I ordered shoes from Sn apdeal and i am trying to track my order for the past 4 days but i dont get any info on the same. i did call the customer care on a regular interval and they say your order will reach you before 8th Sep but it is 9th sep and i still not able to track my order nor i got my product.

How on earth Snapdeal can be so irresponsible in having such a 3rd class courier service who's phone is switched off and the tracking tab keeping loading for the past 4 days. i've also raised a complain and sent email to snapdeal about but with no response at all.

Please people do not order any product from Snapdeal if you do so please prefer COD.

I got delivered a bycyckr but after opening box it had damages and unable to assemble it so requested for return. It was accepted to take back within 48 hrs but still after one week also no response. Font know whom to call. Literally git fed up and feeling never to buy anything online and will publish it max possible if I don't get problem rectifd

      Hi sir, My name Byresh Kumar i bought 43" LED smart TV from Sanpdeal on 3rd Sep 2016 the product having displace problem, i reside replacement request but sampdeal asking me to ship its was not acceptable for me. and requested to cancel and redound the money. they canceled the replacement request and later they haven't refund the money or not ready to replace the defective product.

          I had requested earlier for replacement. The courier took back the product on 31st August. Tracking was showing the replaced product had been dispatched on 2nd September and it was in transit. But today when I am checking the tracking record Snapdeal account is showing "no order was placed"
          I am afraid of loosing my product. If it is a fraud I will go to the consumers' forum with all my payment documents.
          If tit is not ppssible to replace, I demand a Refund.

            This site is actually made for cheating with public .Invoice no s96afb/16-17/694 date 24/8/2016
            I received on 31/8/2016 after open i found that the material was not same as i booked and the material is old and damaged. At first snapdeal.com was refusing to refund or replace the material. After my first complain they agreed to refund. The item was send by me to them through GATIKWE. The received the item . Now they refusing to refund and sending me the same item to me and forcing me to pay Rs. 1822 more. yet I have already paid Rs 1272 for the same item and now more Rs. 1822 .
            What is this. The actual price of the product Rs. 1272, which was paid by me earlier, now more 1822 . Sub total Rs 3094. How is it possible???

                i order a Samsung J3 mobile phone from snapdeal on date 27/aug/2016, bearing Order ID: [protected] through online payment (debit card )
                i have been told by them that the phone will be delivered to me by 1st september and they messaged me that due to certain reason they unable to deliver the phone and they said to deliver it by 7th September 2016 and till yet it is not delivered to me..
                now they didn't response
                i tried from 1st September but customer care said wait and wait they did nothing on my complaint.

                  I wanted to place order one one of the products which was advertised on tv, (hair straightner brush)but the person refused to take the order as i had earlier cancelled couple of orders, the orders were cancelled due to non aviailablity of the product(sukam power guard) no fault of mine, second order was lenovo external memory disk i accepted the item even it was not compatible with my pc. No three was micromax phone ..As a customer i have full right to cancell the order, it was done before the item was delivered, there cancellation policy is clear .I am really surprised and hurt, i had purchased items in past nearly for rs100000/-, i cannot contact the directly as they have no customer care email id, requested to kindly take necessary action

                    I have ordered one samsung galaxy j5 from snapdeal and recieved a defective product on 19 august 2016.
                    After the complain engineer from snapdeal came to my place and checked the mobile and declared it defective followed by return of the product.
                    20 days have passed and snapdeal is neither refunding the money nor replacing the mobile.
                    I have been calling snapdeal customer care helpline daily and they are giving me false promises.
                    Snapdeal is not giving me in written about the status of my mobile so that i can appeal in consumer court.
                    Kindly take appropriate action and get my complain resolved along with necessary action against the culprits.
                    I am going to escalate this issue on social media like facebook twitter and watsapp so that people dont order from snapdeal anymore.

                      Refer the Order ID: [protected] of Snapdeal placed on 08/09/16 for iBall compbook at INR 660=00 as per listed price on website. The ecommerce company has cancelled order on their own by saying that the price listing of seller was made wrongly.

                      My question is that when the order is accepted against listed price, how ecommerce company can say that the price was wrongly listed ?

                      I request Snapdeal team to serve this order as this was fault of their technical team and as a consumer I am suffering.

                        Sir, My name is syed Nishat Ali I live in Delhi, I purchased a ceiling fan (Nexstar) in the month of March2016 from snapdeal.( online selling company). Just after 3 months the fan stopped working. They provide me 2 years warranty. I discussed in the company. They told me to send the fan directly to the manufacturer in Hyderabad. Manufacturer ensure me for replacement of the fan ASAP. And snap deal company refund me Rs.585.00 Courier expense of fan delivery from delhi to Hyderabad. Now 4 months completed Not company and nor Manufacturer returning my fan. I have done hundreds phone call to the snapdeal about my complain.

                        Now i want my whole refund with full compensation of my time and expenses on phone calls.

                          I have received the BP apparatus from Snapdeal on 31st August 2016 on my office address, since I was not in town I opened the package on 2nd Sep 2016, found that the it was damaged and same time I have lodged request through snapdeal web for return or replace. I had changed the pick up address and the request for return has been cancelled from the web...
                          Same time I called up Customer care number and narrated the story... they assured that the product can be picked up. Again I called up on 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th September 2016, same assurance has been given by the executives. But on 8th Sep 2016, one of the executive told that your product can not be replace.
                          Snapdeal is making foolish to people.

                            I purchased aquagrand water purifier from snapdeal.com on 29 june 2016. After i call several time for installtion on aquagrand [protected] but nobody comes for installation. After that i arrange a guys and install it. After that i was going out of station for a month when i come back and check device its not working.

                            Thereafter i complaint on aquagrand but not get any resolution again then i call snapdeal on [protected] again i have no resolution. I write several emails on [protected]@snapdeal.com, kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com but not given any positive reply on it.

                            After 10 days i receive call from snapdeal and said that we try to solve your issue but for that you need to pay visiting charges, i said there no issue i pay for that but atleast send guys or cancel my order.

                            Now again pass approx 20 days and not get any solution from snapdeal.

                            Snapdeal totally fraud with me its send a totally defective product and now its support its totally make disappointment me as well not gives me resolution about it.

                              Hi i purchased a red mi note 3 phone from the snapdeal site on 29 august 2016 and this phone is delivered to me on 03 septemper 2016 but i an facing the heating problem in this phone too much when i complaint regarding this, an engineer came ant check it only five minute, when we saying check it at least 15 min and give us the solution than he said this phone having some problem and a person will come tomorrow and please return this phone . No one come till 2 to 3 days when we call to snap deal site they said engineer said there is a no problem and we cant not change this phone or refund and if you facing any problem please contact to service centre so which kind of behaviour of snap deal site, i want to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Nine days back i have buy the shoe through snap deal web site, but still now i did not get any cal from delivery services. In that snap deal site fake update is like 1 "Attempt" fail. this is very ridicules answer and fake information provide to the customers and when i am before buy the product one day delivery mentioned in the as a name board so I raisethe complaint to the services.

                                    I ordered panda walker rocker for my kid Rs.1275 on offer price.
                                    I received the product on 17th Aug.

                                    Product quality is worst, non working music buttons, one side rocker is not locking properly so rocker can not used.

                                    I created return request on 20th Aug, Fraud snapdeal replied that the don't have return pick for my address. But for the same address they have delivered two more products and picked up the return product also.

                                    i am fighting with their customer care more than 15 times, they have supported to escalate this upto their level. But outcome there is no resolution yet today 08th sep. Almost more than half month over.

                                    This is happen with me fourth time when ever i ordered products in offers.
                                    1) ordered iron box -- they sent me damaged product then return with another faulty product i repaired by my own.
                                    2) ordered aluminium cooker 50% offer - upto the last day of delivery date they silence and last min told out of stock from next day they increased usual price 0% offer. i fought with customer care to give compliment or need same offer again to book when it came in stock but no resolution.
                                    3) ordered slipper in offer - delivered wrong size and took return again delivered same one, i fight with customer care told not replace with correct size due to no stock. Then why the hell you are cheating with your useless and fraud offers sending damaged products.
                                    4) ordered Panda walker rocker with offer - damaged, non - working, low quality product sent and not arranging return pickup. Asked my to send more than 3 kg worth product by my own to them. i am fighting with snapdeal still no resolution.

                                    no use of the back end team. They again replied that i need to send it manually. How many times to how many persons i can explain the same story. It is really unfair.

                                    Where your snapdeal team tells that "for my pincode there is no courier services available and they can't arrange pick-up from their end"
                                    See, just dail listing all the top couriers available in my pincode. And snapdeal itself delivered and picked-up return from the same pincode 624601. This location is not very interior/isolated village in india, where you can't serve.

                                    Why you can't serve this location since you have done before ?

                                      I had done an order of suborder ID : [protected]. I'm nit satsified with it and i requested a return but no one picked up and mentioned that customer not available.then i reschedule my return but no action taken by anyone and after all at a moment my request is closed. And im misguided from snapdeal courier provider to cancelled request once and then resend it.

                                        I ordered Samsung Galaxy J3 on 24 Aug 2016 from SNAPDEAL and the product was delivered in the prescribed time on 30th Aug(Order ID-[protected], Sub order ID-[protected]). But when I opened the packet, I was completely shocked that the product what they delivered is a old used one button wala chineese 'FORME' make mobile in open box (not sealed one), with swallow battery of some other phone. I immediately called snapdeal customer care in the number[protected], but can't able to talk to any customer support officer, as I called in night time. But in the mean while I canceled the order from my mobile through snapdeal app. On next day morning around 7:30 morning I again called customer care to know why this happen.I was able to talk to one of customer care executive this time, and they very well entertain me this time and take my complaint for replacement of product for wrong product delivered (with Reference number:[protected]. But I request them to please refund my money as this is simple case of Fraud. But she state that the seller is our trusted seller and refund is not possible by that seller only they can do is replacement so I agree for replacement. And they asked me to send the product to there ware house for quality check as my area is not covered in there pickup facility area.
                                        On 1st of Sep. 2016 I send the product to the address they asked to send the product by DTDC courier with tracking ID V32292524. In the mean while several time I take followup for product replacement through mail and also send mail regarding complaint of fraud done with me to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com & kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com with the photograph of mobile which I got. I got reply from [protected]@snapdeal.com that they are working in my complaint. After that many time I called to customer care and asked the status, they said that investigation is going on and after 48 hrs. they will initiate the replacement process. Then I wait for the 2 days and again asked what is status now, they said that they will initiate the replacement process once they got the product in ware house. Ok then I wait more. They also said that the product will go for quality check when they received. But I don't understand if the wrong product was delivered then what quality check will they do, and why it is needed.Ok then I agree for that also. On 7th the product delivered to there ware house situated in INDORE MP, and quality check done, and I got a call from [protected], person saying that the product was delivered and quality check done and on quality check product rejected, I asked why this happen, he says this is because what I state in complaint and what they received is not matching, so I asked clearly will you replace the product or not, he said, right now I cannot commit any thing you have to wait for another 48 hrs. for the detail report of our quality check then only we will decide that the replacement or refund or nothing will happen or not.
                                        Sir I am worried that I will loose my money.
                                        Will they replacement on not.
                                        Will they refund or not.
                                        Sir requesting you to please look into matter and lodge a strong complaint against Snapdeal.
                                        If you require the pick of mobile which was delivered I can provide.
