I had ordered MI note 3 on 15 sep 2016, I haven't received yet. I placed both order together however i recieved one that is cover in second attempt, its quite annoying how you guys serve, i have been ordering many things from snapdeal this would be my last purchase on snapdeal. Remarkable experience even today i havent received the product yet and payment has been already done. I dont believe in returning as if i feel even that would become huge issue for you guys to refund. I wont be able to open happiness out side the box even after receiving the product becoz my plans have been delayed. The customer care no is only recorded audio player no one to receive calls. The third delivery date was today 26 th sept 2016, yet not received. I am shooting this mail in a tangent of dissatisfied customer and hope to open box but without happiness receiving it too late if delivered. Hoping someone to respond this mail if available.
Kindly provide me the exact issue you guys facing to deliver either dont serve such services. I need exact timing to be delivered. The box delivered with unhappiness. Really disappointing service and expected lot but failing third time forced me to email you guys about your service.
Kindly provide exact date and time of delivery and concerned person to contact.

      I ordered Portronics Pure Sound Pro Bluetooth speaker.In the remote is different as they showed.so i ask refund, they said you have to return the product by your own cost.i return the product to there warehouse(amount 620).With out any confirmation from my side, they send mail that quality check failed we will return your product.i contacted customer care you are given different remote which not shown in your site image, they said we will register complain take action in 24hr.but i didn't get any complain registration yet now.Now return process is going on, i can't able to contact customer care executive and email.

          I have received defective piece of Fantasy India Multicolour Abs Piggy Bank With Password on 17/9/2016 . Ihave returned item as per procedure and indian post receipt uploaded on 19/92016 as 18/9/2016 was holiday.
          On track status it is written that QA check fail. As i mention that i have received defective piece, how it will pass QA check?.

                        I have ordered through Snapdeal for Panasonic Eluga Note vide Order No.[protected] sub order [protected] dated 28.08.2016. They had promised the item delivered between 01-09-16 to 04.09.2016 but not delivered upto 5th Sept. I am cancelled this order on 5th Sept. Now the snapdeal has confirmed that ordered item was delivered on 3.9.2016 which POD has mentioned that delivered to "Poorva Pradhan" I am not known that person. I am not received the ordered item and my money which has paid to Snapdeal. I am contacted the customer care but not replied properly. I want my money which had paid to Snapdeal against my order.

                                I bought a mobile from Snapdeal site. From the minute I received the mobile, I realised that its faulty mobile and raised a return request in Snapdeal site. After a day Snapdeal Service Engineer came to check the status and confirmed that Mobile is faulty. After receiving the product Snapdeal now saying Quality Check has been failed and mobile will be return back to my address.

                                I don't think how the mobile will work even though Service Engineer Confirmation.

                                I thought Snapdeal is a good ecomm platform to buy, but I completely lost my hope and disappointed.

                                Guys Please be aware of purchasing any products in Snapdeal. They have the worst customer support as well.

                                Just now got a call from Snapdeal customer care. They are saying the reason for rejection is IMEI number mismatch between what they have received from me and what they provided to me from Snapdeal. Why I have to change a product which doesn't even work.?

                                I received a faulty product. Service engineer confirmed that the Mobile had an issue (Remi Note 3). Now Snapdeal claiming that they cannot take the responsibility and returning the same product back. Such a worst shopping experience.

                                The phone received from snapdeal was not working and I have initiated the return on the same day. The phone hardly worked for 30 mins. I signed in with my gmail id. The imei number on the invoice and the signin information has the same imei number.

                                But on return transit the phone got changed somehow but snapdeal is claiming that the returned phone was a different one.

                                Now snapdeal saying that they cannot do anything on this issue and they are going to return the device. Since the devixe was swapped during transit he won't get the actual phone he ordered. Bcoz of this the warranty will be void and cannot claim anything from either snapdeal or redmi.

                                This is one of the many examples that snapdeal is providing the worst customer experience.

                                For every complaint i'm raising I'm getting default reply we will get back to you, but they never gave any response.

                                I received a fitness tracker heart beat monitor Band from Snapdeal. As per bill received band was mi2 brand but it’s a local Brand . This band was without any charger not also non working. When I send back for refund. But today I received a phone call from courier company . My order return back. When I check status then status is “ Quality checked failed .
                                It’s totally discusseding .

                                  What the hell is wrong with Snapdeal!It has been more than a week that I'm following up with them for the defective product.
                                  I ordered an iBall Bluetooth soundbar which is defective and even after various calls and emails and reminders, there is no response from them. I urgently need a refund for this product.

                                    I bought xolo era x mobile from snapdeal and its touch was not working while being charged so i chose to return and replace it snapdeal sent an engineer to chdck the problem and he told snapdsal to replace the product and i returned the mobile but after a few days product tracking showed that the same product is being sent back when i called snapdeal they said the product has not passed through their quality checks so i asked them to recheck it they said they would and they didnt they sent me the defective product back to me now i am not able to return and i am not able to talk to snapdeal coustomer care executive they keep telling me there is no complaint registered from this phone number isent them mails too but i found out that they are not checking those emails please solve this problem

                                      Order id: [protected] item name : haritage jaipur pink cotton kurti i have ordered this product which i dont like the quality soo i file a return request on snapdeal as no one came for pickup i think to cancel the pickup and rearange it so i cancel the pickup throug snapdeal app but after cancell i not able file the return again then i call customer care the told they arrange revrse pickup again i said ok then after few days the revrse pickup done approx 18/9/2016 so then after some time no refund or revert came from snapdeal so i contact and also share courier recipt but no reply back from their i even call them many time but no reply from them so i need my money imdiately as so much time gone my manik id [protected]@gmail.Com call me at my reistered contact number with snapdeal

                                        I placed an order for Brother DCPT500W Multifunction Ink Tank Printer with Snapdeal on 17th September 2016. Order id is [protected]. On 20.09.2016 I received a call from Fedex courier (Authorised Courier Agency of Snapdeal)that my product with Fedex Tracking No.[protected] could not be delivered due to incomplete paper work by Snapdeal. I immediately informed Snapdeal customer care accordingly but no action was taken by the vendor till 24.09.2016 despite repeated phone calls to customer care of Snapdeal . Finally, on 24th September evening I withdrew my order and requested Snapdeal to refund the money. My request was duly acknowledged by Snapdeal same day but I was shocked to receive a message today from Snapdeal that my my product has already been delivered while my order cancellation request is acknowledged and I never got the printer. It seems that instead of refunding the amount vendor has created a false receipt and cheated me like anything.

                                        Today, I have sent an email to your email id: [protected]@snapdeal.com, with Subject: "Regarding Refund from order id - [protected]" and enlcosing proof of delivery document provided by the Fedex courier. It has information that printer has been shipped back to seller on address: WZ176 NARAINA due to incomplete paperwork by snapdeal. Kindly refund my amount back as soon as possible. I need to purchase printer on urgent basis.
