    I had ordered a Data Wind MoreGmax 4G7 calling tablet from Snapdeal on 04-10-16 with Gold scheme in which 14 days replacement assurance was given. On[protected], I received a defective product from from the seller Tablets Investments India Pvt Ltd Kunda_VL-VolI, in which touch is not working in some portions of the display. After two days, on 09-10-16, I placed a return/replace order. On[protected], Snapdeal assigned a service visit to authenticate the product. On 12-10-16, a technician came and confirmed that there is problem in touch screen and told me, he will send report to Snapdeal for next action. After that there is no information or no action taken from Snapdeal, even if I cannot contact customer care since the number is always busy. Please do the needful. Details given below.

      i had ordered a product on snapdeal that i recieved was defective .when i asked or return ther said that they can not arrange pick up so i had to courier myself ...the charges of courier they said to return me..but now they are not refunding my courier charges...which is rs310..whenever i call them on their customer care number they do not let me talk to there customer care executives..

        My product order no.[protected] has been delievered to your courier (ecom express, duliajan (assam) & they told me that your booked by cash on deleivery mode.
        While i made payment with transation id-bil/[protected]/trimmer/snapdeal.com-dj dated on 07.10.2016 at the time booking the order.
        I can't beleive a big brand of onlineshopping company is giving such type of service.
        Solve this matter asap otherwise i will never chose snapdeal for online shopping.

I tried calling up Snapdeal customer care numerous items but the IVR does not let you to speak to any customer care executive.             I got my product nova trimmer on 6th october but it never worked i applied for a replacement, they taken back the product but after someday they closed the request by saying that we have done quality check and it didnot meet our requirements and send back my product.I feel cheated since product is not in working condition wht i will do with that.My money lost

                          I have ordered an samsung j3 phone worth 8000 from snapdeal on 6th of oct and which is not delivered to me till date. Actually the product is at my city ware house via xpressbees courier and this expressbees is not delivering it.
                          I request you to please cancel all license of this xpressbees courir. They dont even have there office in our city. This xpress bees courier is pathetic. Didnt expected this kind service from snapdeal.

                            Ordered tv of #45k and just recieved a shattered tv are these online companies fooling people especially #snapdeal order id :[protected] and the courier company arranged for pickup dosen't even exist in my city, only god and snapdeal knows what will happen.
                            Avoid buying anything from these online merchants guys!!
                            Cc number is pathetic and ivr is repetative. This is how these companies fool people and now nobody is replying me back in there facebook page they write it to be very responsive but it's been 24hrs, i guess they might be too busy in fooling other people.

                            Hello, Need to update that I have received a call from snap deal Cc and they assured me that the damaged product pick up schedule is tomorrow I guess today is 15/10/2016 and tomorrow is Sunday 16/10/2016 I am not sure if they are committed for pickup.Please update me when can I expect my product replaced will it take 10-15 days more, thanks for spoiling my festival...

                            Hello, Need to update that NUVOEX courier picked up the order yesterday, but they are putting me into another technical loop of Snap Deal, said that you have selected the order reason as " I did not received what I ordered " this is the wrong reason for replace, snap deal team what do you think I ordered for a shattered TV, stop giving these foolish replies and replaced my product and if that is not possible for you then refund my amount.

                            Hello, Need to update that the courier was picked Up from NUVOEX on 16/10/2016 but when it spoke to the NUVOEX manager he confirms that that still it was not dispatched to the SnapDeal wearhouse, how long will it take to get my product replaced i guess may be next diwali in 2017, Do you guys have control over your courier partners or they are free to work the way they wan't, kindly look into the issue, it's been 2 weeks since I paid the amount to snapdeal, worst service experienced by snapdeal.

Courier company dispatched my order, Received a notification from snap deal that the product will be replaced, It says another 5 to 7 days, When can I expect the replaced . Please don't send it this time by Valucan express courier.Send the courier safely this time.

                              I had received this phone with Nokia brand seal tampered, immediately after receiving the phone I placed a replacement request on Snapdeal. After a few hours, I recevied a phone call from one of the Snapdeal advisors and I discuused the tampered seal issue with him. After having the discussion, he scheduled the pick up for my phone and the phone got picked up next day. Now the status of my case is "Quality checked failed. Returned item will be sent back to you". This is something pathetic and unprofessional, I paid for a brand new phone then why should I accept a faulty or refurbished phone. I received the phone with brand seal tampered so even if the phone is working perfectly, I should not accept it. I deserve to get a brand new and well packed phone from Snapdeal.

                              I have contacted Snapdeal regarding the same issue but my issue is still unresolved, every time I get in touch with their advisors, I get to hear "You will receive a call back from our QC team within 24 hours" but it's been 7 days, I haven't received any phone call yet from Snapdeal. I am the one who keeps calling Snapdeal like a fool and gets nothing out of it.

                                From last 6-7 days my order status showing mumbai
                                Pallete ready for delivery but still i didn't received that item.

                                Order date : 05.10.2016

                                And there delivery timing is also too much they used to took 10 days for every order.

                                And they used worst courier services where exactly we cant able to track order properly and cant contact to them also.

                                I already submitted request online reference number is 32323476 before 24 hours but still i didn't get any feedback from there side.

                                  Hi,

                                  This is in regards with order no. [protected] for Philips in ear earphones.

                                  I ordered the above mentioned product on 05th Oct'16 and today is 10th day but my order is still not reach at my place within their standard delivery time i.e. 4-5 days and not even they gave me any update on this latency.

                                  Only I had received a call from the courier service to confirm the time of delivery then I confirmed but if we talk about delivery time I had mentioned it also in my order but don't know where the problem is?

                                  As I checked that the expected delivery date and time had passed without any reason but then there was a single option left i.e. reattempt option and I was thought it will be helpful to me but I was wrong the 2 times reattempted time (12oct and 13oct timings 2pm-6pm) also gone but i the order is pending.

                                    This is my 2nd complaint in a row.
                                    Am yet to get my money back in my bank account.
                                    I cancelled the above product on 9 october but i havenot got my money back within 4 business days.
                                    My other product ie. Colorbar nail polish remover was not cancelled by them yet i got an email saying that it has been cancelled and the money has been refunded but last night i again got a msg that the product was cancelled and money has been refunded.
                                    How many times my product was cancelled and money was refunded?
                                    Its better to order cash on delivery.
                                    Am attaching a picture on the same.
                                    Please refund my money for both the products.
                                    Am tired of complaining you on emails, facebook and here on consumer complaint forum

                                    After i submitted my complaint here, i got an sms stating that my money has been refunded. I checked my bank account and yes it was refunded. The refund policy of snapdeal is not trust worthy. Even after 5 days i didnt get my money and it happened like 3 times. I dont get it why they say that the money will be refunded within 4 business days when they take much more time.

                                      I have a purchased a mobile phone from the Snapdeal Company amounting to Rs 4444/- via Debit card payment option.

                                      Although the amount is low but the fraud is bigger.

                                      When the parcel came, I accepted the parcel on 4th October 2016.

                                      To my utter astonishment, when I opened the parcel, i found the internal packaging to tampered & change as some one has already opened the sealed package and change the device in it. The condition of the phone was like refurbish one.
                                      I tried to start the phone by pressing power on button but it's not started. i thought due to low battery it may happen. I kept the device for charging for 3 hours but then too phone was not starting up.
                                      I as soon, summoned my query to one of the Snapdeal Representatives and he promised to help me out by providing replacement.

                                      The return was done by the 3rd party courier team NOVEX on 5th-10-2016 after checking the package everything they accepted the return and provided me the receipt of return acceptance.

                                      Surprisingly, on 8th of october 2016 after 3 days i got a mail from Snapdeal that the return item has failed quality check and we cannot provide replacement and would return the same package to you.

                                      I was shocked and I contacted snapdeal why and how the replacement request was cancelled. executives were unaware about the reason so they told me they would arrange a call back.

                                      on 10th October 2016 they contacted me and said my complaint will be closed and no refund/replcaement shall be generated. He spoke in a ill and unpolite manner. I asked the reason he told me that the device which you have returned is the wrong one as it does not matches the IMEI number.
                                      I told him that is the reason i have returned you the product as i received the used phone so how can IMEI number would match. I justified him that if the seller had send me the wrong product so he will recieve the wrong product, i don't own a shop that i have number of Yu unique model to replace. He kept me blaming me for that i have send back the wrong product with different IMEI.

                                      i argued, if that was the reason why the return courier have not raised the same concern while taking back the product. as they have completely checked the product and accepted the return. he had no answer to my question and he kept repeating that I was the culprit.

                                      I enraged told him to transfer the call to one of his superiors.

                                      The floor supervisor was a parent of the unpolite and rude behaviour of talking. He did not even listen to my grievances and stated me that my parcel has been returned to their warehouse. I was felt aback. How come the parcel has been returned to origin.

                                      when I have already received it.? Shakened, I checked up the tracking of my shipment and it said that 'the consignee has refused to accept the parcel and the product has been returned to the origin'. The supervisor rudely without even listening to my grievances disconnected the call.

                                      The seller has cheated me providing me wrong/used product.

                                      Although the amount is less but the fraud is fraud.
                                      I have order that phone for my mother and i don't have any answer to give back to my mother now.
                                      My mother trust will be shattered with online sites if this fraud are not sorted out.

                                      This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust we had on the Snapdeal company even though after going through the feedback of the mal- statement of it's Brand Ambassador Mr. Aamir Khan.

                                      Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund/replace without further delay.

                                        Hello, i am neha gupta. my mobile no is: - [protected], e mail id: - [protected]@protonmail.com & my order no is - [protected]. this order was for asus best external portable dvd writer/burner sdrw-08d2s-u lite for laptop/ desktop. not only was this product faulty but was different from it's description. after sending them endless mails, they only informed me that my request for refund would not be processed. also they didn't even send me the returned item back to me & instead kept it with themselves. before that they even sent me a mail that quality check failed & returned item will be sent back to you within 48 hours & we will also update you with the courier name as well as the awb no. but they neither processed my redfund nor sent back the returned item back to me. it has been more than 15 days now that they have picked up the product & kept it with themselves. this is equivalent to robbery or snatching. i urge all of you to refrain shopping from snapdeal, otherwise you may also loose out on your gadget, money & would experience the same incidence
