I have placed a order for one pair of woodland sneakers with Snap deal on 07.09.2016, And my card was debited for Rs.2860/-, While placing the order it was confirmed by Snap deal that dispatches will happen by 21st Sept - 26 Sept 2016, But on 13.09.2016 got a message on my phone order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated to my card number but it was not done at all, by 20th Sept 2016 I made a call on Snapdeal customer care no [protected] where I was asked to send a bank statement by the customer care personnel & an email was sent to me which I replied with my bank statements. In reply I got a mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com saying that they will not entertain any mail sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com. customer has to use their App & login and register our complaint, And also wrote in their email messages sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com will nit be monitored, From 21.09.2016 onwards I am continuously calling up the customer care no, & enquiring about the refund several times forwhich I got the response from the customercare personnel saying your bank statement has been forwarded to refund team & we are apologising for what has happened, Till now nothing has happened No refund, No confirmation on refund., This is how SNAPDEAL works.
This is ridiculous,

Imagine if i had bought something big investing 20-30k and what would be the frustration level if you don''t get your product delivered at all even after 10 days with all this going on.
In such position if we cancel the order do we really get the refund??? i seriously doubt as i see lot of similar complaints.
