I am Ananthalaxmi, I got damaged item in 20/09/2016 and returned item (electric crompton craves rice cooker prize 1440rs)on 25 /09/2016, it is reached on 26 /09/2016, I paid return charges 600 rs I didn't get refund, daily I called customer care no, with so many customers I talked, but no use at all, some times they are cutting the call also and saying sorry .Quality team members checked the item, they told item is Ok, how it's possible .Item is damaged so I returned buy paid 600 rs charges also, if item is good means I can take, such a damaged item who will take .Item return no is[protected].please don't cheat the customers, we are not earning the money by simply sitting .Please solve the customer problems immediately, Iam suggesting all customers don't buy the items by Snapdeal, they will not see you back .I buyed from other apps but this type of response and negligence never seen. I am not satisfied with this Snapdeal
