          Hi i am shubhangi and i am from mumbai as i have did shoping from snapdeal but there was no offer related to car it was just an photo frame offer which i get.

          Today at 11.30 i received cal from unknown person and he was from jharkhand he said i won car of tata for the same reason i have to pay 6500 and he needs my details bank account details. But i denied and said m not using online payment system. Si he said got to the bank and deposit the amount also i recorded his call so which m sending and i want to take and action against that kind of people who was using snapdeal co name and chitting with ur customer... If it happens again i lodge police complaint against the company

                    I ordered two bedsheets but received only one and the order status shows delivered for both the products.
                    For one of the bedsheet, i got the message about the delivery but i did not receive any call from their side and they claim it is delivered. I ordered it on 2nd july and the message came on 8th july 2020 around 6 pm but no product is delivered.

                    I raised the complaint at the help centre of snapdeal on the same day and still did'nt get any response from their end. No body is picking call in their office. I therefore request you to look into this matter by making them either deliverthe order or refund the amount which is rs. 499.

                      I had placed order for 3pack of natural healthcare levenum for all types of liver diseases for an amount of rs 1499/- vide order id [protected] from snapdeal.com on 11.06.20 and i had prepaid rs 1388/- as they provide rs119 discount.
                      But i had received only 2pack on 19.06.20 and i had informed them the shortage at the moment of receipt. They asked to return the product. As i was continuing the medicine i was not able to return. And secondly i had fear that i will not get refund even if i return, as this item is non returnable item and no window of return approval in snapdeal.com site was received at the time. The same was intimated same by email.
                      I requested them to send the shortage one bottle pack and informed the courier charge if any will be prepaid by me.
                      They didn't send the shortage one till the time even though many request has been placed by me.
                      I think this is their usual practice to send the shortage by giving discount.
                      Necessary action in this regard is solicited

                          I ordered 2 products from snapdeal and paid online. But snapdeal delivered only one of it. They labelled bill of both on the box, but inside box only one product was packed. I tried hard to contact customer care and raise my concern but no one from snapdeal paid attention. After so many attempts I got same reply at support messages every time. There is no option to call them. I think either no customer care department exists or they want to cheat.

                            Hello,
                            This is my following details of my concerned

                            Registered mobile number on snapdeal : [protected]

                            Suborder i'd -[protected]
                            Order i'd -[protected]

                            Product' s name - peshkar digital alarm clock

                            Customer's name - sayan pratihar

                            Complaint :

                            I got a totally different item from the product's description, then i raised return request mentioning the problems,

                            After approval courier partner ecom express is assigned to pickup but the pickup agent is continuously rejecting my return pick stating product's verification doesn't match although i raised my return request for getting a different item and my complaint was 100% correct.

                            So far 3 times the pickup agent refused to pick up giving the statement as product's image doesnt match, unable to do quality check.

                            And also inform me that if they get a statement by mail from the snapdeal as the return pickup is for ' different received product' then only my return would be picked up otherwise not.

                            I am continuously trying to explain my problem to the snapdeal customer care support but getting no useful response from their end,
                            Also they are not taking any action on priority to my complaint.

                            Finally i just want to say that my pickup must be done immediately or provide me the alternative mode to send the return by myself, to get refund.

                                Dear sir, This is Vinay Shukla I purchased Rupa jon pack of 5 vest from Snapdeal on 16/ 05/2020. They delivered wrong product, I complained to company and initiated for return, His courier partner picked up the parcel on 4 or 5 June. After few days I inquired about my refund they accepted that parcel has been picked up but not updated and assured me that with in 24 to 48 hours they will transfer my refund. As it has passed one month still they have not issued my refund. The button which is used to contact them on web site also disabled. I tried to contact them 5 to 6 time but got the same answer. My complain is not about my money but i want to inform you that how these people are treating customers. I hope you will take a serious note on this complain and you will take an effective steps toward this kind of behavior. Thank You.

                                    I have ordered ez' playmates robo magic car on 13th/june/2020. Since delivery delayed so i cancelled my order on 24th/june/2020. Then too your courier partner tried to deliver the product on 30th/june/2020. But still i haven't received my amount back to my bank account. The battery size is not suitable for my phone so i choose the return the battery, on the pick-up day, the delievery executive should cancel my pick up service... And i will wait for 6 days for reschedule pick up option, but no use.. On 26/6/2020 i cancel my return order.. So i return the battery can you help me??
