I have been an old customer of snapdeal... On the start of sep, 16... I ordered few dress items... One among them was not of good quality... I started the procedure to return it... Next day courier pick up boy came but refuse to take the item saying that some mrp tag is missing... But i hav kept all envelops and stickers intake as i had received... Retail invoice, mentioning item, manufacturer, mrp amount, barcodes everything is available... I don't know what more they are looking for.. I did not receive anything other than that... The envelop is even not torn... So no possibility of its torned out...

I talked to snap deal for almost a month and everytime i got verbal assurance the invoice is must... The problem wl be sold... The ask me photos of the bill, i send the them, last week after almost a month of fake assurances they closed my return request saying that i was non responsive however i m continuously in touch with them... I have call records details with me.., now they refuse straight away to take item back without giving reasons... I asked them to send me mail mentioning the reasons for refusal and commit that no oral assurance was given verbally... Even that they are not sending... Amount is small of around 650 rs... But the same thing can happened of item amounting 6000... It is not upto the level of snapdeal... If required i can send u retail invoice and all other stickers for perusal please... Please help

    On or before 25 sep, 2016. Till today snapdeal has no idea where the consignment is,
    Daily they are replying in twitter but nothing happened. Iam following them on daily basis through twitter, as no other option to contact them,
    No customer care number
    No customer care email id
    I wonder how they are giving big time ads and there is no basic customer care.
    All we have to go through a help faq, where you wont find a solution

        I ordered, from snapdeal a cozy seater sofa, after one month yest they have jus sent a message stating "due to technical error" they will be cancelling the order, .They promised to deliver, and we planned everyhting around it, now they jus simply cancelled it after a month. We trust online and pay them now they said they will refund in emi, that means i wont have my limit of 13000 also in my account, how will it benefit me, what if i want to buy in other place ??? trusted online and spent the money from credit card, now they simply refund emi, how is that gonna help me, worst service, they dont even reveal their customer care number in website.

        Now i tried calling the customer care number, there is no way to contact the grievance addresal team of snapdeal, they are jus simply have a recorded voice of ivr stating the offers. What the hell is it?? If they cant deliver it as promised, why do they even have a online shopping website??? Just to cheat people??? And they took one whole month??? To say that the product will not be delivered??? I need the product is stated time, in stated price, i don need the refund, we did not wait for a whole month just to listen their lame story of refund.

              I ordered Samsung galaxy j2 pro 22nd sept 2016. The promise date of delivery was from 24th to 26th sept 2016. But the product gone out of stock any shipment of my product has not done till 25th of sept. 26th i.e next day was the last day of my delivery but I didn't get the delivery on that day rather Snapdeal shiped the product on 26 sept and I get the product on 27th sept. But on opening the box I found the product was not the one I ordered. I get a Elite mobile kept inside the Samsung Guru box which is not getting switch on and the box seems old. Then I file a return complain in Snapdeal and they arrange a pickup. The pickup courier came on 1st Oct 2016, but he rejected to pickup the product. Then I contacted Snapdeal customer and they again arrange the pickup for 2nd Oct 2016 but pickup boy cane on 3rd Oct 2016. Not my pickup us done but Snapdeal has rejected for my return and they has blocked my Snapdeal account.
              Please help me out of this and please provide me my refund.

                Now I have filed a replacement of item because it is not stitching properly and it is very poor, as it is a Chinese imported item, which like a toy.
                Today I got a msg. that your reverse pic up failed, I got shocked, I can not understand the meaning of this msg.
                Pls don't spoil the reputation of online business, and pls attend the problem of customers.

                    Last night (2nd oct) i cancelled a sandisk connect wireless stick 32 gbutility pendrive worth rs.2189.
                    I did payment through the pnb, but later i cancelled my order, but process is success snapdeal website. but the transcation is not complete in my account. i still didnt get my refund.
                    I called up for the customer care number and its not working.
                    Also in their website i tried different things.. somehow i didnt found the proper methods to get my cash refund on my account.
                    Here i given the two image of my actual bank account mini statement and snapdeal website transaction process.

                    The yellow marked is the amount deducted form my account and no refund was made.

                      Order placed on 27th sept 2016. The track your order link shows the product "prepared for dispatch" since sept 27th and no further updates.

                      It has been one full week, with no updates either via sms or via email or phone. My credit card has already been charged the full amount.
                      The worst customer care ever for an e-commerce company. The call center number goes through a maze with no option to get a live person.

                      Too bad mr. Aamir khan.. That you endorse such a company. This is the second time, in a row that i am having issues with snap deal.

                      Rest assured.. You have just lost a customer. And i will certainly spread the word about the extremely poor support.

                      What is the meaning of "will get back to you with an update soon."? Hasn't this been more than a week of sitting in some wearhouse . I am not able to cancel the order either. It says " As per company policy.. you cannot cancel this order". This is down right fraud. Please take note and respond back within 24 hrs. This is the second time in a row, , that I am having similar issues with Snapdeal.

                                  I am Ananthalaxmi, I got damaged item in 20/09/2016 and returned item (electric crompton craves rice cooker prize 1440rs)on 25 /09/2016, it is reached on 26 /09/2016, I paid return charges 600 rs I didn't get refund, daily I called customer care no, with so many customers I talked, but no use at all, some times they are cutting the call also and saying sorry .Quality team members checked the item, they told item is Ok, how it's possible .Item is damaged so I returned buy paid 600 rs charges also, if item is good means I can take, such a damaged item who will take .Item return no is[protected].please don't cheat the customers, we are not earning the money by simply sitting .Please solve the customer problems immediately, Iam suggesting all customers don't buy the items by Snapdeal, they will not see you back .I buyed from other apps but this type of response and negligence never seen. I am not satisfied with this Snapdeal

Before days my laptop charging isse and processor issue at all many problem... And i camplain your customer care but he's told me not refund my money... There are 15 days time,, you refund the product... Otherwise you not refund my product then i'll complain you in consumer fourm... That's it

                                    Now what should i must do, say snapdeal. Just waste of money spending to you, atleast amazon and flipkart are better than you.

                                      Hi,

                                      Its very disappointing to write, i had order daybed on snapdeal on 18th of sept'2016, for which i received proper order confirmation with order details. Today suddenly i received a message, mentioning my order is cancelled without any valid explanation. Most unfortunate part is, there is no grievance portal and customer care phones are unanswered. As a end user, i want to see my product delivered rather to see money transferred to valet that to after more than 20days.

                                      The item i which bought for 10k, its now for 17k, so there will be 7k loss for me.

                                      I hope there would be proper response from snapdeal instead giving lame reasons. Had not been able to deliver the product, why was the order taken at first place???

                                        I booked a Samsung galaxy gold mobile and paid for that mobile via netbanking on 8th of September 2016 but because of some issues i cancelled that order on 9th of September 2016. As i discussed with a customer care executive, he told me that the product has been dispatched and now you will have to refuse to pick that product. On 15th of September a postman came to my home with that product but i refused to receive. I contacted to a customer care executive to track the status of my refund money. He said that madam We will take 10 days maximum to refund your money. I said ok. But on 21st of September I checked my order status on snapdeal profile, I was shocked because it shows that on 12th of September product was delivered. I contacted to the customer care executive he told me to wait for 6 days more so that their team will investigate. And Now the customer care executive told me that they can not do anything in this matter . How a genuine online shopping website can behave like this. I want my money back.
