The subject product was supposed to be delivered on 12 Oct 2016.
No delivery attempt has been made and I am still waiting for the product.
If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will not be ordering any other
product from Snapdeal.

I have purchased hundred of products from Snapdeal. Today I have received an item(Dolfin Aluminium Ladder), order id [protected]. But the quality of the product is not up to the mark.
I made return request to Snapdeal. Return request id is 32512987. But it is very much unfortunate that although you had promised for easy return policy, you have asked me to return back the item with my own courier arrangement.

I got my delivery on 13 oct and i got my item defected i tried to return the item on 14 oct but i got the message that '7 days easy return policy has ended you can not return your item '.but i got my delivery only 1 day ago

I have yet not received the refund of cancelled order no. [protected]. Further in the snap deal account it is wrongly shown as delivered to me. Please do the needful. It is the fault at your part. Please send me proof for the delivery of the goods, If you say that you have delivered it to me.
If I will not get the due amount I will take legal action to bring justice to me.

Its been almost 10 days since I ordered a product on snapdeal & the deadline for delivery date has also been obsolete yet there's no sign of any package. Moreover they promise of a faster delivery if the shipment is prepaid but I don't see any such promises being fulfilled.
The worst part is that Snapdeal doesn't provide customer support privelage where a customer can keep out his mind. Every time I call to them a recorded irritative...

I have purchased Hard disk from snapdeal on 03.10.2016. In tracker it's showing it is in Bangalore but still not delivered. Raise so many complaints on snapdeal but no action has been taken by snapdeal . I have already paid for it. The order is under snapdeal gold category which is express delivery according to then. No one responding from their side everyone is saying we are checking.

I waited for more than 10 days and when no one came for pickup and after many phone communications, someone from SnapDeal suggested me to send it on my own and courier charges would be reimbursed. i had ordered a product on snapdeal that i recieved was defective .when i asked or return ther said that they can not arrange pick up so i had to courier myself ...the charges of courier they said to return me..but now they are not refunding my courier charges...which is rs310..whenever i call them on their customer care number they do not let me talk to there customer care executives.....

I tried calling up Snapdeal customer care numerous items but the IVR does not let you to speak to any customer care executive. The order is already paid for and I want to know information about my order. This is really poor customer experience and not at all professional....

I got my product nova trimmer on 6th october but it never worked i applied for a replacement, they taken back the product but after someday they closed the request by saying that we have done quality check and it didnot meet our requirements and send back my product.I feel cheated since product is not in working condition wht i will do with that.My money lost...

Few minutes back, I received the packet containing the mouse. But I astonished to find that though I placed order and paid for 2 (two) mouse of Portronics Arrow Wireless Mouse Blue, I found only one in the packet. I am enclosing herewith the Retail invoice where it has been clearly mentioned about the prices of two mouses.
