I had ordered my lyf flame 1 on 10 September and expected delivery date was 13 -16 September but my order haven't reached yet.I have never seen such worst service from any online merchants.details of my order.-suborder id -[protected], placed on 10 September midnight. It reached in my nearest hub yesterday morning but why delivery isn't successful.

We order xiaomi mi max on snapdeal at16/9/2016 at11:32pm.we call on snapdeal customer care no. To get the information about cash back on mobile set .snapdeal customer care employ told me that we get cash back of 1, 500rs after the delivery of mobile set then 14, 999rs cut out from our debit card. Today We call on snapdeal customer care employ to get the information of our mobile that when it will delivered then they said there is no cash...

I am trying to return a product and except the return webpage snap-deal's other pages are working well, customer care number is chargeable and they will give each and every option except customer representative option, when i finally get connected to representative they will say server problem, maintenance etc etc, worst snap-deal experience...

My name is rewaj thapa i have order a numero uno white casual shoes from snapdeal but after delivery one weak its started tearing from the side i already wear that shoes it is possible to return it back and refund my money back because i paid it nearly 900 hundred for that shoes and in market i could get better quality shoes and snapdeal u are delivering bad quality of product....

I returned the product by paying 250 courier charges. Then 1 day I got call from the quality checking team that the product is correct. I requested them not to send the product. My refund has not done it have returned the product and the refund is not done and it is the second day I won't my money back as soon as possible....

Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected]]

Based on a cash-back advertisement in snapdeal website on 16th september to 18th september for any debit or credit card purchase, i bought mi max mobile. but i didnt get my cashback.

I contacted snapdeal customer care and they confirmed that i will be getting a cash-back of rs. 1499.9/ -.

But i haven’t received the cash back till today.br...

Sir i order 2pcs of hp 32gb v220w pendrive from snapdeal .when recieved the product the same day i transfer my data to 1 pendrive and after that that data i try to transfer another pc but data in pendrive is not available.
same happen with 2nd pendrive.both are defective .for that i request to return to snapdeal .after certain period they pick product from my hand and said give me refund back in my bank account in few days.

My self have placed online order for Jivi300 mobile phone mistake which was CDM base SIM and set is not accepting the GSM SIM . I was not aware from that therefore JIVI300 was ordered but it is well known to all that production of CDM SIM is closed since last six month, in that case supplier have to confirm before delivering the set .Any way We request you to replace it with GSM SIM ....

There are two different price for same item.
On first screen price mentioned as rs.569 and after clicking on that it shows rs.649.
Why this much difference?
I am quite disappointed for such difference. I want to purchase this item but now i can not trust on this website.
As this much difference is creating doubt on the product quality also.
