I booked samsung j2pro from snapdeal by upgrading new feature of snapdeal gold that the product will be deliverer next day and I have'nt receive the product yet. Now checking the status my order product it is not dispatch yet and I call customer care executive so they are telling that you have not add 99 rupees for express delivery so by talking about this snapdeal gold they have told me they have forwarded urgent devilry on 13 sep. So snapdeal is giving fake commitment to the customer. So please take action against snapdeal

    The product delivered to me isn't working at all and you are running really bad helpdesk for the users as at your customer care number it says the number we are calling from is not matched to the number with which I have placed my order which is not true . So its seems that no help is given to me regarding your product . None of your number is received by humans so we can easily translate our problem to them.

          I have made an order on 8th and I was assured next day delivery . I have done online payment. And I got message from snapdeal that it is shipped. Still the consignment is not delivered. During the day time I called the courier office 2 times . first, they ensured to deliver it today itself. Second time they said they ll try to deliver it today. However I have insisted them and asserted that they should deliver it today. Then I got the promise. In the evening when I tracked it was showing that it is out for divery and soon updated that that the consignment is put for future delivery on the request of the consignee. I never requested. And no delivery man or their staff has called me for delivery. I request you deliver it urgently. I had booked it as bday gift which is to be given tomorrow morning. This is to inform you that this entails grave violations of consumer rights and breach of contract. Further this amounts to unfair trade practice since snapdeal has used free next day delivery on online payment as a means to manipulate my buying decision and not by complying to it. Take immediate action or else I will have to approach consumer forum.

              My order number [protected] received on 7th sept.when I received the product I dont like it as it was not as described on site.I want to return my order and want my money but when I contacted snapdeal about this issue they said that they cant take my product because it was purchased under snapdeal plus .it was a way by them to force people from buying product from them .and take money and not refunding it.snapdeal customer care is just a fake who always tells customer to say truth but never say.this 24 hours and 48 hours is just a way to ignore everyone problem.I want everyone not to purchase from snapdeal but purchase from flipkart at least they solve our issue in given time...snapdeal return my money and take your order back .

                        Booked running shoes on 19th
                        First got message that same will be delivered by 22nd August.
                        Later shifted to 02nd September then to 5th September.
                        From 5th every day I'm getting message that same will be delivered today
                        After sending message for four days.
                        After100 follow up calls from my side, yesterday some senior called and informed that product is delivered at house, but fact is courier persons without trying to deliver, returned product.
                        Instead of sorting issue, now snapdeal canceled my order as per their wish.
                        Very high handedness in handling issue.
                        Firstly they failed in deliver services and now as a company to sort issue.

                          I ordered a set of earphones. The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. So I cancelled the order, A message came from snapdeal stating that refund request is initiated. But after 2-3 hours again a message came stating that" we are delivering the product, So we are cancelling the refund request". They delivered the product. I opened it, it was not working at all. The sound was pathetic and it almost device(Sony Xperia Z3+, Coolpad Note 3, Lumia 730, Samsung Galaxy even laptops too), were not able to recognize that earphones.There was a problem with connecting cables I guess as If you hold that at aparticular position then only you will listen a low and distorted sound. So I made r return request. Their reply was We cant pick up that product, as its out of our servicable area. So send that item by mysel[censored]sing DTDC courier. They received it and after 2 days, The status of request was " refund request cancelled, quality check failed". We are sending back the earphones to you...
                          I called the customer care, I explained the same issue to them, They said they will arrange a phonecall from quality team. I didn't receive any call.

                          I don't what is this?????
                          Seriously the most pathetic customer service I ever had.

                            I have ordered an air pump  on 7th September  and received it on 9th September. I want to refund  my order as it is incomplete product and  improper specification .Product i order was air pump with punture kit but I didn't received the puncture kit...and air pump shown was 150psi and i received 100psi.

                            I have placed the replacement request but by mistake it was cancelled. ...now i m not able to place again replacement or refund requests. ...

                            Plz look into this matter because i trusted snapdeal alot...this is the first time i m fscing this problem. ...

                                Hi.

                                I have ordered(Order ID: [protected]) for 2 pair of Puma flip flops and made it cash on delivery. I got the product on time, i have made my payment for 2 pairs but the issue here is, i got only 1 pair of puma flip flops instead of 2.
                                Further, I made a complain and they said, they gonna refund my balance amount, but till the time i haven't get my amount credited.

                                  I ordered products in snapdeal and the courier partner express bees and courier boy cancelling my products without any information to me. And when i called them they are saying that we will not deliver as you are only one in your region. But i had delivery option to pincode. They are acting wicked and cancelling all my products i lost 10 products by this. So i decided to delete my account in snapdeal.any one can charge them or do justice to customers

                                    Dude :) maine Grand Theft Auto San Andreas (PC) order kiya tha on date 5sept 2016. when i got the order maine dekha ki ussme cd nahi hai :( so maine cancal kar diya n snapdeal ki site pe return ka option liya but aab tak nahi mila. Todaya i got messge ki aaj mil jayega mujhe bt maine call kiya delvry boy ko to he said that ki nahi hai mera order usske pass :( so what can i dooo now???

                                        I had ordered a laptop from snapdeal on 28th aug'16 and paid the amount of 27700INR via sbi credit card Order ID: [protected] however the product was never shipped by seller digizone in lucknow as i have also spoken with the seller personally and its been confirmed by him to me and to snapdeal . i gave a cancellation request on 31st aug'16 now snapdeal is not refunding my amount and its been 12 days they are keeping my money and always telling that the are working on complaint but not providing resolution and not refunding the amount.
