Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very sad to say that, snapdeal service is really perthatic. I ordered a JBl Bluetooth speaker on 1 sep 2016, but unfortunately the person who supposed to receive the product refused to accept it. As it was a surprise from my end to my sister and she was not aware of it, so as a result she refuse to except.
After this incident I was expecting second attempt from the courier company but Unfortunately dint get any update from there end. I even called the call center serveral time, and every time I called they told me that your complain is been registered and your order will deliver to you asap.
Problem of the fact is that, the contact no which is mentioned to track my order is invalid and apart from that, valcun (courier company) contact no divert my call to snapdeal customer care. It's very complicated
