1. Sub Order ID-[protected] placed on 02 Oct 16.

2. I'm feeling very sad & angry at the same time with your courier services in Haldwani, ie, JV Express. I've submitted a another complaint regarding same problem few days back for which I did not receive any response from Snapdeal.

3. On 07 Oct 16, I received a call from courier boy (Ph No-+[protected] asking me to come 4 kms away from my home to receive the courier which I refused. Thereafter he cut the phone after replying "Agar lena ho toh yahan aa jao, main wahan nahi aunga". In the evening I received an SMS saying that courier could not be delivered as the address given is wrong. Now this is insane.

4. This just shows the lackadaisical & unprofessional attitude of your company (Snapdeal & JV Express). You are bound to provide services to the door & this is completely unacceptable.

5. Hope to receive your response this time.

    The phone that they delivered to me was faulty piece. They disagree to refund the amount now. Now they are not answering my calls in customer care also. Snapdeal technician has certified that the piece is a faulty one in writing. I want my money back.

      Ur delivery system is so bad, u take the delivery charges but the delivery boy didn't come to the mentioned address.Am simply want to say one thing i[censored] r not standardized for this work then leave it.           I have purchased iphone 6plus grey rs 40000 which was delevered to me on 22 sep 2016 with company packing open and not in working order. From then no solution is given to me. I have planned to go conser court if no solution is given within 2 day. Till then i am calling customer care but there is no solution they only say waith for 48hr. Due to certain reason i have returned that phone dated[protected]. After few days we received a call from snap deal customer care mr. Ankush aakas, we briefed him our queries. He communicated that your money will not get refunded

            Please help me for refunding my money. The reason of returning the mobile is that i need dual sim cda phone but i have received single sim mobile.

                Hello there,

                I bought nike flyknit racer shoes on 27th aug and when they arrived they were in different box that said "nike free trainer 3.0 v3" and but obvious as any normal customer my first reaction was may be product is not genuine since its not in its original packing and this is what i conveyed to snapdeal. Within hours of receiving the product i have filed for return and the reason i chose that product do not look authentic. And on 6th of sep i got a call from snapdeal ms. Chandani singh talked to me and told me that snapdeal quality team has done the quality check and they found it to be original. Since i chose the reason for return ; product not being authentic therefore my return request has been declined and we are going to ship back the shoes. Its been more than a month i wrote at least 20-25 emails and called more than 20-30 times. I even apologized to snapdeal for making a wrong impression about the product and multiple times re-iterated i did not like the shoe so please process my return. And the reason i thought it was fake because it did not come into the original box... But snapdeal did not listen to me and they forcefully shipped the product back and that too without my consent. I had to accept the product because snap deal senior executive mr. Shiva told me that "we have shipped the product back and in case delivery attempt is made you need to accept it otherwise you will lose your money as well as the product". Snapdeal has been harassing me mentally since more than a month. Each time i talk to a new customer care agent like ms. Navjot, laila, kartik etc etc and all of them understand my problem and re open the case but senior executive some how close the case. Current status : i have talked to "kartik" and he completely agreed with my view point and even apologized to me on the behalf of snapdeal for facing so much trouble since such a long time. He has promised the snapdeal will call me within an hour and will give me the resolution. But snapdeal did not call. Finally i got so fed up that first time ever i put in google "snapdeal fake products" and no wonder i have found many many similar stories and reached here. I am once again requesting snapdeal that product has not been used and its exactly the way it came and i did not like it and i request you to please take it back and reimburse my rs. 4200 as soon as possible. Let me also add after filing the return request over night that vendor disappeared and he had so many items in stock so its very hard to believe that he managed to sell all of them over night. Current status of these shoes on snapdeal :discontinued. I am attaching the picture of the shoe i received from snapdeal its in gray color. And also attaching the picture of "nike flyknit racer" shoes i found online. Anybody can compare these pictures and can conclude very easily. But stubbourn snapdeal is not buzzing and people like me get trapped in these helpless situation and get bullied. Now i feel bad that why i have been apologizing to snapdeal since so long.

                I have just talked to snapdeal and the agent was Mr. Ganesh. once again he understood my problem and opened the case since according to him "back hand team" have closed the case. I am telling one more time I and my wife have been loyal customer to snapdeal since very long. Please check my wife's account through mobile number [protected]. You can find many many orders over there. we have never exchanged or returned any product. This is the first time ever we have requested for return. This is my sincere request to snapdeal that please consider my return.I DID NOT LIKE THE SHOE AND I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP IT. Shoes are not even opened this time i am attaching the pictures. they are kept the way i have received them. At this point i do not want to lodge an official complaint at consumer forum. But the way snapdeal is treating me and leaving me with no option i might have to do it. I might have to spend countless hours but i will make sure that i get the resolution. I have already spent so much of my time and energy that now i am not going to back down when it is not my fault to begin with. I feel awful for the kind of treatment i have been subjected to even though "WE" (snapdeal and i) had such a long and fruitful relation.

                Snapdeal is selling FAKE goods and when i pointed out to them they have harrassed me and bullied me like anything. i have wrote at least 30 emails and called more than 30 times but they are not accepting their fraud. Please be careful from the FAKE shoes and other FAKE products of Snapdeal. They are fooling costumer like anything. I have filed the case at Consumer forum too. But it might take lot of time so meanwhile its my "DUTY" to share my expreince with all of you so that no other customer get "DUPED" by snapdeal.

                    I have ordered nike socks from snapdeal and have got the fake product which i verified from the nike showroom. I have returned them saying that the socks are fake products but they did not accept my return and was saying that there is some quality check failure and sent me back the socks and their customer support was horrible they are not even ready to launch complaint against the seller.                         I had ordered lava phone and on arrival I found it to be faulty.I reported the same to the customer service team of Snapdeal on 16th September .I was advised that an engineer will visit me and check the handset.the engineer too found it not working properly.the phone after switching on showed just lava written on the screen and nothing else.he packed n sealed the handset and said a courier will pick it up for replacement. After three days the courier picked up the handset. When I did not receive any intimation of my handset being received by Snapdeal even after a week I called the customer service the supervisor told me that there is an issue with the courier company and hence the handset is not yet delivered at the Snapdeal warehouse and I was advised to wait another couple of days.surprisingly after two days I received a mail that handset didn't meet replacement criteria and they are returning the handset back to me in 24-48 hrs.I called customer service to find out the reason for not replacing the handset and the rep told me I will get a call from the quality team to explain the reason.since no one called I again called customer service the next day.again I got the same reply hence I spoke to a supervisor. He assured me that I will get a call explaining the reason for not replacing the handset. Nothing happened .so again called the customer service and the supervisor told me that the warrant card n screen guard were missing from the box.I explained that it was not possible as their own engineer packed and sealed it.but I also told the supervisor that I haven't received the hanset back from them so she assured me that I will get it within 2-3 days.its been more than 20 days that I'm calling every alternate day and all I get is bull crap even from the supervisors. Still I am without a handset and the money is with Snapdeal.all they are doing is giving me false assurances and dates.days are passing by but no resolution has been provided to me so far.I am going to lodge a police complaint and inform them about this bogus transaction and how Snapdeal is keeping peoples money without providing them the items what they paid for.

                          Snapdeal sold us Used and Warranty Expired iPhone 5s 32 GB in INR 29, 500

                          Post delivery, we have noticed that phone packing is dirty and has scratch on
                          transparent skin on touch screen, I have called Apple support to verify the authenticity of phone and Apple support team confirmed that iPhone SNAPDEAL sold me is actually a used one and warranty had already expired.

                          This is biggest fraud i can ever experience and that too for such expensive item.

                          We have reported this snapdeal wherein unfortunately we were cross questioned to prove & bring written document from Apple.
                          I have asked at least 10 times to transfer me to Senior / Managers but neither phone call was forwarded nor escalated.
                          Although it is Snapdeal's duty to gather all such details when customer complains about such serious issues however customer care was kept arguing endlessly and saying "Pls. provide us written email from Apple then only we'll return the phone"

                          Hence we spoke to apple again and request for written statement of respective iphone's status wherein eventually they have understood our problem and provided us the written statement of iphone. Iphone's warranty was already ended as they sent me email as:

                          "Phone you have in your possession. IMEI:[protected] has an original purchase date of 03/21/2014 and the limited one year warranty ended as of 03/20/2015. The original carrier policy is for Japan."

                          To me - Why should customer prove about the product ? It is seller's duty to prove that good sold are brand new and has valid manufacturer warranty.

                          I have so far spent 550 NOKS in making phone calls to SNAPDEAL and US based apple helpline, that should also be taken into account. Based on email it is crystal clear and written proof that SNAPDEAL sold me warranty expired already Used phone.

                          Seeing the email from Apple, in urgency engineer visit was scheduled and phone was picked up by courier however unfortunately now Snapdeal played another tricky move by closing the return request stating quality checks have been failed even phone was inspected and carefully checked by snapdeal engineer and a written form was given to us and picked up courier agency.

                          Question is how the quality check has been made failed even verified by snapdeal's own engineer and at our end we have not even powered on the phone as we know the consequences o[censored]sing it.

                          Snapdeal is forcing us to accept the product instead of returning money and sending it with courier, we will not going to accept at any cost as this is biggest fraud can ever happen with a customer, who have been sold a used and warranty expired phone, email from Apple can't be neglected.

                          Please help us to get our money back only and don't need any replacement, we have lost faith in snapdeal.

                            I got a call at 7:27 am with wording what is the issue? With out any description or anything from where that rascal calling or with pathetic company it represents...
                            When I asked it said calling from snapdragon.
                            Then it ask me what issue you have what product, then this rascal used some bad words & disconnected the call.

                            why this kind of service this website having ?

                                Hi,

                                I ordered micromax phone (dual sim) 3-4 weeks back. It was found that its microphone isnt working properly so i raised the request for its replacement n 24th septmber. On 27th, the engineer visited and did not check it properly, filled the jobsheet and went. I waited for the response from snapdeal but there wasnt any. I called them on 30th September to resolve my concern and till now i am calling them.
                                They have asked me to visit the micromax service centre and get the phone checked. And, me to share the jobsheet received from there.
                                My concern here is that, the product that i received from snapdeal is not working properly and they are asking me to take pain and do things.
                                If i had time i would have bought the phone myself from the nearest store instead of purchasing it online!!!
                                The product is not at all satisfactory and s still kept at my home as a dummy.
                                I would like to make this very clear that i will not visit any service centre at any cost!!!
                                It is there fault and should be looked after by them.
                                Snapdeal is not at all customer centric. I regret that moment when i chose snapdeal above Flipkart.
                                It has been a really long time requesting them to help me with the relacement or refund. But such a ridiculous response from there side has made me lose my temper. I am highly disappointed.
                                This is my last try to get the refund/ replacement done in 2-3 days maximum or else i am going to lodge an FIR against snapdeal!!!

                                Snapdeal — Want refund/ replacement for phone whose speaker is not working properly.i ordered a micromax 4g pulse phone on 10 sept 2016 by 12 sept i received the phone.when i started geeting problem with phone regarding speaker i called them on 17 sep they promised i will get a engineer i waited for engneeer .the eng didn't come.i call you guys after 3-4 days you arrange another eng he did n't showed up.then you guys aarnged a pick up for my phone and on 28 th i received email the no fault found with product product will be dipathched to you in next 48 hours...i have beeing calling you from last 2 days regading my phone .and you guys always say that i will get a call from team and tehm product will be sent back to you.

                                    I have purchases coolpad dazen1 from snapdeal.com, then my product has been problem.I am going to coolpad authorized service center then her supervisor asked me your smartphone motherboard problem. Then he said you con go because our authorized no giving dazen1 parts. So you may go now. Then I asked please give me [protected]@denailed letter. Then he said you may go .Then I have called coolpad customer care after I am talking my problems.Then coolpad customer executive said again you go ...Then call disconnected my phone call. Snapdeal executive says for me 4 business day after refund money show your your bank account but already 1month crossed ..I have called snapdeal after says why my refund not credit in my bank account..then her executive says don't worry please send your bank passbook Xerox then I have send my passbook Xerox... Then I have called snapdeal customer care please solved my problem as soon as possible...her executive says ok give me 24hour your complaint solve our senior team but already 28days crossed but same problem all are executive says please wait 24hours... please kindly help me...
