I booked a YU unique which I received on 2 Oct 15 as of now I am having some issue with the mobile so I wanted to go to galary but as they want invoice unforunatly I am not having invoice so I requested before two they gave me a tat of 48 hrs after completing tat also I have no received the invoice .I took the follow also they are saying just wait for some time we will do it .what if I will get that invoice once mobile is out of warranty.

    Snapdeal asking me to send the product via manually courier again and again snapdeal always refusing to accept the product's courier package. I am requesting to snapdeal to send their courier service partner to pick the product as snapdeal sent on 17th august 2016. He came to pickup the product from jv express courier service but he didn't picked up the product because he noted and notified me the cheating of snapdeal that's snapdeal's seller sent me the product with four different imei numbers. Now i am suffering from seriously injury's pain just because of again and again send the courier to snapdeal and in processing of sending courier to snapdeal i met with an accident in which i am seriously injured and there is a plaster on my left leg. I already couriered the product two times but snapdeal refused to accept the courier both the time. Now i am requesting to snapdeal to send it's courier service partner to pickup the product from me but snapdeal is giving some silly excuses that my postal code 282001 (Agra cantt) is out of serviceable area and you will have to send the product manually via national courier service. And snapdeal don't giving me the courier charges money as compensation of my last courier even after uploading the courier charges receipt and bill more than 3 times on snapdeal's help center or on snapdeal's application. Snapdeal's customer care executives are dumb and unskilled, they don't know how to resolve the consumer's problems and queries, they are registered my complaint as incomplete as i told them your product is not working properly and the imei numbers are differ from each other as in mobile phone, mobile phone's box, mobile phone's serrer's invoice or bill as well as in snapdeal's receipt slip.

    I'm requesting to consumercomplaints.in to take an appropriate step to make consumer satisfy from this fraud online shopping and money's priority website.

    Today i tried to return the defective and worst item or product via courier on snapdeal's return form address but not a single courier service provider whether it's aramex, blue dart, first flight, dtdc, overnight courier service or any other is serviceable at given postal code 122505. All courier service provider are saying that it's village area and our courier service is not available in village areas. Now i'm requesting to snapdeal to send their courier service partner executive to pickup the defective item from me and refund my money to provided neft details.

    Snapdeal never care for it's faithful and respectable customers. Still I'm waiting for Snapdeal's call but Snapdeal don't call me. And when I am trying to make a call to Snapdeal then IVRS recording say press 1 or 2 I pressed but IVRS recording says didn't received any response from you call again later. I tried more than 9 times but this IVRS error is still existing. I filed Return Request before 2 Months but Snapdeal is ignoring and avoiding me since then and Continuously avoiding me and my complaints. I couriered three times defective and worst item to Snapdeal's given Address with attachments of Snapdeal Return Form on Package but Snapdeal refused to accept or take Courier all the three times. Snapdeal is exploiting me again and again.

            Item not delivered you, I LOST 15000
            You Snapdeal and Vulcan, if you guys born to 1 dad or if you have only 1 mom then take an initiative and resolve my complaint you mother f-kers, its close to 1 year now and still no is feeling real responsible and working on my complaint, i called and sent emails 1000 times but no 1 person is doing his/her job perfect, if not i wouldn't have suffer this long.
            Wake up you [censored]s and resolve my complaint, i am really really frustrated with you guys, Chiiiiiiii Cheap SNAPDEAL who is just Fraud and rob the money, i lost 15000 and waiting on since 1 year for the product. If i find to get these snapdeal ill just show them the reverse F-K, i feel i am living in such a worse country that there is no 1 to look after such complaints or companies. Snapdeal customer care or their system is just WORSE, Remove this company or the website from this world.

              I have purchased a handbag from snapdeal and it cost me 1600 INR but it was like as shown in the picture and described on site.
              I requested snapdeal to return and called in Customer care team. Their support team said that we will pick the product in 3 days but nobody has come to pick it up.

              Then again I called them and again they said the same thing but nobody came for pickup. Same thing happened at least 10 times and in the last they said that we can't pick up, u have to courier it. Their warehouse is in some village so no courier service are ready to take that packet to deliver it.

              I called snapdeal and told the same then they suggested to do speed post. I did that too but that packet returned back to my home as saying that there is no as such warehouse. Then again I called in snapdeal then they said u do it again it will come. Then again I did it but again it has returned back by saying that given address is not correct and incomplete.

              After that I am calling to snapdeal fools but they are not responding and repeating the same thing to courier it. When I explained all things them then they started to abuse and used very very bad words which I can't write it here.

              They said that their backend senior team member will call me but its now 20 days but I didn't get any call so far.

              This is totally fraud and they are selling the product on a very high rate and selling the local and replica product and claiming that its original.

              There abuses and harsh words are mentally torcher which can be tolerable.

              I need to take a legal action again snapdeal and there staff, they don't that how to speak to the customer. Poor service which I have ever seen in my entire life.

                  Hi All,

                  I have placed an order:[protected]( Hindware Atlantic 3L HI03PDB30 Instant Geyser - White and Blue), As soon as received the product I have identified,

                  - Different product has been received(white and white)
                  - Power indicators are not working

                  I have contacted snap deal for the same and they said that

                  - Pickup is not possible for the location where they have delivered the product
                  So I have sent the product manually and I have been getting touch with them, After 2 weeks they said that complaint has been rejected and still conversation is going on and this issue has been escalated, but they sent a product back to me again without update.
                  I called them back again for the justification, but the response is nil. Now I want refund my money back, I dont want to do business with you. How Can I proceed to get that?

                  My questions are

                  - While discussion is going on for the issue, How did they send product back to me, without update/clarification?
                  - Though I have escalated it for several times to the Mangers, Nothing helpd me to resolve this issue, what is meant by escalation in your point of view?
                  - Its been more than 25 days, but no proper update on the same issue, why it is like this?
                  - If managers also cant be able to resolve this is issue, who will be the point of contact?
                  - Will snap deal respond even after file a case in consume court ?

                    Dear Team Snapdeal,
                    With reference to my registered account magnanimous.[protected]@yahoo.com, i placed an order [protected] on 22nd Septemeber 2016. Being a snapdeal fulfilled & Gold order the same has not been shipped as of now, even after complaining the snapdeal customer care four times on call & twice on mail. The order that i placed was bough t at a very good price amounting Rs.31, 740.

                    Then on 27th September using the same account & through same seller i placed an order ([protected]) of the same product (Voltas 1.5 Ton 183 V EY-W 3 Star Inverter Air Conditioner) at an excalated price of Rs.37, 129 and to the most shocking part that order has been dispatched just the next day that too without being a snapdeal gold & perpaid order, while my earlier order of same product hasnot been dispatched yet.

                    So this clearly seems to be an unfair business practice & cheating customers by first offering them discount & then not shipping the product on the timelines given and the 2nd order been shipped from same seller implies that:

                    1) Stock is available with the seller but he isnt willing to ship my order [protected], because of price issues.
                    2) Snapdeal gold offering is fake & is just for theory purpose & to gain goodwill
                    3) You cannot trust offers provided by snapdeal, as they are just to show off. and even snapdeal fulfilled orders are taken care by snapdeal team properly.

                    I just ordered the same product from same seller just to check its availibilty, i will not going to accept this cod order, hence i request you to convey the same to seller to convert my this cod dispatched order to the prepaid order.

                    If not delivered & displatched on time my order placed before i will go to consumer court & even bring out the true face of snapdeal on social media.

                    Request you to kindly get my prepaid order ([protected]) delivered first on priority basis, as per the timeline provided.

                      I had placed this order on 13th Aug 2016 for Butterfly 4 Jar Jet Mixer Grinder but got a wrong product delivered for 3 Jar. I immediately opened a return/place for this product with Reference number: 28063445, 28177149, 28258469 and the product was never picked for so many weeks the vulcan logistic kept updating records saying customer denied pickup which is a false information as the vulcan logistic person never called me and after several follow-ups with snapdeal after escalating the issues with the shift team leaders the item was picked up with reverse tracking number R[protected] by shashikumar (Vulan Mobile: [protected]). I got a slip while return of the product and the same was submitted to snapdeal and it's attached to this mail aswell.

                      ​Now the item was sent back and when i call snapdeal i got to know that they have no update on the return status from the vulcan logistic which is not my headache. And i was assured that i will get a call back within 24 hrs on the resolution and now since two weeks no call from you guys.​

                      Do you think we are mad to pay our hardearned money and top of it call you guys several times on non-toll free customer care numbers and still you dont like to do your job?

                      What is your answer to this? What are your next steps? When are you going to send me the product that i ordered or do refund atleast.

                          My order id is [protected]. I asked for returning the product on 10-sep-16 as the product was not matching the description provided in the snapdeal site. Snapdeal asked me to send back the item by myself as snapdeal could not arrange for the reverse pick up. On 27-srp-16 o couriered the product back to snapdeal via dtdc. On 28-sep-16 i got an sms from snapdeal that quality check failed and that i will not get the refund. I did return product with all the original tags and box intact. Snapdeal seems to cheat its customers by this way. I request you to take strong action against snapdeal and help me get my refund.

                            I ordered jbl t100a from snapdeal a few days back and when i opened it, there was no seal on the brand box. The box looked an year old. When i opened it, i was really shocked to see a local earphones in that jbl branded box. I tried to contact customer care but then i came to know that snapdeal doesn't believe in these kind of services.

                              I ordered nova nht 1046 trimer on 6th sep2016, first i got estimate delivery brtween 7-9 then it showed before 15 sept then again they changed to 21. i waited till 22 sept but i didnot recieve the product. then i cancelled the product on 22, and on 24 i got the message that my refund is initiated and it will be transfer within 4 days. but till now i didnt get my amount. first thing they could not delivered my product and now when i cancelled. they are not refunding my money also.. snapdeal is a fraud website. they dont have customer care number only. there is a number and that is computer generated and they will cost u for call also not just for call i[censored] listen to the computer voice then also they will cost money. people plzz order through cash on delivery only . it will be safe ..

                                I have been a regular customer for snapdeal. Recently, I have ordered a Raspberry Pi3 (order no: [protected]) - instead I received a small pressure cooker. It seems the seller has made a mistake and sent somebody's shipment to me. The invoice which was on the parcel was of someone from Raipur, but address was mine.

                                I have sent back the wrong parcel which I received to the snapdeal. However, today I received an email saying that it did not meet the quality check criteria. I am fed-up with this process.

                                First I received the wrong parcel and now you are not refunding it. I am not going to accept the same parcel which you are sending. Please keep it with yourself. I am closing my snapdeal account - thank you for the service.

                                  It is such a disappointing experience with snapdeal service. Indeed shocking.
                                  1. After receiving a lenovo ac adapter for my laptop z580 order #[protected] (To my preferred office address) i found it to be faulty & not genuine & had basically3 faults altogether. The model number received is different from 3 displayed description. When battery is connected to supply, my laptop has sensation of shock. Plus the mouse behaves wayward when laptop is on charging.
                                  2. After initiating the return request (On 16th sep) which was well within 7 days as per return policy, i had been patiently waiting & doing follow up by calling customer service number #[protected] for return pick up, but had been only being asked to wait patiently as our courier guys as unable to reach you on registered mobile number. I don't understand why they were calling on registered mobile number again & again when i had clearly mentioned in comments section of order as well as while communicating with customer service, that my registered mobile number will not be reachable since the address is in basement area, so please call on alternate landline number mentioned in comment area.
                                  3. I just don't understand during initial delivery of the product to my office address, the courier guys were able to reach me smoothly & product was delivered. Then how come during return pick up only you don't want to call on the call land line number and get in touch. This is true lie to me from courier.
                                  4. Today i called up customer care again as i was still waiting for the pickup to happen. But to my surprise i was informed that since courier people are unable to locate you we are closing the request. And hence there will be no refund or such. So they cannot do anything now.
                                  5. I am now fairly confident that snapdeal is not interested in satisfying its existing customers. Because i had mentioned everything in my comments column as well as during call with customer support that my mobile # is not reachable when i am in office, so please call on my office landline numbers in case they want to get in touch otherwise please come to the address.
                                  And just to let you know it surprises me that this was the same landline number i provided while placing the order to which they very well contacted during delivery. But while returning i am being said that we are not supposed to call any number other than registered mobile number. This is just a big big lie i would say.
                                  6. I believe this will have a ever lasting impression on me while ordering anything online and specially from snapdeal!

                                      my order id:- [protected] for RO membrane was delivered to me. one of the parts of the RO membrane was not as per list mentioned. i was suppose to get flow restrictor 450 (FR 450) but i received FR 350. now i want to replace only that part, as i have called for installation for RO membrane. i have also requested snapdeal to replace the RO 350 item, but they are refusing to and have also closed my return request.

                                        I received different color item and quality was poor.
                                        I returned that lamination machine next day (17th September) and i have proof of this.
