30-sep to 10-oct.

My husband ordered a phone and delivery date was on or before 30-sep. Not only it came a day late, the seal was open. We replaced and now expected date is showing 21-oct. Delivery is blue dart but now they are saying premises closed. There is no provision and sync to update changed mobile number, As the number updated with order is not changed when I change mobile number in site. When I call their service they say, no orders with your number. As my husband has traveled to an international location, he is not getting calls, but I am not able to update mobile number details. Pathetic site doesn't have 1 email address and helpline does not connect with customer care.

    I received completely duplicate product from snapdeal, the perfume bottle is 100% fake. And when i call customer care of snapdeal they told me that this is non returnable product. But when i spend money so why can i take duplicate product. Veru bad response snapdeal customer care.in future i never buy anything from snapdeal and also advice you all to not buy from snapdeal because they sell duplicate products and not take it back.. They told we take back product in 7 days.. What a BS.

    Hello there i[censored] get any resolution please let me know too. i have bought "Nike Flyknit Racer" shoes and paid rs. 4200 and these shoes are "FAKE" and snapdeal is not processing my return request. i am filing a case in consumer forum too. meanwhile i[censored] got any solution do let me know thanks. i have sent all the details of my case [protected]@snapdeal.com also and still no resolution. and the worst thing is they are still selling that fake shoes. Such a fraud company who is promoting fake goods through fake sellers. its so disturbing. When all the consumers like us will spread the word in all public forums then only snapdeal will understand.

      I ordered a himlaya neem face pack through prepaid mode and i recieved a almost to be expired product.
      I initiated a return and it showed in my snapdeal account that the refund will be initiated in 4 business days.
      Well today its the 5th day but my money has still not showed up in my bank account.
      I contacted them and all i got reply was-" we are looking forward to resolve the issue ".

      Again, along with the same order i also placed one colorbar nail polish remover(Sub order id- [protected]) on 30 september 2016 but the product is neither dispatched nor cancelled from their side. I cannot cancel it since it says its packed and cannot be cancelled.
      Its been hanged like that since so many days.
      Here also my mode of payment was prepaid.
      I am fed up of messaging snapdeal to resolve both my issues but all i get is fake assurance calls from their customer care executives.
      Due to some pathetic seller snapdeal is ruining its Goodwill.
      Really bitter experience.

      Here i am attaching some screenshots of the above 2 orders.

      Please refund my money for both the products.

      I complained a lot to snapdeal to refund my money of both my products cancelled but all i got was fake assurance calls and messages. I raised a complain here few days back and my money was finally refunded today. The refund was initiated on 14 oct 2016 by snapdeal and i got my money back today. Thank you consumer complaint site. As i mentioned earlier, snapdeal be careful about your sellers. Its not snapdeal's fault but your sellers who dont dispatch the product in time and send products almost going to be expired.

      there is no email id for contact. customer care number also not responding. really really bad service by snap deal. i will never want to be a customer of snapdel again.. please resolve my problem and refund my balance. i'm a student. i need my balance back immediately. I have ordered micromax canvas 4 plus A315, Order ID:[protected] On 1/02/16 . Order was not completed but payment was deducted from my bank account...the phone number provided by snapdeal is also not responding. I fade up by snapdeal service. refund my balance as soon as possible. and please give me a proper mail id where i wiil able to send u the bank statement.

        I have returned the item on very next day of delivery.The next day I login to my Orders and it stated that Refunded Successfully to my Debit Card but the truth is I haven't received any amount in my bank account. It ha been 7 days already.
        What is the problem and when can I expect my refund in the Bank Account.

          I ordered a capris for my mother in law as she had undergone knee replacement surgery. I ordered size 40 taking it as waist size as no sizes chart was mentioned (as in layman language if you are buying a lower or any bottom size 40 actually means 2xl size) but when I received the product it mentioned L size. So while placing a return request I mentioned the reason as wrong size delivered so while talking into consideration my return request they didn't approve this reason as according to them reason was not correct and hence i was couriered the product back and not refunded the amount. I will never ever recommend this website to anyone hence forth. Many of my friends had actually started shopping online on my insistence. Now i will make sure neither they nor people they know should ever shop on Snapdeal

                This is regarding my order id [protected]. Snapdeal has not pick up the product after return request raised and closed the return request without any communication. I raised a complain in this website regarding this issue. Snapdeal has called us and made a promise to pick up the item within 2 days but no pick up attempt had been done. They dont even send a mail or message regarding the same. They are continuing fooling us. I want my refund.

                    When I checked with citibank they have asked ARN number to check and confirm. At least can I get this ARN number.

                      The snapdeal is intentionally putting wrong description of the product online and no returning their product as per the return policy of easy returns. Their return is close to impossible and they want you to only keep calling them if you want to return. I had made calls of around 4-5 hours for return even after that they are saying that i am not responding for return.

                      I had ordered the verdioz white polyester mosquito net from snapdeal on 24th sept 2016 wide order number [protected]. When the delivery person came, and i opened the item it was not of the size what was displayed online. I immediately called up snapdeal told them that i don’t want this product. They requested me to make the payment and they are initiating the return and return my money in weeks time.

                      After two days i again called up and their call center executive said that no return was initiated by the executive and he is raising the request for return. No one came to pick the item ever neither any call has been made. After a weeks time i received message saying that my return is canceled as i have refused the pickup. I immediately called up snapdeal again and they said that they are initiating the return and item will be picked in two days time.

                      And no one came for pickup again, and no body called up. Today again i received a message that my return is closed as i am not reachable.

                      Whenever i called up their executive gave me the assurance that they will do the return and return my money. When i called to followup again on 9th oct, their executive told me that now they are not going to return the item and the last the excutive who gave me status 3 days before gave me wrong status that item will be picked in 2 working days.

                        I had doubled booked iPhone 6 on 3rd Oct, 2016, due to which I had to cancel one order on Snapdeal.
                        Order Id - [protected]

                        Order was cancelled with an hour of placing it and it was guaranteed that cancellation process will complete in a day and I would get my refund in 4-5 business days. To this day, i.e. 09th Oct, I haven't got any confirmation about the cancellation. I have called up Call Center 5 times till day, talking to different execs but today they even blocked me on Call center.
                        I have been using Snapdeal for last 3 years and have heard horror stories earlier but am facing this for the first time. I am not even asking for a immediate cancellation but a suggestion as to when the Cancellation process will get completed.

                        It is not the case of 1-2K they have whole of 39K from account.
                        If I do not get a response in next 3 days, I am planning to knock on Consumer court.
                        And one thing is for sure - Snapdeal, you have lost me for life.

The estimated delivery date in between 09 oct 2016-13 oct 2016. I have got my product on 08- oct-2016 saturday. Iam open my product and i seen that there is no trimmer in-said the box there is only a "stone" in my box. So snapdeal making a fake way of delivering the product to me. I need the compensation for the cheating and i need my product return. This will not be happan for antyother customer.

                            I ordered a adidas trackpant it came and the logo and other logos were hand stitched and wasn't original adidas but they sent it with adidas price tag and company brand logo was stitched inside too i mean its just ridiculous who doesn't seem to know brands will go for it i m totally disappointed such business is fraud.                                     I ordered a iphone on Snapdeal, They did not deliver on time, they said it will take another two days. I waited for another two days then i Talked to customer service of snapdeal, they said it will take another two days. And next day was Sunday, so it was npo delivered yet Snapdeal is harrassing the customer. I'm extremely disappointed.

                                      I write in reference to the purchase of Xiaomi Mi Max vide purchase ID of [protected] on October 3rd 2016. My order was under "SNAPDEAL GOLD" category. The tracking of order says "Item has been given to the courier 05:51 AM, 04 Oct, 2016". The track courier option is a dummy link which leads to an error page of VULCAN "EXPRESS" courier. The so called helpline number "+[protected]" is no lesser than a nonsense. It plays only recorded messages and do not even allow to speak to an executive. The best services are from Amazon wherein you request for a callback and it happens within 5-10 seconds. The delivery for so called "SNAPDEAL GOLD" order has not happened in 7 days whereas I have received all my orders placed on other e-retailers even those which were booked on 5th and 6th. This is shocking to know that if a "SNAPDEAL GOLD" customers are left in a silo mercilessly asking the astrologist when the SNAPDEAL will wakeup. If this is a state of SNAPDEAL GOLD" I shiver to imagine about fate of other customers.

                                      There is no response in last 96 hours even after sending twits to Kunal Bahl. They are fraud and they do not have any courier docket number or AWB number even after 7 days of alleged shipment. Please do not trust them if they give 99% discount. The remaining 1% is your hard money. Please protect it.

                                        This is absolutely cheating case.
                                        ​i have ordered for maggi masala noodles (Pack of 4)+maggi atta noodels (Pack of 4), where as i got the maggi pazzta instead of noodles.
                                        I raised the issue for the same but got the answer that this product cannot be replaced/returned or they also cannot retune my money. Called the customer care and got the same answer from floor supervisor "asha".

                                        This is the last mail i am sending on this matter, if i dint get any update within 2 days, i am going to file a consumer case as well as fir for online cheating case ​+ the mental traumas that i faced because of this purchase.
