sheet, The product was picked by snapdeal and within 1 day they said that your request is Declined, they said there no issue with phone, it was failed in internal checking.I called them, they told wait .i called at least 1o to 15 times .Still they are saying to wait and now they are saying that your product will be given back to me, but how can i take that used and broken phone, they are forcing to except that broken and used to me, but why should i take that, i am requesting them to give my money back, but they are not refunding my money, its been more 1and half month, I am Planning to file a fraud case against snapdeal, if they dont give my money back.I request any one who can help me with this case, i want my refund.Please Help me

                    I ordered Surya Aksh 3 Burner Glass Manual Gas stop (Order Id: [protected]/ Sub Order id: [protected]) on 6/10/2016. I paid 2488 rupees online. After reading negative reviews, i cancelled the product same day (on 6/10/2016 at 3 P.M.). Till today, I didnot get my amount refunded.

                    I tried 10-15 times to the only customer care no. [protected]. The calls ran till 15-20 mins each time but neither I was connected to customer case advisor or got any email in reference.

                    Is this a way to run a e-shopping app which evan dnt have customer care service. Today, it is almost 13 days, I need my amount as soon as possible.

                    I got Refund initiated message on 21/10/2016 at 11.30 am with the message that amount will be refunded with in three days and now the status of website is "refunded amount". However, it is wrong I didn't receive any money even after 18 days of cancellation of product. I didn't receive my amount yet.

                    What should I Say now, It is just too frustrating.

                      I placed an order for the above said product on oct 3. I received it on oct 16 which was way more than the estimated date. I checked the product if it is in the working condition on oct 18 and found out that the product is not working. It is really disgusting to get a non-working product after paying rs 2719. I initiated for an immediate return and refund. I was told that it will be picked up within 48hrs. Next morning, oct 19, i get a message saying the pick up was unsuccessful because of non-availability which is a big lie!! Ridiculous! Nobody from your pick up team called me or messaged me, no one came to the address for the pick up and you are cheating me of my money, refusing to take the non working product back. I have tried a 100 times to call the customer care people and they deliberately don't connect my call to any executive. I was told later told that there was some problem with the system and cannot connect me to an executive. This is disgusting, very highly disappointed with your service. I would never again shop from you. I want this issue to be resolved immediately, failing which i will lodge a complaint on the consumer forum.

                      I got a phone call on 20th oct, from the courier company saying that they will take the product back in 2 days. Today, a courier person came and took the damaged product and the amount was refunded to my account within few hours of taking it. I thank everyone who has helped me resolve the issue.

                      I received an sms saying someone is put for picking it up, but when I called the person named there for the pick up, he says he is not responsible for the picking up as he is from a different courier company. Now, how will the customer know who is what? The company is just providing wrong person's phone number for pick up. I tried contacting the customer care people, still got the same answer that I cannot be connected to the executive because of some technical problems!! I dont understand how only my number will have technical problems. They are giving a sick service. I will next have to take legal action if the product is not picked up today.

                      I have again got a mail saying that the pick up of the product was not done because of 'unavailability" while nobody ever called. messaged or came to my address to pick it up. On what basis is the status being updated so evasively? Its very very disgusting. I have been trying to connect to the courier that was said to pick up my product..Nouveux.. no one takes the responsibility of the return. They keep dodging that its not their job. Why don't you provide the phone number of the correct person who will be picking up? This is all a way of cheating us of our money instead of actually picking the faulty product and replacing/refunding it. You refuse to take responsibility of the products you sell on a "discount"! .

                                Hello I would like to inform, that i tried many time to speak to snapdeal customer care, after listening to IVR they said wait time is 6 Min, but actually it goes to 20 Min. This happen many time whenever we call. I called them around 2.00 AM still same happen.

                                Please make sure this should not happen, time is very much valuable to everyone now a days. Please raise this complaint and resolve my issue. But this is for every Indian.

                                  Below is the original complaint posted on 27th August and the issue is still pending.

                                  I had one of the worst experiences with Snapdeal. I have been a regular online shopper and have never faced such abrupt, unprofessional, and unethical behavior by any other e-commerce websites.

                                  On 10th August I received an email from Sapdeal saying that my Order#[protected] has been cancelled and my account is being closed due to some transactions which do not pass their Internal check. ALso, Please note that all other open orders and refund claims on this account have also now been cancelled.Now how abrupt is that. I was not involved in any kind of dispute with Snapdeal and have very much adhered to their 7 days widely proclaimed EASY RETURN policy(which I highly doubt now) to return any product. So I fail to understand on what basis such a decision was taken. Shouldn't the customer be told about the rationale transparently??

                                  For privacy reasons I don't want to mention my email id or other particulars on this forum. However, using the above mentioned order ID my details can be found.

                                  Additionally- regarding one more order#[protected] (Tryfa White Crepe Jumpsuits), the product was picked up by Snapdeal from my home after multiple followups from the day return request was placed. Now again they are creating same hassles for me to refund the amount for this product as well.

                                  This is such a fraud by a company. They have picked up my product and now gulping up my money too. I want my money to be refunded by Snapdeal immediately. This is causing me so many hassles and wasting my time.

                                  #I would never advise any one to shop with them. They don't even follow the policies which are listed on their website and operate in a very monotonous way. I am really fed up following up with them.

                                  I expect a refund of INR 1200 for order#[protected] (Tryfa White Crepe Jumpsuits) immediately. I am pretty keen on getting my money back. YOU HAVE PICKED UP THE PRODUCT AND BLOCKING MY MONEY TOO. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR STANDING.

                                    I ordered for a geyser on 02.10.16 and paid in advance. The order ID is [protected]. I was assured of its delivery within 17.10.16. Today it is 18.10.16, the delivery is yet to be made. Matter needs urgent investigation. If not delivered within 20.10.16, I shall be compelled to make it public and Snapdeal will surely face the consequences.

                                        Hi, I am ankita jaiswal. I had ordered two pack of shehnaz Hussain diamond facial 50 gm kits cost 1390 Rs each through Snapdeal on 10/10/2016 but I got duplicate and less quantity of the item on 15/10/2016 as I am regular user of the product.when I tried to return or replace the items, they changed their returning policy all of sudden and even I could not able to contact them.please help me so they couldn't do same things again with anyone
