Refund was not given for the Order ID: [protected]

I have cancelled Redmi Note 3 (32GB) item on 3-Oct but still i did not received my refund. The frustration thing is your 24/7 +[protected] contact No was not connecting to your executive to discuss about this.

If you do not respond and refund my amount Rs. 10, 999 by Monday I will escalate this to next level and also I will file a complaint against you....

The snapdeal is intentionally putting wrong description of the product online and no returning their product as per the return policy of easy returns. Their return is close to impossible and they want you to only keep calling them if you want to return. I had made calls of around 4-5 hours for return even after that they are saying that i am not responding for return.

I ordered a iphone on Snapdeal, They did not deliver on time, they said it will take another two days. I waited for another two days then i Talked to customer service of snapdeal, they said it will take another two days.
