I have placed a return request with snapdeal for two hair dryers. They sent a logistics guys to collect as well. They have refunded for only one. When i raised concern they confirmed saying that they have received only one as confirned by their warehouse team. But when i checked with their logistics team they confirmed of sending two and also shared the photo and receipt. But Snapdeal without giving any proper reason closed the complaint....

This product delivery estimation was 31 August and courier was XpressBees.com
In tracking details it is mentioned that they contacted me and my phone was not rechable and 2nd attempt also they mentioned same. But they never tried to call me or they never gave me any sms. While calling snapdeal customer care, they are telling that they will surely help me and raise a complain against this but I cannot see any progress.
So finally...

Sir, I have ordered a product(Order ID:-[protected]), but it is not delivered to me and the status is showing on snapdeal website that it is delivered on 20.08.2016.

- problem in getting the refund of this order...
The reverse pickup of this order has been completed and the refund is initiated... But the refund is not yet reflecting in my bank account... I think the refund is not yet made to my bank account... I made complaint to snapdeal about this but still not yet resolved or given any feedback... Kindly help snapdeal refund the amount i paid for this order......

Ordered Product on 26th August and received item 31st late evening.
Raised complaint on 31st August as LED Panel was broken.

Called them around 15 times but only standard answer
"Escalated issue, will revert back in 24 hours" this is the reply what i got everytime.

Till date no reverse...

I ordered a micro max 40 inch led on 19 Aug they delivered the TV on 30 Th august .i received the damaged led there for i complain against the product on snap deal & upload the picture of the product. they said to return the product manually .i returned the product on 6th Sep manually & upload the courier receipt against it. they received the product on 9 Th Sept after few times they updated your quality checked failed your item sent back...

This is regarding an online purchase made from snapdeal ( INVOICE NUMBER :S32264/16-17/1 ) for a one year membership to powerhouse gym located at chowpatty. after recieving the voucher when we visited the powerhouse gym at chowpatty we were informed that this voucher is not valid as they have not authorised any such plan for membership to snapdeal. they refused to accept the voucher which clearly states one year membership. they asked us...

Dear sir, i had orderd adidas shoes from snapdeal on 7 sep. On 8 sep. (7pm) u delivered item. After handover of consignment by ur courier partener to me he fled immediately from here. And hardly i took 4-5 min. To opened it and i got shoked. I hadn't received perticular shoes which i ordered. I received red canvas shoes with cheap quality.colour, pattern even brand also changed. Why you can't deliver my product pls give mi the details.your status show that residence is closed. If you don't want to make delivery pls give the true reason. You can't do like this. Make sure that you are having proper delivery boys who provide exact home delivery. If you can able to make delivery of product then pls make it as early as possible and to the address mentioned. Pls make my order as early as possible....

I purchased mobile from snapdeal which i recieved on 3/9/2016. It is a defective product and has battery problem. i lodged a complaint(telephonic) on 9/9/2016 for return and refund of my amount for which they assured me to be done. But now when i calling them from regitered mob no., get a reply 'no orders on this mobile no'. want return & refund. They might send someone to repair or replace but i want to return and refund....

Respected sir/madam your courier partners are not honest they are not attempting delivery or calls me my mobile also ON am also in home this is not first time they did this many many times we are regular Snapdeal customers this type of service really hurts me so lease change courier partner or advice them to serve well otherwise it will affect your brand value

I booked samsung j2pro from snapdeal by upgrading new feature of snapdeal gold that the product will be deliverer next day and I have'nt receive the product yet. Now checking the status my order product it is not dispatch yet and I call customer care executive so they are telling that you have not add 99 rupees...

The product delivered to me isn't working at all and you are running really bad helpdesk for the users as at your customer care number it says the number we are calling from is not matched to the number with which I have placed my order which is not true . So its seems that no help is given to me regarding your product . None of your number is received by humans so we can easily translate our problem to them....

as i had received damaged product and they had to repair it locally shop and share the bill i had done the same but 2850 rs till now not refunded.

more than 2 month had passed but refund not recieved.

During the day time I called the courier office 2 times . first, they ensured to deliver it today itself. Second time they said they ll try to deliver it today.
