Dear @snapdeal thanks for your extra ordinary services. Let me summerizes
I purchased a product from @snapdeal on 16th sep and shipment initiated just 15km away from my house in bangalore but sarcstic thing is till now it is not delivered. Dear @snapdeal please send this package to all your location in bangalore and @snapdeal please take another 10-15 Days to deliver this product to me.
@snapdeal it should take atleast 3 Days...

I have placed an order with snapdeal and the amount was deducted from my account and snapdeal cancelled my order and they are not refunding the money since three days. I am making call to them since last three days but they are giving false assurance that it will be refunded in 24 hours. Today also I have been asked to wait another 24 hours. I am feeling helpless as to what should I do......

I did order oppo a37 on september 18th and package delivered on 21st and was shocked to see that the phone is missing in the box and it only had the charger and headset. This is so ridiculous. So i have paid 11, 500 rupees for the carton box and a mobile charger. Please do resolve this immediately, i have raised the return/replacement order in your website....

My order got was payed through a debit card.on 20th September it got automatically cancelled and I didn't receive my money back.please do anything about it.

Oppo a37 16gb grey phone order placed on sep 19th and package delivered on 21st september. The box was well packaged and when opened the box, there is only charger and the headphones. The actual phone phone is found to be missing!!! Contacted the local courier who delivered the product and they said they have nothing to do with it and it it is the snapdeal who would deal with it....

Mobile going to over heat and not standing charging but snapdeal not responding am return that mobile but they are not given replacement same mobile sent to back first one parson came to my home he checking mobile he saying this mobile have problematic over heating and not standing charging he given some latter just 2 mint he speak to he is company parson i don"t no what is he saying he is change latter ur mobile is good and he go am complaint...

I have ordered shoes from snapdeal.com. I have paid by my debit card and as per company's policy my order became snapdeal gold order. but even after 6 days from my order they have not dispatched my order and even they have not give me refund of my order. So i am highly recommended every person that please do not buy anything from snapdeal and also circulate this type of complaint on social media so every persons are comes to know about this...

I have purchased one women footwear from the company and as because it does not fit, so, i returned the same by initiating request. The site shows that product has been received by them. I have also given them snapshot of postal receipt. They have confirmed receipt of this. I have also shared the awb no etc on their website. But now they have mailed me that my return request have been closed. They have not refunded money yet. Look in to the...

My watch did not pass the return test and its showing that "item will be sent back to you ' but it hasnt happened since 3 weeks my name is saubhagya and this message is very important as my money is stuck in it....

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro (16GB) mobile on 10th August 2016. I am not using Internet on this mobile after that my Mobile battery is very short ( appx. 40 percent consumed in 12 hours) and also heated up my mobile battery. Please rectify my problem as early as possible.

Ecom Express delivery very very very worst
product is good then Ecom Express not delivery our area, Ecom Express phone not attend the call, no response, Ecom Express delivery any product buy snapdeal not accept my order...

I had bought 4 kurtas from snapdeal on 17th september 2016 under the company mytri but i wasn't happy with the product so i asked for refund for all the 4 kurtas but till date no one has bothered to come and pickup the product...
I did receive a sms too on 17th september and they mentioned that the product will be picked up within 1-2 days but no one has either showed up and snapdeal only has 7 day return policy, i only want my full...

I requested on Mail (15Jul 16) & Facebook page (20Aug) that I have lost my Egift voucher code (it was gifted to me by my Brother, but thru Giftbig- Bangalore.

I placed the order of a pearl stainless steel idli stand of order ID [protected] dated on 30th August 2016. In starting there was late delivery message from company side. On 15th sep I got a message that your product is delivered but I dint got this product. I have already registered complain regarding this but not getting any response. I want to know the status....

I got cheated by snapdeal.com. I have ordered samsung bluetooth headphone and it got delivered fake chinese product. Same day i reported and emailed to snapdeal support care but no resolution till date provided to me. My snapdeal order id: [protected], complaint number registered with them is 28938267. I have attached the fake product snapshot, in the invoice which is pasted over the box were also not mentioned samsung name only model number...

I have submited request for return item on 8th September but still item not pick up.. daily receive call from snapdeal and said will pickup your item tomorrow but no any pickup still arange after 10 days
