Hi snapdeal

I have ordered lenovo vibe k4 note (16gb, black) order id: [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com. it was supposed to be deliver yesterday but i received it today on 20th sept. now the concern here id that the packing was totally damaged and pathetic i was wondering that would there be mobile inside or not. and after i opened the box i realized that i was thinking correct, the mobile box was damaged the mobile was damaged, screen was totally crushed as you can see it in the attached pics. i know its not your fault and not even the seller its totally the fault of "courier services". though i have raised a replacement request but iam afraid that the second time when i'll be getting this product will it be the same courier service provider, will i be getting the same services. trust me snap deal you should also be working on your courier service provider apart from making new logos and changing your website designs. i would politely as you guys to look into this matter carefully because next time we'll be sorting this matter socially.

    Complaint number is 28777473 all details are available. Complaint raised on 01/09/2016 till waiting for reply from snap deal. I fed up giving call to the toll free number and to hear the same answer "our legal team is working on it" but till date no update from snap deal.

    I called the toll free number more than 25 times regarding this issue till unresolved

      I placed order from snapdeal with prepaid amount for Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh Power Bank - White - for iOS and Android Devices with order id [protected] on 10 Aug 2016, on 14 aug 2016 I received a message that my product has been delivered bt I didn't receive product when enquired from snap deal team, they are saying my product has been delivered with showing a fraud signature, neither it's mine or my husband's signature.
      I have written many emails and called snap deal customer care 30 to 35 times from last month but they people not talking any action and continuously saying that product has been delivered to me only with showing that fraud signature and not ready to give my money back.

      after registering complaint i received call from snapdeal team with no.[protected], and that guy was asking my account no to refund my amount. as i was busyso deny to give it that time. after some again got a call from no.[protected](snapdeal), he took my debit card no as i was at my work place and i do not remember my account no, he also asked expiry of my card with cvv as he said its been very much needed for fund tranfer and he started debited amount from my account. he debited 3k from my account by continously engaging me on call.
      snapdeal is worst ever online shopping site and please do not share any info with its customer care team. they all are fraud people.
      i will definitely file police care against snapdeal.
      my bank icici farud inspection team already working on my case with case file no. SR[protected]

      after posting these message on open forum, snapdeal sent an email to me asking about fraud information, when given reply to them, its showing message failed as you are not allowed to reply on this email.

      snapdeal you people are making joke of your customer, after this much incident happened with your genuine customer how you can be this much careless.

      ***now customer care people making call to me say that take responsibility of that fraud signature and will my amount back of that product and who will take the responsibility of this fraud, the calls or mails which been sent to you from last 30 days continuously and apart from this customer frustration, my fraud signature.

      yesterday only snapdeal team revert back that prepaid payment amount in my freecharge wallet, without my permission. as i have told that i want the complete amount of 3k, on behalf of the calls charges of making calls to you from last 35 days continously to customer care, my fraud signature and actually that fraud transaction of 3k(if consider that done by a malicious user not by snapdeal),
      still it happened cause of snapdeal only, as after 35 days continuous calls and fraud signature atleast my lost amount of 3k, you people give back to me otherwise i am not at all interested to take that prepaid amount of that product after this much fight of 35 days and my fraud signature.

      yesterday received call from snapdeal, without my permission now they revert back prepaid product amonunt in my snapdeal freerecharge account, and told to give me compensation of 100 rs as for callmaking by me continously 35-40 days.

      how pathetic these people are...he is saying to file me FIR against fraud transaction as its been not done by snapdeal team, then why not i file FIR against fraud signature which been done by you only.

      i really do not have any words for snapdeal...MOST PATHETIC EXPRIENCE I HAV BEEN IN MY LIFE GIVEN BY SNAPDEAL ONLY, in my society 600 flats are there and my 500 freinds on friends, i will make sure atleast they people will not suffer with such kind of experience what i had with snapdeal, already warned them to not to do snapdeal shopping and do not rely on snapdeal wording and action.

      every day snapdeal giving me this statement, issue started from 18th aug and not been solved yet. till now you were not able to figure out that how my fraud signature has been done on receiving product slip.

      i want my 3000rs back, rest how you solve this case its your headache.
      i have already filed FIR against snapdeal fraud signature, if you do not want to proceed me with this case, revert back my 3k amount.

      please do not make any call to me as i can't explain case history to everyone on every call.

        Ordered a prestige multi kadai from snapdeal online and payment was done. After receiving the product, the size of the item seemed to be very small than expected and a request was raised for refund.

        Order id: [protected]

        As suggested in an email from snap deal, the item has been sent back to snap deal address through courier and the refund has not been received even after 3 weeks. From the snapdeal site, it was found that the product has been reached snapdeal and the request for refund has been declined.

        Till now i didn't receive any written or telephonic communication from snap deal and the reason for declining my request is completely unknown.

        I have raised complaint twice through their customer care number, for which no action was taken from snapdeal side.

        Please respond to this complaint and show basic courtesy to explain why my request got rejected. The product was not even opened completely and was sent back as it found to be too small.

          I had placed an order of boat bassheads 200 in ear wired with mic earphones black on 4 september 2016. My order id: [protected]. Delivery time was supposed to be 4-5 working days. On 6 sep i got a mail from snapdeal that my order was dispatched & it will be delivered by 10 sep. Now its 20th sep yet no notification or information is given by snapdeal of its delivery. Even if i am trying to track my order it is just showing that order has been handed over to my nearest courier service on 13th sep 2016. This is my second time on snapdeal, & they have exceeded the deadline both the times by more than 15 days. Kindly take strict actions.

              I booked samsung galaxy j2 pro on 8/9/2016 (Order # [protected]) and it was supposed to be delivered on 13/9/2016 but till today (2019/2016) its not delivered and i tried to contact them for almost 10 times. I have made an advance payment against the order and what i received in return from them is mental harassment and today they say the order is canceled. What about the payment made in advance, time wasted in waiting for the delivery, the calls made to them and nothing delivered at last. And again they say as they are going to initiate the refund and it will also take 3-4 business days that means more than 2 and half weeks, my money was with them. So i need a proper compensation.

                Saturday morning i got a call and we had clearly mentioned the delivery guy to deliver before 4 PM IST or on Monday 19th September. He instead has updated the records that he tried delivering but we were unavailable which is not the correct statement. We have been trying to reach out but no response from that delivery guy which is not professional. Tracking no P[protected]. Till now no signs of delivery. Worst experience with snapdeal. Unable to talk to anyone from snapdeal as well

                  At time of order the price was 610 (1 piece), we ordered 2 pendrive (32 gb san disk ultra dual drive 3.0), the real price should be 1220 rupee after discount (which was showing at the time of order), but we received the invoice of 1416 rupee of total amount.
                  There were free delivery and free shipping, but after all they taken more charge as compared to it's actual charge.
                  So please check the product or retrurn your product.

                              I placed my order for "Bajaj Majesty 15 Ltr GPU Storage Geyser" on 04 Sep, 2016 Order ID: [protected]. Initially, I was informed that my order will be delivered between 8th to 13th September 2016. Within a day, the seller called me and requested me to cancel my order. I talked to Snapdeal CSC staff, she told me not to worry and the order will be delivered as scheduled. After that, on 8th of September 2016, I was informed that Snapdeal would fulfil my order through a different seller. Till date (19/09/2016) I made a number of calls, out of which on two occasions I was able to talk to CSC Staff and both of them assured me that my order will be delivered shortly. However, most of the time I could hear recorded message like “your order has been abnormally delayed, we are giving priority and the order will be delivered between 11 Sep, 2016 - 14 Sep, 2016, a ticket has been raised on 17/09/2016” even till today. Also on their website since beginning, I am seeing only one line in status of my order which reads as "Item Packed. Dispatching Soon". I had also tried to raise my concern through their helpline contacts but all in vain. Finally, I was informed today that my order has been cancelled. I feel very disappointed, and in fact cheated today that they kept my money and kept me waiting till date (19/09/2016), I lost significant time on contacting them, seeing updates, making request and all for nothing. With such a service, how can I believe to buy anything from this site. Who will pay for my losses and pain that I suffered. I feel cheated and will take up my case to all the forum which is to my reach.

                                Pl give me refund, because o[censored]r delayed service, I can't use my gio reliance sim. I don't have other 4g set. U r delayed day by day without any information..                                   My name is rewaj thapa i have order a numero uno white casual shoes from snapdeal but after delivery one weak its started tearing from the side i already wear that shoes it is possible to return it back and refund my money back because i paid it nearly 900 hundred for that shoes and in market i could get better quality shoes and snapdeal u are delivering bad quality of product.

                                    My suborder id is [protected]. Dated 28.07.2016. I have ordered for magnetic sunshades for new alto k10 . But they sent me sunshades of old model . I returned the product by paying 250 courier charges. Then 1 day I got call from the quality checking team that the product is correct. I requested them not to send the product. But they sent me the same product and now they are saying that I have to keep the product.

                                        Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected]]

                                        Based on a cash-back advertisement in snapdeal website on 16th september to 18th september for any debit or credit card purchase, i bought mi max mobile. but i didnt get my cashback.

                                        I contacted snapdeal customer care and they confirmed that i will be getting a cash-back of rs. 1499.9/ -.

                                        But i haven’t received the cash back till today.

                                        Now they have send a mail that they can provide the cash back.
