Sir i order 2pcs of hp 32gb v220w pendrive from snapdeal .when recieved the product the same day i transfer my data to 1 pendrive and after that that data i try to transfer another pc but data in pendrive is not available.
same happen with 2nd pendrive.both are defective .for that i request to return to snapdeal .after certain period they pick product from my hand and said give me refund back in my bank account in few days.
but now snapdeal sending me back same defective pendrives instead of giving me refund.

    My self have placed online order for Jivi300 mobile phone mistake which was CDM base SIM and set is not accepting the GSM SIM . I was not aware from that therefore JIVI300 was ordered but it is well known to all that production of CDM SIM is closed since last six month, in that case supplier have to confirm before delivering the set .Any way We request you to replace it with GSM SIM .

      Order ID: [protected] placed on 10th Sept 2016 for Dell Inspiron 7359 2 in 1 laptop. This to be delivered to Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600041.

      The promised delivery date indicated while confirming the order is between 15th-18th Sept 2016.

      Till date there is no order update - delivery status of the ordered item.

      Pl advise if I should wait for few more days or would you suggest that I cancel the order right away.

      I have patronised Snapdeal since Ranta tata invested in a big way in that company.

      Pl advise the best way forward.

          I placed a order pegion Multi Flat tawa and got the wrong one. I first thought of replacement and requested it but did not trust snapdeal becuase this is the second time I am getting wrong product. So i cancelled my replacement request and wanted to place a refund. But they have diasbled the option. I contacted customer care(after dialing for 3 days I was able to connect) and they have placed a refund request on 12th september till now they did process my request. How many times you call the customer care they did not respond. Now they have closed my request without even contacting me and stated the reason "unable to contact" and 10th of september.

          I contacted the customer care on 12th of september and requested refund but they closed it saying that I was unavailabe on 10th of september.

          I should blame myself for trusting snapdeal even when I got the wrong product already once.

          I am never visiting snapdeal again and I suggest others not to visit when you dont even have cutomer care numbers for people to attend.

          Before you resolve the issue we have to start using the products we dint order. It's been more than 3 weeks. Since we paid the money for that we cannot even buy a new one.

          The tracking format shows the delivery was attempted the second time on 10.09.16 at 2.09 pm, which is false. the delivery boy said he will deliver it on 10.09.16, but it was not delivered. neither i can email to snapdeal because their format to reply is a tricky one. when you are taken for a ride by them, your doors to contact are closed

            I had purchased a Philips 5.1 sound system on 17.07.2016. received it on COD. While using i observed that its sound quality is not as aspected . I have returned it by telling the problem to company over customer care no in which they have asked me to return the product for which they have also assured to return the amount in a/c within 2-3 days. I have followed all the procedures told by company but after picked up the product i call and mail several thousand time but they are not responding over phone nor over email 2 month passed away. Is this so called Easy Return Policy, Now i am feeling like fool who have opted on such fraud type sites. kindly solve my problem.

              I have ordered a Titan tagged NF2480SM02 women watch with order id : [protected] on 6th of September 2016. Have paid the amount online as well. On 7th of september i received the shipment confirmation from snapdeal with estimated delivery between 13th september-17th september. In the confirmation mail they have given the courier service name as "Gojavas courier" with AWB number UNISNPP6212257. When i tried to track the courier with this track id no results were found. I tried contacting the said courier service but all the numbers provided in their site were coming as "number does not exist". After this i escalated this matter to snapdeal team from their i got the communication as even they are unable to track the courier service. Is that a proper reply from a customer centrist organization. I have escalated this matter to Snapdeal CEO Mr. Kunal behl also. In reply to that i again got calls and mails from their team saying the same old story that they are trying to track the item, provide us sometime etc..And they have assured the delivery within the estimated time which was between 13th sept-17th sept. On 17th i again wrote a mail to both snapdeal and gojavas asking the status but didnt got any satisfactory reply. after the estimated delivery time got over i tried to cancel the product but iam unable to do it online. I informed the same to snapdeal and one of their customer care executive called me and told if iam cancelling the order i will be getting the refund after they receive the cancelled item back to them. Last day they only confirmed they are unable to track the courier. Now how can i wait till they receive a lost courier. Its a humiliating situation for a customer. My humble request to either deliver my product or refund within 24 hrs.

              After so many followups snapdeal confirmed my that my order with order no. [protected] has been cancelled as delivery could not be completed by them. and the amount have refunded. the mobile app is also showing the status as amount refunded successfully. But i have not received any amount yet. The delivery has cancelled by snapdeal not by me. its their inefficiency. and why should the customer suffer for all this. Request the concern to make the refund within 24 hrs.

                Hi, I ordered screen guard for my phone LG Optimus G pro on 13 Sep 2016. But the item I recieved was not the correct one, hence I returned the same on 16-Sep 2016. The reverse pick-up was done by NuvoEx and they gave me slip pertaining to same. But even after the pick up is done snapdeal website is showing pick-up re-scheduled and I am recieving message saying pick-up is scheduled for future date. I am unable to reach snapdeal via email or through IVR, they do not seem to have a customer care email/contact no. other than automated IVR system (that too with no option to register a complain). How can any company do no have any kind of customer care support and no-way to register a complain ?
                I want my money to be refunded ASAP.

                  There are two different price for same item.
                  On first screen price mentioned as rs.569 and after clicking on that it shows rs.649.
                  Why this much difference?
                  I am quite disappointed for such difference. I want to purchase this item but now i can not trust on this website.
                  As this much difference is creating doubt on the product quality also.
                  Same thing can be share to my other friends also.

                      I have ordered ASUS laptop on snapdeal order id is [protected] dated 12/09/2016. Full payment made by credit card, They upgraded to Gold and told that it will delivered next day, but it didnt come, on approaching snapdeal they said pin code not covered in gold so will deliver between 14th to 18th sept, till today 19th sept, its not delivered, their courier partner gojavas website saying its in goregaon since 14th Sept, their mobile is switch off since last 5 days. on calling customer care, they says they have no idea about delivery and gojavas customer care no. so in short they have taken full money and not delivering means snapdeal is fraud company, pls take action.

                          i have ordered Nikon D7000 with 18-105mm Lens on 10th September, Order ID: [protected] .It has been sent through GOJAVA courier on 11th September and tracking id UNISNPP6219600, the tracking status on go java shows that the product is in the same place from 11th further no updates .
                          i had called to snapdeal customer care twice each time gave false assurance that it will be delivered fist on 15th and again when i called the said it will be delivered by 17th with in 5.00pm but nothing has happened the order value is not a small value it is 52000rs which is a very high value item i had mailed snapdeal regarding the order not to be sent through gojava courier but thed have sent such high value item through gojava courier, i dont have hopes on go java that they will deliver the product to me, even though there are 100 of customer complaints on gojava courier snapdeal are still using them i thing this is my last order with snapdeal as they are not worried about the customer.

                            Hi Team,

                            I ordered Samsung Galaxy J3 with S bike mode (Free NFC Tag) in "BLACK COLOR", but by mistakenly received "GOLDEN COLOR" mobile instead of Black Mobile. So, i called to your customer care immediately for the same, they suggested me to raise return request and order new request for new mobile. Also, those guys told me that we will refund your money ASAP.

                            As per the suggestion, I had done the same things, ordered new Samsung Galaxy J3 black mobile and paid for that as well. The golden color mobile was picked up on 7 Sept. After that i was calling to your customer care on the regular basis, now they are not giving proper response and even declined to refund my money. This is very unprofessional behavior.

                              I had placed an order for Zeroza Black & silver Royal Enfield leather key chain with Snapdeal. I got the order on 25 of August (order no - [protected]).                                   The product which I received is not working properly, it has very poor sound quality, even extremely poor battery back up, disconnects on its own sometimes.They mailed me yesterday that they came to pick it up, but didn't call me at all. In my login id on snapdeal, they are just showing the pick up schedule. I am unable to find the rescheduling option anywhere.

                                    I bought a pen drive of dron study class 11 physics from snapdeal.com on 22nd aug, 2016. I want to change my product but they refused to do so. i made a call to customer care for that but they told me that they have 7 days return policy so they can't accept my request. the terms & conditions of the company is not mentioned on their invoice. even they did not notify me about this. i made a request for return on 6th sep, 2016 but they didn't give response.

                                      I had ordered a pair of Asst. Brown Nylon Jacket (order no- [protected] and suborder no- [protected] & [protected]), but after receiving it’s found not pathetic quality and color is also not as shown in picture. So I raised return request by customer care team (return request no[protected] &[protected] and got a mail "We could not accept your request as the order ID entered is not associated with the phone no. entered".
                                      I tried to know the exact reason from customer care and he replied "don’t worry ho jayega, wait for next 48 hrs". Again I called after 3 days and they replied we cannot proceed due to your transaction history.

                                      It is not mentioned anywhere in return policy that transaction history will be check for return request. As per return policy mentioned on snapdeal wab page "If you are not satisfied with item quality, size or delivery, raise a return request within 7 days of delivery we cannot ask any question".
                                      So please help me to get my money back as they are wasting my valuable time, money and added to it giving a mental torture.

                                      Ridiculous behavior shown by snapdeal.

                                      Today I received a call from snapdeal stating again same line “we cannot precede your return request”
                                      I just asked the reason, he replayed “It is the internal return policy, we can put it on website” and cut the call.

                                      I only hope is support from this forum. Please support.

                                      Today I received a call from snapdeal stating again same line “we cannot precede your return request” and they blocked my account.
                                      After some time I got a mail from sanpdeal “We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to replace it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.”
                                      This is ridiculous!!
                                      First snapdeal sends me a wrong (doesn't match with the description) product and when I returned it, they won't refund my money. This is completely cheated by sanpdeal.
                                      Please help me to get my money back as they are wasting my valuable time, money and added to it giving a mental torture.

                                      First snapdeal sends me a wrong (doesn't match with the description) product and when I returned it, they won't refund my money.
                                      And now they haven't left any way to contact them.
                                      Email doesn't work anymore which says "We are no longer handling queries sent to [protected]@snapdeal.com".
                                      Phone number doesn't provide a direct way to talk with someone at customer care.
                                      So, I'm left with just to wait for them to contact me !

                                        I have ordered "Bharathi Aluminium Non-stick Coating Kadhai - Black" Order ID: [protected] but snapdeal sent me different product that is "Appam aluminium Non stick with 12 cavity" on date on 9th sept 2016. Then I requested him to replace my order and they pick that product. Now I am continuously trying to contact customer care person for the information of my product, but every time computerized call is happening. No responsible person I am getting to get info. Even they show 15th sept 2016 for delivering date for right product to me on MY ORDER, but today is 18th september.
                                        what should I do, this completely frustrating event. I will never ever buy any product from snapdeal.
