I ordered lotto r brown beige men sandals which was cancelled by me. As mail sent by you my area is out of service for pickup. So, i sent the order to the address mentioned in mail.
So, here i am claiming for courier charges which is of 75+10 (Tax)=85 rs.
I have attached the scanned copy of receipt please see to it and reimburse my charges to my freecharge account linked to [protected]. Add my refund as soon as possible

    I have ordered a haier 43 inch tv and paid through citi bank rs. 25714 order number [protected]and the next day cancelled the order suborder id [protected] on the snapdeal site it is showing refunded successfully, but has not deposited money in my bank account. Called the snapdeal customer support, but there is no proper answer, after multiple follow up registered the complaint[protected] and received a mail to send the bank statement. I have attached and send the bank statement to [protected]@snapdeal.com, received a reply written "thank you for contacting snapdeal we are no longer handling queries sent to this email address - '[protected]@snapdeal.com".

    Snap deal can you please look into this and expedite my refund

      I've ordered a sony bluetooth headset during this unbox sale.
      It was a cash on delivery. We received the product two days after the order.
      So, happy for the fast delivery. And we paid the courier guy the amount.
      The product we received is having lot of scratches on it and its a broken piece.
      It took me time to understand their gameplan.
      The order in snapdeal is cancelled by the seller.
      So, as per snapdeal, i did not received any headset.
      But, i already did and i paid for it too.
      Since, its a cod. There is no refund for cancelled orders.
      And, i became the victim of their manipulative game.
      Lost money and received junk.

        When i called him after 30 mins he said he was on bike that's why he didn't receive n he said he is at thane station
        I think he didn't bother that's why he didn't wait for atleast 2 mins
        I order from snapdeal from 3rd time so how can you said my address is incomplete
        If this will be happened next time i will never order from snapdeal

          I ordered pack of 4 tshirts, but recieved wrong colours and the sizes are smaller too. Its been three days since i received my order. I tried to contact snapdeal on email but they are not replying. There is no option for return/replace as order status is still showing "dispatching soon". I have only now 4 days to return my order as per return policy. After 4 days they would say that time has passed so they cant take it back. I dont know what to do. Iam a student from a very poor family and those t shirt costs me rs.825. Iam very very dissatisfied. I dont know what to do. Please help me someone.I am never going to buy anything from snapdeal, flipkart is way better.

          The pickup was scheduled today, i got a call during my class hours from courier for pickup, as i was busy i told him to come after 3pm, he said ok. But at around 4pm i got an email saying that pickup has failed, and i have to reschedule the pickup, but whenever i try to reschedule it, it shows an error. I tried to call the courier but hes not picking up the phone. Please help.

          I have been trying to reach you from several day, but I didn't get any response. I tried to contact courier too but he isn't coming too, iam now fed up with this, if i did nt get any by today i am going to take serious steps, i hate this. Iam never buying from snapdeal again.

            This is in reference to my order id: [protected] in snapdeal regarding aquagrand ro. First time i have contacted to aquagrand company. They straight farword told this is duplicate product. After that i have contacted to snapdeal for returning for the product. They refused after that i have told that please arrange to install the product. They told you are required to make payment of rs 350/- for installation but for new it should be free. I agreed but till now neither they have make it installed nor returned. Also it seems duplicate product.

                I'm re-posting as you are not doing anything on last post about this fraud

                You sold us Warranty Expired and Used iPhone
                Reference to return request Ticket Id: 30251823 & 30437880

                Snapdeal sold us Used and Warranty Expired iPhone 5s 32 GB in INR 29, 500

                Post delivery, we have noticed that phone packing is dirty and has scratch on transparent skin on touch screen, I have called Apple support to verify the
                authenticity of phone and Apple support team confirmed that iPhone SNAPDEAL sold me is actually a used one and warranty had already expired.

                This is biggest fraud i can ever experience and that too for such expensive item.

                We have reported this snapdeal wherein unfortunately we were questioned to prove & bring written document from Apple.
                I have asked at least 10 times to transfer me to Senior / Managers but neither phone call was forwarded nor escalated.
                Although it is Snapdeal's duty to gather all such details when customer complains about such serious issues however customer care was kept arguing endlessly
                and saying "Pls. provide us written email from Apple then only we'll return the phone"

                Hence we spoke to apple again and request for written statement of respective iphone's status wherein eventually they have understood our problem and
                provided us the written statement of iphone.

                Iphone's warranty was already ended as they sent me email as:

                "Phone you have in your possession. IMEI:[protected] has an original purchase date of 03/21/2014 and the limited one year warranty ended as of
                03/20/2015. The original carrier policy is for Japan."

                Why should customer prove about the product ? It is seller's duty to prove that good sold are brand new and has valid manufacturer warranty.

                I have so far spent 550 NOKS in making phone calls to SNAPDEAL and US based apple helpline, that should also be taken into account.

                Based on email it is crystal clear and written proof that SNAPDEAL sold me warranty expired already Used phone.

                Seeing the email from Apple, in urgency engineer visit was scheduled and phone was picked up by courier however unfortunately now Snapdeal played another
                tricky move by closing the return request stating quality checks have been failed even phone was inspected and carefully checked by snapdeal engineer and a
                written form was given to us and picked up courier agency.

                Question is how the quality check has been made failed even verified by snapdeal's own engineer and at our end we have not even powered on the phone as we
                know the consequences o[censored]sing it.

                Now status says that product is being send back that we will not going to accept at any cost as this is biggest fraud can ever happen with a customer, who
                have been sold a used and warranty expired phone, email from Apple can't be neglected.

                SnapDeal's Customer care is now calling and harassing my family to accept the same Iphone back as they cannot help us...Fraud done.

                Could someone please help us to get our money back only and don't need any replacement, we have lost faith in snapdeal.

                  I had Rs.60000 in my ads budget of snapdeal on August 25th 2016 for running campaigns in the festive season
                  Started a Campaign on 25th of August with a budget of 5000, Non recurring payments and end date as 31st August, within 2-3 days the budget was completed, so I changed the budget to 6500 and then the concecutive day to 7600.
                  Everytime the campaign budget had overspent by marginal amount, but on 7600 rs budget, then spending went upto 8400 on 28th of august, this is when I had put a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com & [protected]@snapdeal.com regarding the overspent of budget,
                  After continues reminders for next 10 days, on 8th of September i received a replay stating that
                  Our system would aim to show your ads much as possible until your campaign budget is met. When your budget is reached, your ads will typically stop showing.

                  "Thanks for writing to us.
                  However it's possible that sometime sightly spend more than your budget. 10 - 20% is normal in most of the advertising system. "

                  By then the budget was simply being spent by 200 rs. on 8th of sept it was Rs8600 Spent.

                  I explained, when snapdeal has a system where in you have to enter
                  a budget
                  a end date
                  & Select Recurring or Non recurring payment,
                  how can the system ignore the above rules and spend as per its liking.
                  After reminders continously till 19th sept.
                  On 19th the spent had already gone till Rs.14000 double of what budget i'd set, Breaking the rule of non recurring payment, blinding continuing after the end date of campaign set. My Ads waller had 46000rs on 20th sept.
                  even after this my follow up mails were on
                  After 2 days my Ads amount came down to Rs.39000, so that is 21000 spent instead of 7600
                  Post that till now there has been no reply from their end. A call followed up stating that now this has happened, we cannot do much about it. from next ads we'll take of this.
                  On asking for refund, they do not have a option in their policy and neither they issue me the balance refund.
                  First they force you and follow up every day to put in money into ads wallet to take advantage of sales next they loot you with all your money .. That some awesome strategy they have and the best part being . their is no option of calling them. They will reply when they want to.

                  I want my refund of the overspent and as not willing to take any more issue from snapdeal regarding ads, so i do not even to spend the 39000 left over. the same i want as refund.

                    Order placed for pigeon rapido cute induction cooker and we wanted to pay through net banking. After finishing all formalities and the amount being deducted from my account, snapdeal says "don't panic, your order was not complete" or something on those lines. We then get an sms from snapdeal saying your order was not processed and the amount is credited back to your account.. This happened last night on 7th oct at about 9:30 pm... Its now 8th oct 12:20 pm... And the money has not been credited back to my axis bank account. Kindly do the needful, so i can finally place my order.                       Hi i placed an order for zoook rocker encore 12w bluetooth speaker on october 4 2016 with the order id: [protected] (1 item).
                      When i received the box which should have had the speaker it turned out to be that the box had pair of shoes which i never ordered and then when i called customer care regarding this they just said we will look into it and despite sending photo of the shoes i received at [protected]@snapdeal.com and also sending email to rohit bansal and kunal bahl no one has bothered to call me and have not yet received my speaker and now i am tired of the pathetic customer service of snapdeal and i wish i had not ordered via snapdeal

                          After complaining several times no person or courier is arranged to pick up the product. picked up is arranged several times as per customer care but no courier boy has came to collect the same.

                            Hello Sir,

                            This is to write on snap deal company.I had ordered twod prodcuts and the delivery date was mentioned on maximum of 7th march.But still now am not able to get the products and they are not sent any emil regarding the next delivery date.
                            their customer care numer is useless it is always a automatic voice option, and customer cannot contact direclty to the customer care person.IVR is really a waste.

                              Order ID [protected], I have bought a sunflame mixer grinder from snapdeal which got delivered 06-Oct-2016, i was shocked when i switch on the mixer grinder it was completely dead, so i placed a return request on the same day and it was scheduled to be picked 07-Oct-2016 to my surprise i got a message saying that no one was available from my home for pickup, this is really bad when i call the customer care its getting disconnected saying technical issue, Please don't do this kind of fraudulent in this competitive world if you do like this definitely you are going to loose your customer, People whoever read this complaint please don't buy anything from snapdeal.

                                I have purchase one phone from Snapdeal on 2nd Oct 2016 and delivee on 4th Oct and when i saw the phone its already used or Re-furbish phone.

                                Its getting hanging, camera not working, battery issue.

                                And when i called to snapeal they tell we have arrange a engineer Visit but still no one visit one thing i must tell you Snapdeal is Worst company they making MAD to customers.

                                I have escalated the issue to CEO of Snapdeal but still no respose from their end.

                                  I cancelled order on 18-sep-2016.
                                  Everytime i call the customer care, they just say they will refund my money in 2 days.
                                  I already called 3 times till now.

                                  19 days completed. When i get my money???
                                  I cancelled my product on same day i ordered.

                                  How can customers trust snapdeal??
