I ordered a Jeans from Snapdeal on 8th September 2016, it was supposed to be delivered on 13th September, it has not reached me yet. Got a mail today saying product could not be delivered, while I was available on the given address whole day from 13th sep till today, neither did anyone tried to deliver nor did I get any call from courier guy.

Very bad service from Snapdeal, you should implement the way Flipkart works. Their courier guys are always before time, also they give you call before delivering the product.

    I ordered samsung mobile from snapdeal. order no :[protected] on 25/aug/16. the mobile was not working properly. it was manufacturing fault. i requested them to refund me. but they just took back my mobile on 02/09/2016. and there no response from that day (Ticket Id:[protected]

    i tried many calls but, not getting connected, and also no responce from snapdeal.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am very sad to say that, snapdeal service is really perthatic. I ordered a JBl Bluetooth speaker on 1 sep 2016, but unfortunately the person who supposed to receive the product refused to accept it. As it was a surprise from my end to my sister and she was not aware of it, so as a result she refuse to except.
      After this incident I was expecting second attempt from the courier company but Unfortunately dint get any update from there end. I even called the call center serveral time, and every time I called they told me that your complain is been registered and your order will deliver to you asap.
      Problem of the fact is that, the contact no which is mentioned to track my order is invalid and apart from that, valcun (courier company) contact no divert my call to snapdeal customer care. It's very complicated

          I have placed an order for a kid shoe. Order No. [protected] on 5th Sept. Till today there is no track on what is the status of the shipment. From your courier portal, gojavas, it says that sent to Bangalore south on 6th, and after that there is no update. What is happening to the shipment. Will I get the shipment or should I cancel the order?

          If this is the user experience, I will definitely not use snapdeal in future. It is also snapdeal's responsibility for the shipment delays as we are placing orders on you and not to the third party courier. Hope you don't pass the bug on your courier. Next day I will come and collect the item and I also contact them they told me come to office and collect I also gone to there but they told we are not there. They said we send but they did not send on next I only call them and ask I will come and collect they told come on when I went there and call them they didn't attend phone i call twice then evening they call me.                   I did not get full item with this order, i have submitted complaint before as well but no response till now .

                  1.First the seller did not sent Pre filter with this product .
                  2. Livpure providinng one scratch card with this product even i did not get it till now .

                  Snapdeal never give proper attention to the customers for such issue .

                    Snapdeal has confirmed that they will pick up the damaged product on 14th September 2016, but entire day they were not came top pick up the product. I called up on the Number [protected] several times...no answer from the executive...at around 17:18 hrs again called up on the same number, he told that the collection boy has already left for the pick up.
                    Whole day I was in my office, but I have neither received call from the collection boy nor he came to my office. I missed a call from number[protected] at 11:30 hrs, I was in a meeting.
                    Now yesterday I got a sms that Return request closed...
                    Its just a misguiding the customer and not picking up the damaged product...
                    Please take appropriate action immediately...

                      I have placed an order for a tatasky connection with 1 year ultra hd pack with snapdeal for 6980 rs back on 27 th of august 2016. with the delivery date for 2nd of sept 2016. on 1 sept 2016 a courier guy came to my place with only an invoice and asking for payment ... i called up the customer care dept of snap deal to confirm if this is the normal procedure to which i was told yes this is and i will get the connection installed in 24 hrs ... nothing happened for the next two days and on 3 sept 2016 i received a call from their vendor saying you have to pay us 852 rs more either you keep or cancel the order ... so we called customer care dept asking if this is their way of dealing with customers however they said wait for 24 hrs again i called customer care dept next day and they kept saying it will be done tomorrow ...finally on 5th sept 2016 i asked them to cancel the order and refund me for the same i also told them that that the price for the product have increased now and i will have to pay rs 1300 more for the same product just because snap deal did not deliver me my order however they sent me an email saying that my money rs 6980 will be refunded to me in next four days after i email them my account information ... its been more than a week now however they do not even give me a proper answer on when will i get my refund as i call them and also email them everyday

                      ohh yes i am assured that you guys have noted down my complaint but dont you try to tell me that you are working on my problem everytime i call your customer care dept all they do is make me more irate nobody i mean it nobody has ever given me answer when will my issue be resolved ... neither when i used to call for the product then also they used to say you will get it ... but when nobody told me that ... now that i got it in writing from your company on 5th sept 2016 i received an email from your company that i have to send you my account details and you guys will refund me my money in 4 days ... that was 5th sept i emailed you back all the details the very same day i called on saturday which was 10th sept still i didnt have any money transferred your rep then said you will get it on monday for sure as it is bank holiday today ... yesterday i was supposed to get the transaction id for the refund a person called and said that the refund has been initiated but you dont have the no. ... where is my money then if the refund was done... is that what you guys all do tell lies you will get it
                      tell me what are you guys working at ... its been more than 10 days you were supposed to refund me my money your rocess says that i should get it in 4 days at the most its been more than 10 days i still dont have my money ... where is my money now...

                          I purchased Lenovo Vibe X3 on 06th September'16.My order ID is Order ID: [protected] (1 Item). I received it on 8th Sep. Post receiving it I started using it on 09th Sep & realized that when I was picking up or receiving any calls I was unable to hear the voice from other side & on the contrary when I was putting up my phone on speaker I was able to hear the other person's voice.

                          Post that I raised an online request to replace/refund this order as there was a defect in the mobile handset. I raised a request on 09th sep & It was scheduled to pickup from my address on 11th Sep. They picked up my handset for the replacement on that day. For the next 72 hours I was unaware of my replacement status, then I called the snapdeal representative & he escalated my request to the concerned department. Then on 14th Sep I checked the status of my request online & it was mentioned there Replacement Request Declined in Quality Check & as of now I am unaware that why it has been declined.
                          Snapdeal team should have checked the quality of the product before they delivered it to me.

                          I am really disappointed from Snapdeal customer service & I never would have though that I would write such an email regarding Snapdeal. It is doing nothing but bringing down the Image of Snapdeal Brand.

                          I have spent Rs 20, 000 on this handset, either refund my money or I wanted a new handset as a replacement.

                          I am expecting that this E-mail would not go in vain & the needful action would be taken on the sameas early as possible.

                            This is about Snapdeal.com, Please note that I first had a hell of a time in receiving my order Order ID: [protected] and now having a hell of a time in getting it exchanged.

                            Your trackers are not properly updated neither are your courier guys helpful.

                            I received a message at 8:00pm in the night saying that an attempt will be made for pick up and then 10 mins later i received another message saying that an attempt was made, which is clearly a LIE.

                            I had the same experience for receiving the product in the first place and now getting tired of this experience.

                            I have called the courier service several times. I am running out of patience and wasting my phone call money also for a product worth around Rs.300/-

                              Hi i have purchased a powerbank from snapdeal and is not working. I tried to place a replacement request but when i selected the step by step actual reason i could only make a request for refund but not replacement. Hence i cancelled the return request and tried to book a replacement. I was not aware of the policy that one can not place request for return or refund more than once. Hence i called up customer care and explained the issue. They initially promised that they will issue the refund but today when i called i was told the pick up can not be done. I request them to make a refund of this product as it is not working firstly and secondly it is the company policy as they quote.

                              This is a very very serious issue of cheating customers.

                              I request you to please explain your return policy at this forum as i really want to understand why on day one when i called up the customer care they promised that the refund request will be done and then how come after few days everything gets changed. Also, please clarify you Gold coverage as initially i was assured that it is product purchased covered under Snapdeal Gold and how all of a sudden it was excluded.

                              Will look forward for a clarification.

                                I had ordered two memory cards on two different dates one on 10th september 2016 and other on 12th september 2016.
                                I have received delivery of memory card ordered on 12th but not of other one which was ordered first.
                                Also when i went to your website it was showing server error.
                                When i contacted customer service i don't found my query solved. The voice was itself repeating again and again.
                                Also they have not provided me order number on my mobile number.

                                  I ordered a product a. M garments black silk blend churidar pyjama on 5th sept 2016 from snapdeal app and expected delivery date was 13th sept 2016 but i have not received the product yet and there has been no information or intimation from the snapdeal team if at all i will be receiving it and if yes then when and even no update on tracking details. On the top of that when i am calking up customer care with my registered phone number it is saying there has been no order placed. If my issue is not resolved at the earliest i will go to the consumer forum for help in this regard. Extremely misleading and unprofessional attitude.

                                  I ordered a lot of products last week from snapdeal app out of which i i filed a return request for two of the items on the very day i received it within hardly 7-8hrs. with my registered ph no [protected] & mail id [protected]@gmail.com
                                  1.goodwill multicolour crepe jumsuit order no.[protected]
                                  2.goodwill orange cotton dress order no.[protected]
                                  My scheduled pickup was 14th sept 2016 but it was not done and no updated information or intimation from snapdeal.Even when i tried calling the customer care only once i could reach th n they assured me they will update the tracking details to help me but they did not.After that i hav been tryng to call the customer care several times but all in vain i cant reach any executive and evrytime am being told that no order has been placed with my registered ph no.On the top of that snapdeal mailed me that the pickup request for both has been closed as they tried to attempt the pickup for two days bt failed.Such a big time fraud this is because i received the mail within 8-10hours of lodginh my pickup request.I can proof all of this so attaching screenshots herewith.If my issues are not taken care of and the pickup and my refund is not done on time i will be forced to take legal actions so that no one else is a victim of such afraudd

                                  When the hell will your team even bother to send a mail or an sms or contact me in any other possible way and make the pickup happen? Why dont you guys just clearly mention if my return request will be ever met or not? By cheating me of 800rs who much profit will you all gain? Neither will i again shop from snapdeal nor will i refer it to anyone.Such unprofessional mannerism will not help you people in the long way.I am really not bothered now abouy my money because i know i have benm cheated and snapdeal is doing fraud so my money is gone but atleast take the worthless stuff which is just lying on my table and sell it off to someone else who is waiting to be cheated.Spare me the agony.Such a big brand doing this kind of fraud totally unimaginable.sayantani sarkar

                                    I placed an order of ipad cover on aug 3rd 2016, but after reciving that product i noticed that that cover was not fit to my product so i placed an compilint to take return that, acter two i got call from courier boy that time in out of city so i told him to come after 2 days he said ok but after four five day also i didn't get call from courier boy so i called snapdeal customer care to take return the product he dodo said ok but afere making 12 call, still i didn't get any proper reply from snap deal what the solution for this product

                                      Order was placed on 31 august. Delivery was delayed and a new date was given and accordingly it should have been delivered today, 14 september. Till now it has not been delivered.

                                      When ill i receive my order?
                                      I have no communication from snapdeal about the new status of my order.

                                      I do not wish to cancel my order but i do wish to be communicated clearly and truthfully about the date of delivery. Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert.

                                        I ordered casio a843 watch from snapdeal order no is [protected]. I received defective and old product box of product was broken and having scratches and it looks like duplicate box as shown in attached pics. And i place return for this order and delay i am getting msg that your pic is scheduled for today but no one is coming to pic order. And now m mot mail that pick up is unsuccessful many times so it will canceled. Snapdeal playing game with his costumer i hav all proofs of mail conversation.
