Hope you doing well!!
I have ordered i ball rocky headset and the order id is [protected]. They have confirmed that we will receive this item in between 23rd - 27th Sept'16 but till now, we didn't receive this item.

THIS IS REALLY FRUSTATING .
There is no customer care number where we can discuss or know the reason of delay.
The review of the customers is also very poor regarding your service.Is this the way to show your service towards customers.

        they says that due to heavy rain in mumbai it had not dilivered... but there is no rain since 5 days
        your tracking details also show only it has dispatched

          You say the bank takes maximum 4 days to refund,
          It is today 28 september, but still didn't refund successful.
          I called the customer care on 26 september, they said it will be in 48 hrs, but still not finished.
          The customer care no also don't contact, it always computer generated voice call.
          Call me and fix it.

              I had ordered a nova nht 1046 trimmer (white) from snapdeal order id [protected] on 26th sept.2016 and i get a delivery on 27th sept 2016. what i get delivered is a laser print toner cartridge. no phone numbers on snapdeal delivered product to launch complaint. so one needs to search internet to register complaint. i find one number "[protected]" here also they do not have a complaint category as wrongly delivered product as on snapdeal site. all it says is return of the product. i then get a message that it will be collected but no phone number again and no one contacts too. iregister complaint using facebook, they say some one will get in touch till this time no one contacts. for sure i would not like to do business again with snapdeal. i am even now not sure whether they will deliver their promise.

                    I have ordered bajaj mixer grinder gx 08 750 watts mixer and grinder, we have received the consignment on last week, the invoice no. Sa3b09/17-17/4194 dated 18/09/2016 found the bajaj mixer grinder gx 08 500watts. I raised for replacement request ticket id: 30432244, till date they not done pickup the goods for the replacement. They postponing the date daily. I am totally frustrated the service and no one take responsibility if their mistake.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered a "swipe konnect plus mobile" from snapdeal on 29th august 2016 and i received mobile on 30th itself.

                      As the promised ram n rom is not available and moreover camera quality is worst, they showed it as 8mp but it is less then 2mp, so the reason i requested for refund on 2nd sep 2016. The product has been picked by them on 6th september 2016 and till date there is no response from them.

                      I have been calling every alternate day starting from 6th september and i have spoken to almost half of the customer care executives and all the floor supervisors.

                      Every alternate day i am calling and talking for at least 30 min but till then there is no reply.
                      I have been begging and pleasing them.

                      Now am not able to connect the customer care number. It is showing it as there is no order.

                      Please help me

                        I had ordered for a sofa from snap deal. Post receipt the installation was not done. So I openwbdthe package to install but was very annoyed with the quality of the product and immediate placed a request for return. Since the site mentions of easy returns. But to my amazement, I received a call from the call Centre stating they won't be able to process the order since it is not damaged. I clearly states Iwas not happy with the quality. But they did not revert. Post that the installation had to be done the carpenter was not able to fix the stand which came along with the product. Even then I told him. I want it returned and not a damaged piece. He said he would inform snap deal. But till date there has been no call or contact.

                            Then after 10 days sent a message (we've already got your maxel ak 216 smart cordless trimmer moving in your direction but will get a little delayed in delivering it to you. it will now reach you on or before 30 sep, 2016.)

                            Napdeel are not correct for online shopping. please take the action... i am very upset for this kind of snapdeel activity...

                                  My order was supposed to get delivered between 21-23 sept.. I got to know that it got delayed and will get delivered between 22-26 sept.. Its now 27th september and i haven't received the product yet.in between that i called customer care several times and told them to escalate and prioritise the issue. I have called customer care 8-10 times, but i am not getting any update or response regarding where my item is. I have suffered loss due to this liniency shown by snapdeal. If i could have ordered this product from flipkart or amazon i could have got it in one day itself. I have totally lost reliability on snapdeal. I wont be ordering anything from snapdeal afterwards. And who is responsible for the loss which i am bearing due to this late delivery? I want compensation from snapdeal for this.. How can you promise a customer twice and do not meet the expected delivery date. I surely want a compensation or else i will take legal on this issue.

                                    I had purchased two wrist watch for kids. After receiving the items, I realized that items are not matching with description given on Snapdeal. So I returned them. Once items were received back by Snapdeal, they informed me that my return request is declined. After that 1.5 months are already gone till date, but I have neither received item back nor my money. And there is no provision for customer care in any form . So please think many times before ordering from Snapdeal.

                                    The issue which I had raised is still open. I have also informed on [protected]@snapdeal.com but as usual alwayz get response that we are looking into the issue. This transaction is pending since 18th August. My account is also suspended. If this is the way, issue is resolved, how can some one assure that he will get money, he returns the item. Luckily my transaction was not costly.

                                      This complain is in regard to my order yonex muscle power 29 racquets (2 badminton racquets with full covers) which i purchased from website snapdeal.com. i bought the racquets (supc: sdl[protected] on 21 september, 2016 with order id: [protected] and delivered to me through bluedart (waybill no : [protected]) on 26th september.

                                      I was expecting 2 racquets as promised by snapdeal but delivered only 1 racquet. when i ordered, there was 2 racquets offer on snapdeal. the item's page itself has clearly mentioned package contents: 2 badminton racquets with full covers will be delivered. also on 21th september (after placing order) i have raised the query (complaint reference number[protected] regarding item page description asking to verify and ensure 2 racquets delivery, but snapdeal customer care ignored it completely and didn't reply then again on 24th sept, raised another query regarding same (item page) and again snapdeal pathetic customer care service didn't bother to reply it. i am a regular buyer from indian e commerce websites (like amazon/flipkrt etc) but have never seen this fraud service like snapdeal. i have ordered the yonex racquets based on item's page description and paid in full advance in confidence of your reputation. i am shocked, how can a reputed e-commerce website fraudulently mentions 2 badminton racquets on item's page but delivers only 1 racquet.

                                      Also i must mention, every time i tried contacting customer care for item query, snapdeal website directed me to check item page, stating it contains all details about item (yonex badminton). my order yonex racquets item page 2 badminton racquets with full covers in offer details. i want my 2nd racquet. my order id: [protected]

                                      I received the item on 26th sept. On same day I e-mailed them about issue on their official address: [email protected] (*[email protected] doesn't work anymore). Email was clear about issue with all information i.e SUPC id, item page link, order id. I had intentionally stated in my email that i'll wait for 3 days before i send them legal notice if they fail to deliver my complete order on time. Finally after two days of twitter/mail exchange and complaint on this forum, item is delivered today. Snapdeal customer care representative on phone was very assistive and polite. I was bit frustrated because of partial delivery but customer care rep named deepak calmly listened me and sorted out issue in less than 2 days. My rating for snapdeal customer care (*phone) 4/5 and on twitter 2/5.

                                      After the complaint, Snapdeal customer care representative called and assured that they have sorted out issue with seller and corrected their mistake. I will receive 2nd badminton as promised in item offer page. He assured me that snapdeal will dispatch 2nd racquet in 24 hours but i will not be able to track it through snapdeal official website. I asked him to mail me detailing what he has promised on phone along with courier details. He promised me that he will email me. But now after 24 hours i am yet to receive official email from snapdeal. I tried contacting customer care via twitter and email, asking them for update on 2nd racquet dispatch but haven't received any response. After committing that they will dispatch the item in 24 hours they have again failed to deliver. i am not sure how long i have to wait ?

                                        I bye a sony sbh-20 bluetooth headphone. Which mrp price show me on snapdeal rs-3999. I bye this product from snapdeal at rs-3540.
                                        But snapdeal has send me a poor quality item which market price is rs-2050.
                                        Which item i received from snapdeal, there is no mrp on sony product cover.
                                        O i want to refumd this item to snapdeal. But they flood company didn't refund my money. They also picked my product from me before 10days for refund. But till day i have not receive my money, & when i called to customer care, they had tell me refund cann't do. Your product has return you in your address.

                                        i don't want this product. snapdeal sale qualityless product to customer. i only want to refund my money of my return item which i returned to snapdeal.
