By trusting on Snapdeal policy I have ordered a laptop "HP Pavilion 15-au113TX Notebook (5th Gen Intel Core i7- 16GB RAM- 2TB HDD- 39.62cm (15.6)" an amount of 61, 990 rupees by paying through credit card on date 03-October-2016. They confirmed my order though mail and I received laptop on 8th October 2016 after noon. When I open the box and started laptop to verify its configuration I was shocked, they made me fool by committing Core intel i7 delivered core intel i5.Even on the receipet they have mentioned i7 but inside box lap having configuration with core i5. But, again I had a trust with Snapdeal and folllowed the Snapdeal return policy apllied for
return with reason product was delivered with different configuration whiled committed for i7 and delivered i5. As per reyrun process, a logistic person came pick the laptop and verified the product took a snap with running condition and gave me an acknowledgement receipt. Now I was waiting for my refund and suddenly on 12th October 2016 by evening, Snapdeal send me a mail by writing "We received your returned item and processed it through a quality check. As your item did not meet our quality check criteria, we are unable to initiate refund for it. Your return request has now been closed." This make me surprised and all me believe broken down with snapdeal online business. Because this was the firs time when I was cheated with any of online e commerce site. Now, I am puzzled and thinking what should I do because this is not a small amount for me (Rs-61, 990). Below is my order details.
