This company DESERVES A NEGATIVE RATING, IF THAT WERE AT ALL POSSIBLE. I don't know what kind of service they are running. I ordered a Computer Chair from their site. To begin with, not only was the product completely wrong, it arrived in a broken condition, TO THE EXTENT EVEN THE OUTER PACKAGING WAS BROKEN! The Chair, which was supposed to have been 'assembled, arrived in 2 pieces along with several other broken pieces - namely the wheel hub, some of the wheels were misaligned and broken. One arm of the chair was bent and broken. Their customer service, is the very defination of the word INEFFICIENCY! - I was given to believe via an email that someone would be coming to pick up the product to be returned within 48 hours AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REPACK THE PRODUCT AND KEEP IT READY! IT IS A CHAIR, THAT ARRIVED IN A BROKEN BOX!!! - How does one repack something like that? I then had to spend my valuable time and money to reassemble the broken box and package it for pick up. I then get an email from Snapdeal saying that - "A failed attempt was made to pick up the package on the 1st of Oct 2016" (today) - I have been at home the entire time and did not receive any call or intimation that anybody was coming today to make the pick up. Their email also stated that "in case we do not receive a response from you within next 48 hours, we will close your return request." I then proceed to call the number of the person responsible for the pick up that was give - who claimed to have no knowledge that he was supposed to pick up this parcel from my location. These are important details since the return policy states that the refund cannot be initiated till the product has been picked up from the customer's location.Their customer care number responds only with automated responses, not allowing you to actually speak to any customer care executive. There is NO EMAIL ADDRESS WHATSOEVER to make a formal written complaint. I am beyond DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE AND JUST WANT TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT AND GET MY MONEY BACK, SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS SHABBY EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE EVER AGAIN!

please give me a clearly written explaination of what was not found right on this account. We have done nothing wrong apart from trying to return the product that is loose n fabric quality not being good.
