    Sir, I received a parcel from snapdeal online shopping services at chennai . it was lacking as there was no a sewad golden alloy traditional party necklace set in the box packaging in this box has a game . whenever I received, soon I opened the parcel in the front of delivery boy . i said to the boy that this is not my product then he taken money and run out the house when I call then he switch of the phone . please my product as soon as I hope you know my feeling please sir give my jewellery set . I give you a photo where a wrong percel and slip where right my product name is correct but I received a wrong product please give my product

      I have ordered 1 samsung led on 3rd october. It was supposed to be delivered by 14th october but i have still not received the delivery. I did not even informed by snapdeal about the delay in delivery. I wanted to gift it to my parents on 16th but due to such a pathetic service i couldn't. Who will bare the loss of this?
      Obviously customer is gonna suffer because i have alreaddy paid the amount. I talked to customer care people as well about getting the product delivered at my home address so that my parents receives it on 16th but they were kept making the fake commitments and excuses. Snapdeal is such a company who doesn't understand the value of the emotions of the customer and customer care people are the real example of this.

      I am being cheated by snapdeal and also lost the excitement of the product because of this worst experience.

          I ordered mi max mobile on 3oct on snapdeal. It had issues with calls making and receiving so requested to be replaced. They collected the phone on 14oct after calling them again and again.             I have mailed Snapdeal Many times. I even called Snapdeal many times but all the time I had no option but to listen to IVR.
            I have no issues with the refund but I want to know why my order is being Cancelled by you people ?

            I got discount of 2100 on the following product and You people cancelled it for no reason.

            I have send the following E-mails but I have received a single reply to my queries

            Following was my previous Email.

            "I just received an email stating that My order [protected] is Cancelled.

            I did not request any Cancellation

            This was my previous Email Inquiring about the status of the order

            I placed an order on 5th October, 2016 with order ID [protected]

            It's been 8 days since I placed this order and still the system shows that It is Prepared for dispatch.

            The product is yet to ship yet and the delivery date is around the corner.

            I am expecting no delay in delivery from your end as it is a prepaid order and that the order has been upgraded to Gold.

            I would like to request you to please look into this matter that why the product is still showing "Prepared for dispatch" and please ensure that I get this product on time.

              I have purchased a new Panasonic Eluga Turbo mobile phone from snapdeal on[protected],
              At the time of purchase it is very clear that the Mobile phone which I purchased have refund facility.
              Now I received the product on[protected], the mobile which I received is not working properly.
              I requested for return and refund the amount for the product on[protected] at 8:30 am it showed me a message saying that we can't process your request now, and later when I contacted with the customer care executive he said wait for 48 hours and then your request will be processed.

                I bought a mobile from snapdeal on 6th Oct with ordered id [protected] and it was delivered on 8th Oct, but they delivered me a wrong product they sent me a lower range price mobile instead of which I orderd.on 9th Oct I placed a request for replacement with sub order id-[protected]. They picked up the phone next day but on 14 Oct they declined this issue as quality check fail.                   I have purchased "best deal led rotating party bulb" item qty: 2, product delivered in a single packing.

                  While returning had to raise request for both individually under orders section.
                  Received 2 messages stating pick up initiated.
                  Person was sent from nuv-all-rp on 15 october. He has taken both pieces as it was delivered in a single packing but refund initiation is done for only one piece.

                  Still receiving message (For ticket id:[protected] stating that pick-up unsuccessful, and request would be cancelled if not responded within 48 hrs.

                  Worst part, no proper option in the website to register this issue, no email to communicate. No response on calling to customer care number, more than 5 mins, and request not being processed, no customer service executive to attend the query/problem

                    Of course as excited as I was to find out that you guys cancelled my order without any warning whatsoever... now I find myself without a watch and out of Rs.10115 . Kindly refund this amount as soon as possible. It's been 6 days since it got cancelled and I don't understand why it's taking so long to refund the money when it took to you guys no time at all to take it from my account .                             I've ordered boAt headphones via Snapdeal on 4th October and it was scheduled to be shipped from between 7th October to 10th October,
                            But unfortunately they failed to deliver I've also managed and understood their problem as it was Sale period and sometimes issues occurs during sale,
                            then I've got Text stating that i will receive headphones on or before 15th October but its 17th October and today I've got teat saying "Delay in delivery of your headphone running late and it will now reach you on or before 21st October,
                            Its already been 13 days since i have ordered headphone, and text indicated that i have to wait 4 more day for my product get delivered.

                            highly disappointed with snapdeal and for so called "Gold" benefits I've paid already for it.

                              I have purchased a kingsize cot from snapdeal which is delivered on october 1 2016, the installation agent came on october 3rd 2016 and found some major parts broken. i have raised a complaint and asked for refund on the same day. got a couple of responses. however so far there has been no guy to pick up the items and process the refund.

                              I have tried calling the customer care and there is no option of speaking to the customer care executive. i have also sent an email to the people including the ceo. but still the email is going to the deaf's ears i think. i sincerely request a refund from you asap

                                I ordered this item a while back. I wasn't satisfied with this product and had a size issue (the belt was small in size), I put in replacement request for a bigger size but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel the replacement request and put in a return request. but as soon as I cancelled the replacement request I got a message that the replacement request is closed and now I cannot put in another request.

                                Firstly, there was not mentioned anywhere that once you close a request you won't be able to put in another request.
                                Secondly, even if it is mentioned then what kind of a process is this. It is clearly there for duping customers. What if I had done this on order for high value?

                                I even called the customer care helpline and after figuring out the maze to get to speak to a customer care representative I was flat out refused any help. Essentially telling me to live with the filthy product just the way it is for the rest of my life.

                                What should I do with a belt that doesn't fit me?
                                At least grant me my original request.

                                  My Order ID: [protected], pick up the product on august 30th, till now i did not get any refund and snapdeal is saying we will not initiate any refund or replacement, I have been purchased iphone 5s worth of 22000, on october 6th i have received a message from snapdeal, intimating we are unable to initiate refund or replacement, we will send back your returned product with in 48 hours, after 4 days again they are saying we will not send you anything

                                    But there are six boxes and one is empty
                                    Then how we will believe and buy this from online booking.We believed in buying from Snapdeal but how it is possible to do like this for Snapdeal.We had bought from Flipkart, Amazon but it is first time in Snapdeal.So please accept our complaint And we want the one bulb .

                                      I placed an order(Order id#[protected]) of TWO 13000mAh AMBRANE power bank recently and these bloody SNAPDEAL people have just sent me ONE and they have put a tag of "delivered successfully" without even giving me TWO powerbanks and the status of another powerbank has been ripped off from "Ready to Dispatch" to "CLOSED", how can you say it delivered when you haven't actually given it to me.
                                      Such a FRAUD PEOPLE, i don't know on what values does this company is running by just ruining customer's TRUST.
                                      May this company gets closed soon, before any more customers fall in this booby trap of SNAPDEAL .
                                      And to add cherry on top, they don't even have a good CUSTOMER SERVICE, an actual whom i can contact neither on EMAIL nor on PHONE.
