Hello Snapdeal Lovers,

This is to share and inform everyone the frustation that I have faced with Snapdeal during the so called "Unbo Diwali Sale" which is all fraud.

I had ordered birthday gift for my brother-in-law which was a perfume (Davidoff Cool Water Night Dive EDT 125ml for men) from Bangalore which was shipped to Shimla.

The perfume was delivered in a packing without a bubble wrap which is a must for these type of items. When the packing was opened the bottle was broken and the lid of the perfume was inside the bottle and there was no perfume left in the bottle. I had sent the photographs of the perfume bottle to the Snapdeal team and requested them to return/replace the order but they bluntly refused the request and said that for these type of items they do not have return/replacement. When I said that this a problem with the delivery they said they it was delivered properly even though my repetitive requests they did not listen to me.

I am also sharing the photographs of the received product. This is un acceptable from a customer centric company like Snapdeal which boasts of it delivery and quality and customer service.

I therefore earnestly request to all the readers of this post to stop using products from Snapdeal since all this so called "Unbox Diwali Sale" is a hoax and at the end we get damaged products without the proper kind of packing and get an answer that it cannot be returned/replaced.

Please share this news to all your friends/family/relatives who all are loyal Snapdeal customers.

    Dear Sir,

    I am extremely unhappy to see the attitude. We booked the TV with full payment on 27th September 2016.
    We are regularly tracking the order and we saw the order has arrived fir shipment and gone to Kolkata. After that wr found the courier person is very much misguided us telling that they have tried but unfortunately they don't find our address.
    If they tried then they should call us but nobody had called us or any other information we got to know from them.
    Kindly look into the matter and deliver the product on urgent basis.

    I hv placed aOrder ID: [protected] (2 Items) on 27/09/16, after few days I received msg from snap deal saying that delivery attempt is failed twice. but nobody contacted me regarding delivery. On 13/10/16 received a msg saying that order is cancelled due to delivery attempt is failed. worst customer service and fake order status...

          I received an empty delivery box with no product inside. I tried to file complaint in my snapdeal account but didn't get a option to file compliant under any section. Then i filed complaint under replace my product. Also, in the comment box, i mentioned the reason with details. The snapdeal arranged the pick-up but courier boy refused to pick-up the empty box. However, he accepted that you mentioned this in the comment. I tried to connect snapdeal customer service but nobody picked the call. I tried to connect on twitter but no positive response. Snapdeal is a fake company and big time thief. I need my money back.

            Snapdeal internal delivery system Vulcan is of below standards.They do not have a specific helpline number for Vulcan.My ordered gift item, is delayed and lying at a center near me, but it is not getting delivered.Snapdeal/Vulcan cannot handle the festive season pressure. They should learn from Amazon, Flipkart as to what festive offer means.I will make by friends, famiky, collegues aware of Snapdeal/Vulcan inefficiency .

                Item not delivered and wrong information updated by snapdeal .No attempt to deliver but they have updated that Undelivered (Reason - Consignee requested for future delivery ) + Undelivered (Reason - Address Unlocatable).Then now when i track i find that an attempt was made to deliver my product and i was not found !! BS . no attempt was made, i received no call if there was any confusion with my address. They have updated this just to hide their incompetence.This is just unacceptable!! i sent the mail to snapdeal customer care again & again for Urgent Delivery but they have not given me any Positive Response yet.i will never buy anything from snapdeal in future .Very pathetic service and Courier Company I have not seen ever.Order ID: [protected] Streax Cream Hair Color(Golden Blonde) 7.3 Set of 2 Rs.230 but delivery person have taken 240 rs(extra 10 rs).and what a pathetic customer care number !!                   I planned to buy a blackberry q10 mobile through snapdeal on 23rd sep 2016. The same has arrived on 27th sep 2016. While unboxing the mobile, i came to know that keypad was malfunctioning, headset was not in the box and near to the battery, warranty seal seems to be teared. Thus i booked for refund on the same day. I sent back the mobile through courier and on 3rd oct 2016 they received the product and got a mail confirmation stating that the mobile which i sent failed quality check. What kind of quality check they are performing i am not sure. From 3rd oct to 12th oct i am reaching them continuously. But i did not get a proper response till now. They are threatening me to keep this mobile whenever they return. I sent mails too. But no response till now. I am totally frustrated with snapdeal’s service. Even i sent mail to ceo, md of snapdeal, but no response though.

                  Issues with the received product. Pfb.

                  1) headset was not available.
                  2) keypad was malfunctioning (I typed q letter, z appeared in display; i typed z letter, q appeared in display).
                  3) if you open the back panel, a seal sticker got teared.
                  4) in snapdeal website, blackberry q10 picture showed the keypad is in english. But i got english cum some other language.

                  At present the mobile is with snapdeal team from 3rd october 2016. No call or mail updates from them till now.

                    I ordered a wolphy 40 kg home gym set on 10/10/2016. Order ID- [protected].After complete payment snapdeal sent me a mail on 11/10/2016 saying that they mistook the price and cancelled my product. I spoke to the customer care but no action has been taken and its 3 days now. How can snapdeal do that after successfully payment of the product.Totally a nightmare expierence with snapdea.                       Hi Snap deal,

                      I have ordered a Haier 43 inch tv and paid through citi bank Rs. 25714 order number [protected]and the same day cancelled the order suborder id [protected] On the snapdeal site it is showing refunded successfully, but has not deposited money in my bank account. Called and made complaints multiple times to the snapdeal customer support, but there is no proper answer. Two times shared the bank statement as request through mail by snapdeal. If you have really made the refund please mail the UTR/ARN number or make my refund immediately. It is very disappointing try to do business with snapdeal.

                      Snap deal please look into this and expedite my refund immediately

                      I have ordered a Haier 43 inch tv on snapdeal.com on 4-Oct-16 and paid thruogh citi bank Rs. 25714 - order number [protected] and on the same day within 24 hours cancelled the order - Sub ordernumber [protected]. On the same date snapdeal updated the status as "Refunded Successfully", but has not deposited money into my bank

                      account/card. Called and made complaints multiple times to snapdeal customer support, but there is no proper update. Everytime I called customer support, the representative, informs it will take 24 to 48 hours it is under investigation, I have emailed the bank statement 2 times to "[protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com" as request by snapdeal through email and tillnow there is no proper response. I have requested snapdeal customer support reprsentative to provide or mail the UTR/ARN number, since they claim the amount refunded and they are not providing or sharing any detail on it. Snapdeal, as you have not done the refund, since you are not sharing the UTR/ARN number requet you to make my refund immediately, its my hard earned money.

                      Appreciate your swift action.

                          I have ordered IPhone 16 GB Silver Order ID: [protected] from Snapdeal on 02 Oct, 2016. But I found that it does not have support for Jio 4G and cancelled immediately. My cancelleation request was accepted and shown that I will get money back in 3-6 business days.

                          But irrespective of my cancelletion, now the product got delivered and handovered in our office mail room, without informing me. Now when I asked for money back they are not accepting to return the product and forcing me to take the product. When I tried to call customer care and inform, they even disconnecting the call inbetween.

                            I had ordered galaxy j7 tempered which i had receive but noythat design that i jad ordered i had receive different design and i m not satisfied with that product and when i am trying to return/ replace the product it comes error i had done that more than 10 times but still there is error what wrong with snapdeal i want to sue complaint against snaodeal as i had received the wrong product

                              Dear so called" Dil ka deal, Snapdeal"

                              With utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction, I am writing this and hope will receive some positive response.

                              Well let me narrate the story of my Lifetime bad experience with Snapdeal...

                              On 21st Sep, at the time of browsing Snapdeal- my happiness knew no bounds when I had seen that "Kent water purifier " with lucrative discount, available at Rs.13, 500/- (instead of Rs.19, 000/-)

                              As the price was reasonable and the discount was huge, I placed the order immediately by paying the amount via net banking in advance.

                              On 27th sept, I had received the product.

                              Now its time for the lifetime pathetic experience from Snapdeal..

                              I called Kent customer service and next day on 28th Sept the person had come to my place and installed the Kent .

                              While installing, he found that the adapter was not working and its a faulty one. This was shocking as Kent and Snapdeal both delivered a faulty product.

                              As a result with utmost disappointment I called Snapdeal Cust Service on Sept 28th at evening 5.30 p.m and spoke to Arshdeep Singh.I explained him the entire story and he raised the complain ( complain no[protected] .He assured me that, the same will be picked in a day by courier and replace with the better one.

                              After 2 days, as nobody turned up, again I called the customer service on Oct 1st around 9.46 p.m and spoke to BALU MAHENDIRAN. I asked him to transfer to his supervisor but he convinced me that he will solve the issue. I explained him the entire thing once again. Now this guy told me that certainly someone will pick the same by Oct 1st and also his senior will call me for further clarification.

                              Now its the 5th day, and no response from Snapdeal neither Courier person. yet.

                              This is the most worst experience as well as unprofessionalism from a company who display big big advertisement and commit for a wonderful service.

                              Today its approximately 15 days as I have paid my hard earn money and doing a duty to call customer service and writing mails.

                              Do not forget that now things are quite open to market and competitors are waiting for this kind of bad customer service by a rival company.

                              I will wait another 48 working hours for your revert with a solution and of course the interest amount for the days you kept my money.

                              Now its my promise to you I will not mind to spend another big amount and spoil your name in the market as I have enough proof to furnish. But if you really feel that I have been cheated and you did a mishap with my trust, than revert with my compensation money .

                                The purchase was made on 10/10/16 for amount of Rs 599 and the payment was deducted from my account through debit card. Till now I have not received any acknowledgement or any action pertaining to the same. Free calling number failed to respond, it is suspected that my registration has not been properly accepted for making the concerned purchase. It seems there is no way for us to make this complaint.

                                    I ordered chocolate milk shake but i was delivered mango milk shake plus protein powder and energy drink.

                                    The problem is that minutes before i recd my protein powder thru snapdeal so now i have two protein powders.
                                    I called customer care and spoke to saurabh singh ref no. 32315901 who said that they cannot do anything about it now. After much argument he said he will see what can be done after speaking to seniors and then said that he will take back the product and return money by freecharge.                                       I have ordered redmi note 3 mobile phone from Snapdeal on 1st October 2016 with order id [protected]. this phone was delivered on 4th october to my place in Jaipur. while using this phone, i came to know that is having connectivity issues. many a times mobile network goes automatically. secondly, i came to know that is unable to make synchronization on contacts. like for example: i created any new contact, but it is unable to make the synchronization of this with other apps like whatsapp. now, i tried to return it, but it only showing only replacement available.

                                        Last year also i had ordered via snap deal and i never got the product and got refunded.
                                        This time i again ordered a stove which was supposed to get delivered on 10th. Now like same last year days are increasing and they gave a new date by 18th. Y do u have such ridiculously managed supply chain.
