I have placed an order with snapdeal and the amount was deducted from my account and snapdeal cancelled my order and they are not refunding the money since three days. I am making call to them since last three days but they are giving false assurance that it will be refunded in 24 hours. Today also I have been asked to wait another 24 hours. I am feeling helpless as to what should I do......

I did order oppo a37 on september 18th and package delivered on 21st and was shocked to see that the phone is missing in the box and it only had the charger and headset. This is so ridiculous. So i have paid 11, 500 rupees for the carton box and a mobile charger. Please do resolve this immediately, i have raised the return/replacement order in your website....

Oppo a37 16gb grey phone order placed on sep 19th and package delivered on 21st september. The box was well packaged and when opened the box, there is only charger and the headphones. The actual phone phone is found to be missing!!! Contacted the local courier who delivered the product and they said they have nothing to do with it and it it is the snapdeal who would deal with it....
