    I have placed an order for Hometown Adelede Center table on 4th Oct 2016.(Order ID: [protected])On your website delivery period that was mentioned was 5 to 8 days.After placing order, couple of days later, I checked the order status. I realized that delivery is now 30th Oct to 3rd Nov 2016. I was surprised to notice this. This order was placed considering the Diwali. I immediately raised the concern with your team on your helpline. Every time I got one standard reply that my issue is escalated but there is no concrete solution or reply on the same. I also understand from your helpline that this item will get delivered from Mumbai itself. I received a mail from your customer care. But it was quite adamant. All it said was delivery will take place as promised. What promise ? After displaying 5-8 days of delivery you have changed it to 25-30 days for your convenience. Your reply on email is completely silent on that. Now 10 days are over and while I track the order, it still shows being prepared for dispatch. Is it a some kind of joke ? Now I can't even cancel my order. If I cancel my order there will be cancellation charges.. I requested for call back from some senior authority for call back.. No one has called back so far. I hope company will understand my concern & will expedite the process.

        and there is issue came
        my brand new phone Leeco Le 2, is stuck in bootloop, it is only showing eui and not getting start,

        so i went to leeco service centre and there they told me that this phone is not authorised by le eco and we dont provide warranty for it (which is against your promise )
        and they checked it in their data too
        so kindly provide me justice so that i can get my money back

              Snap deal.. the Worst experience I ever had from online shopping. I will ensure that I will spread this news to the maximum people that I can. On all my what's app groups, Facebook Twitter and more. Idiotic service. Ordered an item on the 28th of Sep. It says deliver within 5 to 9 days.. today is 14th of Oct as per them the item has reached my town on the 4th of Oct but they don't know the reason for the delay. No news from xpress bees courier too. They don't even pick up the call.

                Hi, i purchased one sandwich maker from snapdeal. On 12th october 2014, i received my order. I checked my order & found that this is not working. Same time i tried to update snapdeal. I tried on their website as well, but it always shows that "access is denied" from last two days. It reflect same. I tried on their customer care number also, but still nothing is happen.

                Within 7 days from the date of receiving, i need to update them, otherwise they will not refund my money, but now what i will do, still i am unable to contact them, i mailed on their mail id also, but till date i haven't received any revert from their. I gave 2 reminders to them, still they haven't reverted. Now i am really frustrated from their service.

                  I ordered Nokia 105 SS. I purchased this phone because of speaking clock feature mentioned in description of this phone. But the product I received is dual sim Nokia 105 and with no speaking clock feature. Without speaking clock, there is no use of this phone for me, as I required it for my grand mother. I have complaint many times in customer care for refund money. But they are saying that in quality check phone is same. They are not ready to refund my money back. Snapdeal engineer came to my place two times and I have written remarks from him that speaking clock mentioned in your site for this phone is not in the delivered phone. Snapdeal engineer can see that delivered mobile is not single sim and does not have speaking clock feature as mentioned in website. But I do not understand how quality check team is not able to see these things.
                  I have called many times and customer care executive is saying that we can not do anything as delivered mobile is same as the mobile described in website.

                      I have purchased hundred of products from Snapdeal. Today I have received an item(Dolfin Aluminium Ladder), order id [protected]. But the quality of the product is not up to the mark.
                      I made return request to Snapdeal. Return request id is 32512987. But it is very much unfortunate that although you had promised for easy return policy, you have asked me to return back the item with my own courier arrangement.
                      It is not at all expected from Snapdeal as my address is not at all beyond your serviceable area.So please take return the item by your courier.

It is the fault at your part. Please send me proof for the delivery of the goods, If you say that you have delivered it to me.

                                Its been almost 10 days since I ordered a product on snapdeal & the deadline for delivery date has also been obsolete yet there's no sign of any package. Moreover they promise of a faster delivery if the shipment is prepaid but I don't see any such promises being fulfilled.
                                The worst part is that Snapdeal doesn't provide customer support privelage where a customer can keep out his mind. Every time I call to them a recorded irritative voice starts to chatter. I urge to Snapdeal thatthey should provide customer support so that we can interact with them & open ourselves to them.

                                      I had ordered a black formal shoe (order number: [protected]), but due to size problems I requested for return and replace. I waited for more than 10 days and when no one came for pickup and after many phone communications, someone from SnapDeal suggested me to send it on my own and courier charges would be reimbursed. I did that and shared the courier details. I received confirmation email as well from SnapDeal. Even after so much ordeal and frustration, I haven't received my refund yet. I have been communicating with SnapDeal team regarding this, but failed to get a positive reply. This was in December 2014.

                                      After so many months, I have even stopped pursuing. I felt like I have been robbed.
                                      But forgetting all this and thinking that SnapDeal has evolved I did the same mistake again. I ordered 2 products from SnapDeal on 05-Oct-2016, order number: [protected]. There were 2 products - Sony SBH20 Bluetooth Headsets & Portronics Car Power 2 (IOS) 4.8 Amp 3 USB Port with Lightning Cable - Black. Out for which first seller for Sony SBH20 Bluetooth Headsets could not fulfill the order and cancelled it. SnapDeal tried to get it through some other seller. After almost a week even this seller could not fulfill the same and cancelled it. After waiting for almost 8 days, one of the products from my order was cancelled. Why does SnapDeal display such products on their site when they cannot fulfill it??? I am never gonna buy anything from SnapDeal again, that's for sure. Very frustrating.

                                      First seller for order [protected] (Sony SBH20 Headset) was Ajay Surgical Instruments and when he was not able to fulfill the order, he cancelled it and snapdeal tried to fulfill it through Mahakali Enterprises. But he was also not able to fulfill the same and finally cancelled the order.

                                      Order ID [protected], same story. Stocks out of supply and order cancelled i[censored] buy most discounted product. Snapdeal only showcase products to overcome competitors but lags capabilities to fulfill it.
