I ordered a watch rs-1630/- from snapdeal which was not satisfied as expected on the image. I returned the product with a scanned copy of courier receipt for refund. They declined my quality check control and promised me to return with in 7days. I notified them atleast 6times they called me back and again promised me to return with in 3days. It's been a month and i have still not returned nor refunded. Please help me.

        I am Visalakshi. My cell no is [protected]. I bought xiaomi max cell phone from your site, after seeing your big advertisement in paper which said mi band for first 100 customers. In that product page offer section in link 'view more' 3 offers including Airbnbb offer are listed. Nothing given to me. I told to your person when I received a call. I also send message in your site. No response. Hope now you will respond.

        Note I am very satisfied long standing Amazon customer. Just your advertisement tempted me. No more order, unboxing in snapdeal.

          I have ordered pedigree (adult dog food) chicken and vegitable 10kg. item code: ma4618944 order no: [protected] from snapdeal.com and after 12days what i received is a pack of two deodrant costing approx 200rs. what i did next is placed a complaint and they refused to solve it. giving a excuse of 'we dont return and replace the product of sd+ sellers.' even after the product satisfies 100% payment protection. now what does this mean? agreed with non-returnable terms in case if genuine product was delivered, what if you get a wrong product should still we should agree non-returnable terms. i want a help to get my money back from snapdeal which i have alredy paid for pedigree.

            I ordered for a bedsheet and it was delivered to me vide order no [protected] on 1st september. The product was returned on 3rd september and the reciept was given by nuvoex courier having awb number snd3010540. Since then i have been following up with snapdeal for the refund, but till now it has not been done and now i have got a reply that the refund is not possible as i have not returned the product. Even after sending them the return reciept, the company is not agreeing.

            Till now, I have not received any update.. I think it takes years to interact with your own internal team. Kindly check with the person who went to pick up the courier on 3rd September, and y the same was not updated by him. I have got the CCTV camera recording with the person coming in

              Hi,

              I had ordered a lakme 9 to 5 lip liner. On the day of the delivery this package was sent to my home when i was in office. After returning i come back and unbox the item and was shocked to see a broken lip liner. Adding that i haven't even opened the original package inside the box. When i complained it to the snapdeal customer care they justify this telling that the item is packed on surveilance and they cannot initiate a refund/replacement.in that case we should not trust snapdeal with any of the products because you may end up receiving and defective/damaged item and feel nothing but helpless. Highly disappointed with snapdeal and i would need a refund of this product

                I have done online shopping on snapdeal (date: 14 sept 2016) order#: [protected] for blackberry z30 (black color) phone. but i have received used and white color phone.

                From 14th sept i am calling to snapdeal representative, everytime they are saying that somebody will contact you in 24-48 hours. i called sixth times to snapdeal customer care, but till no one responds properly. its already more than 15 days.

                Neither they are refunding money nor they are delivering the product.

                Snapdeal service is more than worst service i have ever experienced!!

                  I have ordered for sony headphones on aug 7 and i haven't received it. They are keep on changing my delivery date. Am waiting since many days with buying in retail shop or any other e-commerce site. I tried calling them but it is more worst than anything. No consultant will talk to you only automated voice answer your call. Moreover it not a toll free no. As they mentioned on sites. Wasted time and money. Instead of getting my headphones am getting lots of frustration for free. No standard maintained to satisfy the customers. Worthless to use this site.

                    Hello Sir/Madam this is satya i have a issue regarding the replacement of the product due to quality issues.I have ordered the product on Aug 30th 2016, and i have returned it on 9th Sept 2016 to the warehouse of the snapdeal as they specified me to do so and they received it on 12th Sept 2016.The quality department have gone through the product and concluded it as a genuine product and also they informed me that, they will send the same product to my address.But i didn't received the product till today and i didn't got any update regarding my product.I tried to contact them several times but i got in touch only few times and they are said that they will deliver the product immediately to me.But eventually they did not delivered my product, Last time when i call them the customer care executive said that he will talk to the superior and also he told me that i will get my product within a week.But my issue remained the same.So, please help me to get my product as early as possible.

                      This is total cheating..., but when they advertise, they said return and all will they will arrange and now they are not doing, what they have committed before purchase the product.

                        At least have some pity on kids.

                        I haven't yet received any refund information for order id:[protected] suborder id: [protected] and order id:[protected] suborder id:[protected]

                        The first order got delayed because seller didn't provided the form 16 for inter state shipment as per fedex so i cancelled that assuming i will get the refund and ordered again in a hope that this time seller will provide all documents but the i came to know that snapdeal and fedex is showing my cancelled order has been delivered which was wrong as that order was returned to the seller so considering this might happen with the second order i made i cancelled the second order too.

                        So now i am waiting for refund initiation information for more than forty thousand rupees.

                        I want the refund process for these two orders amounting 21, 450 and 20, 950 to be processed asap. It has already taken a lot of time and i hope there won't be more harassment for me to face. Please at least consider my old record and don't make me to loose my trust in snapdeal.

                          Package arrived bangalore today only, and i requested team to deliver the product on urgent basis by today as its for gift..
                          The box dsnt contain the tablet inside and it has a charger and data cable available on it..
                          I need to gift this expensive product and i found it empty inside.. I dnt want any replacement for it.. Kindly refund me the amount.

                          I need a Immediate Resolution for the same, , as customer support team is asking me to wait for 1 hour for supervisor call, but supervisors are sleeping or what...
                          I need to get refund for it.. as i have already complained for the same in social media and even ill raise a court case for it. I placed this order to gift my sister for her 1st marriage anniversary and what i recieved is a box with accesories but no tablet inside it.. 15500 matters a lot for me.. i earn just 20000 and can not tolerate this..

                            On behalf of my brother i had ordered nike shoes and got same side of shoes in return.I met with an accident so could not open the package on time.when i had opened the package 7 days(as per the return policy )had lapsed.if the shoes were one size smaller or bigger to me then at least it could have used by someone but getting the same side shoes has left me with no option but to register the complaint .But no redressal /relief was provided by the company.although it is sheer fault of the seller to pack same side of shoes but it has made customer to bear the loss.kindly consider this matter and take the required action.

                                replacement for - electrolux 7 kg et70enprm fully automatic top load washing machine - mystic rose

                                till today, no customer service manager/supervisor resolved my complaint after escalating this to snapdeal for more than 18-20 times.

                                Every time same recording i am hearing from the customer service agents !!! and there is no change in the staement and no complaint was resolved till date !!!

                                till i did not receive the tracking update on my courier and i requested for the earliest delivery of the product and nobody responded on this till now and tomorrow is the last day of the confirmed delivery and till now, still the product has not reached to the nearest hub !!

                                what you people are really doing ?? // just recording and playing back the same audio to all the customers ??

                                moreover, i received a dead frog inside the original package and for that already a big escalation happened and "sashikala" rom customer service ream confirmed that it has been handled by the compensation department !!

                                till now no response !!!

                                they confirmed the delivery by today without fail and they did are not bothered about the sla as well.
                                The deadline is crossed and still my money is blocked with them without the product in my hand !!

                                i need full compensation and full refund now for this type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour !!!

                                I wont' leave this fraud people !!!

                                  I ordered for a beats powerbeats earphone with mic. When I received the product it was a fake so I returned the product by raising that I received fake product.
                                  After giving back the product they send a message to me that my request has been declines and that the original product will be sent back to me.
                                  Why should i accept an fake product
                                  They should either give me an original one or refund the money.

                                    I orderd 3 items from snapdeal.com (1) pigeon ultra knife& peelar set, (2)Hilex multiplug extension board/computer adopter, (3)Intex cloud jewel (16) on 13/09/2016. ORDER NO: [protected]. I received orders on time, with guirentee of return/replacement within 7 days. Item no 1 & 2 were satisfactory but 3rd item i.e. Intex Cloud Jewel problematic. The touch screen got hanged 3-4 times, some times it does not respond at all & finally it stopped. It was a faulty piece.
                                    I complaint on 21st sep. on 23rd Mr. Sanket Nalawade (engineer ) send by snapdeal came to my home to check the quality and mobil's problem, he prepared a report on it and then sealpacked it ( report attached ). then he told me that executive from snapdeal will pickup the sealed item. On next day 24th sept. two executives from Nuvo Ex company 1) Mr. VISHNU REDDY mob:[protected] & other name not known arrived to my home tearoff the seal, checked the materials takeaway the product, & gave me a NUVO EX REVERSE PICKUP SHEET. On 26th sept. I received a mail stating that " your Intex Cloud Jewal (16 GB ) does not meet our quality check guidelines, so we will ship back your item to your original dilivery address within 48 hrs". It is almost 72 hrs over nobody has returned the mobile. Here I want to say that I returned the original product with all parts that I received from you. I do not know what kind of quality check you carried out. you have to refund my money of rs.5398/- which I had paid for the phone.Snapdeal cannot cheat me by providing a faulty mobile.

There is no reply to my complaint through SMS, CALL or EMAIL, also the faulty mobile which had been taken by snapdeal for quality check is not yet returned to me. Where & in what condition the product is unknown to me. Please send back the faulty product to the seller & refund me rs. 5398/-. How could you say that you have resolved the complaint without taking any action.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice of your lowest grade service.
                                    1) You send me a faulty product (mobile) that you took back for quality check, on my complaint.
                                    2) When I made a complaint on consumer forum, Without any reason you just marked the complaint as resolved.
                                    3) On 2nd oct.2016 at about 4.25pm I received the faulty mobile that you send back to me saying (sms) that the product doesn't mach the quality check criteria from ECOM courier service. As per your mail I should have received the mobile on or before 28 sept.2016. I don't know where & why you kept the product for so many days.
                                    4) Now the faulty product you resend me is incomplete & more problematic. (a) The earphone is missing, (b) the phone doesn't opens the home screen.
                                    5) You never explained me about your quality check findings. You should have send the finding details with the returned faulty product.
                                    Sir, I want you to take immediate action. I have all the proofs with videos of box opening of the new product & again opening the faulty product pack. please don't delay to take decision to refund the money as I want to buy a new mobile during this offer season.

                                      I have bought different products under above order number but quality was not good, hence requested return the product next day on 19-9-16. They registered our request and confirmed to reverse pickup by 21-9-16. but they did not picked up the returned product till date and sent me a mail on 24-9-16 that they will not accept return, they closed my case and blocked me from further transactions. When i attempted several times to find the reason, they did not provided me any reason, but simply said their system refused my return request. Now all the products have lying un-returned with me, my money has been blocked and i am unable to do further shopping on snapdeal.com Their customer care officers refused to help me.
