Every time I called them, they said pickup will be done by tomorrow. But still no progress.

    Hello,
    i have purchased AO smith geyser from snapdeal and i got old/used one. power cable and temperature display units were in very poor condition. even power cable was look like used for months. there was one major rub spot also on power cable. after such a poor condition item i requested for return/replace item but still not got any satisfactory answer from snapdeal. snapdeal is considering their customer as one time use and throw.

      I had ordered a Fastrack watch from snapdeal on 10th of oct. Received it on 15th and filed a return request right away. The watch is full of scratches, back case has screwdriver scars. It has been opened. Glass guard was missing. Strap was wrinkled.
      Their customer care is frustrating. They don't pick up calls. It's showing "out for delivery" since last 3 days. No calls or messages from them. 0 out of 100 for snapdeal. This was my first and last purchase with them.

      You can't take any steps. You won't. You guys are too busy cheating customers. I was told to take that package to your courier partner. I did. But they said that the pickup request has been withdrawn from the company. This is pure harassment. If you can't take your watch back, then at least give me my money back. You can take your "repair watch" whenever you want to. Why are you harassing me? I should not be the one to suffer. If you can't take it bacl, then that's your problem. Why would I pay for a new watch and get a repaired one?

        Hi,

        I order a mobile phone from snapdeal.com but they delivered wrong product.
        I order mobile in black color but i received in rose gold. According to them they quality check before dispatch, but what kind of checks they do, if they can't differentiate in color.
        Now am calling to their customer care at[protected] but still in que from last 30 min and no one is attending which is directly harassment.
        Please anyone suggest what i can do next.

          Yesterday I got phone from snapdeal whose touch is not working. Then i request to return/replace but they do not respond to my request for return. Also there is no customer complaints number to call. They gave a number which charge cost with long time waiting and no one takes the request. The app it was written that you will receive call in 1 hour .

            Last month I ordered one fastrack goggles from snapdeal which was delivered on 14th september, it was not having the warranty card filled where it is clearly mentioned in the warranty card that if the card is not filled then no warranty could be claimed.Within 1 week, one of the springs of the goggles' frame came out and i went to the nearest fastrack titan showroom to claim the warranty as my product was under 1 year warranty and they simply refused because the card was left blank.I wrote letter to the customer care of snapdeal and no reply came.After that i started calling the helpline number and they told that they would resolve my issue within 1 or 2 days but nothing has happened yet after almost 3 weeks!!One of the most offending thing is that their helpline number is also not toll free and every time i have to use my balance to contact them even if the fault is completely theirs!!The invoice and the images of the bill has been attached for your reference.Its a shame for a reputed company that you people cannot resolve a simple warranty issue of a single customer!!

              This was very Painfull to hear that my order is cancelled.
              Actully i placed my order on 3 oct n the delivry time was 14 to 18 oct but my order was attmpt to deliver me on 7 oct.. . But without any call by the courier my order was mentioned as cUStomer Refused To accpet.. Then on 9th i tried to reattmpt.. . N it was schedulld to be delivered on 12 then it was mentnd that it will deliver on 13 then i asked Customer care to help me out they 20 - 25 times told me that they have forwrded my request n it will be delivrD to me till 15 then on 15 it was again scheduld to deliver on 16 then i askd custr care whts the mattr they cleard me that myvorder delivry date was 14 to 18 and it will be delivrd to me till 18 anyhow.. . And its 18 today my both the orders are cancelld.
              And i didnt got any call by any courier to accpt my order.

                  Ordering on snapdeal. Big gamble. Get the product or forget money
                  I bought gala mopper. I got incomplete product. furthermore invoice was showing it was from flipkart. I shared the details. Snapdeals SLA is 48 hrs. It took 4 days and many phone call to get attention. And guess what guy told me is I have to contact courier person to figure out as it is showing delivered. Their job is done. Good news is he didn't shared the details of courier person.
                  Frustrated I sent message on facebook page. And this is new story. Mukti asked me orderid which i already shared. I gave it. After followup someone else asked me about orderid. I gave it to him too. After some time both my post of orderid was deleted. After followup next day i got reply that they will resolve issue in 24 hrs. When i followed up after a day, guess question they asked was plz share orderid. They are just playing around.

                    I have raised several complaints from your mobile app but I am not getting any responses for the same. I wanted to return Quantum wireless mouse but they show return request closed. The product is in damaged condition. I also called customer care yesterday 16th October 2016, but the customer care executive told me that they cannot do anything in this matter as return request is closed. I am feeling betrayed and seeking quick resolution for the issue. Kindly revert with the update ASAP

                    I had a ordered a casio edifice watch. I received it on28th Jan, 2019.

                    I want to return this, because it's a duplicate product . And there was no bill, no sticker, no mannual inside the box also.

                      Ordered above product on 11/10/2016 via order no [protected]. Order delivered on 14/10/2016. Product found damaged and not in working condition. Company denied to replaced or refund while 7 days money back guarantee was given along with the product voucher. Officials of the company behaved rudely and has holding my call 59 minutes on their customer care no [protected]. My complain number is 32651651 dated 16/10/2016. Spoke to junior official by name tribhuv agnihotri and also spoke to senior official ayesha ahmad who was even more rude and non cooperative. Behaved just like they have been sitting to argue with the customer and not supporting them. Tribhuv told that if the product is not working so its your problem, they are not responsible for it. Either you throw it or do whatever you like. This is the language and the way these guys are taught in the corporate company. Felt like one is dealing with a footpath vegetable vendor.

                              REQUEST INITIATED!
                              Thank you. Your ticket id is 30498607
                              Refund will be initiated within 6 days of cancellation. We will send you an SMS on refund initiation.
                              Note that product is packed by the seller and is on the way. Please don't accept the order if delivery is attempted by our courier partner.

                              Delivery attempted and i have rejected it.
                              Now they are telling order delivered and cancellation request closed.

                              How will i get the refund now?

                                I have ordered {Order ID: [protected] } 2 Items, Placed On 05 Oct, 2016 and due to different color & material returned both 2 items and received return invoice receipt from E-Com Express PVT Ltd.

                                Same time verified online status from Snapdeal and there it's appear one item shows refund initiated and other item is appear return item not picked up.

                                Please find both the items return invoice receipt from E-Com Express PVT Ltd.

                                  Placed on 27 Sep, 2016 but the watch which i got is fake and used one.as i requested for refund and snap deal people asked me to courier the product back to the given address by email.the product has been couriered and reached the snap deal on 8th Oct 2016 but snap deal rejected my refund and they are like ''Return request is declined.                                     Under Order Id: [protected] the Furniture Kraft Iris single bed delivered by snapdeal with missing of parts and components. Only the Head board and Foot Board( the four legs of bed arrive) delivered along with a small hardware box containing screws.But the middle portion of the bed was absent. After several request they do not replace or refund my money . Even do not responding on my call.

                                      This is to state that I Nishant NARANG bought an I Phone 6s 16gb silver colour from snapdeal on 1-oct-2016 under extra 14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY and received on 3-oct-2016 .My product I'd is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. When I opened the packet the phone has three scratches on the down left side and it has a clicky sound during vibration. I register a complaint immediately and placed a return request. A technician visited to my place to verify the problem and found it genuine that the product is faulty. He has given me a job sheet and verified the complaint. After that the product was picked up from my place. Again I called customer care register a complaint for refund because, the customer care executive also assured me that the request for refund has registered and the refund of payment will take 2-3 working days to reflect in my account.On the next day after the product was pickup I received a message that my request was rejected by the quality team because they did not find any problem in the phone.

                                      Once the authorised technician verified that the problem is geniune and the product was picked up on behalf his given report, then how it could be possible that the quality team did not find nothing wrong with the phone.

                                      I am totally frustrated with the process as I called so many times to customer care and still not getting any response from the team and highly dissatisfied with all this nonsense. As I bought this product under extra 14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY, I don't, want this phone anymore and any kind of replacement. I want refund of my payment.

                                      I have attached the job sheet with this mail which the engineer has issued. Find the attached file.
