I ordered this earphone through snapdeal. It isn't the first time I've ordered an earphone online.. The packaging was so bad as if they have picked a packet which was thrown on the road and put it in the snapdeal carton and shipped it. It spoiled my mood then and there itself. Packaging standards is nowhere closer to brands like MI or skullcandy. Any earphones you order is supposed to come with extra earbuds of all sizes as everyone's ear structure is different, but here I didn't get any earbuds and the one which is attached is so uncomfortable, it just won't stay in my ears no matter what I do. I know snapdeal have a replacement policy but to be very Frank, I neither like or don't have time for such stupid policy. It looks like, they don't accept their mistake and show as if they are doing a favour by returning. Probably it was the last time I used snapdeal. I won't use neither I let anyone use (if I see someone going on this website). It sucks

    I purchased an item on 31st August, 2016 and my order ID is [protected]. I raised a return request on next day but i selected a wrong pick up address so i cancelled immediately that request. I rescheduled a pick up timing via phone service and they authorized for next day ( 3rd Sep ) pick up but today is 7th September and nobody came yet. I called 4 times and told everytime the same problem. They were saying same reason that "We apologize for that and we have fixed a pick up within 24 hours". I mean is this kind of service provided by Snapdeal to their customers. I called them 4 times and now how many times i will have to call now? If any senior department is there then please correct your service otherwise you will loose your dignity.

    Very annoying to see snapdeal having a courier service which we are unable to track our shipment. tried calling the courier customer care number for the past 3days and the number is switched off. informed the snapdeal about it but no good response. they say the Courier guys are having some trouble with their server well i feel they can atleast answer their phone.

    May be this is the last order i am gona be working with you guys.

I have plaxed a return request just after product delivered they said they will process the request but no attention from snapdeal till now. Make a strong action towards it as they are cheating the customer...

          The product was found damaged. I raised a request for return of product on 10 aug 2016. The pick of the product was scheduled on 12 aug 2016. The courier agency personnel, that approached me to pick up the product, could not provide any pick-up receipt so i asked him to bring the pickup receipt and take the product. Nobody appeared after that day to pick up the product. I had been calling up the snapdeal customer care and requesting them to pick up the product, so that i can get the refund. They were generating pickup request everyday and assuring me get the pickup done on the next day.

          Now, the pick up has been done on 26th aug. And i also got the receipt for the same.

          The current status of courier:
          02-sep-2016 13:09 ahmedabad undelivered due to customer /consignee refusing to accept delivery at destination city

          From 2nd sept. Till now, no action has been taken to move forward the refund process.
          It is extremely difficult to connect to snapdeal's customer care executive because customer care number runs the automated voice response. After somehow connecting to customer care executive, i explained all the problem and she asked me to hold the call while she connects to her senior regarding the problem. The call was on hold for 10 mins. Hence, i cut the call and called again.

          I am regretting to buy the product from snapdeal. Their after-service is extremely poor and frustrating. I have already spent not less than 100 mins on call regarding the item reversal and refund and still counting. Additionally, the customer care department is giving false promises which, unfortunately, is not recorded anywhere that i can produce here. Everytime when i call regarding the problem, the customer care executive does not possess the back ground of all the complaints i have made for this order. I have to explain everything again and again. I don't know how snapdeal is going to compensate the time and money i have spent for following up regarding the refund.

          I strongly recommend everybody, based on my experience, not to buy any product from snapdeal as they have extremely poor after-purchase service. You will be in big trouble if, unfortunately, your get a damaged or inaccurate product.

                    I was booked two items (Mobile+screen gaurd) through snapdeal on 12th aug 2016 for my sister on rakshabandhan... As per your team packet would be delver on 17th. Second item was delivered on 18th.

                    Next delivery date i got from customer care 19th to 24th aug 2016.

                    Then after i got next delivery scheduled from 24 to 30th aug 2016.in between i was contacted several times to your customer care, i got same answer from every executive for assured and timely delivery.

                    The pathetic part is product not delivered till today, but not received not a single call or status or apologized mail from the company for status.

                    I got 10% offer from my ammex bank. I had suggested and requested please deliver me product on same offer, because their is no mistake from my side then why should i suffer?

                        I had ordered for a samsung ua-40j5300-ar 101 cm (40) full hd smart led television, for a total price of 44684/- on 13th august 2016. The ordered was to be delivered by 15-19th aug 2016. I waited till 24th aug 2016 for any intimation on dispatch of the product. However, i cancelled the product since the snapdeal customer care did not give me any information on when the product will be delivered. The same day after my cancellation i was informed that since my product has been dispatched the refund will take time since the product has to reach back to the facility after i refuse the product delivery. However, till now..6th sep 2016, i haven't received any information on the refund of the amount on cancellation. Whenever i call the customer care i get the same response that its in processing. I don't have any information if the product was dispatched and by which courier and when the refund will be initiated. I have made the worst mistake by ordering a product from snapdeal.

                                My order no. [protected] & suborder no. [protected] it was a cdma mobile phone but i received a fake and bogus product with four different imei numbers on retail invoice, on bill, on mobile's box and on mobile too. All imei numbers was different from each other. So i registered return request on snapdeal but they didn't sent their courier's boy to pickup the product and asked me to send the product myself and i sent the product via dtdc courier with consignment no. V29986626 which was successfully delivered to snapdeal. Now i don't know what the snapdeal is processing regarding my refund. Snapdeal is not refunding my money. I am continuously calling to snapdeal but they are continuously avoiding me by making silly excuses. I want my money back but i don't know when i will get it.

                                Your Representatives doesn't know anything regarding your customers complaints they only know how to ignoring Consumer's Queries or Complaints and how to avoid the Consumer. Today I made more than 6 Calls but IVR not transferred my call to your any Representative. Till now I expenses more than 150 Rupees in continuously calling to SNAPDEAL. I think SNAPDEAL will not call me, if SNAPDEAL will call me then it's Representatives will give silly excuses and will tell lies. For example:-
                                1. Product's Money is still in processing.
                                OR
                                2. Product is not reached us.
                                OR
                                3. Keep waiting your money will be credit to your Bank Account soon.

                                I really don't know when SNAPDEAL will resolve my complaint.

                                Today at 08:41PM I got a message from DTDC. DTDC'S Representative told me that the Product was delivered to destination on 25-August-2016 but SNAPDEAL refused the Product themselves.

                                Snapdeal returned My Parcel on 26-Aug-2016. It was the Snapdeal's Negligence only. Just In Case DTDC deliver will returned Parcel to me then I'll courier it again and I will get Courier's Charge Money from Snapdeal as Snapdeal's Representative told me and ensured me today during a call from Snapdeal.

                                Let the Returned Parcel reach to me after that I will courier it again. Snapdeal's Returned Parcel is not yet reached to me.

And Please this time don't return the Product Parcel. I am continuously Suffering by your worst Services and Very Bad Experience with SNAPDEAL.                                 I've done a New Courier of My Product Today to SNAPDEAL'S Warehouse Address which was on the Courier Form which was sent by SNAPDEAL and that form I applied on Courier Package. I've emailed with uploaded attachments of New Courier's Bill and Tracking number Slip tonight (10/Sept/2016) at 11:15 PM. This Courier will reach you soon. I'm requesting SNAPDEAL to refund My Courier's Charges that's ₹425 and also requesting to refund Product's Purchased Money. I experienced too much of Plights.

                                  On 25th august i placed an order of xolo era x (8gb, black).
                                  On 26th august i cancelled this order. Delivery still attempted on 26th.
                                  I refused to accept the product and delivery boy left.
                                  A couple of hours later, i got a mail from snapdeal in which they mentioned that your xolo era x (8gb, black) has been delivered.
                                  I contacted snapdeal and explained them the issue. They told me they'll get this checked right away and will share an update on the issue.
                                  On 1st september after 6 days they called me and told me that they had talked with the courier company and they said that they had delivered my product which is not true i talked with the courier campany and tracked my order both tells they had returned the item to the seller. That means there's some misconception here.
                                  I called them so many times but they always say the same thing "they have closed my case and and there's nothing they can do now". I didn't received the product.

                                  I request snapdeal to reopen my case re-check my issue.
                                  Else i have no option but to seek help of consumer court and police.

                                      I purchased a seagate external hard disk from snapdeal.com which was delivered to me on 20 aug but due to an emergency i was not available there to receive and check the product. So i told them to deliver that to my company. And now when i came back and i tried using that then that product didn't worked.

                                      That was totally a crap product not functioning at all. I tried calling the snapdeal executive regarding that and now they said that they can not replace or return that product as they only have 7 day policy to return or replace a product.

                                      I had to leave as i have some emergency or if i was aware that this will happen then i could have ask some of my colleagues to check that product within that period.

                                      This is totally cheating of selling a malfunctioned product. I don't want a refund, just a replacement for this dead product which they provided to me.
