    Hi,

    This is regarding an online purchase on Snapdeal.

    Please note the following:

    1. I had received the product (Order No.: [protected]: A hand blender)

    2. As the product was used and had improper packing, I had initiated the replacement (same day) and the product was picked up.

    3. Still I have NOT received the another/ new piece.

    I have sent many emails but didn't get any replies other than auto.

    Earlier I was able to speak to someone in snapdeal customer care but issue remain unsolved.

    Nowadays, I am NOT able to speak to any one. If I call customer care, saying that "no order pending..."

    Kindly do the needful,

      I do shopping many sites of online but snapdeal is the best site ever i think, but problems stats now a days after changing the logo of snapdeal app i supposed to say that its makes peoples very uncomfortable to shop this site of snapdeal app. I just ordered something from snapdeal and the product is not like i want or u may say imperfect as showing at snapdeal. But when i want refund of this item i input all details of bank as before but showing that IFSC code is not valid, i tried many times but it fails, i am very disappointed of snapdeal apps. So i want say to snapdeal group please resolved this problems otherwise u loose your customers..

      SNAEP DEAL IS WORST EVER SITE, I HAV SEEN .
      THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER AND CHEAT THEM.
      I placed order from snapdeal with prepaid amount for Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh Power Bank - White - for iOS and Android Devices with order id [protected] on 10 Aug 2016, on 14 aug 2016 I received a message that my product has been delivered bt I didn't receive product when enquired from snap deal team, they are saying my product has been delivered with showing a fraud signature, neither it's mine or my husband's signature.
      I have written many emails and called snap deal customer care 30 to 35 times from last month but they people not talking any action and continuously saying that product has been delivered to me only with showing that fraud signature and not ready to give my money back.

      after registering complaint i received call from snapdeal team with no.[protected], and that guy was asking my account no to refund my amount. as i was busyso deny to give it that time. after some again got a call from no.[protected](snapdeal), he took my debit card no as i was at my work place and i do not remember my account no, he also asked expiry of my card with cvv as he said its been very much needed for fund tranfer and he started debited amount from my account. he debited 3k from my account by continously engaging me on call.
      snapdeal is worst ever online shopping site and please do not share any info with its customer care team. they all are fraud people.
      i will definitely file police care against snapdeal.
      my bank icici farud inspection team already working on my case with case file no. SR[protected]

      after posting these message on open forum, snapdeal sent an email to me asking about fraud information, when given reply to them, its showing message failed as you are not allowed to reply on this email.

      snapdeal you people are making joke of your customer, after this much incident happened with your genuine customer how you can be this much careless.

      VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER.
      YOU GIVE FRUSTRATION TO YOUR CUSTOMER AS THEY HAVE TO WRITE THESES INCIDENTS IN OPEN FORUM, YOU ARE HOPELESS SNAPDEAL

      yesterday received call from snapdeal, without my permission now they revert back prepaid product amonunt in my snapdeal freerecharge account, and told to give me compensation of 100 rs as for callmaking by me continously 35-40 days.

      how pathetic these people are...he is saying to file me FIR against fraud transaction as its been not done by snapdeal team, then why not i file FIR against fraud signature which been done by you only.

      i really do not have any words for snapdeal...MOST PATHETIC EXPRIENCE I HAV BEEN IN MY LIFE GIVEN BY SNAPDEAL ONLY, in my society 600 flats are there and my 500 freinds on friends, i will make sure atleast they people will not suffer with such kind of experience what i had with snapdeal, already warned them to not to do snapdeal shopping and do not rely on snapdeal wording and action.

      every day snapdeal giving me this statement, issue started from 18th aug and not been solved yet. till now you were not able to figure out that how my fraud signature has been done on receiving product slip.

      i want my 3000rs back, rest how you solve this case its your headache.
      i have already filed FIR against snapdeal fraud signature, if you do not want to proceed me with this case, revert back my 3k amount.

      please do not make any call to me as i can't explain case history to everyone on every call.

          I placed the order on 18th july, 2015. order ID [protected]. I was to receive the cashback by 18th september, 2015. Its been a year & inspite of so many calls and mails no cashback has been credited. The only response i receive is SIR YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. I want my money back and since it is an year i want it with interest, my expense on calls & a penalty so that snapdeal does not do this to any one in repetition. Although the amount is only Rs 1000 but it is enough to click my mind constantly that i have to check the cashback whether i have received it or not.

            I as a consumer is not satisfied by the service of snapdeal as at the time of delivery the product was delivered at the given address but at the time of exchange the people of snapdeal are saying that pack the material properly and send it to the warehouse by 24th September. If we don't have time how can we go to warehouse, to save the time only we are shopping online .The order was placed on 7th September and delivered on 13th September and I got watch bracelet belt damaged

            I am sending you a reminder complain of snapdeal that on 15th September I have done a complaint that they have sent me a damaged watch after two days company has excepted to replace the watch then today (1st October )on snapdeal site Its showing that the watch has been successfully delivery at their given address but I as consumer has not received the watch the snapdeal company has done a big cheating by me.               I order Mi note3 (Order No-[protected]) on 14-8-16 it delivered to me on 22-8-16 i found fingerprint sensor problem in that phone so i Return it to snapdeal by the Snapdeal Curier partner i pack it and give it to a Curier man, then Snapdeal Quality chekup Team Call me and told me that sir This phone have no any issue its perfect phone, so i'm said that ok then return it to me so that they have return it to me on 13-9-16 when i open the Curier i found Karbonn company phone in the box of a Mi Note3.. So i Contact Snapdeal Customer care service they have only say that sir sorry we cant hep u anymore bcoz we recieve the karbonn phone and we return u back Karbonn phone.. but i say that y company dont chek my IMEI Number and Karbonn IMEI Numer to Found my phone and karbonn phone Owner...

                  Pathetic and disgusting service. I placed an order with Snapdeal on 30th Aug 2016. I received a msg that my order has been dispatched and would be delivered before 9th Sep. The item is still not delivered nor traceable and I am not even able to contact customer service. Whenever I call I get a voice message saying my order is in transit. I got a msg on 17th Sep saying my order will be delivered by 15th Sep. This is ridiculous.

In between these days i contacted the customer executive multiple times and they all made a fake promise that there will be a confirmation call from the company and after waiting for so much time today when i called them up they told me that your account has been suspended on the basis of your previous transactions. What the hell is this they were making fool of me since past week making fake promises. That's the worst experience i have experienced in window shopping.

                        Just to escape through these frauds are making lame excuses that your product cant be refunded as you complained after seven days. which is a big big lie. i requested for the refund on the same day. I have attached three images which shows the delivery date, the return request date and the mail that i recieved today regarding in which they were lying that i complained after 7 days.                             I purchase a sandal from snapdeal,
                            its not genuine as shown in description so i request to refund it, 'they says pick up will arranged after that u will get refund,
                            but still after 10 days there is no even single call from them & when i call them they said your req is highlighted,
                            estimated date of pick up is 10 th sep.
                            but still they do not arranged pickup service & not refund my money.

                              I requested a replacement for this order on 8-SEP-2016, till now this item is not picked up from my home. I am calling their customer care every day since 8th of SEP, still they haven't resolved this issue. VULCAN EXPRESS is their logistics partner. I didn't even got a call from anybody related to this order pickup. Pathetic service from snapdeal.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I ordered a Smartphone Samsung J2 from www.snapdeal.com of 29th Aug 2016 for Rs.7990/- as they were offering me the delivery by 31 st Aug 2016. I was in great need of phone. I waited till 1st Sep 2016 for the phone to be delivered to me.
                                  But I didn't got the delivery so I cancelled my ordered on 1st September 2016 & applied for the refund.
                                  They assured me to refund within 2 days

                                  I didn't got the refund with 2 days time span so I wrote many mails to Snapdeal CEO team at kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com to get the refund as it was getting really late.

                                  Now it had been more than 18 days. And I had got neither the refund not the handset.

                                  Still It is being told to me that my refund will take time & suddenly on 9th Sep 2016, they changed the status of my order from "cancelled" to "Delivered".

                                  I had faced financial losses due to such delay.

                                  Kindly help me to get the refund credited to my account on utmost priority including the financial losses.

                                  It would be so kind of you if you would personally see to this case.

                                    This is with reference to my yesterdays complaint (Snapdeal.com Complaint Status Update [ID: 1380323]) regarding picking up of Damaged product.

                                    After lodged complaint on this portal I have received sms from Nuvoex that product will be pick up today be executive no. [protected]. Since then I tried calling the number but the person is not picking up the phone. Later I called up on number[protected]number received earlier), he told that the person is not available and not came to office today, he said he will try bto pick up tomorrow. Thereafter I have lodged a compliant on Novex Customer Care on [protected], unfortunately not get a satisfactory reply...

                                    On the same day 16th Sep, also received call from +[protected] and he advised that he will try to resolve the problem.

                                    Now received SMS at 8.08 am that my return request closed.

                                    This is absolutely misguiding the customer and trying to harass the customer.

                                    Now I will check on legal front what action can be done and will try to lodge complaint in Consumer court.

                                    This is ridiculous. Will post this on all whats app and facebook..

                                    Very bad experience on the front of SNAPDEAL.

                                    Will not recommend anybody to shop with Snapdeal.

                                      On more than one occasion, I have been delivered the wrong bulbs, white instead of yellow. In case you don't pick up the wrong bulbs and replace them with the right (yellow) bulbs, I will be forced to put this up on Facebook. When I call your complaint number, I get a message again and again that you are unable to find my order number. No one comes on line to talk to me and enable me to articulate my problem. This I find to be a major flaw in your complaint redressal mechanism. Please help me with this order else I will be forced to visit your Facebook location and post my unhappiness with you there. I expect you to take this seriously and get in touch with me. The bulbs are of Eveready make. You have insisted on my writing at least 350 words and so I am repeating myself.

                                        I made a request to return order [protected]. But nobody from courier contacted me and changed the status item package was not able to collect. When i call the delivery partner they told me that they don't change the status and ask to snapdeal. I purchased redmi note 3 back cover. The cover contains manufacturing defect. Item delivered on 23/08/2016 and within seconds i made request for refund and return but still always rescheduling.

                                        i return the order [protected] product to snapdeal on 08/09/2016 as per the instructions given via phone call. but still now not yet received my courier charge and purchase amount. Courier receipt attached below. please make the refund process as soon as possible
