    I am writing to issue a complaint regarding a recent product purchase. On 30th Sep, 2016 I purchased a Samsung j2 pro with an Invoice no 102686 and order ID [protected] product Model no. Samsung J2pro 16 GB from Snapdeal for the amount of 9490. This phone received on 4 Oct 2016. after 2 days note my complaint.
    The product is not working properly. There are some issues like back button and hang problems. When I called several time to snapdeal customers care but did not get any solution of my problem. No action has been taken till date and asks sorry we have no any solution to this matter. Please check this phone at Samsung service center but why my new phone checks at Samsung service centers.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible.

      I have order Physique Pl058 Motorised Treadmill from snapdeal (Order ID: [protected]) on 02 Oct 2016. After several followup through email as there is no way to contact customer care executive on phone, product delivered on 13 Oct 2016. I have tried several time to contact via number which they provide but unable to do so as its only automated computerized voice and option.

      After delivery they have schedule for installation on 15 Oct 2016, but no one contacted and came. I have mailed (from: bhumi.[protected]@gmail.com) snapdeal several time but only i get automated reply. Today i have talked to their installation service provider EasyFixSolutions (Ph: [protected]), and they said they are not providing any service in delivered area and told us to talked with snapdeal. Today again i mailed snapdeal for the same and still waiting for their reply.

        I would like to bring to your attention that I have purchased one TECHNOLOGY Smart Self Balance 6.5"Wheel Hoverboard With Battery / Built-in Bluetooth Speaker / LED / Remote / Free Carry Bag vide order no. [protected], Sub Order Id - [protected] (hereinafter "the Product"). I am disturbed and perturbed soon after I have received the delivery of the said product. I have paid full consideration in advance but the product been delivered to me is nothing more than scrap.

        Since, I have received the product, it is not starting and therefore not working. I kept this for charging for long but because of some defect this product is not getting charged and therefore not working.

        To register my complaint on dated ...I called at the customer care number ..., after keeping me hold for an hour, they heard my complaint and assured me that I shall be getting mail for the next step but till now neither I heard anything back from them nor got any mail.

        My trying to register my complaint online as well but the screen is showing pick up failed.

        Please look into the matter and let me know the next step to be taken.

                I have received my order on[protected].As snap deal sells only new products, I have ordered for new laptop, seller has sent me a used laptop, if it is a new laptop there must be no password for the windows log in but it do has a windows log in this id enough to prove it is used and more over there were lot of stains on the back of the computer .i have given for the returns at the moment i opened it .Don't know what happens to my order and i have paid through my credit card and EMI scheme

                  And Another product which I requested for the replacement has not received yet. They taken the product back but return the product replacement. If I check my product status it is showing as Delivered. My Product ID is [protected] and Suborder Id:[protected].

                  Are you making fool to the customer ?? This is how you do the business? This is how you build your business?

                  This is how you make the fool to customers?

                  Let me take the Legal action on this. I have all the evidence to put the fraud case on SNAPDEAL.

                    Hi..I ordered an Omron HEM 8712 blood pressure on snapdeal on 22nd April 2016. ...got delivery on 26th of April 2016 ...All well till September. .Facing problem now in that machine...since i am a residentof Bandra (Mumbai) ...went to Andheri's service centre office of omron...they said they can't help because the purchase is from online...They said that Courrier it to the online seller i.e Gurgaon...& all the expenses of sending & receiving the product will be from the consumer side only. ...I mean that then what is the use of purchasing a product online when a consumer can't get the things done that too in warranty. ..its a conumer right to get things done by the company.

                              I have ordered 3 sarees from snapdeal and in one of the saree ie aisha pink saree they provided that the colour of the saree is pink and when i recieved the saree it was purple.. what a careless company providing such fake products and the another couldnt reached my expectation.. Its quality is too bad.. I asked for refund of these sarees.. They recieved the returned item and according to them the item did not meet their quality check criteria and they are unable to initiate refund for it. And said that my return request has now been closed... As a result they are sending back the sarees to me.. Whose fault is this .. They wrote PINK SAREE in the description and i recieved a purple.. There is a big big difference between pink and purple..I am attaching pics of the saree so that it is clearly visible.. They have hired such sellers which not only provide such product but spoils the company's goodname in the market.. They provided inappropriate information about the product.. Its their fault not mine..

                                    I have tried to get a replace of my product and I missed the verification call so talk to the customer care and they said no problem we will proceed the return process but yesterday I received an Email by Snapdeal [protected]@snapdeal.com
                                    By saying that the return/repalced process of your order is been canceled and we can't replace your order.
                                    According to the Snapdeal return/replace police I have 7 days to return the product and I have already place return for the order if I didn't recive my replace product aur money I will file the complaint against Snapdeal in consumer court...

                                      We got a Lenovo phone in Snapdeal offer few days back. When we received the order, we found that the phone is a second hand phone which is refurbished. When raised with replacement, they did a quality check and relied that the phone is new. I SERIOUSLY CONDEMN THE QUALITY TEAM OF SNAPDEAL. How can they conclude a used phone with stained charger and the phone with no proper packaging as new? I wanted to cancel the order and need a refund, but they are not accepting the same. I need refund and since the phone is termed as NEW by so called Snapdeal quality team, let them keep the phone and return the money. THE SNAPDEAL QUALITY TEAM NEEDS A GOOD REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT BADLY. WORST SERVICE BY SNAPDEAL.
