Hello Sir/Madam this is satya i have a issue regarding the replacement of the product due to quality issues.I have ordered the product on Aug 30th 2016, and i have returned it on 9th Sept 2016 to the warehouse of the snapdeal as they specified me to do so and they received it on 12th Sept 2016.The quality department have gone through the product and concluded it as a genuine product and also they informed me that, they will send the same product to my address.But i didn't received the product till today and i didn't got any update regarding my product.I tried to contact them several times but i got in touch only few times and they are said that they will deliver the product immediately to me.But eventually they did not delivered my product, Last time when i call them the customer care executive said that he will talk to the superior and also he told me that i will get my product within a week.But my issue remained the same.So, please help me to get my product as early as possible.Below mentioned are my contact details..

    @Snapdeal actually is fouling on socialmedia they will connect with resolution, & will never say it here, because snapdeal sells used products, & then they will deny & will keep your money as well as product.Actual SD is not here on tweeter, this is fake humble pretending on social media actually They are despots in there Kingdom' before shopping on snapdeal, go through compliance media where you get bullet of relief!
    I have experienced this part.so i am letting every one to know about snapdeal, that don't shop on snapdeal, go to better platforms, because what they will sell is fake, mutated, used & a lot!!! Lots of lot!!!even though they are not going to refund, but will keep product as well!

      i have odared my iphone 6s (16GB) for Rs.41870 on 12month of emi back on 15/09/2016 and i have cancelled that porduct on 19/09/2016 and its 01/10/2016 now and i still waiting for my refund.         Sir this is a reminder complain about snapdeal that on 7th September I placed a order on snapdeal then they have sent me a damaged watch .about this matter I complained to you afternoon two days company has excepted replacement of watch then after 10 daya on its site its showing that the item has been successfully delivered on given address I as a consumer hasn't received the watch. Sir I as a consumer is telling that snapdeal has done a big cheating by me. Sir please help me to get my watch.I will be very thankful to you I you solve my problem

          I bought a dubaria cartridge from snapdeal on 3rd aug, 2016 which was defective.. it was picked up on 30th august n a new cartridge was sent on 3rd September which was again defective... this 2nd catridge was picked up on 13th September bt the receipt given by courier company bears the order no of the catridge returned on 30th aug by mistake of courier company .. courier company owner mr amit dutta has acknowledged it n sent a mail to snapdeal.. instead of refunding the money snapdeal has closed d order..

            I have raised four return requests for Order ID [protected].
            One for a loose fitting and three other fr Fabric quality.

            Your team has sent an email stating account has been suspended etc due to fraudulent activities.

            Can snapdeal please explain what fraudulent activities have been conducted. If customer doesn't like the product doesn't he have the right to return the product as per your return policy. n to top it all i am covered under SNAPDEAL Gold policy.

            I request SNAPDEAL to take back the product back asap n refund my hard earned money.

            I called customer care yesterday and spoken to one BalaKrishnan and was assured that they will look into the matter and that i am surely covered under the trust pay policy and i am eligible for return. But this morning i have received an email stating
            "We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

            Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. We request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account."

            please give me a clearly written explaination of what was not found right on this account. We have done nothing wrong apart from trying to return the product that is loose n fabric quality not being good.

              I bought a lehanga from snapdeal (order id [protected]) but I didnt like the product after delivery on 8th sep 16. So I raised return request but no one pick up the product for 10 days. Then I called customer care and after that they scheduled pick up. Still no one came to pick up the product and they simply sent a message stating that pick up attempt failed. Snapdeal has closed the return request on 25th sep without taking back the product.I called customer care again on 27th sep 16 and they accepted to pick up it but no response for 2 days. So I called them again on 1-oct- 16. Now they are telling we cant do anything, you have to keep the product because I called them after 48hrs. I asked to connect to senior executive but they didnt connect.Snapdeal has cheated me very badly.

              Snapdeal customer care called us on 3 - oct- 16 regarding my complain and assured us they will pick up the product and refund money. No one came to pick up the product. We have not received any mail or message or any other communication regarding the same. Still in the app status is return request closed.

                  I placed order id [protected] on 24 Sep 2016 and i received falulty used usha allure machine on 28 sep 2016 and i already paid all machine charges Rupees 9397.

                  today 1st oct 2016 Delivery boy came with new machine but he demanding Rupees 9500. Why again charges ? He did not given me machine and went back with machine.

                  whats going on, is this customer satisfaction service ? Kindly resolve all matters and provide us new usha allure machie, i already paid all machine amount on first delivery.

                    I feel that i did something wrong because i placed my order on sanp deal. i got mail with new expected delivery time of the product it 6 Oct. and i think i was selected one on very bad company which d'not care about there clients experience. in this time period i try to connect many customer care guy's but no body are there to explain it to me. i feel that this company run by some unprofessional guy's.

                      Why ? what is the issue ? Why did you block my account ? First time when you blocked my account you asked me to provide all the ids proof documents. I provided all the id proof to you and you unblock my account and now after few days you block my account again. When i called you customer care they are telling that your account has been suspended due to security reason . What is the security reason ?
                      Now my freecharge and snapdeal both account has been blocked.

                      This is quite frustrating service from such a big brand like Sanpdeal.

                            This company DESERVES A NEGATIVE RATING, IF THAT WERE AT ALL POSSIBLE. I don't know what kind of service they are running. I ordered a Computer Chair from their site. To begin with, not only was the product completely wrong, it arrived in a broken condition, TO THE EXTENT EVEN THE OUTER PACKAGING WAS BROKEN! The Chair, which was supposed to have been 'assembled, arrived in 2 pieces along with several other broken pieces - namely the wheel hub, some of the wheels were misaligned and broken. One arm of the chair was bent and broken. Their customer service, is the very defination of the word INEFFICIENCY! - I was given to believe via an email that someone would be coming to pick up the product to be returned within 48 hours AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REPACK THE PRODUCT AND KEEP IT READY! IT IS A CHAIR, THAT ARRIVED IN A BROKEN BOX!!! - How does one repack something like that? I then had to spend my valuable time and money to reassemble the broken box and package it for pick up. I then get an email from Snapdeal saying that - "A failed attempt was made to pick up the package on the 1st of Oct 2016" (today) - I have been at home the entire time and did not receive any call or intimation that anybody was coming today to make the pick up. Their email also stated that "in case we do not receive a response from you within next 48 hours, we will close your return request." I then proceed to call the number of the person responsible for the pick up that was give - who claimed to have no knowledge that he was supposed to pick up this parcel from my location. These are important details since the return policy states that the refund cannot be initiated till the product has been picked up from the customer's location.Their customer care number responds only with automated responses, not allowing you to actually speak to any customer care executive. There is NO EMAIL ADDRESS WHATSOEVER to make a formal written complaint. I am beyond DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE AND JUST WANT TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT AND GET MY MONEY BACK, SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS SHABBY EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE EVER AGAIN!

                              my reference number is 30822525. i purchased 2 bags of drools dog food. buy i have received only one. the courier guy has confirmed the same and sent me the screen shot of the same. but the snapdeal website says that it has delivered both the bags. the customer care representative says she will get back to me in 24 hours.
                              i hope the issue will be taken care at the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                      I had placed an order of WOODLAND BROWN LEATHER FORMAL WALLET on 26th September, 2016 my Order Id- [protected] and I received it on 27th September, 2016. But I did not like the item so placed return option on 28th September Suborder Id- [protected] which was confirmed by Snapdeal. I scheduled the pickup on 29th September, 2016 and I got the information that will be done NUVOEX the ticket Id[protected] but that day nobody turned up and night they automatically rescheduled to next day that is 30th September, 2016. Still nobody came for the pick-up and again they rescheduled on 1st October, 2016 by themselves. My problem is I will be going out of station after 2 days then how do I return the product as per the Snapdeal’s 7 days return policy, kindly help . Please contact as soon as possible. Its urgent.

                                        I have ordered a Power bank make ambrane P-1122, Rs 699 /- order no [protected] dated 09 sept 16 through ONLINE PAYMENT MODE, DEBIT CARD. I have ordered this product in SNAPDEAL GOLD OFFER which facilitates us a quick delivery.Three times delivery dates changed but product not delivered till date.
