Hi..I ordered an Omron HEM 8712 blood pressure on snapdeal on 22nd April 2016. ...got delivery on 26th of April 2016 ...All well till September. .Facing problem now in that machine...since i am a residentof Bandra (Mumbai) ...went to Andheri's service centre office of omron...they said they can't help because the purchase is from online...They said that Courrier it to the online seller i.e Gurgaon...& all the expenses of sending & receiving...

I was ordered a product (shampoo and hair dryer ) through snapdeal but he was fully defected...and i have call the customer care but it is not return...the product does not work ...its faulty product ...i have submit a complaint on snapdeal but they could not response ...and they could not return/replace of the product...the dryer are not working......

Placed order for Samsung Galaxy j7prime on 2nd october 2016 and made payment through credit card and till date (16th Oct) there is no trace of my order. No response or reply from them. No number available to talk to them. Very disappointed as I wanted to gift my daughter. Everyday I am sending my query but they don't bother to even give a reply, as if they are least interested....

I have ordered 3 sarees from snapdeal and in one of the saree ie aisha pink saree they provided that the colour of the saree is pink and when i recieved the saree it was purple.. what a careless company providing such fake products and the another couldnt reached my expectation.. Snapdeal cant deliver curtains and show online track record that we refuse to take order but...

I have tried to get a replace of my product and I missed the verification call so talk to the customer care and they said no problem we will proceed the return process but yesterday I received an Email by Snapdeal [protected]@snapdeal.com
By saying that the return/repalced process of your order is been canceled and we can't replace your order.
According to the Snapdeal return/replace police I have 7 days to return the product and...

We got a Lenovo phone in Snapdeal offer few days back. When we received the order, we found that the phone is a second hand phone which is refurbished. When raised with replacement, they did a quality check and relied that the phone is new. I SERIOUSLY CONDEMN THE QUALITY TEAM OF SNAPDEAL. I have ordered 02 no. Sony Micro Vault 32GB Pan Drive on 12/10/2016.

I recently ordered Nike shocks which was in Navarathri offer. I was cheated very badly since none of the pair was useable. 1 pain was totally torn, another damaged and the next was not of equal size. For one product, estimated delivery date was 11th Oct (which it is showing closed) and for some other products delivery date was 15th Oct. I dont see most of the products have any status update. I called customer care but no one is picking the phone... after entering Order ID in IVR, it says one of our executive will speak to you shortly even after 10 mins wait...

I order chairs from snapdeal website. On delivery i found some parts were damaged. So i asked the company to replace those parts. Order no [protected] Rs 37803 was cancelled on 02.10.16 and the estimated refund was shown as 8.10.16. But till today no refund is initiated and no updated message coming. Nor in the website I can found any complaint redressal section which is very annoying. Rs 37803 is a big amount and I ask Snapdeal whether they will pay interest for that. Hello, I raised complain 4 times to refund the money but still they have not resolved my issue, very unprofessional and pathetic company. They are cheaters. I have wasted 1 week following up with them for the status update but they always say it will be resolved soon, but still they have not taken any action. Please someome look into this issue. I will never recommend Snapdeal to anyone or buy anything moving forward....

I had ordered a Redmi Note 3 device on 09/10/2016. The device was not shipped even on 13/10/2016. So i went ahead and cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from costumer service that the cancellation request is taken and the refund would be processed within 48 hours. Its already 2 days and the status is still "Ready to be dispatched" When contacted about this to costumer service, they now claim they have no clue about the device status...

Being loyal customer of Snapdeal I had ordered a Micromax mobile phone & Power Bank through Snapdeal vide order no [protected] on 5/10/2016. But mistakenly instead of Mobile phone, Two Logitech Keyboard have been delivered to me on 6/10/2016. First time such a big mistake done by Snapdeal staff.

We ordered a 3 inch foam mattress, one month back. There was no cash on delivery option so we paid the money online. We are still waiting for it to be derived. It was supposed to be delivered on 8 th but no sign of it. The call center number is a farce with no agent to speak to directly. You only have to keep pressing buttons to select different options till you get fed up and hang up the phone....
