Hi Snapdeal,

I have not yet received my order Order ID: [protected], i have received a message that courier service was not able to deliver the product by 21 st sept-2016. Reason is miscellaneous it seems. Later it was revised between 23 Sep, 2016 - 26 Sep, 2016. By the way i did not get any call from the courier nor any message and how can they say that courier attempt failed this is really vexing and a frustrating experience to the end user.

And there is no way to reach your customer care executive to speak about it as you don't entertain to reach there from your IVR menu. one of the ridiculous scenario in ecommerce buisness???

And the courier guys number you mentioned in the mail is not at all working why do you give such fake / false numbers. This really sucks.

Courier contact number:[protected], is invalid and says does not exist. When tried to call.

Imagine if i had bought something big investing 20-30k and what would be the frustration level if you don''t get your product delivered at all even after 10 days with all this going on.

In such position if we cancel the order do we really get the refund??? i seriously doubt as i see lot of similar complaints.

      I had ordered a levi's jeans from snapdeal.com on 8th july, 2016.
      Order no.: [protected].
      Suborder no.: [protected]
      However when i received the product i was shocked to see that it was a fake product. it had "made in india" as well as "made in sri lanka" tag in it. i showed it in a levi's store and they confirmed it was fake. i immediately contacted snapdeal.com and sent them a mail with all the images which proves it is a fake product. i did not receive a reply ever even after sending multiple mails on 18th july, 21st july and then 5th august, 2016. i contacted them over phone several times too but only with the assurance of a call back from the person who handles such cases, but these assurances were fake like the product they delivered. at last when i messaged on their facebook page they replied but again did not get me in touch with the person who deals with fake products. the seller of the product is:

      I told them i would be forced to resort to the consumer forum if they did not get me in touch with the snapdeal personnel who deals with such cases. hence i was forced to submit a complaint here, so that i can seek justice for being cheated as a consumer and being harassed by them for more than 2 months, in spite of trying again and again to resolve this issue. snapdeal mentions in its terms and conditions that it is not responsible for the products but solely the sellers are responsible for fake products. they also have a penalty in place to the sellers if they find out that the products sol by them is fake. however they do not pass this fine over to the consumer who is the person being cheated by the seller. for this harassment and cheating, i demand an adequate penalty.

        I bought Pegion stove from Snapdeal and I received a damaged product. I requested for refund and snapdeal asked me to courier to them since my location is not in their pickup area. I approached bluedart and they said they will charge 1300/-. I want to know whether they will reimburse that amount or will arrange pickup some how. The link theyprovided is not at all helpful https://www.snapdeal.com/helpcenter/customercare. It just got some predefined quires and are not useful is reach them.

          I made a request for returning the product on[protected]. I received an email today, i. E[protected] from snapdeal, which says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but was unsuccessful because of me.
          I have already returned the product today. Kindly check your records thoroughly. Tried calling your so called customer care number but it instantly says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but i was not available. Please do not make such carelessness. Please take strict action against snapdeal.

            I ordered a Titan black leather bifold wallet from snapdeal with sub order Id : [protected] after receiving the product I was not satisfied with the product so I placed the return request and snapdeal.com cancelled my return request saying that my account has some transactions that do not pass their internal check and suggested me not to use snapdeal.com and I called up customer care people and asked them about the transactions they did not know any and said you will receive a call back and call back even after about 15 days the product I ordered is under 14 day return policy and is applicable for return but they are not taking it back I have lost rs 860 and want to know about the transactions that do not pass the internal checks.

              I have placed a order for lenevo laptop G50 - 80 with Snap deal on 17.09.2016, And my card was debited for amount, While placing the order it was confirmed by Snap deal that dispatches will happen by 19 Sep, 2016 - 22 Sep, 2016, But on 21.09.2016 got a message on my phone order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated to my card number but it was not done at all, by 21th Sept 2016 I made a call on Snapdeal customer care no [protected] where I was unable to connect with the customer care person. From 21.09.2016 onwards I am continuously calling up the customer care no, & enquiring about the refund several times forwhich I got the response from the customercare personnel saying your bank statement has been forwarded to refund team & we are apologising for what has happened, Till now nothing has happened No refund, No confirmation on refund., This is how SNAPDEAL works.
              THIS IS TOO BAD Service.

In reply I got a mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com saying that they will not entertain any mail sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com. customer has to use their App & login and register our complaint, And also wrote in their email messages sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com will nit be monitored, From 21.09.2016 onwards I am continuously calling up the customer care no, & enquiring about the refund several times forwhich I got the response from the customercare personnel saying your bank statement has been forwarded to refund team & we are apologising for what has happened, Till now nothing has happened No refund, No confirmation on refund., This is how SNAPDEAL works.

                                  I purchesed a product from snapdeal.but the product i found was cheap in quality so i want to return it but snapdeal deny to pickup it nd told me the pickup facility not available in my area. Before ordering my product snapdeal did not mention anywhere in my order that pickup not provided in this area...so snapdeal cheated me.

                                    My snapdeal order no.[protected] is showing closed what does it mean and if it mean that snapdeal can not place my order or can not give it to me due sudden stock out condition than why do you placed my order or why you show these things which are not available.

                                    And if it is getting late or you will avail me it soon that update me the details of that.

                                      My courier money not refounding from snapdeal site. Xualy I order from snap deal a watch Casio edific price 5000 something BT when m order received then m not satisfied product quality so I return my watch to SD BT SD not return from my home and SD say that if you return your watch then you must have courier then m courier through blue dart courier service and courier cost 310. M return to SD. When received my watch then after refund my money my account BT not refounding my courier cost, only refund watch price, so I want to say to SD please refund my courier cost

                                        I ordered this product from snapdeal because in its specification it was showing
                                        4.5 inch screen
                                        256 mb ram
                                        4 gb internal memory
                                        But there is no such features present in that mobile so i make a return request on snapdeal that the product was not as described...
                                        They picked my product and now they are not sending it back and no refund also they are saying that as per their policy they don't have refund policy on mobiles. i request you to solve the issue.
