I have not received my refund yet for my Snapdeal order no.[protected]

the status reflects PAYMENT INITIATED on 4 feb 2016

but till date no amount is refunded to me

in-spite of several mails to snapdeal there is no response from there side

Hope you will do the needful. Refund my amount as soon as possible

Refund has no been made inspite of several mails,
Status only reflects refund initiated (from 4 feb 2016) but till date i have not recieved my refund

    Sir i ordered a samsung Bluetooth model no. hm1100 via snapdeal on 26th august 2016 order no.[protected] worth Rs 690.But when i received it the model was HM 0000 written on bluetooth .also in the features it was mentioned that it has a backup of 14 hrs but it does not work for more then 30 mins. Also the ear clip was in tempered condition and after using it for 1 day it broke up.I request you to please take stern action against the concerned and replace my Bluetooth as soon as possible. Looking for further assistance from you.

      Snapdeal is a deceiver, Snapdeal customer trust is taking advantage of her behind and these sell Unauthorized products to the customer actually I was purchase a Kyocera printer form snapdeal with order id [protected] after four months printer is having some issues when i go to Kyocera services center in Nehru Place new delhi that time Kyocera Services Center head is directly denied to give services because this product purchase from Unauthorized dealer when i contact to snapdeal regarding same but he is not giving any responses and solution.

      I am following up with Snapdeal before last 4 months Whenever I call them, these 48 calls will have to wait and take the call, saying it and call is cut and also he is not giving response on my email.

      When i discussed with Kyocera head office regarding written proof of denied letter He gave in writing that Snapdeal and snapdeal seller is not authorized to sale Kyocera Product when i was asked the same questions with snapdeal that when your seller and you are not authorized dealer for sale Kyocera product with Terms of warranty, than how to sale this product?

      But anyone not ready to give answer this questions. ?

      I'm suggest to everybody please don't purchase any product from snapdeal and another sites if you planning to purchase any product so please check first of all authorizations with product Brand/Manufactures.and also please share this post with your friends so that he is also aware the same.

        I Bought 4 Colpad dazen 1 with 4G enabled LTE but not supporting JIO sim as it shows some missing hardware component of 4G VoLTE technology.

        I trusted snapdeal.com but it betrayed myself by displaying wrong spec or wrong Features of Coolpad Dazen 1 mobile phone.

        Right now give me any solution or give my money back as soon as possible, because I trusted and spent almost 30, 000 Rs and what I got its a really a BIG QUESTION MARK ??????????????????????????

            I ordered a phone redmi note3 32 gb on 10 Aug 16 and got a maximum delivery date of 16 on 16 I got a mail that it is going late and will be delivered by 22 but not delivered but on 25 I got a message that my order is delivered then I complained for it they assured me that this case will be sought out within 6 days but till now I had not got my order and when I call to customer care they say that give us 24 hrs or 48 hrs and so on they never let me talk to their seniors or investigation team only ask for some time of about 1 or2 or 3 days

              I have ordered panasonic tv
              Model no. Th43d35odx on 25/08/2016 online through snapdeal.com on credit card for 35, 400/-. I have received wrong led tv of sony bravia in packing of panasonic which is in damaged condition. Authorised service engineer mr. Vijay from panasonic opened packing on 12/09/2016 and found damaged. Imediately he informed to panasonic service center. Now i want my panasonic led tv. Kindly look into matter and replace it urgently. Otherwise i will take strong action against snapdeal company.

                I bought a addidas shoes but I have an size issue so I wanted to replace it..I submit a replacement order and get the notification that it will pick up in next 24 hours.. but I don't get any call from the same and get the message I tried to contact u but failed i[censored] don't respond in next 48 hours the request will b cancel..I called the assistant number at the same day he said it will pick tomorrow but nobody call me ..I again called the assistant 3 times a day but nobody come to pick..I am very disappointed by the service of snapdeal

                      I have placed a return request with snapdeal for two hair dryers. They sent a logistics guys to collect as well. They have refunded for only one. When i raised concern they confirmed saying that they have received only one as confirned by their warehouse team. But when i checked with their logistics team they confirmed of sending two and also shared the photo and receipt. But Snapdeal without giving any proper reason closed the complaint. I have handed over the product to their executive only. Towards which i have proof.

                        This product delivery estimation was 31 August and courier was XpressBees.com
                        In tracking details it is mentioned that they contacted me and my phone was not rechable and 2nd attempt also they mentioned same. But they never tried to call me or they never gave me any sms. While calling snapdeal customer care, they are telling that they will surely help me and raise a complain against this but I cannot see any progress.
                        So finally Snapdeal customare care said that they will surely deliver this by 10th of sep and today is 12th but not received the product yet.
                        Also in xpressbees there is call me option but their executives are always busy and will not recive call other than computerized call

                              Ordered Product on 26th August and received item 31st late evening.
                              Raised complaint on 31st August as LED Panel was broken.

                              Called them around 15 times but only standard answer
                              "Escalated issue, will revert back in 24 hours" this is the reply what i got everytime.

                              Till date no reverse pickup or refund process started. Don't Trust Snapdeal Trustpay policy. It just fraud !!!

                              I have received a BROKEN Display TV after 7 days of order. Being dissapointed i have requested for replace giving all the info they needed. There was no reply or callback from SNAPDEAL since then. I am calling them on a daily basis and snapdeal representatives gave no assured reply.

                              After 12 more days of struggle, I got a reply saying that reverse pickup is been delayed from our side. I have not received any call from any kind of courier partner.
                              It's almost been a 2 weeks since I ordered a TV and we are stuck with a damaged one. This is disappointing from SNAPDEAL.com, while after their first mistake of delivering damaged product they are doing fraud with the customers. they are saying their courier partners are not operational from last 12 days and then they say that the their servers are down so they cannot mail me all the details what they promised me on call.

                                    This is regarding an online purchase made from snapdeal ( INVOICE NUMBER :S32264/16-17/1 ) for a one year membership to powerhouse gym located at chowpatty. after recieving the voucher when we visited the powerhouse gym at chowpatty we were informed that this voucher is not valid as they have not authorised any such plan for membership to snapdeal. they refused to accept the voucher which clearly states one year membership. they asked us to inform snapdeal and call for a refund. on contacting snap deal and repeatedly calling and emailing them we have yet not got our refund. they have promised us that the matter will been escalated to the concerned department. please resolve this issue, the copy of invoice is attached.

                                      Sir 3 days ago I'm buying Intex Aqua Fame from Snapdeal. After open the box i seen that screen protecor was missing and back bottom key is not working.

                                        Dear sir, i had orderd adidas shoes from snapdeal on 7 sep. On 8 sep. (7pm) u delivered item. After handover of consignment by ur courier partener to me he fled immediately from here. And hardly i took 4-5 min. To opened it and i got shoked. I hadn't received perticular shoes which i ordered. I received red canvas shoes with cheap quality.colour, pattern even brand also changed. Its was not adidas shoes.same time i called up to ur courier person who handovered me and he told me that sir we cannot do anything, u should mail to snapdeal. Then same day i raised complain on snapdeal to arrange reverse pickup of this cheap product. And very next day (9sep.) u arranged courier person and he came on my place (9 sep. 4pm) and he instantly denied to me for pick it up. And he gone. And then whithin 5 min. I received msg. From nuvoex courier that pickup has been cancelled as conformed by u.i have all msg. Call recording, snap shot which i sent u more then 4 times on ur mail id.( [protected]@snapdeal.com).and then u again arranged pickup on 11 sep. But no one come on my place.i spend my precious time to mail u again and again but no one give me proper ans.that when will i get back my refund. I do not want to shop any more with u guys.on 10 sep.was my ssc cgl exam for which i had been preparing since 2 years. U are harassing me by mentally. I couldn't performed well on exam cell and the behind that reason was only u people. I m totally frustrate at this time. Seriously flipkart, amazon, myntra all online shopping website much better then u.every single minute my scolding me.now u tell me what i do ? It is not big amount for u but for me its huge one. U broke people trust. Let me update that when will i get back my refund.

                                        Finally i got my entire amount as refund from snapdeal. And team snapdeal u need to give better service to customer. do not play with customer feelings.

                                        This is third time when i rceived msg from nuvoex courier for pickuo of this product.(8.34 am, 13 sep.) It is almost 5 days over.still i didn't get any possitive response from snapdeal and nuvoex courier. Nuvoex courier boy told me that, ( on 9 sep. And 11 sep.) sir i will not pickup ur parcel. And when i asked to him reason behind that, he told me that ' sir u should cordinate with snapdeal'. It is not ' dil ki deel' its " harassment deal". It was my biggest mistake when i trust u. Why u people didn't check before sending product. My money is also stuck with u. I do not want know anything whether u would pickup or not o[censored]r cheap product, i just want my complete amount within 2 day. Waiting ur warm reply...

                                        Oh... again ... just now ( 1: 45 pm) i have received msg. From snapdeal, with mentioned that " we tried to pick up your shoes but were unsuccessful. But the thing is that i didnt get any fone calls from u and ur courier partner's side. Then how is that possible. Still i didn't understand why always it were been unsuccessful.and how much time u would harassing me. Seriously i would recommend to all my friend family mambers and every people that do not buy anything from u guys. Ur company such as biggest fraud company.
