    I tried calling you people so many times toady because i need to change my shipping address but my call was in hold for almost every time but my balance is going like hell . what kind of customer service you have ?

    I will never purchase anything from you people and i will not recommend any of my friends and relatives in future, you don't even have toll free number also

      I book a product from the snapdeal on 12th September 2016 for COD for 1800 Rupees, 10 ruppes reducted from freecharge and for remaining amount COD is booked, I got a product on 18th of the september by their primary courier partner delhivery but product was opened and no invoice, then I call the snapdeal customer care. Actually product details were not updated in site. I ask the question how I get the product for same rate of 1790 rupees and I told that seller was cheating, after that They told me to send the product back and they arrange pickup on 20th of september.
      Till now there is no reply from the snapdeal and they are saying nothing abt the product and telling me that they will send the product back. It is already a month has gone. They cheated me and I had call no. of times to customer care but they didn't know nothing.
      I think it is Waste to buy from the snapdeal.
      They are maintaining a very bad sellers even they are not enquiring abt the seller who cheated me.

        Hi,

        This is in regards with order no. [protected].

        I ordered the above mentioned product on 02 Oct'16.Even after repeated complaints, no resolution is provided.Even the delivery date has passed, item is not dispatched yet.

        as its luggage bag, i need it for my flight on 16th october, if it doesnt gets delivered before that, it would be of no use

          Purchased I phone 5s from snapdeal
          On receiving started to face heating problem and battery drainage issue, and screen calibration was not responsive(though after update it was stable), raised complaint of the product, quality checked engineer visited for the quality check of the phone and approve it for replacement on 1/10/2016(Proof attached), after that on
          3/10/2016 the product was picked up by 'NUVO EX REVERSE PICKUP SHEET'(Proof attached),
          Got confirmation to get new product on 5/10/2016, received message that the product did not qualify the quality test, though it was already been verified, raised query about the product status but did not get any response, so finally i called the snapdeal customer care they said that problem which is mention is been showed in different category (screen problem), they assured that the problem would be resolved and i asked them that if there is any such quality problem then do provide me the details of the quality test that it has failed, but they updated that there wasn’t such problem the only problem was that the problem chose category was wrong so they assured that i will get call back, but till then now(15/10/2016) did not received any call back from snapdeal and on 15/10/2016, received the same send product in extremely worst packing condition and there was no Power Adapter in the box(proof attached).
          Extremely Unsatisfied with such worst customer responce, snapdeal why are you trying to fool the customer around, after buying such high end product why would someone waste it time for replacement, would request you to consider this problem with high priority, and now i want refund of the amount Paid. I have faced extreme inconvenience

            I have ordered for Prym Black Slim Fit Joggers (large size) but instead of receiving it Snapdeal has send me Shuffle men's jogger medium which is of very different quality and actually it is not the product I have ordered.                 I have purchased product from Snapdeal.com Order ID: [protected] on 03 OCT and expected delivery is shown as 10 OCT.

                Today is 15th OCT and its not yet delivered.

                They have provided a Courier Way bill number http://vulcanxpress.com/Trackorder.aspx?awb=P[protected]

                And in that its shown as Undelivered (Reason : Consignee requested for future delivery )
                No person has called regarding this, so I didn't understand on what bases they have updated this status.

                I have send one mail to Snapdeal regarding this status with ref No : 32522140

                In that they mentioned they will call me within 24 hrs and I didn't received any calls yet.

                  The product Prestige Iris 750 W 3 Jar Mixer Grinder is broken and not usable...We wanted to replace this product and we place the request in the main server..
                  They asked us to courier the product to the ware house. We are unable to courier the product back as the charges are very high (Rs 1800). We request snapdeal to arrange for the courier pickup or alternatively they should send the replacement for the product and take this faulty product back. Kindly do this at the earliest.

                  Moreover we are unable to contact snapdeal...Kindly send the contact no. and also consumer complaint address so that we can register the complaint.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I placed an order on 1 Oct 2016 with order ID [protected] of "Lotto Verve White Running Sports Shoes (Size: 9)". The tracking system shows that the courier attempted to deliver the item thrice to the address given. I have properly given the address with working telephone number. The courier neither tried to call the mobile number nor come to the area. Instead they wrote the attempt of delivery thrice. Without calling to the customer number and asking anybody to the battalion, how they are trying updating like this. I feel very sorry for this. Please try to resolve the issue and deliver the item to the given address. I request you to teach such services not to repeat again and deliver tremendous mental stress to customer. I was waiting for the last 15 days for the shoes to be gifted to my father for a purpose. This is not a matter of the amount what I have paid. This is for the purpose.

                            I have ordered a pair of shoes but by mistake i ordered the wrong size and cancelled the order just after the order was placed.
                            I was assured that I will have the refund within 4-5 days which was not received. Further there was a deduction again for the same amount with reference to the same transactions date, for which i contacted the company they asked for the bank statement which provided them, and since then I have just received an email which tells that your refud is successful and there are some numbers regarding.

                              I was ordered for quick heal total security antivirus on 01 oct 16. They given a message that they will deliver the item by 08 oct 16. They was not delivered the item by 9 oct, then i was asked for delay of delivery, the given another date that is they deliver by 14 oct. To day this is 15 oct 16. It is too much much negligence of snapdeal suppliers. It was taken almost 15 days but till not delivered. The item for order placed is simply available at all small cities.

                                HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL
                                I ORDERED Sennheiser Cx 213 In-the-ear Headphone - White .I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE DISCRIPTION SO I REPLACED IT BUT AGAIN I GOT THE DIFFERENT PRODUCT.SO I DECIDED TO RETURN BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN FROM THE APP IT SAYS "Your request cannot be completed at the moment, Please contact Customer Care at +91-[protected]" OR FROM CUSTOMER CARE .

                                Now my product is under 7 day return policy but only 2 days are remaining and I know after few more days they will say that you cannot return the item after 7 days.

                                I have placed many orders from Snapdeal. Everything is good as long as if you don't want to return any product. Return process is very worse.

                                    I have placed an order for Hometown Adelede Center table on 4th Oct 2016.(Order ID: [protected])On your website delivery period that was mentioned was 5 to 8 days.After placing order, couple of days later, I checked the order status. I realized that delivery is now 30th Oct to 3rd Nov 2016. I was surprised to notice this. This order was placed considering the Diwali. I immediately raised the concern with your team on your helpline. Every time I got one standard reply that my issue is escalated but there is no concrete solution or reply on the same. I also understand from your helpline that this item will get delivered from Mumbai itself. I received a mail from your customer care. But it was quite adamant. All it said was delivery will take place as promised. What promise ? After displaying 5-8 days of delivery you have changed it to 25-30 days for your convenience. Your reply on email is completely silent on that. Now 10 days are over and while I track the order, it still shows being prepared for dispatch. Is it a some kind of joke ? Now I can't even cancel my order. If I cancel my order there will be cancellation charges.. I requested for call back from some senior authority for call back.. No one has called back so far. I hope company will understand my concern & will expedite the process.

                                        so i went to leeco service centre and there they told me that this phone is not authorised by le eco and we dont provide warranty for it (which is against your promise )
