I wanted to place order one one of the products which was advertised on tv, (hair straightner brush)but the person refused to take the order as i had earlier cancelled couple of orders, the orders were cancelled due to non aviailablity of the product(sukam power guard) no fault of mine, second order was lenovo external memory disk i accepted the item even it was not compatible with my pc. No three was micromax phone ..As a customer i have full right to cancell the order, it was done before the item was delivered, there cancellation policy is clear .I am really surprised and hurt, i had purchased items in past nearly for rs100000/-, i cannot contact the directly as they have no customer care email id, requested to kindly take necessary action
