      I would like to state that on 26th September one of my friend had ordered Mobile mi max 32 GB gold phone from. Snapdeal and he got on 30th September but when he opened it he was shocked to see that the product was broken from backside. Order number is [protected].
      The snapdeal customer care is least bothered and was always saying that we will look in this matter but nothing happens till today date 12 October.
      I need the replacement of the product and I would like that u see in the matter and give us a positive feedback. Many a times customer care people put the call on hold and then they cut it which is very irritating.
      So please do the needful and see I get the replacement as Early as possible

            I purchased 02 no. Bedsheets against order no. [protected] and another 02 no. Bedsheets against order no. [protected] on 8th sep 2016. On receipt of order, i found the bedsheets very heavy. I wanted light weight bedsheets. So i applied for return request. Unfortunately, i initiated return request in two parts.in one part, one bedsheet each from both orders and in other part remaining bedsheets. When first courier person came, i returned all 04 no. Bedsheets to him. When second courier person came, i informed him that all 4 betsheets were handed over to first courier person.
            But after receipt of my returned order by snapdeal, i was refunded half amount. The remaining payment is still awaited and the system is showing the status 'delivered'.
            There is no provision to write specific complaint on snapdeal online help centre. There is no email id and no provision to call snapdeal.
            Kindly give me justice. Return receipt of my products is enclosed.

              I have made the order on 6.10.2016 but till date i havent received the order. for order delivery date is 8.10.2016 but from that date there is no call or message for Rescheduling the courier, i havent received any call for address verification. I have allready paid the whole amount from my card. The snapdeal customer care is not ready to help me out and even they r not cancelling the order. Everyday they r giving me date and time for the delivery.

                Hello,

                I have Placed Order of PS4 On Snapdeal on Dated 02 Oct16. Via City Bank Credit Card. My Suborder number is -[protected]. Enclosed files with this.

                Delivery date given by Snapdeal was 7 to 9 th oct16. After doing continuous followup of order threy haven't delivered my order till 11th Oct16. On 11th Oct16, after calling to snapdeal customer care, they said order is cancelled from our side. They have used my credit of Rs. 31260 for 12days and more. Now they are saying they will refund my amount.

                Point to be noted- 1. Snapdeal used my credit for 12 days.
                2. They have given false commitment about order everytime i called to customer care.
                3. They have suffered me mentally.
                4. They have harressed me.
                5. I lost my chance to buy that product which was available on that day on very good disciunted price. So I am in loss now. From Snapdeal I want to get Compensation of Rs. 5000 in adittion to refund of original amount of product Rs. 31260.

                So, In total, I need refund of Rs. 36260 for harrasment, wrong commitment, using my bank credit and worst service to me.

                    Ordered one item on 28sep 20th and delivered wrong item on 06oct2016 cash paid to the core boy.
                    After giving complaint same has picked up on 07oct2016 for replacement with out returning the money.
                    There is the problem still no update regarding the item almost 15 days gone and as per cc information same will be dispatched 13oct2016 and delivery may be 20oct2016.
                    The hell process with the customers and suggesting you maintain the quality of work other wise shutdown the business. Don't run with out destiny and request you to don't suffer the customers because we are busy with our work that's y chosen online shopping.

                        Snapdeal has Vulcan Delivery server, Which is worst & they don't update on the status of order. No Snapdeal Committed to deliver my product max by 11 Oct and Snapdeal has sent package to Courier on 2nd Oct itself however this Creepy Vulcan service they don't bother to update the status till now.

                        Customer Service Spoke with me & every time they say - Don't worry your product will be delivered in estimated time, My Order already passed the estimated time & no i have given a new estimated time of 17Oct, I'm travelling on 18th Oct, If product isn't delivered who will pick the order then?

                                    Thank you for your unreliable service to me since Oct 2nd, 2016, you have successfully not delivered Panasonic TH-32D 400D (order id -[protected]) till today. The product was ordered when all the e commerce sites were running discounts due to festive season. Snapdeal was also offering the product at the similar discounted price. I order the TV from snapdeal which was available in their stock at that time. Snapdeal did not refuse the to take the order at that time and suddenly I receive a message today (11 Oct 2016) that your is cancelled to unavailability of item in stock.

                                    I check the website and find out that the same model same brand TV is still available on same (just at a higher price). All the sites have increased the price of product as their sale days are over. I don't understand that
                                    1) why did they take the order if the product was out of stock
                                    2) even if after taking the order they realized that the product was out of stock they should have informed me same day or within a day or two. I would have ordered it from another site
                                    3) I called their call center for resolution, they say their is nothing that can be done. I dont understand that if the product is still on sale on same website why cant the call center person get me the product on same price on which I ordered.

                                    You people made me so assured that I haven't considered a BACKUP PLAN. Thank you for teaching a lesson to me that never ever TRUST Snapdeal. I can assure that you have lost one of your future best customer. You people were very good making me a fool.

                                      This is the worst service they are providing.. Every time i speak to cutomer representative they says give us 5 days 6 days...

                                        I Purchased iBall Q45i (3G + Wifi, Calling, Gray) from snap deal. while using this tab I started facing the problem with the camera issue and I complained about that to the help support team of snap deal for a replacement. but never got any call. they emailed me about the troubleshooting part. still faced the problem. I was cheated by them. I am attaching all the details of the product along with the complaint and the reference no. Now when I opened the snap deal and saw the order in my list. there they have mentioned that the issue is been resolved by troubleshooting assistance. but this didn't help me. and then they closed the issue. I was at my home town and so was not able to take proper action for the issue I had to face. overheating. camera not starting up. these were the issue i complained about. Got to know from friends that consumer care take care of this matter. so kindly help me. I just want you to take action against them and compensate me with the issue that I have faced and still facing the issue.
