I have purchased "best deal led rotating party bulb" item qty: 2, product delivered in a single packing.
Order id: [protected].
While returning had to raise request for both individually under orders section.
Received 2 messages stating pick up initiated.
Person was sent from nuv-all-rp on 15 october. He has taken both pieces as it was delivered in a single packing but refund initiation is done for only one piece.
Still receiving message (For ticket id:[protected] stating that pick-up unsuccessful, and request would be cancelled if not responded within 48 hrs.
Worst part, no proper option in the website to register this issue, no email to communicate. No response on calling to customer care number, more than 5 mins, and request not being processed, no customer service executive to attend the query/problem
