Hi Team,
I ordered Samsung Galaxy J3 with S bike mode (Free NFC Tag) in "BLACK COLOR", but by mistakenly received "GOLDEN COLOR" mobile instead of Black Mobile. So, i called to your customer care immediately for the same, they suggested me to raise return request and order new request for new mobile. Also, those guys told me that we will refund your money ASAP.
As per the suggestion, I had done the same things, ordered new Samsung Galaxy J3 black mobile and paid for that as well. The golden color mobile was picked up on 7 Sept. After that i was calling to your customer care on the regular basis, now they are not giving proper response and even declined to refund my money. This is very unprofessional behavior.
