The product was found damaged. I raised a request for return of product on 10 aug 2016. The pick of the product was scheduled on 12 aug 2016. The courier agency personnel, that approached me to pick up the product, could not provide any pick-up receipt so i asked him to bring the pickup receipt and take the product. Nobody appeared after that day to pick up the product. I had been calling up the snapdeal customer care and requesting them to pick up the product, so that i can get the refund. They were generating pickup request everyday and assuring me get the pickup done on the next day.
Now, the pick up has been done on 26th aug. And i also got the receipt for the same.

From 2nd sept. Till now, no action has been taken to move forward the refund process.
It is extremely difficult to connect to snapdeal's customer care executive because customer care number runs the automated voice response. After somehow connecting to customer care executive, i explained all the problem and she asked me to hold the call while she connects to her senior regarding the problem. The call was on hold for 10 mins. Hence, i cut the call and called again.
I am regretting to buy the product from snapdeal. Their after-service is extremely poor and frustrating. I have already spent not less than 100 mins on call regarding the item reversal and refund and still counting. Additionally, the customer care department is giving false promises which, unfortunately, is not recorded anywhere that i can produce here. Everytime when i call regarding the problem, the customer care executive does not possess the back ground of all the complaints i have made for this order. I have to explain everything again and again. I don't know how snapdeal is going to compensate the time and money i have spent for following up regarding the refund.
I strongly recommend everybody, based on my experience, not to buy any product from snapdeal as they have extremely poor after-purchase service. You will be in big trouble if, unfortunately, your get a damaged or inaccurate product.
