I requested on Mail (15Jul 16) & Facebook page (20Aug) that I have lost my Egift voucher code (it was gifted to me by my Brother, but thru Giftbig- Bangalore.

Each time a diff customer care ex wld call up, the payment details & ORDER ID was not Sufficient for them to Give me the Vchr Code.

I asked help from gift big, I got the same reply, not able to track the order ID.
Calls from snapdeal & giftbig were regular but only for fake assurance
I just happened to check Spam mail box n I had Recvd a Mail from woohoo.com for my Vchr Code but it was already expired on 6th Sep.

But as a customer how wld I know that I have a mail from them in spam, they were telling me no details of Vchr code.

From 8 or 9 Sept I'm trying to get my Vchr REVALIDATED, I even said that I can pay 1000 More to make it a 3000 Vchr to Renew it, still no help from them, they kept on giving assurance till 19th Sep, then yesterday that said we r sorry, Vchr validity cannot be extended, nothing can be done, my 2000 is of no value for them

    I placed the order of a pearl stainless steel idli stand of order ID [protected] dated on 30th August 2016. In starting there was late delivery message from company side. On 15th sep I got a message that your product is delivered but I dint got this product. I have already registered complain regarding this but not getting any response. I want to know the status.

        I got cheated by snapdeal.com. I have ordered samsung bluetooth headphone and it got delivered fake chinese product. Same day i reported and emailed to snapdeal support care but no resolution till date provided to me. My snapdeal order id: [protected], complaint number registered with them is 28938267. I have attached the fake product snapshot, in the invoice which is pasted over the box were also not mentioned samsung name only model number is written which is surprised for me at first look.in my last conversation with their escalation team they told me that the product is not cleared quality check, i asked them this complaint about the originally of the product and also asked them to return with original product if they are not ready to refund, but they are not listening. Kindly help me out with this situation. If you required any further details please let me know.

        I am waiting for your response, no one called me for this issue and still not resolved. Kindly look this on high priority at it already been a month now. What else you required which proving you that the product which was delivered is different fake Chinese product and no one is in your team helping me out and trying to make customer fool. Previously I never faced these kind of situation with snapdeal and I was the valuable customer. But this time seriously your team fooling me. PLEASE HELP

        OR should I make up my mind that I have wasted my hard earn money. I never think that snapdeal doesn't have the quick resolutions process and failed to provide me satisfaction service. If you guyz doesn't fulfill the promises then why you showing attractive offers on page, please stop fooling consumers and do not play with their minds.

            Hi,

            I ordered Lenovo G50-80 Laptop on 1st SEP. As per the delivery dates mentioned on the website, it was suppose to reach within a week. It reached me after 15 days. The received products outer package was damaged as it was opened and then re-packaed.

            I asked the delivery boy to take it back on the spot but he refused and asked me to file a replacement request. I filed a replacement request and when it reached to Snapdeal, they declined the replacement request without mentioning any reason on the website. They never called me back on my mobile to explain why it was declined.

            Useless Pathetic unprofessional merchant.

            Snapdeal...Where is my money?...The app says it was refunded on 21st SEP. You guys are the biggest cheats I ever came across. If my money do not credited to my account within 24 hours, I will take this to next level which you will regret afterwards. Keep this in mind and return back my money. Bloody cheater's.

                II have not received the item till date, its close to 1 year now and no 1 is taking any action on my complaint. money has been paid 15000 thru credit card but no product with me and no refund also, i believe vulcan services and Sanpdeal are frauds and doing online gambling. i have written 1000 emails to snapdeal but no 1 is working on my complaint.                       Hello sir,

                      I had ordered soundmagic e10s in earbwired mic earphones worth rs 2000, the earphone which i received, the sound quality was not up to mark so i raised a return request. From past one month i have been calling snapdeal customer care. Everyday i get the reply from your employees that the courier will come and receive it, however no one came till now. I have provided them with 3 different numbers and the courier guy every time updates that user was not reachable. At a time all 3 numbers were not reachable no one is gonna buy that. Today one of the executive at snapdeal customer care has informed me that it cannot be replaced and i can go ahead and complaint in consumer court. This was my first purchase from snapdeal and will be last and i will make it viral how pathetic service you give to your customers. A month is passed calling everyday the first work i do when i come to office. I am so frustrated and going ahead with complaint in consumer court. If you care about your brand reputation and your customers a little bit, do something. And stop playing with people's money.

                          Hi,

                          With ref to the order id no [protected],

                          I was supposed to receive the order with prior intimation between 19th-23rd september.

                          However, i am shocked to see that inspite of mentioning the delivery address as Official, your logistics partner XPBEES comes to deliver it to my office on a Sunday without any telephonic call. And to add to this illogical act, i get a text message stating we couldn't deliver your order and will try in the next 24-48 hours.

                          Which logistic company delivers a parcel on Sunday that too on an official address.

                          Now, yesterday basis my conversation with one of the customer care executives, i get an assurance of getting the parcel yesterday by 7pm.

                          Post that shockingly, i get another text stating that Xpressbees has held the delivery of your Snapdeal order AWB:[protected] and will reattempt in the next 24-48 hrs.

                          This is horrible and unexpected from Snapdeal.

                          I am shocked with your horrible and cheap service.

                          Expect a call immediately.

                                After the return of quechua flowfit paint men hiking warm wear-8227809 with the order id-[protected] (03 items), your co. had refunded rs.1127/- in the form of s. d cash on[protected]. of late it was seen that the s. d cash expired on 20-07-16.
                                This is not cash back offer or freebie from your company and why there has to have expiry date on my tex paid money?
                                Hopefully, your co. must have moral & ethics.. is this right to engulf the money of the customer without his consent?.

                                  Hi snapdeal

                                  I have ordered lenovo vibe k4 note (16gb, black) order id: [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com. it was supposed to be deliver yesterday but i received it today on 20th sept. now the concern here id that the packing was totally damaged and pathetic i was wondering that would there be mobile inside or not. and after i opened the box i realized that i was thinking correct, the mobile box was damaged the mobile was damaged, screen was totally crushed as you can see it in the attached pics. i know its not your fault and not even the seller its totally the fault of "courier services". though i have raised a replacement request but iam afraid that the second time when i'll be getting this product will it be the same courier service provider, will i be getting the same services. trust me snap deal you should also be working on your courier service provider apart from making new logos and changing your website designs. i would politely as you guys to look into this matter carefully because next time we'll be sorting this matter socially.

                                  Still waiting for any response. Its been almost 24 hrs now and still no communication has come through from your end. Eagerly waiting to get this stuff sorted out. I really trust you guys and hope that you are willing to sort this out in a professional manner, please don't make me regret my decision of trusting you guys.

                                    Complaint number is 28777473 all details are available. Complaint raised on 01/09/2016 till waiting for reply from snap deal. I fed up giving call to the toll free number and to hear the same answer "our legal team is working on it" but till date no update from snap deal.

                                    I called the toll free number more than 25 times regarding this issue till unresolved

                                      I placed order from snapdeal with prepaid amount for Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh Power Bank - White - for iOS and Android Devices with order id [protected] on 10 Aug 2016, on 14 aug 2016 I received a message that my product has been delivered bt I didn't receive product when enquired from snap deal team, they are saying my product has been delivered with showing a fraud signature, neither it's mine or my husband's signature.
                                      I have written many emails and called snap deal customer care 30 to 35 times from last month but they people not talking any action and continuously saying that product has been delivered to me only with showing that fraud signature and not ready to give my money back.

                                      after registering complaint i received call from snapdeal team with no.[protected], and that guy was asking my account no to refund my amount. as i was busyso deny to give it that time. after some again got a call from no.[protected](snapdeal), he took my debit card no as i was at my work place and i do not remember my account no, he also asked expiry of my card with cvv as he said its been very much needed for fund tranfer and he started debited amount from my account. he debited 3k from my account by continously engaging me on call.
                                      snapdeal is worst ever online shopping site and please do not share any info with its customer care team. they all are fraud people.
                                      i will definitely file police care against snapdeal.
                                      my bank icici farud inspection team already working on my case with case file no. SR[protected]

                                      after posting these message on open forum, snapdeal sent an email to me asking about fraud information, when given reply to them, its showing message failed as you are not allowed to reply on this email.

                                      snapdeal you people are making joke of your customer, after this much incident happened with your genuine customer how you can be this much careless.

                                      ***now customer care people making call to me say that take responsibility of that fraud signature and will my amount back of that product and who will take the responsibility of this fraud, the calls or mails which been sent to you from last 30 days continuously and apart from this customer frustration, my fraud signature.

                                      yesterday only snapdeal team revert back that prepaid payment amount in my freecharge wallet, without my permission. as i have told that i want the complete amount of 3k, on behalf of the calls charges of making calls to you from last 35 days continously to customer care, my fraud signature and actually that fraud transaction of 3k(if consider that done by a malicious user not by snapdeal),
                                      still it happened cause of snapdeal only, as after 35 days continuous calls and fraud signature atleast my lost amount of 3k, you people give back to me otherwise i am not at all interested to take that prepaid amount of that product after this much fight of 35 days and my fraud signature.

                                      yesterday received call from snapdeal, without my permission now they revert back prepaid product amonunt in my snapdeal freerecharge account, and told to give me compensation of 100 rs as for callmaking by me continously 35-40 days.

                                      how pathetic these people are...he is saying to file me FIR against fraud transaction as its been not done by snapdeal team, then why not i file FIR against fraud signature which been done by you only.

                                      i really do not have any words for snapdeal...MOST PATHETIC EXPRIENCE I HAV BEEN IN MY LIFE GIVEN BY SNAPDEAL ONLY, in my society 600 flats are there and my 500 freinds on friends, i will make sure atleast they people will not suffer with such kind of experience what i had with snapdeal, already warned them to not to do snapdeal shopping and do not rely on snapdeal wording and action.

                                      every day snapdeal giving me this statement, issue started from 18th aug and not been solved yet. till now you were not able to figure out that how my fraud signature has been done on receiving product slip.

                                      i want my 3000rs back, rest how you solve this case its your headache.
                                      i have already filed FIR against snapdeal fraud signature, if you do not want to proceed me with this case, revert back my 3k amount.

                                      please do not make any call to me as i can't explain case history to everyone on every call.

                                        Ordered a prestige multi kadai from snapdeal online and payment was done. After receiving the product, the size of the item seemed to be very small than expected and a request was raised for refund.

                                        Order id: [protected]

                                        As suggested in an email from snap deal, the item has been sent back to snap deal address through courier and the refund has not been received even after 3 weeks. From the snapdeal site, it was found that the product has been reached snapdeal and the request for refund has been declined.

                                        Till now i didn't receive any written or telephonic communication from snap deal and the reason for declining my request is completely unknown.

                                        I have raised complaint twice through their customer care number, for which no action was taken from snapdeal side.

                                        Please respond to this complaint and show basic courtesy to explain why my request got rejected. The product was not even opened completely and was sent back as it found to be too small.
