    I buy a sony mdr-zx110 headphone from snapdeal actually the product is good i love it but the courier service is bad. too much delay for delivery and i really hate this courier. earlier my orders are come very fast and most of them are delivered by FedEx now it takes weeks. please solve this problem or this is my last purchase from snapdeal.

      I have ordered (Order number:[protected]) the sofa through sbi credit card emi option through snapdeal and this month i got credit card bill from bank showing total amount payble rs:17349/- insted of 1 emi rs:1500. I have been complained the same to snapdel with complaint no:32310395 on 13/10/2016 till date there is no call and i am continuesly calling them they will reply with massage saying you will get call from concern deportment by eod or in 24 hours till date i did not got any call... Please look into this.. As bank said that issue is with snapdeal or vendor.

      Now SBI confirmed that issue is with Snapdeal.. So Snapdeal please give the proof for the same.. otherwise I will launch a complaint in consumer court Pune against Snapdeal.. otherwise cancel the order and refund to me as soon as possible.. as I am very disappointed with the service.

        I lost rs.200/-on freecharge on 11th october 2016. The money was (rs.200/ + rs 200/- rs.50/-total rs 450/-)debited from my sb a/c. I got only 250/-as mobilecharge. The balance money rs 200/- is not yet refunded.Your immediate action is awaited. Several times i contact in customer care number but i was unable to talk with them. kindky refund the amout of Rs200/-

          item not delivered and wrong information updated by snapdeal .No attempt to deliver but they have updated that Undelivered (Reason - Consignee requested for future delivery ) + Undelivered (Reason - Address Unlocatable).Then now when i track i find that an attempt was made to deliver my product and i was not found !! BS . no attempt was made, i received no call if there was any confusion with my address. They have updated this just to hide their incompetence.This is just unacceptable!! i sent the mail to snapdeal customer care again & again for Urgent Delivery but they have not given me any Positive Response yet

          i will never buy anything from snapdeal in future .Very pathetic service and Courier Company I have not seen ever.Order ID: [protected] Streax Cream Hair Color(Golden Blonde) 7.3 Set of 2 Rs.230 but delivery person have taken 240 rs(extra 10 rs).and what a pathetic customer care number !! I am disappointed and frustrated with Snapdeal as they start cheating the people.

          There is no number to call or email address - total incomprehensible.Customer service is non-existent.This company have no way to call or email customer service where an individual can handle your case. The phone number of so called customer care ends on IVR and questions end on website.

              I bought 2 slippers, one brown n one red. But got both brown. Also paid extra delivery charges for red one. The red was costlier then red. When i am asking for refund of differential amount n delivery charges, there is no response from them. Also bought a jeans whose colour is faded. I called customer care but they are not resolving it. Snapdeal is a reputed company n i dont know why they do this. I just need my money back and compensation for inferior products . Customer buys products as he needs it, he doesnt have time to return it and buy again. Hope they understand this.

                I am calling to your customer care from last 2 days. But no one is there to pickup our call. What you think our call is free? We are paying for that call not you.

                I wanted to talk about my recent order which is taking too long to deliver. This has happened 2 times in a month. I really dont want to tell our friends, relatives, colleagues etc to use SNAPDEAL for shopping. Service is really bad now.

                  I purchased a product from Snapdeal on 03 Oct 2016 and product should be delivered by 13 Oct 2016 but till now it is not delivered and no info when I raised a compliant I got a call from help desk some one Mr. Sanjeet contact number [protected] and person told me that the courier boy came to my address and he did not found any person which is totally wrong reason the delivery address is office address and one person is 27*7 available. From last couple of days I am in touch with Snapdeal customer care and raised a complaint ID 31648249.
                  In courier site also it is not updated that courier boy came to my office. for more details pl. checks with the attached image.

                      I ordered a maniac t-shirt pack of 2 through snapdeal vide order no.[protected] dated 07.10.2016 and paid from my debit card for the same. It has been cancelled on snapdeal.                           I ordered — (dell inspiron 5559 notebook (jet black) + 15.6 inch dell beg) worth 27598/- on date 12-oct-2016 at approx. 9:30 in morning and paid the amount by my debit card (atm master card). after the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on snapdeal. please confirm the order or refund the amount whichever is possible

                            Ordered Item:Unboxed One plus 2 .Snapdeal are not providing Unboxed item as what they mention in their website. I received an Item which as dent and no sim card tray slot, even though I received sealed box item.
                            My complain on Snap deal is they are wasting and cheating indian customers by saying it is unboxed mobile.

                            I would request the authority to please take this as a serious note and please give strong warning to Snapdeal .

                                  By trusting on Snapdeal policy I have ordered a laptop "HP Pavilion 15-au113TX Notebook (5th Gen Intel Core i7- 16GB RAM- 2TB HDD- 39.62cm (15.6)" an amount of 61, 990 rupees by paying through credit card on date 03-October-2016. They confirmed my order though mail and I received laptop on 8th October 2016 after noon. When I open the box and started laptop to verify its configuration I was shocked, they made me fool by committing Core intel i7 delivered core intel i5.Even on the receipet they have mentioned i7 but inside box lap having configuration with core i5. But, again I had a trust with Snapdeal and folllowed the Snapdeal return policy apllied for
                                  return with reason product was delivered with different configuration whiled committed for i7 and delivered i5. As per reyrun process, a logistic person came pick the laptop and verified the product took a snap with running condition and gave me an acknowledgement receipt. Now I was waiting for my refund and suddenly on 12th October 2016 by evening, Snapdeal send me a mail by writing "We received your returned item and processed it through a quality check. As your item did not meet our quality check criteria, we are unable to initiate refund for it. Your return request has now been closed." This make me surprised and all me believe broken down with snapdeal online business. Because this was the firs time when I was cheated with any of online e commerce site. Now, I am puzzled and thinking what should I do because this is not a small amount for me (Rs-61, 990). Below is my order details.

                                    I had order lenovo k 3 Note but the product i received that is lenovo k 3 note box but in the box there is damaged broken screen Lenovo a600 without battery and something very very rubbishing the nail and screw. i am very angry, i will go to complain it to the police station if immediate reply or action is not taken.

                                        I vikas kumar placed an order from snapdeal on 9th october 2016 and also opted for fast delivery by 12th october 2016 for which i had to pay 99 rs. Extra. Today its already 12th october 7:20pm and still product has not been delivered.
                                        We had called the consumer care number [protected] and they promised that the product will be delivered on 12th by 6pm.
                                        We had previously ordered products by snapdeal in which i faced the same delay in delivery of product.
