This is with regard to the order no. ([protected]) (Sub order id: [protected]) placed by me on 17 sept 2016.
When i received the product (On (Optimum nutrition) gold standard) on 23 sept 2016, i discovered that it was
Damaged from the top side and snapdeal tape was used to fix the broken area.

I have requested many times to snapdeal customer care over phone, please return my product as i have received damaged one and i want refund at the earlier possible. But snapdeal refused to return it back.

As requested by snapdeal customer care executive, i have also sent the pictures of damaged product to snapdeal on (23 sept. 2016).

But still they are saying the same words that "refund/replacement not allowed as per return policy"

    This is the second time i have ordered (order id:[protected] suborder id:[protected]) the speaker (vsure vht-4001 speaker). and snapdeal have again delivered the defective speakers to me (on 19th september 2016) now they are not even replacing or refunding my money (1399 rupees). have even tried to call them many time but no one is answering the call and i m getting charged for the call. and tomorrow (26th september 2016) is the last date. after that they will not even take it back.

            As this is 2nd time i am complaining about same stuff, as it seems snapdeal is master & leader occuping the first place, if you will go through all complain ing snapdeal on social media.you will get to know how disppointed people are with snapdeal, & the occuping the top place for fraudulent, i found that by doing little research on snapdeal, so i took the step further not to keep this information upto me, but to share it to let people, so everyone will be aware of snapdeal before purchasing anything on snapdeal, so rethink mole it over because consicensies are going to end up on very harush on you.& only customers will be blamed! So mole over & over, before shopping on snapdeal, there is no guranteee of any thing, because knowinly they will send you wornout things, & then wont refund by playing the blame games!

              Just see the performance of Snapdeal... For last 5 days they trying to deliver 1 material which I purchased through their online portal.. Earlier I purchased wrist watch..                     The package containing zebronics vr headset(order no.-[protected]) which was delivered on 24/9/2016 by Sumit Kumar was tampered and when i asked them to let me check if my product is in there or not, i was refused. the box was torn from one side. the delivery person behaved very harshly. he said that it was torn while being stacked in the delivery bag and your product would be fine inside but according to the condition of the delivery box, it didnt seemed that even my product was inside the box or if it was it might have broken.

                      I have returned a product and after few days I found a msg in my mobile that my money Rs. 4110 has been returned but when I checked my account its empty.. Even we cannot speak with customer care.. What non sense is this. Manage your business properly you greedy snapdeal and kindly return my money. Greedy selfish snapdeal.                           I am forced to post this on social media as I did not get any resolution. Well the story begins on 29 Aug, 2016 when I ordered BOAT headset which I received on 31st Aug good job!
                          But when I start using headset start getting issue like noise on the background on he receiver's end and volume lowering done while listening to music even after tried with multiple handsets.
                          Now what did happen I requested for replacement. Guy picked up the product and after quality check you guys declined replacement. Now here comes the FUN. If the quality check was failed and the request was declined whose responsibility to inform the customer. It was posted on Snapdeal on Sep 6, 2016.I waited for 2 days and then called you on Sept 8. Then I was told that quality check was failed and I will be getting call from team. After talking to them on 10 sept they agreed to return my product.Since then I called SNAPDEAL thrice to get the status of my product.They do not have the exact status if it is dispatch and if not then when it is going to dispatch.
                          I received the package on 20 Sept, but I was surprised when I checked the headsets it was entirely different headsets. It was lenovo headsets white in color and in very bad condition. I am wondering how anybody like you guys as a company can do this kind of mistakes. It seems like more than a mistake or I will say IRRESPONSIBILITY.
                          How come you can send me white Lenovo headsets. Don't you guys differentiate between colors as mine was blue in color and moreover the brand BOAT they do not have manufactured white headsets so far. Its clearly an intentional thing.
                          I am tired to keep calling you guys and every time they disconnect the call.I called today itself several times.
                          I have pictures and videos which I made as soon I get the product.When I contacted the snapdeal about the same they said I sent these lenovo headsets which I didn't.
                          Either is the pick up guy from courier company. Here is some thing which I ignored previously and came into my mind when the pick up guy came and he checked the headsets he put on them and drove away. Was he supposed to do that? I understand he have to check but did he suppose to put on them.
                          When I asked Snapdeal to inquiry about that they denied to do so.
                          Unfortunately I don't have the number of that person who came in to pick up as it was more than 20 days and my phone do not have call records more than 20 days.
                          Snapdeal is saying that I have sent them Lenovo headsets instead of Original Boat headsets.Why would I do that? I have been their customer since 2012. I have ordered same headsets before as well. I am feeling like betrayed instead of that Snapdeal is blaming me. I have posted video of original headsets which I have made before sending them and the other video which I created at the same time when I got the product after replacement product denied.

                          Hi Team,
                          Issue was not resolved and Snapdeal team denied to do any inquiry with their courier partner. They were very rude. When I asked then to provide me details for their courier partner to register the police complaint they also denied to provide any information.

                                Snap deal is not sending me my mobile back and not responding me from last 15 days. they are making false promises again and again but no reply has given to me.
                                there was a quality check which was completed on 10 Sep 2016 and the product has to be sent back to me but they are keeping my mobile for more than 15 days and not dispatching it .                                     I congratulate you for creating an e-commerce giant second to none in terms of variety of products available at your snapdeal. And yes I said "your" snapdeal as it is nowhere close to be regarded as "our" snapdeal. I know you must be quite a busy man running such a big e-commerce business. But whatever time you get for yourself, do you ever ponder upon the things you ought to achieve and are you able to do so. And I don't mean in monetary terms of course. Have you been able to win people's trust in you? Do they regard snapdeal as a safe place to buy from?
                                    Internet is full of negative reviews of snapdeal, and now I believe, rightly so.
                                    I ordered a laptop from snapdeal worth Rs 77, 940 from your snapdeal. And the reason was attractive description of the product. Specifications included 64gb ram (as evident from attachments of provided). But, the product I received had only 8 gb of ram. So I requested for a refund. Reverse pickup was done on 16th September and expected date of refund was 20th of September.
                                    But however, I didn't receive any refund by 20th as product hadn't reached snapdeal warehouse yet!!
                                    Today I got the confirmation that product has been received at snapdeal warehouse and once the quality checkup has been done my refund should be initiated.
                                    Within 30 minutes I received another sms from snapdeal mentioning that the product didn't meet quality checkup criteria so refund will not be processed, and the product will be shipped back to you!!! Refund Request Closed!!
                                    I called snapdeal customer care regarding the same. He told me that you returned product because of wrong description but as we can see on our system, description is correct. So your 77, 940 won't be refunded. Truth is description has been rectified only after I requested a refund.
                                    Moreover sir, even before the product was delivered to me, I had some doubts regarding description. I emailed snapdeal to please confirm if the specifications mentioned are correct or not. If incorrect I could have cancelled my order then, and saved all this pain. But your team reassured me that descriptions mentioned on snapdeal are always correct, and if by any chance they are wrong, refund is a bread and butter procees. Getting reassurance from snapdeal, and having faith in then, I didn't cancel my order then.
                                    But after all this pain, the kind of response I am getting from snapdeal is hurting me like hell.
                                    Belonging to a middle class family, Rs 77, 940 mean a lot to me. Buying something worth this much amount from an e-commerce site means I have a lot of faith in them.
                                    Why kunal? Why you have to do this? The product wasn't damaged, nor used, just checked for specifications and returned. But still you guys tried to come up with some excuse for not refunding money. Is this the kind of snapdeal you dreamt of?does your conscience allow you to do such things?

                                      The defective phone has been returned to snapdeal since 10 days (14/9/2016). .They have assured me to refund the amount, still i didn't got my amount amount. now they even dont connect me to technical advisor when i call them. Also they informed me that, return and refund process is completed within a week. it has been more than 2 weeks and i didn't got my money back. I want the refund of the amount at the earliest.

                                      i dont need your sympathetic responses, i want my amount back. it has been more than 12 days since i have returned my phone. Transferring amount doesnt take more than a minute. I want that today itself

                                        I have rethrned my placed order, but i didn't get the money refunded to my bank account from soo many days.. I tried alot to come in contact with the customer care but didn't get any response from it.. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise I will hire a case on the company in police station. How many days more you need to refund it.
