Hi, i have ordered Casio edifice ex 200 watch (Order ID: [protected] )(1 Item)
Placed on 27 Sep, 2016 but the watch which i got is fake and used one.as i requested for refund and snap deal people asked me to courier the product back to the given address by email.the product has been couriered and reached the snap deal on 8th Oct 2016 but snap deal rejected my refund and they are like ''Return request is declined. Returned item will be sent back to you''how can i accept fake product and used product by spending 12 thousand change on it.it has been a week no proper call response from the concern team and i am tiered of calling snap deal...this is the second time i got the fake product from snapdeal, (first fake Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) DETAILS

    Under Order Id: [protected] the Furniture Kraft Iris single bed delivered by snapdeal with missing of parts and components. Only the Head board and Foot Board( the four legs of bed arrive) delivered along with a small hardware box containing screws.But the middle portion of the bed was absent. After several request they do not replace or refund my money . Even do not responding on my call.

      TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

      This is to state that I Nishant NARANG bought an I Phone 6s 16gb silver colour from snapdeal on 1-oct-2016 under extra 14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY and received on 3-oct-2016 .My product I'd is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. When I opened the packet the phone has three scratches on the down left side and it has a clicky sound during vibration. I register a complaint immediately and placed a return request. A technician visited to my place to verify the problem and found it genuine that the product is faulty. He has given me a job sheet and verified the complaint. After that the product was picked up from my place. Again I called customer care register a complaint for refund because, the customer care executive also assured me that the request for refund has registered and the refund of payment will take 2-3 working days to reflect in my account.On the next day after the product was pickup I received a message that my request was rejected by the quality team because they did not find any problem in the phone.

      Once the authorised technician verified that the problem is geniune and the product was picked up on behalf his given report, then how it could be possible that the quality team did not find nothing wrong with the phone.

      I am totally frustrated with the process as I called so many times to customer care and still not getting any response from the team and highly dissatisfied with all this nonsense. As I bought this product under extra 14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY, I don't, want this phone anymore and any kind of replacement. I want refund of my payment.

      I have attached the job sheet with this mail which the engineer has issued. Find the attached file.

        I received a grey canvas finish instead of Black. The 12V adapter was missing as well.

              I have ordered iBall raaga Q9 2.1 computer speakers on 6th October, today is 17th October my product is not delivered yet. The shipment is dispatched on 8th October morning, today is 10th day after dispatching the product, the product is in same status, no update from courier yet. the worst delivery system i ever seen. I have called few times to customer care even they didn't know the status of the shipment. They cut my phone & keeping me on hold for hours.

                I had ordered an external hard disk and a case for the same on 2nd oct 2016.
                On 12th oct, i only got the case but not the hard disk which was a separate item.
                On 13th oct, the courier guy called up and said he is 4kms away and has only 1 item to deliver at my place and he will be stuck in the traffic for this. Hence he promised me to deliver it the next day morning. But surprisingly, he updated that the deliver attempt was not successful. After an hour, there was another message saying the second attempt to deliver was also unsuccessful which i felt was ridiculous.
                The next day i waited for him and he did not turn up. I got a mail to reschedule the delivery which i did for 17th oct. Also i tried calling the delivery guy multiple times but he never responded.
                Now even on 17th oct, he never called or made an attempt to deliver and i am getting a message saying "the 3rd and final attempt to deliver was also unsuccessful".
                This started boiling my blood as there was zero attempt made to deliver and has wrongly updated the status.
                With most difficulty and waiting, i had got a better deal on the item but the poor and careless service of the snapdeal delivery has turned every thing down.
                I am now thinking if i have to prefer snapdeal for my next order.
                Very bad experience. Flipkart and amazon are delivering items within a week.
                Snapdeal took 10 days to deliver one item and the 2nd one never turned up.

                      I was order fly iq 4520 tornado 16gb (order id: [protected] reference no:[protected] on 17.09.2016 which was delivered to me on 19.09.2016.in this regard, the phone is not good and is not seen like as per show in their website (phone description with phone images) i was submit a request regarding refund the product on 21.09.2016 then they was picked up on 14.10.2016 after 23 days their service was so poor and very irritating. i was posted many times on their facebook page then they was taken action. now, today was received a mail from snapdeal stating that we are unable to process your return request as your product is not match in our quality check and initiate a refund we will ship back your item to your original delivery. snapdeal service is very poor service they was not provide satisfied service to their customers. i request to you please take an action against these types of e-commerce site.

                            I ordered ps4 on 2.10.16, and made payment via citii bank credit card. But cancelled my order on 11.10.16. On several repeated calls and tweets they asked me to rebook it. But till date yet there is no response. Every time I call they ask me too wait 24hrs to update. I don't know whether snapdeal will deliver my product or not. They are just extending my delivery dates.

                                  I had order Mi Redmi Note 3 to Snapdeal on dt. 03 October 2016 at 11:30 Am and after 30 minutes (12 pm) I cancelled my order. The proff is attached for reference. Now from 3rd October to till now I call many times to Snapdeal Customer care for my payment refund.

                                  I already sent my bank details where Snapdeal has take this payment. But Snapdeal customer care saying pls. give 24, 48 hours we will refund your payment but many 24, 48 hours are spent... Now if any Snapdeal responsible person is here please look in this matter and refund payment asap.

                                      Here i want to say snapdeal is doing cheating in the name of serrvices . we call its no. it charges and no connection made only bussy lines uttered. and if we mail they give querry no. but no responce is comming.
                                      actully we saw griiled lg oven its in market 7200rs and they offer 6600 we buyed but it was solo and solo is available in market 5600 and snapdeal is also offring this 5600 at offer . we also did this at offer. we want this to return and give us new grilled and whether refund amount or take extra but give grilled . how can it b solved. its cheating.

                                        My complaint is regarding the person who delivered my product. He took 103/- rs extra for delivering my rosra black round analog watch.. It is of 347/- rs but that person took 450/- rs for delivering it. Yet that watch was damaged I return it. I request u to refund my whole amount I.e.450/- rs... Snapdeal being a trustable site for me, this is first time when I faced such problem.
