Dear sir,

I placed below order for cleartrip gift card on 30th september at around 9:30 pm

And on your snapdeal.com website it was written that it will be delivered in email in 2-3 hours, please find the highlight in the attached snapshot for proof.

But i didn't received delivery for any of the order by 1st october 8:30 am, so i called up your customer care who assured me that delivery will be done between 1st october 9am-12pm. So i waited for it again despite 2-3 hr deadline was expired. But by 1pm when i didn't got the delivery i cancelled all the order as delivery deadline was over and customer care assured me that all order will be refunded. Then i made flight directly and traveled.

Later i got the delivery of gift card on 1st october around 6pm (I. E almost 21hr after i placed the order) instead of 2-3hrs.

Kindly issue me the refund asap and delete the gift card as i no longer need it as it violated your delivery deadline.

I am emailing you as my first level of escalation as customer care is not able to help me else second level i will raise this issue in consumer court.

    I had Purchased a TABLET in SNAPDEAL TV SHOP. Tablet's name is ICE PRIME 3G. I had purchased it on[protected]. Order no.[protected]. Item Code is ETBA0101. It has been 9 days from the date of purchase. But I saw a technical defect in the product. suddenly the data connection turns on automatically... and the battery doesn't stand for long time. maximum 5-6 hours.. If I contact the customer care, they tel that it has 1 year warranty and so on.. an online shopping company must have an option of returning and exchanging the products. I'm a customer of Flipkart and Amazon. both the companies has the option of returning and exchanging the products. Snapdeal, being an online marketing company is harassing its customers by not taking the product back.
    I ordered a Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB on 18 sept 2016 and its been 11 days (29 sept 2016) and i have not received my order yet. and when i try to track my courier it asks for a docket no. and i dont have any docket no.

        there is no progress against this order
        I order a suit ..not satisfied with that.I want to return but no one come my address nd msg come to me that m not available at home.then a call come nd give me idea of manual ..(courier)I did.but till now m not getting any information about my refund..Or any information about my problm..what should I do..

          I've placed order from snap deal on 21-sep.

          Received on 29-sep & found the quality of product is very poor..

          So i returned it immediately..

          Product has been picked up by ecom express on 30-sep

          On the same day my account page of snapdeal is showing as "refund successful".. But i haven't got my refund till now..

          Also there is no phone to contact your customer care executives.. Only[protected] which has no response on refund issue..
          Even no email for contacting them.... And no reply when complaining through help center of snapdeal

          They are misleading the consumer & doing fraud with their money & moral

              its about 9 days, still snapdeal not refunded by balance.. I called customer care daily but they just passing time and consume almost 200 rs from by mobile balance... I told them my problem but they do nothing and said that they send my complain to refund section .it almost 9 days ..pls pls pls refund my balance (5499rs). my complain I'd is 31512322.

                I purchased a "davidoff cool water edt 125 ml" from snapdeal.com on 2nd october, 2016 (invoice # sbd95b/16-17/8833). the product was delivered to me on 4th october, 2016; however, the product delivered is fake. when i contacted the customer service for snapdeal, they told me that there is no return for this product even though i was sold a fake product.

                      Purchased an iphone 6 for rs.43, 098.00 on 12th of july 2016, the phone was delivered on 19th of july’2016; subsequently, a request to return the product was made with snapdeal customer care after 2 days.

                      As per snapdeal instructions, the phone was sent to snapdeal warehouse through manual courier & received at snapdeal qc center end of august’2016. A notification was received from snapdeal that the refund of rs.43, 098.00 was being initiated on 4th of sep’2016 my account was credited on 9th of sep’2016.

                      I noticed that my credit card account was charged for rs.43, 098.00 on 7th of sep’2016 and the bank was notified about this fraudulent charge, i was informed by the banking officer that the charge was made on 7th sep’2016 and the settlement was initiated on 21st sep 2016 by the merchant (Snapdeal).

                      The july statement reflects 1st amount charged for the purchase made on 12th of july’2016. (Statement already shared with [protected]@snapdeal.com)
                      The september statement reflects the refund on 9th sep’2016 (Statement already shared with [protected]@snapdeal.com)
                      The credit card account snapshot shows the fraudulent charge of rs.43, 098.00 put on my card on 7th of sep’2016. Statement already shared with [protected]@snapdeal.com

                      But still no response received from snapdeal

                        I had paced and order vide No.[protected] of Lotto white track pant of Rs. 650/-. The company sent a defective product. I complaint and company asked me to send the product back. I sent it through India Post on 13.08.2016 but it came back to me due to insufficient address. I asked Snapdeal then they told that I should send it through any courier service. I sent it through DTDC on 3.9.16 but it could not be delivered as the address was insufficient. Now company is showing its status that return request has been canceled and closed. The company is not receiving any MAIL and also phone calls. For last one month I am being harassed by the company by not addressing my issue.

                          I ordered three watches from snapdeal but I received only one out three. Retail invoice is showing it contains three products in it but it doesnt. Product was delivered on october 3rd to the correct address itself. As the packet was sealed i couldnt check the contents at that time.                             I have ordered a Grinder, Dabur honey and OSS bike cover.

                            I have received the Grinder but I have not received the remaining two.

                            I contacted them they say my refund for dabur honey is still in process until the courier team confirms . When i called the courier company they said the product is damaged and cannot be delivered. That is not my responsibility but it's the courier's company. It has been over 4 weeks and still it's under process .

                            Regarding my bike cover it was not delivered but it shows as delivered . they showed me the signature with was done while delivering but it looks like the delivery guy signed and added a fake mobile number. This issue is not getting resolved and many many o[censored]s are in this trap of snapdeal.

                            If you require a count to resolve this let me know i am sure i can easily get 30 k people against this company

                            If this cannot be resolved by consumer affairs, We will have to go to the media

One thing you should be mindful of is, i need this product as i see i. E. Nautica blue perfume & not horlicks, that too along with the refund, because this is not for the first time i am experiencing it. I am sure there are plenty of shops that would appease our taste, so i respectfully would take a side step from your store during future shopping expeditions.

                                I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience I had at snapdeal on 17 sep till now
                                It is appalling to witness an employee Mr sandeep social media, Mr anupam, miss pooja and mr satpaal.of such a respected company to behave in such a manner was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employees actions.

                                    Kindly request to you, i was purchase nova 2 slice panni grill maker on the date of 26th of september.& delivered on 1st of november as given address.
                                    Now problem is that, this grill machine is not for properly hot it means not hardly toast.
                                    That's why i was request for refund but snapdeal not picked up from my address customer care was telling pickup service is not possible.
                                    My question is why delivery is possible and picked up is not possible.
                                    Also i am not stay as per delivery address so who will courier on sending address as given return address in mail.

This form is require to move the shipment from one state to another state. The shipment is still in Gurgaon Harland from two days. FedEx is unable to deliver the product to Noida UP.
