    I ordered chocolate milk shake but i was delivered mango milk shake plus protein powder and energy drink.

    The problem is that minutes before i recd my protein powder thru snapdeal so now i have two protein powders.
    I called customer care and spoke to saurabh singh ref no. 32315901 who said that they cannot do anything about it now. After much argument he said he will see what can be done after speaking to seniors and then said that he will take back the product and return money by freecharge. Now i have no proof that he has said this or that.

      I have ordered redmi note 3 mobile phone from Snapdeal on 1st October 2016 with order id [protected]. this phone was delivered on 4th october to my place in Jaipur. while using this phone, i came to know that is having connectivity issues. many a times mobile network goes automatically. secondly, i came to know that is unable to make synchronization on contacts. like for example: i created any new contact, but it is unable to make the synchronization of this with other apps like whatsapp. now, i tried to return it, but it only showing only replacement available.

      then i called and mailed to their mail id's whose complaint reference number is 32224067, but no response.

      Please can anyone let me know how can i get rid of this problem.

      I had used snapdeal for the first time and i would say that it is the worst online shopping company. after raising request above, i got call and message from the company yesterday saying that engineer will visit and check, now today the message is coming that i no need require the same. how you guys are assuming that?
      i want clarification as soon as possible and i want to just return the product. no matter how.

        Last year also i had ordered via snap deal and i never got the product and got refunded.
        This time i again ordered a stove which was supposed to get delivered on 10th. Now like same last year days are increasing and they gave a new date by 18th. Y do u have such ridiculously managed supply chain.
        Y do snap deal give fake commitments if you can't fulfill it. Shame on you guys.

I have been complained the same to snapdel with complaint no:32310395 on 13/10/2016 till date there is no call and i am continuesly calling them they will reply with massage saying you will get call from concern deportment by eod or in 24 hours till date i did not got any call... Please look into this.. As bank said that issue is with snapdeal or vendor.

                  item not delivered and wrong information updated by snapdeal .No attempt to deliver but they have updated that Undelivered (Reason - Consignee requested for future delivery ) + Undelivered (Reason - Address Unlocatable).Then now when i track i find that an attempt was made to deliver my product and i was not found !! BS . no attempt was made, i received no call if there was any confusion with my address.                       I bought 2 slippers, one brown n one red. But got both brown. Also paid extra delivery charges for red one. The red was costlier then red. When i am asking for refund of differential amount n delivery charges, there is no response from them. Also bought a jeans whose colour is faded. I called customer care but they are not resolving it. Snapdeal is a reputed company n i dont know why they do this. I just need my money back and compensation for inferior products . Customer buys products as he needs it, he doesnt have time to return it and buy again. Hope they understand this.

                          I booked a product from snapdeal on 03 oct-2016 order id: [protected] the product is suppose to be delivered by 13 oct 2016 but till no message that when the product is going to deliver to me. When i tracked the product i found it is with courier company from 09 oct 2016 and till now not delivered. Regarding the same i already spoke twice to snapdeal customer care and raise a complaint id=31648249. If you people are unable to deliver this product by today 3:00 p. M, then pl. Cancel this product and pl. Refund my money.

                          I purchased a product from Snapdeal on 03 Oct 2016 and product should be delivered by 13 Oct 2016 but till now it is not delivered and no info when I raised a compliant I got a call from help desk some one Mr. Sanjeet contact number [protected] and person told me that the courier boy came to my address and he did not found any person which is totally wrong reason the delivery address is office address and one person is 27*7 available. From last couple of days I am in touch with Snapdeal customer care and raised a complaint ID 31648249.
                          In courier site also it is not updated that courier boy came to my office. for more details pl. checks with the attached image.

                              I ordered a maniac t-shirt pack of 2 through snapdeal vide order no.[protected] dated 07.10.2016 and paid from my debit card for the same.                                     Ordered Item:Unboxed One plus 2 .Snapdeal are not providing Unboxed item as what they mention in their website. I received an Item which as dent and no sim card tray slot, even though I received sealed box item.
