My order was supposed to get delivered between 21-23 sept.. I got to know that it got delayed and will get delivered between 22-26 sept.. Its now 27th september and i haven't received the product yet.in between that i called customer care several times and told them to escalate and prioritise the issue. I have called customer care 8-10 times, but i am not getting any update or response regarding where my item is. I have suffered loss due to this liniency shown by snapdeal. If i could have ordered this product from flipkart or amazon i could have got it in one day itself. I have totally lost reliability on snapdeal. I wont be ordering anything from snapdeal afterwards. And who is responsible for the loss which i am bearing due to this late delivery? I want compensation from snapdeal for this.. How can you promise a customer twice and do not meet the expected delivery date. I surely want a compensation or else i will take legal on this issue.

    I had purchased two wrist watch for kids. After receiving the items, I realized that items are not matching with description given on Snapdeal. So I returned them. Once items were received back by Snapdeal, they informed me that my return request is declined. After that 1.5 months are already gone till date, but I have neither received item back nor my money. And there is no provision for customer care in any form . So please think many times before ordering from Snapdeal.

    Dear Snapdeal,
    The issue which I had raised is still open. I have also informed on [protected]@snapdeal.com but as usual alwayz get response that we are looking into the issue. This transaction is pending since 18th August. My account is also suspended. If this is the way, issue is resolved, how can some one assure that he will get money, he returns the item. Luckily my transaction was not costly.

      This complain is in regard to my order yonex muscle power 29 racquets (2 badminton racquets with full covers) which i purchased from website snapdeal.com. i bought the racquets (supc: sdl[protected] on 21 september, 2016 with order id: [protected] and delivered to me through bluedart (waybill no : [protected]) on 26th september.

      I was expecting 2 racquets as promised by snapdeal but delivered only 1 racquet. when i ordered, there was 2 racquets offer on snapdeal. the item's page itself has clearly mentioned package contents: 2 badminton racquets with full covers will be delivered. also on 21th september (after placing order) i have raised the query (complaint reference number[protected] regarding item page description asking to verify and ensure 2 racquets delivery, but snapdeal customer care ignored it completely and didn't reply then again on 24th sept, raised another query regarding same (item page) and again snapdeal pathetic customer care service didn't bother to reply it. i am a regular buyer from indian e commerce websites (like amazon/flipkrt etc) but have never seen this fraud service like snapdeal. i have ordered the yonex racquets based on item's page description and paid in full advance in confidence of your reputation. i am shocked, how can a reputed e-commerce website fraudulently mentions 2 badminton racquets on item's page but delivers only 1 racquet.

      Also i must mention, every time i tried contacting customer care for item query, snapdeal website directed me to check item page, stating it contains all details about item (yonex badminton). my order yonex racquets item page 2 badminton racquets with full covers in offer details. i want my 2nd racquet. my order id: [protected]

      I received the item on 26th sept. On same day I e-mailed them about issue on their official address: [email protected] (*[email protected] doesn't work anymore). Email was clear about issue with all information i.e SUPC id, item page link, order id. I had intentionally stated in my email that i'll wait for 3 days before i send them legal notice if they fail to deliver my complete order on time. Finally after two days of twitter/mail exchange and complaint on this forum, item is delivered today. Snapdeal customer care representative on phone was very assistive and polite. I was bit frustrated because of partial delivery but customer care rep named deepak calmly listened me and sorted out issue in less than 2 days. My rating for snapdeal customer care (*phone) 4/5 and on twitter 2/5.

      After the complaint, Snapdeal customer care representative called and assured that they have sorted out issue with seller and corrected their mistake. I will receive 2nd badminton as promised in item offer page. He assured me that snapdeal will dispatch 2nd racquet in 24 hours but i will not be able to track it through snapdeal official website. I asked him to mail me detailing what he has promised on phone along with courier details. He promised me that he will email me. But now after 24 hours i am yet to receive official email from snapdeal. I tried contacting customer care via twitter and email, asking them for update on 2nd racquet dispatch but haven't received any response. After committing that they will dispatch the item in 24 hours they have again failed to deliver. i am not sure how long i have to wait ?

        But snapdeal has send me a poor quality item which market price is rs-2050.
        Which item i received from snapdeal, there is no mrp on sony product cover.
        O i want to refumd this item to snapdeal. But they flood company didn't refund my money. They also picked my product from me before 10days for refund. But till day i have not receive my money, & when i called to customer care, they had tell me refund cann't do. Your product has return you in your address.

          I had purchased a product last 9th sep 2016 the product recieved at next to my city on the 14/09/16. after that the courier loitered me much (xpress bees) until 20 th sep 2016. on this day i decided to cancel my order, the snapdeal says it will take 6 days to get the refund. i had contacted with snapdeal by email and telephonic discussion but iam not satisfied on the answer now it s over. so i would like to write down a complaint here. the payment was by debit card

            I orded preethi zodiac in snap deal, first they recived payment, after 5-6 days they cancelled my order by their own and informed refunded sucuess, but till date i didnt received please do needufll proof of detials enclosed. I was complaing daily but no response from them.

            Also they didnt provide custumer care number also to talk its very discuting and i am fed up with snap deal.

            Please resoleve this i will never ever purchase from snap deal again.

            Snap Deal is the worst website to shop online... if there is a rating in negative please let e know, cos thats what i would rate. Customer service number provided was just an IVR message and you cant speak to anyone. Pathetic service...seeing the number of complaints i figured out this is how they make money, by stealing other peoples money...

              I have replaced my product because the product is not which i have ordered. I ordered skyweigh machine and got "white cherry" machine and after replacement i got "personal scale" machine, second time i did not get skyweigh machine and it is also not working properly.                   I have order for 1 teddy worth rs. 629 on 15th sept (order no.[protected]) . I get delivery for same on 18th sept. But product deliver is different from my order amd also damage. I hve raise complaint for replacement on same day but product pickup on 21st sept and approved for replacement.(sub order no [protected]) Sub order placed on 22nd sept for same and i received teddy on today evening. When i open the box i totally surprised cause that product i sent back for replacement same piece delivery in very bad condition only outer packing is new. (Ref. If i cant get reply within two days then i hv raise complain against snapdeal in consumer court.

                    I ordered moto g turbo edition, after receiving mobile mobile not working properly, touch not working properly and battery is draining fast.
                    I requested for return the product in snap deal, i got a call from customer care and they told me to reset the mobile and i did what he said but the issue is not resolved.

                    Our purchase return is not being lifted despite so many calls from my side and promises by them. The return is already delayed by 22days. Every time they fix a new date of lifting the product. We have to bear heavy charges of all calls also made to them. Please help us return this unwanted product.

                    I purchased this keyboard 1 month ago and it already has a defected led light. There is no official razer customer cares in india and snapdeal doesn't provide shop information from where i bought it from. They don't even have any claim policy like ebay or flipkart.                       I placed an order of fastrack watch which was defective when delivered to me so i asked for a replacement and it got replaced. The replaced item was delivered to my hostel not to me, the delivery man didn't took my signatures or anything just delivered the item to hostel. So i didn't knew about the product being deliverd, after some days i checked hostel's office and i found my product there. Upon opening it, i saw it was defective again. I was so angry and furious, i again tried to replace it but couldn't as the message read "option not available for this product" i tried contacting them but on phone it said "no order registered via your phone number". And when i mailed them and again contacted customer care they said your seven days time period is over.
                      That was not fair on their part as
                      1. They gave me a defected product twice.
                      2. Delivery man didn't informed me about delivery and gave it to hostel office without my permission or any information.
                      3. When i asked for replacement (Within the period of seven days) snapdeal app said that option is not available.
                      4. When i asked for replacement (Within 7 days of received product but not according to snapdeal as product was not delivered to me in the first place) they said since 7 days have passed it is not possible now.
                      5. After complaining, snapdeal mailed me and said they'll call me but they didn't and instead mailed me and said it is not possible.
                      6. They are not cooperating with my complaints.
                      7. I ordered the watch about a month ago and still haven't received what was promised by snapdeal.
                      8. The refund of courier charges (As i sent them the product on my expenses) of first order were not initiated until i complained about them on this page (It took around 10 days).
                      9. It has been a very frustrating experience and very cheap planning by snapdeal.
                      My order no. Is [protected].
                      I expect my problem to be heard and solved asap. It's been more than a month i am running after this watch, so snapdeal please, don't waste my time anymore. If you are going to make a call, please try to do it after 5 pm. I am not able to recieve phone call before 5 pm.

                      Your customer support is as weak as your delivery system, WORST I've ever seen! I'll never use snapdeal or let my friends use it.

                        Hello snap deal,

                        My mother ordered headly 35kg home gym set on 8th of sept 2016 to gift it to me for my birthday. Order num - [protected]
                        Even a courier delivery guy called on 16th sept 2016 and informed that item has been moved to wrong area and it will be delivered to your address after 1 day.
                        I even called customer care on 18th sept 2016 and they promised me that the item will be delivered in next 2 days.
                        I waited almost 15 days and on 23rd sept 2016 received a message saying that the order has been cancelled and the amount has been refunded.
                        Now i want to know how the order has been cancelled without informing or calling to the customer.
                        This is really a harsh and cheating behavior from the snap deal authorized people and i want justice for the things happened.
                        Please let me know your further course of action.

                          The delivery person not co-operating to deliver the goods. Delivery boy made my mind to cancel the order.

                          The delivery person not in a mind to deliver the order. He mostly wants to make the delivery for the 2nd attempt. He doesn't want to deliver it in 1st attempt.

                          Because of his attitude, he spoils the brand name and value of the snapdeal.

                          Because of this issue customer made up mind with competitor. Snapdeal losing their customer.

                                I have been cheated by snap deal as they delivered me wrong item and I had done mistake in selecting the option and selected quality problem instead of wrong item. The product cost is 1160/- and they he sent poor quality wrong item, which I cannot accept under any circumstances. I had a quality check and cancelled the return request. I continuously calling them they r informing to use the product and they have no other option to help me. Please help me in returning the product as I don't want the product.                                   Dear sir, you send the order [protected] (Same order contains 5 products), [protected], [protected], through ecom express courier, but the courier refuse to deliver at my door step they said that the mentioned pincode 507121 is out of deliver area, and they ask to me come and pick up the order from bhadrachalam (507111) courier center but it was 100kms away from my area, and to collect this order from courier center i have to spend one day and 200/-, who will pay that amount ecom express or snapdeal.com, please give me reply, courier contact no: [protected], ecom supervisor no: [protected], please give me reply as early as possible. And also i already inform to you before it was dispatching as "please dont send my orders through courier only send through indiapost, because there is no courier services available at our area pincode 507121" even though you send through ecom express courier, you people not respond anyway.                                       I ordered a Voltas 1.2 Ton 5 Star 155 CY Split Air Conditioner from Snapdeal on September 21, 2016 with the order ID: [protected].

                                      The delivery window is supposed to be by today, September 26, 2016. However, there is no update on the Vulcan Express courier site. It's showing 'Ready for Connection' for the last two days. (Air Waybill No :P[protected] Order No :FCDW250888)

                                      This is the first time that I have brought an electronics good from Snapdeal; however there is no proper customer care, only an automated voice. I will think twice before ordering from Snapdeal again.

                                      I have written mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com. But no one has contacted or clarified about the order status. I am disappointed with the slow response of Snapdeal's team.

                                      Please let me know when the order will reach me. I will have to escalate this further if I don't receive any response from Snapdeal's end.

                                        Got wrong product n applied for refund.. I got goldstar shoes. But there is no action on pick up of product. As its 3rd day n they say of 2 day service. On call they say that they gonnna take 2 days maximum to pick up.. I have attached the snapshot of the message sent to me on 23rd September 2016. I got that message on 23rd for pick up.. N there is no response from snapdeal as well
