Order placed for pigeon rapido cute induction cooker and we wanted to pay through net banking. After finishing all formalities and the amount being deducted from my account, snapdeal says "don't panic, your order was not complete" or something on those lines. We then get an sms from snapdeal saying your order was not processed and the amount is credited back to your account.. This happened last night on 7th oct at about 9:30 pm... Its now...

Hi i placed an order for zoook rocker encore 12w bluetooth speaker on october 4 2016 with the order id: [protected] (1 item).

This is to write on snap deal company.I had ordered twod prodcuts and the delivery date was mentioned on maximum of 7th march.But still now am not able to get the products and they are not sent any emil regarding the next delivery date.
their customer care numer is useless it is always a automatic voice option, and customer cannot contact direclty to the customer care person.IVR is really a waste.

Everytime i call the customer care, they just say they will refund my money in 2 days.
I already called 3 times till now.

How can customers trust snapdeal??

We purchased convection microwave oven and i didnt get accessories which mentioned with microwave. dealer didn't deliver all accessories which are given at brocher. kindly send us the accessories or refund the equivalent amount? that accessory kit cost around 4000/- which is missing from package.

I bought nike flyknit racer shoes on 27th aug and when they arrived they were in different box that said "nike free trainer 3.0 v3" and but obvious as any normal customer my first reaction was may be product is not genuine since its not in its original packing and this is what i conveyed to snapdeal.
