I have ordered the product "health fit india 10kg dumbbell rods home gym set" on 13th april 2016, and i got the damaged product on 19th april 2016. So, i have send the product for replacement on that day only. Whenever i have called them, they told within 2 days my money will be credited my account. I have send so many emails. But still now i did not get my money back. I have the return receipt slip which i got from the courier person. I have attached return receipt slip and invoice slip also. Please check it.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have called so many times as well as send mails . Every time they replied that within 2 days i will get my money back only . I have order the product 13 april 2016, still i did not get my money . And now they had updated the status as a deliver, earlier it was pending status . It's almost 5 months over, still i did not get the money . Whenever i call to snapdeal they told that they raised the problem, within 2 day it will be resolved .

Updated by Santosh Mahato Still now the complaint is not Resolved . My issue is not resolved . In the snapdeal web site it is showing the status delivered . But i did not get my product back . I had called the spandeal customer care person, they said that they raised this issue and within two day this issue will be resolved . It's almost 5 months completed, but still now i did not get my money back . After launch the complain in this site, the snapdeal customer care person were not contact me .
