Refund not received within the mentioned time

After so many followups snapdeal confirmed my that my order with order no. [protected] has been cancelled as delivery could not be completed by them. And the amount have refunded. The mobile app is also showing the status as amount refunded successfully. But i have not received any amount yet. The delivery has cancelled by snapdeal not by me. Its their inefficiency.
