Registered return request on 12 september but pick up not done yet. Tried no. of times 92126 and 011, 0124 available on google. but no revet and solution. And mailed to help of snapped. their revert was return is done here and can be done directly on website on help center. Infact tried hard on this heip centre on website on my registered email id. but no revert and call no pick up my pick up id isTicket Id: 29480039].

    I have ordered the product "health fit india 10kg dumbbell rods home gym set" on 13th april 2016, and i got the damaged product on 19th april 2016. So, i have send the product for replacement on that day only. Whenever i have called them, they told within 2 days my money will be credited my account. I have send so many emails. But still now i did not get my money back. I have the return receipt slip which i got from the courier person. I have attached return receipt slip and invoice slip also. Please check it.

    I have called so many times as well as send mails . Every time they replied that within 2 days i will get my money back only . I have order the product 13 april 2016, still i did not get my money . And now they had updated the status as a deliver, earlier it was pending status . It's almost 5 months over, still i did not get the money . Whenever i call to snapdeal they told that they raised the problem, within 2 day it will be resolved .

    Still now the complaint is not Resolved . My issue is not resolved . In the snapdeal web site it is showing the status delivered . But i did not get my product back . I had called the spandeal customer care person, they said that they raised this issue and within two day this issue will be resolved . It's almost 5 months completed, but still now i did not get my money back . After launch the complain in this site, the snapdeal customer care person were not contact me .

      Snapdeal is not taking return of their defective product and also not refunding my money. Snapdeal's customer care executives always pretending as apologising. I think they're apologising for their worst pretending action and for making some silly excuses on which customer can't believe.

      They told me "we can't pick up product from your postal code i. E. 282001 city: agra. So i couriered the product via dtdc courier service (Consignment no. V[protected] and attached courier form on package but snapdeal refused to accept then i got returned parcel from dtdc.

      Then again i couriered the same product via another courier service (On dot courier and cargo service but courier service forwarded it to dtdc for delivery with consignment no. D[protected] but again snapdeal refused to accept the courier again as first was refused but i don't get the product's parcel yet and i don't get full competition of worth ₹425. I don't know why snapdeal is playing worst games with their faithful and innocent customer. When i contact to snapdeal's customer care their executives apologising like always and asking to wait one or more days.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I have purchased an titan black leather pin buckle formal men reversible belt from snapdeal.com on 15 august 2016 with order number:[protected] and the same was delivered to me on 22 august 2016.
        My waist size is 34 and was in need of a belt of that size but it was given in snapddeal that belt for 34 is not available and instead i can buy a free size belt. It was clearely stated in snapdeal that free size beltsuits for people of all sizes.
        But, unfortunately the belt i received was shorter in length for me and hence i requested for refund. I carefully packed everything i received with the courier and dispacted it to snapdeal for refund. After a few days i received a message on my snapdeal account that my refund cannot be processed as the product failed to meet the quality check. I am sure that i have not made any damage to the product and re-dispacted it with outmost care with all the accessories and orginal packing.
        I received a courier charge of rs:80 in my free charge account on snapdeal.com. Ie courier charge i spent for sending the product back to snapdeal.
        After this stage i didn't receive any communications from snapdeal, no refund, and new product. Lost rs:960.. Please help me in getting my amount.

            Placed on 05 sep, 2016 sandisk cruzer blade usb flash drive 32gb but this is duplicate product i have register complaint product not working so snapdeal resused to return so i went to complaint in sandisk international i registered my pendrive after few days they call me and email me that you have purchased fake product now i come to know snapdeal selling fake product i have proof of sandisk email and registering my prodcuts.

              After so many followups snapdeal confirmed my that my order with order no. [protected] has been cancelled as delivery could not be completed by them. And the amount have refunded. The mobile app is also showing the status as amount refunded successfully. But i have not received any amount yet. The delivery has cancelled by snapdeal not by me. Its their inefficiency. And why should the customer suffer for all this. Even after 3 days snapdeal has not given back the money. Request the concern to make the refund within 24 hrs.

                I had ordered the above products from snapdeal.com and got the items delivered. On opening the boxes, it is found that both the items were not working and defective. Immediately informed the same to snapdeal and requested for a return pick up and was told by them, they won't be able to arrange the same, i have to arrange to send it to bhiwandi depot, the courier charges, they will refund. After much difficulty, convinced blue dart courier to do the pick up as they were not ready to do snapdeal return pick up. The parcels reached at bhiwandi, but snapdeal kept it on hold for 03 days with out accepting the same. After lot of calls and pressure from my side, they received the parcel and after a couple of days when i called, i was told that their quality team had inspected the returned items and found that the items are defective, but can not refund the amount. I couldn't understand the reason for the same. Still i am following up for the refund and courier charges, no resolution or reply form them. Total amount involved is appx. Rs. 5, 000/-. They have formed a company to cheat the public of india. I had written to the email id of kunal bahl but there is no revert.

                  My order no.[protected] placed on sept 21st through snapdeal gold offer and was received on sept 22nd i. E. Today. I was shocked to see that product was already used one with many scratches and damages on it.

                  I am unable to even contact the customer care abt this issue as thers no option of calling them. I am really dissapointed and pissed with this kind of service.

                  I am gonna sue yu snapdeal ppl with evry social media means possible and also will lodge a complaint in the concerned authorities.

                        I did order oppo a37 on september 18th and package delivered on 21st and was shocked to see that the phone is missing in the box and it only had the charger and headset. This is so ridiculous. So i have paid 11, 500 rupees for the carton box and a mobile charger. Please do resolve this immediately, i have raised the return/replacement order in your website.

                            Oppo a37 16gb grey phone order placed on sep 19th and package delivered on 21st september. The box was well packaged and when opened the box, there is only charger and the headphones. The actual phone phone is found to be missing!!! Contacted the local courier who delivered the product and they said they have nothing to do with it and it it is the snapdeal who would deal with it.

                                I have ordered shoes from snapdeal.com. I have paid by my debit card and as per company's policy my order became snapdeal gold order. but even after 6 days from my order they have not dispatched my order and even they have not give me refund of my order. So i am highly recommended every person that please do not buy anything from snapdeal and also circulate this type of complaint on social media so every persons are comes to know about this kind of fraud by snapdeal.

                                  As part of the resolution process the company did not make a call or send an email acknowledging the problem more over their website makes it hard to reach them in any meaningful way i.e. they wanted to be contacted as they wish and not as the customer wants. Atlast I was able to get their customer care number by googling it and when I contacted I was told that the company's policy is of refunding within 24 hours but it took more than 48 hours and several calls and emails from my side before it was resolved and added to all this one of their representative said that the fault was mine(the customer) and not of the snapdeal.

                                    I have purchased one women footwear from the company and as because it does not fit, so, i returned the same by initiating request. The site shows that product has been received by them. I have also given them snapshot of postal receipt. They have confirmed receipt of this. I have also shared the awb no etc on their website. But now they have mailed me that my return request have been closed. They have not refunded money yet. Look in to the matter.

                                    no body in touch with me after your mail.rather i talked with your customer care executive as to why you are not receiving the article at kolkata warehouse.tracking shows that item reached near the werehouse on 17th of this month and it remained there for 5 days.and as because you did not receive it, it was returned by courier to me.who is at fault .ensure refund and donot tell me to again return the product.such kind of dealing shows how irresponsible you are with customer .call me .

                                      My watch did not pass the return test and its showing that "item will be sent back to you ' but it hasnt happened since 3 weeks my name is saubhagya and this message is very important as my money is stuck in it.
