I order for reeboks laser gray running shoes and when the product arrived the reebok box had no any logo just a brown box with the reebok on. The shoes didn't have a logo anywhere nor did its outer sole have the brand name imprinted. They sold me fake reebok shoes for 1285! All i unboxed was unhappiness thanks to the fake reebok shoes. Snapdeal please change your campaign unbox nalla maal!. Such a huge company and no direct customer care numbers available easily either. Scam scam scam! Never buying from snapdeal again.

    I've ordered a zebronics 2.1 desktop speakers on 3rd october 2016, now it's 11th october. I got mail and sms regarding my order confirmation. But, till now my order have no progress and my order is not yet dispatched. Since day 1 it says that 'order placed', - 'ready to dispatch'. Please give me information about my order.     Please solve my problem i don't want to lose my 1400 rs. I've twice send mail using e-mail us option in their website. But no reply's yet. The expected delivery date of the item is, between 19th and 24th october. But i'm tensed about my money.

      I had ordered for nefroliv capsules 3 packs containing 20 capsules each vide order id: [protected], placed on 05 oct, 2016. When i tracked the order there was no movement at all. As i am a dialysis patient, without this medicine i will be in great trouble with shortness of breath due to fluid accumulation. Hence, please follow up the order and see that the consignment delivered within the stipulated time.

        Hello Snapdeal,

        My order id is [protected], I have ordered Nike Revolution Grey Running Sports Shoes but when i got the product i was shocked by its packaging condition(i have attached the photo) it was torn. The shoes quality did not looked to be genuine its stitching were loose. I have already requested for replacement. Please this time give a genuine and a new shoes.
        I understand that it is a vendor fault, but it is costing your image value to depreciate.

            I had order one lenevo k3 mobile and one sony hard disk on date 4 Oct-16 with order id [protected] on snapdeal . the expected delivery date is 5 octt-16.I had done payment through on line mode.
            The sony hard disk delivered on date 7 oct-16. but still now lenevo k3 note did't received . When i call them they asking me that the lenevo k3 note canceled due to technical reason. i did't know what is the technical reason for cancellation of snapdeal.
            I had make a no of call with them some times they asking me they are delivering the product and some times they asking order is canceled.i don't know what is the actuality . real fact is lenevo k3 note not received still and also payment not refunded still.
            When i ask them that i am going to consumer court they ask me ypu can go any where where you want.
            Now i want to ask them either they deliver my full order other wise they return back the hard disk also and refund my full payment of Rs. 10888/- to my account. i don’t know what they want?
            I am so harassed from last 4 to 5 day .
            pls help me to resolve the issue with snapdeal.

              Buy from Snapdeal only if you like frustration.You can only order frustration from snapdeal not products. If you order products they will never deliver and you keep following with them for your order status ! I have cancelled my order to stop my frustration.

                I had ordered for a set gillette fexiball proflide combo pack consisting of a flexball razor and a set of 4 flexball blades with online retailer snapdeal on 03 oct 2016 and paid inr 849 with me credit card. The order no was [protected]
                On 08 oct the package was delivered to me.
                On scrutinizing the package there was no tampering of the package, therefore took delivery from the courier.
                However on opening the package later i found only a set of 4 blades and the razor was missing.
                I tried contacting the snapdeal help centre a number ot times on 08 oct and ultimately when i got through the operator informed that the system was under maintenance therefore it will take time.
                I gain contacted the help center on 10 oct and was told that my complaint will be looked into and was given a ref no 31945782.
                On 11 oct i get a standard reply that my request was for replacement/ return was looked into but same cannot be done as the items were delivered to me in good condition.
                The reply did not address my concern which was raised by me.
                I feel really let down by snapdeal who can cheat their customers in such a manner.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have purchased this mobile on 18.09.16 and request for cancellation on 19.09.16 before delivery of this product. But delivery of this done by courier partner on 20.09.2016 eventhough i have request for cancellation. I am request for cancellation due to i have booked the same mobile twice by mistake. One more mobile also delivered on same date. After that i have called your customer care executive and request for return the one ask for refund. But they never agreed for the same and not ready take back the product. After that i have stopped asking for return of the product keep it with me.in meantime out of these two mobiles one mobile got a problem with button and ask for replacement of the product on 21.09.2016 and after that they have sent their engineer for checking the mobile. After continuous follow up of this he came on 26.09.2016 and give the job sheet and saying that there is a problem with a problem and suggest for replacement. But your customer care executives take this product back 28.09.2016 and rise the ticket id of 30118090 and saying that there is technical problem and we can not take back the product. But they never say that what is the technical problem. They keep on postponing the issue up to 07.10.2016 and never tell what is the technical problem of the mobile. Even-though i am calling daily basis and ask for return of the product. On 07.10.16 morning they are telling the technical problem is ime code product and order is not matching. This is too bad that, it is ime code of one more mobile it is supplied by them only. They have intentionally delay this because they have know this ime code matching with the one more mobile purchased on same day. During this time i am unable to return one more mobile due to its 14 days is expired and we are unable to return that mobile. This customer executive intentionally keep this mobile to expire the 14 days and cheated me. Now i am having with a damaged mobile. This is return by them on 07.10.16 and delivered on 08.10.2016. Now they are suggesting to go for company warranty. It is totally misguided by them to me and keep mobile with them unnecessarily from 28.09.2016 to 07.10.2016 without disclosing the technical problem. It is intentional fraud by them. I am request you that help me to replace my mobile at the earliest and give new peace or refund my money. If you want i can give all the evidence if you required.

                        I bought Coolpad DAzen 1 from snapdeal.com on 18th Aug 2015 whose order ID is [protected], i had bought this phone because of the information is given that this is 4G enabled LTE phone but when i am using JIo sim it does not recognize (support) showing some hardware missing. before buying i have also contacted snapdeal regarding the feature of phone but they have told that this is true 4g phone

                        I trusted snapdeal.com but it betrayed myself by displaying wrong spec or wrong Features of Coolpad Dazen 1 mobile phone.

                        I Just want them to replace the mobile with any 4g enabeled phone or give my money back or give any solution for working 4g

                            I have ordered an lg 260Lts double door refrigerator on 4 Oct 2016, order id [protected]. I paid using Citibank debit card.
                            I cancelled my order, on 4th Oct itself. The refund status changed to " Refund completed successfully" on 4th October itself.
                            However, I have not received the amount RS 21596 in my account yet.
                            Also, there is no way to talk to customer care executive on helpline number and mails are also not replied.
                            Please look into the matter immediately.

                              Respected sir,

                              i'm viveka seller id Sab98f, this is my suborder no: [protected], customer wilfully damaged my product and snapdeal initiate the return without know the facts. when I check the product no BNC and DC connectors of the product, plastic body was damaged little. when open the product i was shocked the customer simply burnt the product inside. cable wire was melt with high voltage. I raised the dispute and regarding the complaint snapdeal QC team said product wasn't damaged and shared the images of the product, but in that images also they don't notice no BNC and DC connectors, how QC teams said the prdouct wasn't damaged i don't understand that. I share all the Images snapdeal shared 2 me and i shared to snapdeal. before in their agreements snapdeal said how they initiate returns of the electronic item, but when i start sell the product Snapdeal never follow their rules of electronic item how they initiate but they trouble me a lot last one year with different cause. Snapdeal is completely unfair business. I share the rules and regulation of snapdeal share 2 me. which service center said my product was defective i ask them 2 share it.
                              1. First 1 and 2 images shared by snapdeal cable damaged No BNC and DC pins. they said the product wasn't damaged.
                              2. I shared the 3 and 4 same images to snapdeal team when i received the product. both images same cable damaged BNC and DC connectors damaged.
                              3. After i check the product i noticed the plastic body of the product was damaged (image 5) my guess was right the product was burnt.
                              4. After that i open the product to see the condition of the product it was damaged by high voltage power and customer returned to snadpeal (image 6, 7).
                              5. After i submitted all the proof snapdeal respond and said product wasn't damaged. (image 8)
                              6. with my agreement with snapdeal return policy which OEM service center said the product was defective. how they initiate the return, customer damaged the product and snapdeal played a games with the sellers, but they never follow the rules and make the sellers huge lose. snapdeal plays different games return policy (image 9, 10, 11). i'm only want 2 know how they initiate the return, how snapdeal said the product wasn't damaged. playing games a lot.

                                One pair of shoes and one watch but when i reached to checkout page, i have entered all card details but after transaction window it took me back to make payment page and no order gets placed. But my money got debited from my account.

                                  My husband ordered a phone and delivery date was on or before 30-sep. Not only it came a day late, the seal was open. We replaced and now expected date is showing 21-oct. Delivery is blue dart but now they are saying premises closed. There is no provision and sync to update changed mobile number, As the number updated with order is not changed when I change mobile number in site. When I call their service they say, no orders with your number. As my husband has traveled to an international location, he is not getting calls, but I am not able to update mobile number details. Pathetic site doesn't have 1 email address and helpline does not connect with customer care.

                                    I received completely duplicate product from snapdeal, the perfume bottle is 100% fake. And when i call customer care of snapdeal they told me that this is non returnable product. But when i spend money so why can i take duplicate product. Veru bad response snapdeal customer care.in future i never buy anything from snapdeal and also advice you all to not buy from snapdeal because they sell duplicate products and not take it back.. They told we take back product in 7 days.. What a BS.

                                    Hello there i[censored] get any resolution please let me know too. i have bought "Nike Flyknit Racer" shoes and paid rs. 4200 and these shoes are "FAKE" and snapdeal is not processing my return request. i am filing a case in consumer forum too. meanwhile i[censored] got any solution do let me know thanks. i have sent all the details of my case [protected]@snapdeal.com also and still no resolution. and the worst thing is they are still selling that fake shoes.                                       I ordered a himlaya neem face pack through prepaid mode and i recieved a almost to be expired product.
                                      I initiated a return and it showed in my snapdeal account that the refund will be initiated in 4 business days.
                                      Well today its the 5th day but my money has still not showed up in my bank account.
                                      I contacted them and all i got reply was-" we are looking forward to resolve the issue ".

                                      Again, along with the same order i also placed one colorbar nail polish remover(Sub order id- [protected]) on 30 september 2016 but the product is neither dispatched nor cancelled from their side. I cannot cancel it since it says its packed and cannot be cancelled.
                                      Its been hanged like that since so many days.
                                      Here also my mode of payment was prepaid.
                                      I am fed up of messaging snapdeal to resolve both my issues but all i get is fake assurance calls from their customer care executives.
                                      Due to some pathetic seller snapdeal is ruining its Goodwill.
                                      Really bitter experience.

                                      Please refund my money for both the products.

                                      I complained a lot to snapdeal to refund my money of both my products cancelled but all i got was fake assurance calls and messages. I raised a complain here few days back and my money was finally refunded today. The refund was initiated on 14 oct 2016 by snapdeal and i got my money back today. Thank you consumer complaint site. As i mentioned earlier, snapdeal be careful about your sellers. Its not snapdeal's fault but your sellers who dont dispatch the product in time and send products almost going to be expired.

                                      there is no email id for contact. customer care number also not responding. really really bad service by snap deal. i will never want to be a customer of snapdel again.. please resolve my problem and refund my balance. i'm a student. i need my balance back immediately. I have ordered micromax canvas 4 plus A315, Order ID:[protected] On 1/02/16 . Order was not completed but payment was deducted from my bank account...the phone number provided by snapdeal is also not responding. I fade up by snapdeal service. refund my balance as soon as possible. and please give me a proper mail id where i wiil able to send u the bank statement.

                                        I have returned the item on very next day of delivery.The next day I login to my Orders and it stated that Refunded Successfully to my Debit Card but the truth is I haven't received any amount in my bank account. It ha been 7 days already.
