Order was placed on 31 august. Delivery was delayed and a new date was given and accordingly it should have been delivered today, 14 september. Till now it has not been delivered.

Go javas tracking in transit to vasai. Since for the last 10 days this is the only status.
Change your courier partner or inform beforehand then i can decide wheather to cancel order or go ahead with the same.

    Ordered a redmi note 3 from snapdeal.com on 12th august 2016. Delivery was quick and got the same on 13th august 2016. However, phone was having serious battery issues. The battery was charging slowly, heating issues and discharging very fast. Raised the issue with snapdeal to replace and they picked up the faulty device (After check from their representative) after a week. However, till date the company has not replaced the set (Ticket id[protected] and just giving assurances, whenever i call them. Just want to have refund for my order as i am very tired talking to them again and again.

    this is a limit now, even after one month you have not replaced my faulty device. If you are not capable enough
    to replace this set, then refund my order and if this is also not possible, in that case I have to take legal route.

      I have purchased this product online on 31st August and snapdeal committed to deliver by 2nd September but I received on 5th September evening when I was out of city. I requested on 7th September to return this product, somebody told me that I will get confirmation with in 2hrs but I didn't. On 10th September NUTAN an executive told me that I will get my refund with in next 24 hrs but again I didn't. Now on 14th September 2016 I spoke to Nupur, senior executive she told me that return policy is not available in this case. If you are not able to deliver on time then why you guys do any commitments. When delivery man came to my home I was not at my home, he called me and I said that I don't want this product any more he told me that sir, I am delivering this product to your wife and you can proceed for return when u come at ur home so is this my mistake that I am following all the instructions given by you guys. From 3rd of September 2016 to 14th September 2016 I called more than 10 times and spoke with various executives everybody provided the wrong information. I have never received any written confirmation about my any requests or complaints so is this the customer service? Now I am going to file a case in court for fraud, wrong commitments and all that inconvenience. I also require the call records which you have I mean my conversation with NUTAN where she told me that I will get refund in 24 hrs.

        This is to inform you that the product was picked days back by the courier guy, But i have not received any refund yet, & status on my-account is (pickup rescheduled)& also received a mail saying Snapedeal is closing my request, after calling them everyday, they are making me repeat whole situation 100s of time to 100s of there thieves.& not coming with any resolution, as now i am tired of asking them my money back.with same response, & the most of times they were not responding to my mails at all.
        Now i am not expecting anything from them, so i started protest against these bunch of thieves through online networks, so that people will get aware of snap deals real business's & will become careful.

            Please note we have found Snapdeal delivery service is the worst in this country. We are regularly ordering to Amazon and Flipcart but this kind of complete callous service we had never received like Snapdeal.com

            When we have tracked the order status, we had found that First delivery attempt failed. Now question is why it has been failed. one gentleman (name he did not wanted to disclosed, but I can give his Mobile no. [protected]) had called me on 11th September (Sunday) around 12 noon to confirm our location details. I had told him as he had called suddenly, I told him that we are not available now at our residence but will be available from 1.30 pm till 10.30 pm. But he immediately disconnected the call and while I had again called him around 2 pm, his mobile was switched off till 11 pm. And then as tracking the status, I had mentioned again to deliver it on next day i.e. 12th of September in the afternoon secession. Again no action form you. Finally I had called on the same mobile number [protected] around 5.45 pm. Some other gentleman has picked up and while I had asked why the courier has not been delivered, he had replied that earlier gentleman is absent, so they could not deliver. Please note even today also it has not been delivered. While I wanted to speak to your customer care service executive on this subject, I could not find talking option and I had made almost thirty calls to Snapdeal customer care without any result. It seems you are one of the most lousy online shopping portal. Please note, I will not cancel the order by myself (which seems you are looking for) but I want your reply immediately about your action plan.

              I returned a Revolt tablet ordered at Snapdeal through Shadowfax courier service. Snapdeal called me up to upload the receipt at [protected]@snapdeal.com. However, delivery sent through gmail and yahoo failed and snapdeal message said that they do not handle queries anymore, but provide a link of "customer contact care". The site has no link to upload the receipt/ bill. Since then I have not receive any contact from them. And they cannot be contacted, they have no customer call service.

              I ordered it on 6, promptly received the next day, i.e, 7 and returned it on 9.

                    I have ordered an iPhone 5s from snapdeal. But it has not delivered two times. So i cancelled my order. And snapdeal has promised me to refund my money before 2nd sept. I haven't received my refund yet. But it shows refunded on 30th aug in the snapdeal app. After complaining to snapdeal, they said they will refund by sept 12th. But they cheated me. Now they have stopped contact to me. And i couldn't proceed further.

                        I have ordered a product (Order ID: [protected]) on 08-AUG-2016 and it has been delivered. When we tested this product in home its not working properly so I raise a request to return this item. Courier company (Nuvoex) then daily sent a message that they will send someone to take this back but finally on 24th august'16 they close this return reqeust by saying that no one found in home (while that was not the case and even i did not get any call from couried company too). Then after I again spoke to Spandeal customer excutive multiple times (31-Aug-16, 06-Sep-16...) and everytime they assured that item will return back in two day and sorry for inconvenience but actually nothing was happened. When i called back again today (13-Sep-16) then they said sir courier company already did lots of effort and now we can not take this further while that was not the case.
                        So, I am now not sure where to go and get the compensation of torturing a customer in this way.

                        Strange but I got only message from courier company since 14/09/2016 that they will pick but no call came from Snapdeal regards this complaint. And key point is till yet no one came to pick up the item rather keep saying will come sooner.

                          I ordered a Fastrack Watch Order id:-[protected] it was defective so I chose for replacement of the watch. Since the pick up of company wasn't available I sent item to the address provided by Snapdeal and sent the image of courier receipt of Rs. 310. It has been more than 10 days and I haven't received my refund of courier charges. Even the new replaced item has come which is bit defective too. But first I want refund for initial order's courier charges. I have tried to complaint snapdeal about it but its been unresponsive. So please help me. I'm attaching the receipt of the courier charges. Thank you.

                                    Sir i ordered a samsung Bluetooth model no. hm1100 via snapdeal on 26th august 2016 order no.[protected] worth Rs 690.But when i received it the model was HM 0000 written on bluetooth .also in the features it was mentioned that it has a backup of 14 hrs but it does not work for more then 30 mins. Also the ear clip was in tempered condition and after using it for 1 day it broke up.I request you to please take stern action against the concerned and replace my Bluetooth as soon as possible. Looking for further assistance from you.

                                      Snapdeal is a deceiver, Snapdeal customer trust is taking advantage of her behind and these sell Unauthorized products to the customer actually I was purchase a Kyocera printer form snapdeal with order id [protected] after four months printer is having some issues when i go to Kyocera services center in Nehru Place new delhi that time Kyocera Services Center head is directly denied to give services because this product purchase from Unauthorized dealer when i contact to snapdeal regarding same but he is not giving any responses and solution.

                                      I am following up with Snapdeal before last 4 months Whenever I call them, these 48 calls will have to wait and take the call, saying it and call is cut and also he is not giving response on my email.

                                      When i discussed with Kyocera head office regarding written proof of denied letter He gave in writing that Snapdeal and snapdeal seller is not authorized to sale Kyocera Product when i was asked the same questions with snapdeal that when your seller and you are not authorized dealer for sale Kyocera product with Terms of warranty, than how to sale this product?

                                      But anyone not ready to give answer this questions. ?

                                      I'm suggest to everybody please don't purchase any product from snapdeal and another sites if you planning to purchase any product so please check first of all authorizations with product Brand/Manufactures.and also please share this post with your friends so that he is also aware the same.
