I ordered moto g turbo edition, after receiving mobile mobile not working properly, touch not working properly and battery is draining fast.
I requested for return the product in snap deal, i got a call from customer care and they told me to reset the mobile and i did what he said but the issue is not resolved.

But in my snap deal account it is showing like replacement request resolved...

I placed an order of fastrack watch which was defective when delivered to me so i asked for a replacement and it got replaced. The replaced item was delivered to my hostel not to me, the delivery man didn't took my signatures or anything just delivered the item to hostel. So i didn't knew about the product being deliverd, after some days i checked hostel's office and i found my product there. Upon opening it, i saw it was defective again....

This company is too much fraud, this is dose not support his won customer,
every time provide wrong number, when we say their customer care executive,
I[censored] provide wrong no. again i'll complain against you, nevertheless they provide wrong contact no.
never take product from it ...never take...if you take anything from it ...you 'll suffer a lot...
It dose not provide genuine product..faulty product......

I have ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal but the size didnt fit in. So i initiated a return. But the refund is not transferred into my account. Its been long time. Please help me with this issue.

The shoe i ordered was for bata size -5, but the shoe delivered was bata size-4.

I ordered the item on 7th september and when it was dispatched it was said that amount will be refunded but till now no refund has been done . since last on 22nd i recives a message that it will be refunde with in 3 days but still no refund has been initiated.
