I ordered a product on[protected] with order id - [protected]

I made a request for returning the product on[protected]. I received an email today, i. E[protected] from snapdeal, which says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but was unsuccessful because of me.
I have already returned the product today. Kindly check your records thoroughly. Tried calling your so called customer care number but it instantly says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but i was not available. Please do not make such carelessness. Please take strict action against snapdeal.

    I ordered a Titan black leather bifold wallet from snapdeal with sub order Id : [protected] after receiving the product I was not satisfied with the product so I placed the return request and snapdeal.com cancelled my return request saying that my account has some transactions that do not pass their internal check and suggested me not to use snapdeal.com and I called up customer care people and asked them about the transactions they did not know any and said you will receive a call back and call back even after about 15 days the product I ordered is under 14 day return policy and is applicable for return but they are not taking it back I have lost rs 860 and want to know about the transactions that do not pass the internal checks.

      I have placed a order for lenevo laptop G50 - 80 with Snap deal on 17.09.2016, And my card was debited for amount, While placing the order it was confirmed by Snap deal that dispatches will happen by 19 Sep, 2016 - 22 Sep, 2016, But on 21.09.2016 got a message on my phone order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated to my card number but it was not done at all, by 21th Sept 2016 I made a call on Snapdeal customer care no [protected] where I was unable to connect with the customer care person. From 21.09.2016 onwards I am continuously calling up the customer care no, & enquiring about the refund several times forwhich I got the response from the customercare personnel saying your bank statement has been forwarded to refund team & we are apologising for what has happened, Till now nothing has happened No refund, No confirmation on refund., This is how SNAPDEAL works.
      THIS IS TOO BAD Service.

        I have placed a order for one pair of woodland sneakers with Snap deal on 07.09.2016, And my card was debited for Rs.2860/-, While placing the order it was confirmed by Snap deal that dispatches will happen by 21st Sept - 26 Sept 2016, But on 13.09.2016 got a message on my phone order has been cancelled & refund has been initiated to my card number but it was not done at all, by 20th Sept 2016 I made a call on Snapdeal customer care no [protected] where I was asked to send a bank statement by the customer care personnel & an email was sent to me which I replied with my bank statements. In reply I got a mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com saying that they will not entertain any mail sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com. customer has to use their App & login and register our complaint, And also wrote in their email messages sent to [protected]@ snapdeal.com will nit be monitored, From 21.09.2016 onwards I am continuously calling up the customer care no, & enquiring about the refund several times forwhich I got the response from the customercare personnel saying your bank statement has been forwarded to refund team & we are apologising for what has happened, Till now nothing has happened No refund, No confirmation on refund., This is how SNAPDEAL works.

            Now this phone still not working good and it's under waranty .so please repair this phone immedetly . This is not a physical fault.

              I have purchased 1310 rupees from snapdeal mufti blue tapered jeans 1 september 2016
              Order no.-[protected] but snapdeal wrong product inside the package dabur lal toothpaste delivery to me on 15 august.
              I have same day complain to customer care complain no.[protected] snapdeal deal he took to me don't worry ho jayega jaise hi product ko by courier kr rcv karenge to refund mil jayega. He said go to courier that wrong product send by courier dtdc no. Z97681791 but now quality checked failed and snapdeal also sending me same product daburlat toothpaste what i to do against to snapdeal. I am every time trying to call customer care [protected] but every time say this mobile no. Dose not match order no. Snapdeal now days cheater and very jock there is no any direct contact tolfree no. So i requested to you plz tell me how to get original product or refund my money. Sir

                  This is the 2nd time I am facing the same issue with snapdeal, My product delivered without any information& on snapdeal's website it is being shown in Transit.

                          My order micromax canvas sliver 5 was picked up for the replacement/refund but till now there is no update on my order and estimated replacement must be done by today (24 sep 2016), i have already lost 4 days and my team lead is shouting at me not having phone...

                          I purchesed a product from snapdeal.but the product i found was cheap in quality so i want to return it but snapdeal deny to pickup it nd told me the pickup facility not available in my area. Before ordering my product snapdeal did not mention anywhere in my order that pickup not provided in this area...so snapdeal cheated me.
                          After this i want to sugges my all frnds nd family members dont use snapdeal. Snapdeal's all policies are fake.

Xualy I order from snap deal a watch Casio edific price 5000 something BT when m order received then m not satisfied product quality so I return my watch to SD BT SD not return from my home and SD say that if you return your watch then you must have courier then m courier through blue dart courier service and courier cost 310.                                 4 gb internal memory
                                But there is no such features present in that mobile so i make a return request on snapdeal that the product was not as described...
                                They picked my product and now they are not sending it back and no refund also they are saying that as per their policy they don't have refund policy on mobiles. i request you to solve the issue.

                                  With utter disappointment and inconvenience i am forced to write this complaint against snapdeal.

                                  This is regarding my order for infocus mobile with below details (Screenshot attached):

                                  1. Received the product on 10-sep-2016
                                  2. Instead of white color phone they have sent me the black one
                                  3. Since i have gifted it to my dad and in order to avoid the hassles of replacement process we decided to keep the black version

                                  13-sep-2016

                                  1. Noticed issues with the lock / unlock button. The button was not responding properly
                                  2. Decided to go for replacement / refund

                                  14-sep-2016

                                  1. Raised a replacement / refund request online with the below details:
                                  "ordered for white product, received black one. Also, the lock/unlock button is not responding properly"
                                  2. Same day the product was picked-up from my home by the courier guy.

                                  17-sep-2016

                                  1. The order status was updated to "replacement request is declined. Returned item will be sent back to you."
                                  2. Till this point of time nobody from snapdeal has contacted me regarding the replacement request

                                  From that day, i have been continuously following up with snapdeal customer care but there was no proper response. Below is the day wise record of my calls with customer care:

                                  17-sep-2016 03:42 pm

                                  1. Mentioned about the issue and asked why the quality check is failed and my request is declined.
                                  2. As per the executive, since there was a mismatch in ordered product and delivered product, the quality check can be bypassed and you should definitely get the replacement / refund.
                                  3. She assured me that she will escalate this issue and you can expect the call from snapdeal by the end of day.

                                  18-sep-2016 11:41 am

                                  1. I called up and mentioned that i haven't got any call from snapdeal as promised
                                  2. The executive said, since it is sunday, no senior executive is available.
                                  3. She again assured me that she will escalate this issue and you can expect the call from snapdeal in next 24 hours

                                  1. Still there was no call / email from snapdeal. I called up customer care and explained everything again.
                                  2. I was told again that you can expect the call from snapdeal in next 24 hours.
                                  3. I told her i am fed up of hearing this. She assured that someone will call me.

                                  Finally, on 21-sep-2016 i got a call from snapdeal but there was a shock in store for me. The executive told me that you have received what you have ordered and there is no mismatch. I asked her to check in the system and see what i have ordered. She then said someone from snapdeal will get back to you on this.

                                  2. This time the customer care executive was very rude and told me that "there is no mismatch and you will have to accept the product".
                                  3. I asked him to check the system and let me know which color i have ordered. He said as per the system, you have ordered, you have ordered white phone. Then i said that i have received the black one. He then said, no sir you have received the white one only. I was shocked on hearing this.
                                  4. He said, during quality check we didn't found any mismatch and hence you will have to accept the same product.
                                  5. I questioned him, you are sending me the same product and if i will get the black one. Should i still accept it? He said, yes. Nothing can be done, you have to accept the product.

                                  This last call has shaken my belief in the online shopping system and for the first time it made me realize how helpless we (The genuine customers) are in such cases.

                                  Sir, i would request you to please go through this case and call recordings and decide yourself who is at the fault here.

                                  Advertising can certainly help you capture the market but in order to sustain in this competitive world at the end of the day what really matters is "service quality and customer satisfaction".

                                      Hi,
                                      I have placed order for Wybor 40-MI-15N06 102 cm (40) Full HD LED Television from snapdeal on 8th September 2016 worth 17700 INR, my order number is [protected]. I have received TV on 15th from GATI courier, when I opened it, the front LED panel was broken, immediately I repacked item and created replacement order, it took 7days no one picked it, finally I have sent it from DTDC frommy money, it reached to snapdeal QC department Mumbai on 23rd and within couple of hours I got msg that QC check is denied and they are sending TV back to me. I need either my money back or replacement of my item as I am victim of either courier company or snapdeal. Please support me asap.
