I ordered a philips action fit earphone on 3rd which was supposed to be delivered on 4th via express shipment but i received the product on 6th and when i opened the pack i didn't found the product which i ordered instead in the box there was a samsung memory card which is of no use to me. So i would like them to replace the product as soon as possible or refund the amount that i paid.

    Sir,

    I have purchased an Aqua Grand water purifier (1. Aquagrand 15 AG 14 STAGE RO+UV & Minerals with TDS ADJUSTER RO+UV+UF Water Purifir) from SnalDeal Online purchase. I received the item on 19 september 2016. From the received date I have conatcted the snapdeal as well as aquagrand to install the same.Aqua grand informed that their service area not belongs to my home town. Contacted many times snap deal. The are rolling the case by pending wait 24Hours, then 48Hours then 3 days, then 1 week etc etc. Till now I have not installed the product from any these concerns.I have paid Rs. 4299 and sufficinet valuable evidence with me.       I'm a seller is snapdeal code Sab98f, If the customer don't accept the product they charge the shipping charges from the seller. they told me b4 snapdeal customers are so genuine why they dont' accept the product means they couldn't answer it. so many returns i received not accept by the customer. Everything why we need to pay for logistics. if i send the product u collecting the charges, if i don't send the product u collect the penalities from the sellers. they new policy they dont' share 2 me. when i raised the dispute they told me that things. very fraud business they are doing, in last one year. they are trying to deduct the amount in different ways. everytime i show the proof and get the money.. They don't share any updates from us, our accounts manager always change and proper communication. they told me now we informed on 14 july, but after i raised they dispute they never mention that.. they clearly cheating the sellers. moreover the account managers bcoz of their targets they placed the fake order and make the sellers loose. they are doing business without morals and debit the money for their cause..

          I placed an order of mi note 3 16gb on 18th sept, 16. I have following problems-
          1) offer said - paying online using debit/credit card would give me a discount of 10%. I paid online, cost of product was rs 9, 999. I was charged full amount, and neither any 10% discount was granted, nor such an amount was refunded.
          2) the phone delivered to me had defects like - automatic switch off/switch on, not opening of many apps, hanging, call receiving problem and excessive heating. I submitted a return request within 7 days. A person came on my request from snapdeal. I explained him the same problem, but he refused to get it returned and instead told me to update the phone and said the problem would get solved. He said if still the problem exist then get it notified from mi service center and if they accept the fault then he would get it returned back. After updating the phone, it functioned in same manner and defect wasn't cured. When i called him back, he said now my 7 days return period is over and nothing can be done of my complain and i should talk to mi.
          Sir/madam, my question is when the problem is to be solved from mi center alone then why do you people claim this return policy. I was fooled by your staff to avoid the return and now no one is there to talk to me and here my problem. I am left with a defective handset which every now and then keeps getting switched off and on. And as per the offer no discount was also granted.
          I request you to look into the matter and consider my request of refund/replacement and also grant me the 10% discount as offered.

          I submitted a complain regarding defect in my phone mi note 3 purchased from snapdeal and requested easy return of amount or replacement of product. Thereafter, i got a call from a person named sandeep and he claimed to be an employee of snapdeal. He firstly inquired my problem and assured me of return of my defective mobile phone purchased through snapdeal. Later on he asked me about my debit card's private details like card number, expiry date and otp for verification purpose. But as per suggestions of bank these details should not be shared. So i want to know that whether card details are required for refunding the amount or not and what other options are available for verification and refund.

                My order no is [protected].. and i have ordered this item on 24 december 2015. and i have ordered 2 product. and 1st product is good and this kobo exercise bike dual action with electronic meter's some part missing. and also i have not intrested on that also. so as per rule regulation policy i will contact to snapdeal with in the 2nd day of delivery. means item was delivery on 7th january 2016. and i complained to return on 8th january 2016..

                But they told me that they will arrange pick up ith in 3days.. after that no pick up nothing.
                They repeatatly telling me that i will send it from my side... as because they have not pickup facility on my perticular pincode.

                O if there is not the facility available to pick return product from my pincode,, how it is possible to deliver it my pincode..
                Totally playing game to the customer.

                I have no money to return that item from my side.. this is snap deals duty..
                Till october 6 2016.. it was not picked up from my home..

                Kindly solve my issue sir and dont do this harrash type thing ith future customer.

                    I ordered a lee cooper black slim fit solid jeans from snapdeal in 1st october 2106. My order id [protected]. Sub order id is [protected]. It was delivered before the tym specified but i was not available. When tracking the order it said consignee not available. Then i rescheduled the order for the next day. But no one came for the delivery and it shows the status that "consignee is not available" for the second day also. No one came for delivery and also no one called me before and after coming to my home. So please solve this issue and i want the delivery of the product.

                      Hello,
                      My refund of inr 5598/- is not given back to me since 6th june.
                      Faulty product returned through a proper channel (Covered snapdeal 7days easy return policy) and i received confirmation also that product received by snapdeal successfully on 6th june.
                      But after several calls (More than 10 times) and complaints[protected] there is no action taken by snapdeal.
                      All cce and even sr. Cce ms. Vaishali assured me that it will be resolved soon.
                      But it did not resolved till dated while snapdeal commitment to refund in 4 business day.
                      So please help to get my refund back.
                      And also fine a penalty on snapdeal for mentally harassing me to teach them a lesson not repeating the same in future with others consumers.

                          I was order exide battery & sukam inverter for my home use, on 25th of april, but snapdeal delivers only battery, no inverter receive. According to their 7days return policy, i was unable to check my battery. however Sukam inverter was automatically cancel by snapdeal because o[censored]navailability, after that i again order inverter and result the same, unavailability. I order third time again a inverter and result the same. I get my refund after lots of efforts..really frustrating and disappointing thing did by snapdeal. its consume more than a month time.

                          After that i purchase a inverter from my local market and setup my battery. The battery works fine but for three days only after that i only get 15 minutes backup...Now, my 8, 398 rupees are in big danger, it is not a small amount to forget and Snapdeal peoples are not interested in my problem...That is really an unexpected thing did by snap deal.

                          I request to snap deal, kindly exchange my product with better one, if they want extra 1000 or 2000 rupees i will ready to bare it but they are not listening.

                          while ordering the battery i saw and its clearly mention that this battery can run 2 fans, 4 tubelights and all...but this happen..and i am worried ...

                          KIndly, do this for me, i am small service man, amount of 8398/- are really mean for me..I beg you kindly do justice with me...thanks

                            My order id no. [protected]amount rs.1398 and another order id. [protected] amount rs.1329 . TOTAL AMOUNT 2728.Received on 28th September and returned my product as I 1 product that is jeans didn't fit me or size problem and another order which was memory card which didn't support my phone because my phone support upto 32 gb and I don't know this reason.so I returned all my product and pick request came from delhivery and they have also picked up my product . And I didn't get my refund still..when snapdeal received my product . they denied to return money because of no reason . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.And refund my money. THIS IS THE WAY SNAPDEAL EARNS MONEY FROM CUSTOMER. FLIPKART IS FAR BETTER THAN SNAPDEAL.

                              I've ordered a KTC FLIP COVER for my SAMSUNG S7582 on 28/09/2016; (Order Id: [protected]) after receiving the product on 01/10/2016 I found it to be very low in quality and partly damaged.
                              I triggered the return within 15 minutes of its delivery. (Ticket Id:[protected]
                              The pick up was scheduled on[protected] through courier service.
                              It is end of 05/10/2016 but there has been no communication of any sort from your side regarding the PICKUP/RETURN/REFUND.
                              Although snapdeal.com have promised the pick up with in 2 days.
                              I appears that snapdeal.com is playing a dirty game with me.

                                  I ordered (PKID: [protected]) Adidas Shoes on 02nd October, 2016, but received the muddy/rubbish shoes (see pic) on 03rd October, 2016. I immediately launched the complaint (Ticket Id:[protected] on 03rd October with customer care and they assured me that I will get my refund and will arrange the pick-up. Since then unfortunately the courier company kept refusing this pick up with fake reasoning that I am not available at home or I don’t want to return the item. In spite of my several calls to customer care of Snap Deals on 04th and 5th Oct that the courier company : NOVO-ALL-RP intentionally is not picking the item but seems that all these people are trying to fool me. I think I committed a mistake by ordering from Snapdeal. I want my refund asap.

                                  I again received a call from courier company NUVO-ALL-RP from the following nos [protected] and[protected]. They again refused to collect the product with the reasoning that until snapdeal will give clear instruction to pickup the rubbish product, they will not pick up. Please sort out this asap and convey your final decision.

                                      You claim that you sell genuine products, however the nexus phone is so phony it does not tell any thing about the brand, service center, your promised warranty of six months and the country of manufacture. It has all tell tale signs of grey market product. Then the phone seems to be have changed many hands before coming to me though not used it appearance clearly indicates that lot of people have already returned back this piece. When your engineer comes for verification he says that their job is just to mention whether the phone is in working condition or not. So based on the report you close the issue stating that all is well and we have sorted out the problem. When i had raised the issue of the very poor quality and non-genuine product you harp that it was the performance issue that you had resolved.
                                      Your customer support is a farce. First of all when i call they pretend to not hear my voice. By chance if someone acknowledges in the beginning than he would either pretend not to hear later or release the call. Your supervisor give false information about the remedial action and provide "do not reply mailbox" address to raise query. Your call back team just gives a short ping (Miss call) on customer mobiles and next minute you send mail stating that we tried calling you and no body picked the phone. The list has got more complaints and mistreatment from your customer advisers every time can't put everything on here, but i do have your call recordings and screen grabs. After all this still i went on to buy another cell phone and before buying i was facing difficulty in selecting the bank offers and nobody helped me out of that. I am seriously thinking of withdrawing the stored bank details and all contacts from your company. I just want this product to go back

                                      I have seen that Delay is the technique that you used to be on the safe side of legal requirement. Secondly there are no attempts made by you to contact us since day1. To fool you just send a mail from "Do not reply Mailbox"
                                      That you tried to call me and I did not respond. Today a got a mail from your customer support that "See below the customer service center where you can take your phone" But nowhere in the mail body is the service center address or links. Just because """ THERE IS NO MOBILE COMPANY WITH THE NAME NEXUS, ...NEXUS ARE MODELS ''' and i see on this complaint board that I am not the only one who is conned by SNAPDEAL there are hordes of people to whom you have sold fake product o[censored]sed product.
                                      What is the outcome of this complaint is there any updates, The Snapdeal team calls me every other day stating that we are working on it no resolution yet'
