I received the item on 26th sept. On same day I e-mailed them about issue on their official address:

[email protected] doesn't work anymore). Email was clear about issue with all information i.e SUPC id, item page link, order id. I had intentionally stated in my email that i'll wait for 3 days before i send them legal notice if they fail to deliver my complete order on time. Finally after two days of twitter/mail exchange and complaint on this forum, item is delivered today. Snapdeal customer care representative on phone was very assistive and polite. I was bit frustrated because of partial delivery but customer care rep named deepak calmly listened me and sorted out issue in less than 2 days. My rating for snapdeal customer care (*phone) 4/5 and on twitter 2/5.
