Nine days back i have buy the shoe through snap deal web site, but still now i did not get any cal from delivery services. In that snap deal site fake update is like 1 "Attempt" fail. this is very ridicules answer and fake information provide to the customers and when i am before buy the product one day delivery mentioned in the as a name board so I raisethe complaint to the services.

    I ordered panda walker rocker for my kid Rs.1275 on offer price.
    I received the product on 17th Aug.

    Product quality is worst, non working music buttons, one side rocker is not locking properly so rocker can not used.

    I created return request on 20th Aug, Fraud snapdeal replied that the don't have return pick for my address. But for the same address they have delivered two more products and picked up the return product also.

    i am fighting with their customer care more than 15 times, they have supported to escalate this upto their level. But outcome there is no resolution yet today 08th sep. Almost more than half month over.

    This is happen with me fourth time when ever i ordered products in offers.
    1) ordered iron box -- they sent me damaged product then return with another faulty product i repaired by my own.
    2) ordered aluminium cooker 50% offer - upto the last day of delivery date they silence and last min told out of stock from next day they increased usual price 0% offer. i fought with customer care to give compliment or need same offer again to book when it came in stock but no resolution.
    3) ordered slipper in offer - delivered wrong size and took return again delivered same one, i fight with customer care told not replace with correct size due to no stock. Then why the hell you are cheating with your useless and fraud offers sending damaged products.
    4) ordered Panda walker rocker with offer - damaged, non - working, low quality product sent and not arranging return pickup. Asked my to send more than 3 kg worth product by my own to them. i am fighting with snapdeal still no resolution.

    Hi team,

    no use of the back end team. They again replied that i need to send it manually. How many times to how many persons i can explain the same story. It is really unfair.

    Where your snapdeal team tells that "for my pincode there is no courier services available and they can't arrange pick-up from their end"
    See, just dail listing all the top couriers available in my pincode. And snapdeal itself delivered and picked-up return from the same pincode 624601. This location is not very interior/isolated village in india, where you can't serve.

    Why you can't serve this location since you have done before ?

      Worthy receipent
      I had done an order of suborder ID : [protected]. I'm nit satsified with it and i requested a return but no one picked up and mentioned that customer not available.then i reschedule my return but no action taken by anyone and after all at a moment my request is closed. And im misguided from snapdeal courier provider to cancelled request once and then resend it.

        I ordered Samsung Galaxy J3 on 24 Aug 2016 from SNAPDEAL and the product was delivered in the prescribed time on 30th Aug(Order ID-[protected], Sub order ID-[protected]). But when I opened the packet, I was completely shocked that the product what they delivered is a old used one button wala chineese 'FORME' make mobile in open box (not sealed one), with swallow battery of some other phone. I immediately called snapdeal customer care in the number[protected], but can't able to talk to any customer support officer, as I called in night time. But in the mean while I canceled the order from my mobile through snapdeal app. On next day morning around 7:30 morning I again called customer care to know why this happen.I was able to talk to one of customer care executive this time, and they very well entertain me this time and take my complaint for replacement of product for wrong product delivered (with Reference number:[protected]. But I request them to please refund my money as this is simple case of Fraud. But she state that the seller is our trusted seller and refund is not possible by that seller only they can do is replacement so I agree for replacement. And they asked me to send the product to there ware house for quality check as my area is not covered in there pickup facility area.
        On 1st of Sep. 2016 I send the product to the address they asked to send the product by DTDC courier with tracking ID V32292524. In the mean while several time I take followup for product replacement through mail and also send mail regarding complaint of fraud done with me to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com & kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com with the photograph of mobile which I got. I got reply from [protected]@snapdeal.com that they are working in my complaint. After that many time I called to customer care and asked the status, they said that investigation is going on and after 48 hrs. they will initiate the replacement process. Then I wait for the 2 days and again asked what is status now, they said that they will initiate the replacement process once they got the product in ware house. Ok then I wait more. They also said that the product will go for quality check when they received. But I don't understand if the wrong product was delivered then what quality check will they do, and why it is needed.Ok then I agree for that also. On 7th the product delivered to there ware house situated in INDORE MP, and quality check done, and I got a call from [protected], person saying that the product was delivered and quality check done and on quality check product rejected, I asked why this happen, he says this is because what I state in complaint and what they received is not matching, so I asked clearly will you replace the product or not, he said, right now I cannot commit any thing you have to wait for another 48 hrs. for the detail report of our quality check then only we will decide that the replacement or refund or nothing will happen or not.
        Sir I am worried that I will loose my money.
        Will they replacement on not.
        Will they refund or not.
        Sir requesting you to please look into matter and lodge a strong complaint against Snapdeal.
        If you require the pick of mobile which was delivered I can provide.

          I ordered this earphone through snapdeal. It isn't the first time I've ordered an earphone online.. The packaging was so bad as if they have picked a packet which was thrown on the road and put it in the snapdeal carton and shipped it. It spoiled my mood then and there itself. Packaging standards is nowhere closer to brands like MI or skullcandy. Any earphones you order is supposed to come with extra earbuds of all sizes as everyone's ear structure is different, but here I didn't get any earbuds and the one which is attached is so uncomfortable, it just won't stay in my ears no matter what I do. I know snapdeal have a replacement policy but to be very Frank, I neither like or don't have time for such stupid policy. It looks like, they don't accept their mistake and show as if they are doing a favour by returning. Probably it was the last time I used snapdeal. I won't use neither I let anyone use (if I see someone going on this website). It sucks

            I purchased an item on 31st August, 2016 and my order ID is [protected]. I raised a return request on next day but i selected a wrong pick up address so i cancelled immediately that request. I rescheduled a pick up timing via phone service and they authorized for next day ( 3rd Sep ) pick up but today is 7th September and nobody came yet. I called 4 times and told everytime the same problem. They were saying same reason that "We apologize for that and we have fixed a pick up within 24 hours". I mean is this kind of service provided by Snapdeal to their customers. I called them 4 times and now how many times i will have to call now? If any senior department is there then please correct your service otherwise you will loose your dignity.

            Very annoying to see snapdeal having a courier service which we are unable to track our shipment. tried calling the courier customer care number for the past 3days and the number is switched off. informed the snapdeal about it but no good response. they say the Courier guys are having some trouble with their server well i feel they can atleast answer their phone.

            May be this is the last order i am gona be working with you guys.

              I have issued a return request to snapdeal. But there is no action from it..it is a puma slipper which is definately a duplicate...order id is [protected] order placed on 30 aug 2016. I have plaxed a return request just after product delivered they said they will process the request but no attention from snapdeal till now. Make a strong action towards it as they are cheating the customer...

                I did a purchase of pendrive on snapdeal.com on 7 aug2016 worth of rs.870/-. The order id is[protected] when i received the product it is not actually what i ordered for. Its purely a fake 1.. Specs vary from original 1. Immediately i called the customer care after 7 days and asked for exchange with the product i ordered... They denied... I also went to sony service center.. Hey also told us its a fake product and seller is not a authorised sony dealer

                I ordered 3xl size kurti but found the delivery of 2xl size and it is totally yhe company fauly. Inspuye of my repearedely request again and again no action has been taken in this part from 1st of thos month . Pls once again i request you to do the needful as soon as possible

                  The product was found damaged. I raised a request for return of product on 10 aug 2016. The pick of the product was scheduled on 12 aug 2016. The courier agency personnel, that approached me to pick up the product, could not provide any pick-up receipt so i asked him to bring the pickup receipt and take the product. Nobody appeared after that day to pick up the product. I had been calling up the snapdeal customer care and requesting them to pick up the product, so that i can get the refund. They were generating pickup request everyday and assuring me get the pickup done on the next day.

                  Now, the pick up has been done on 26th aug. And i also got the receipt for the same.

                  The current status of courier:
                  02-sep-2016 13:09 ahmedabad undelivered due to customer /consignee refusing to accept delivery at destination city

                  From 2nd sept. Till now, no action has been taken to move forward the refund process.
                  It is extremely difficult to connect to snapdeal's customer care executive because customer care number runs the automated voice response. After somehow connecting to customer care executive, i explained all the problem and she asked me to hold the call while she connects to her senior regarding the problem. The call was on hold for 10 mins. Hence, i cut the call and called again.

                  I am regretting to buy the product from snapdeal. Their after-service is extremely poor and frustrating. I have already spent not less than 100 mins on call regarding the item reversal and refund and still counting. Additionally, the customer care department is giving false promises which, unfortunately, is not recorded anywhere that i can produce here. Everytime when i call regarding the problem, the customer care executive does not possess the back ground of all the complaints i have made for this order. I have to explain everything again and again. I don't know how snapdeal is going to compensate the time and money i have spent for following up regarding the refund.

                  I strongly recommend everybody, based on my experience, not to buy any product from snapdeal as they have extremely poor after-purchase service. You will be in big trouble if, unfortunately, your get a damaged or inaccurate product.

                          I purchased a redmi note 3 32 gb silver from snapdeal orde date 24 august
                          Order id [protected] delivered on 26 aug and after 2 days i placed a replacement request reference no is28512426 for heating problem of product
                          After 15 days till now my product cant be replaced and they simply say to visit service centre. Why should i go to service centre after purchasing a new product.

                          No positive response came till now . A call from snap deal executive came and he said to me to give my account number he will refund my money in 1 hour. When I try to give my bank account details he is not attending my call and the no is switch off and said your problem is resolved such a negative reply the executive no is [protected]

                          You and your team is not doing anything they are useless and for future I taught a lesson that nothing will purchased online from Snapdeal for future at any cost
                          Flipkart and amazon are best I go for it next time . if you are not able to satisfy the customer than it useless to buy anything from Snapdeal

                          Sometime your representive said that product will be return give me ur account no and within 1 hour money will be transfered into your bank account as I described earlier and some they say we are not able to given refund sometime picked up mail sent by your team and after confirmation they said we were not delivered any pickup order mail . such a negative response and your customer care advisor are also fool that are not able to satisfies customer . all useless and reply with negative response all time

                            I was booked two items (Mobile+screen gaurd) through snapdeal on 12th aug 2016 for my sister on rakshabandhan... As per your team packet would be delver on 17th. Second item was delivered on 18th.

                            Next delivery date i got from customer care 19th to 24th aug 2016.

                            Then after i got next delivery scheduled from 24 to 30th aug 2016.in between i was contacted several times to your customer care, i got same answer from every executive for assured and timely delivery.

                            The pathetic part is product not delivered till today, but not received not a single call or status or apologized mail from the company for status.

                            I got 10% offer from my ammex bank. I had suggested and requested please deliver me product on same offer, because their is no mistake from my side then why should i suffer?

                            Kindly looking in to matter and help me on this.

                                I had ordered for a samsung ua-40j5300-ar 101 cm (40) full hd smart led television, for a total price of 44684/- on 13th august 2016. The ordered was to be delivered by 15-19th aug 2016. I waited till 24th aug 2016 for any intimation on dispatch of the product. However, i cancelled the product since the snapdeal customer care did not give me any information on when the product will be delivered. The same day after my cancellation i was informed that since my product has been dispatched the refund will take time since the product has to reach back to the facility after i refuse the product delivery. However, till now..6th sep 2016, i haven't received any information on the refund of the amount on cancellation. Whenever i call the customer care i get the same response that its in processing. I don't have any information if the product was dispatched and by which courier and when the refund will be initiated. I have made the worst mistake by ordering a product from snapdeal.

                                    I have ordered skull candy jib s2dudz-003 ear phone from snapdeal on june 2016 with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Now the right side earphone is not working. There is no physical damage, suddenly it was happened!!

                                    Hi, I have received a call from "Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd", they said like "7 days product return policy from product bought" only applicable but i am not returning the product, it's a warranty claim as per the "1 year manufacturer warranty" you should claim for the product because one year not completed! also there no physical damage in the product.
