My order no. [protected] & suborder no. [protected] it was a cdma mobile phone but i received a fake and bogus product with four different imei numbers on retail invoice, on bill, on mobile's box and on mobile too. All imei numbers was different from each other. So i registered return request on snapdeal but they didn't sent their courier's boy to pickup the product and asked me to send the product myself and i sent the product via dtdc courier with consignment no. V29986626 which was successfully delivered to snapdeal. Now i don't know what the snapdeal is processing regarding my refund. Snapdeal is not refunding my money. I am continuously calling to snapdeal but they are continuously avoiding me by making silly excuses. I want my money back but i don't know when i will get it.

Your Representatives doesn't know anything regarding your customers complaints they only know how to ignoring Consumer's Queries or Complaints and how to avoid the Consumer. Today I made more than 6 Calls but IVR not transferred my call to your any Representative. Till now I expenses more than 150 Rupees in continuously calling to SNAPDEAL. I think SNAPDEAL will not call me, if SNAPDEAL will call me then it's Representatives will give silly excuses and will tell lies. For example:-
1. Product's Money is still in processing.
OR
2. Product is not reached us.
OR
3. Keep waiting your money will be credit to your Bank Account soon.

I really don't know when SNAPDEAL will resolve my complaint.

Today at 08:41PM I got a message from DTDC. DTDC'S Representative told me that the Product was delivered to destination on 25-August-2016 but SNAPDEAL refused the Product themselves.

Snapdeal returned My Parcel on 26-Aug-2016. It was the Snapdeal's Negligence only. Just In Case DTDC deliver will returned Parcel to me then I'll courier it again and I will get Courier's Charge Money from Snapdeal as Snapdeal's Representative told me and ensured me today during a call from Snapdeal.

Let the Returned Parcel reach to me after that I will courier it again. Snapdeal's Returned Parcel is not yet reached to me.

I need to tell SNAPDEAL that Your returned parcel is not reached me. Whenever the Product Parcel will reach me I'll re-courier it to you. And Please this time don't return the Product Parcel. I am continuously Suffering by your worst Services and Very Bad Experience with SNAPDEAL. I'm Suffering because of my two big mistakes thats were I believe on SNAPDEAL and placed order in its App or Website.

I've done a New Courier of My Product Today to SNAPDEAL'S Warehouse Address which was on the Courier Form which was sent by SNAPDEAL and that form I applied on Courier Package. I've emailed with uploaded attachments of New Courier's Bill and Tracking number Slip tonight (10/Sept/2016) at 11:15 PM. This Courier will reach you soon. I'm requesting SNAPDEAL to refund My Courier's Charges that's ₹425 and also requesting to refund Product's Purchased Money. I experienced too much of Plights.

    On 25th august i placed an order of xolo era x (8gb, black).
    On 26th august i cancelled this order. Delivery still attempted on 26th.
    I refused to accept the product and delivery boy left.
    A couple of hours later, i got a mail from snapdeal in which they mentioned that your xolo era x (8gb, black) has been delivered.
    I contacted snapdeal and explained them the issue. They told me they'll get this checked right away and will share an update on the issue.
    On 1st september after 6 days they called me and told me that they had talked with the courier company and they said that they had delivered my product which is not true i talked with the courier campany and tracked my order both tells they had returned the item to the seller. That means there's some misconception here.
    I called them so many times but they always say the same thing "they have closed my case and and there's nothing they can do now". I didn't received the product.

    I request snapdeal to reopen my case re-check my issue.
    Else i have no option but to seek help of consumer court and police.

The product got delivered on[protected], which found defective on hearing and poor battery backup, and i raised complaint on[protected] and the product got pick-up for its replacement. But, the product neither replaced nor refunded till today, i. E.,[protected].

      So, kindly may take necessary action in this regard, and do the needful.

        I purchased a seagate external hard disk from snapdeal.com which was delivered to me on 20 aug but due to an emergency i was not available there to receive and check the product. So i told them to deliver that to my company. And now when i came back and i tried using that then that product didn't worked.

        That was totally a crap product not functioning at all. I tried calling the snapdeal executive regarding that and now they said that they can not replace or return that product as they only have 7 day policy to return or replace a product.

        I had to leave as i have some emergency or if i was aware that this will happen then i could have ask some of my colleagues to check that product within that period.

        This is totally cheating of selling a malfunctioned product. I don't want a refund, just a replacement for this dead product which they provided to me.

        Please help me regarding.

        Inspite of my 5_6 calls there is no action taken to refund/replace my kurti . Want to inform uou that i ordered 3xl size kurti but you send me 2xl size kurti . It is totally your fault. Pls do the needful as soon as possible..

          I had ordered the lakme absolute lipstick (Shade: caramel kiss) from snapdeal. When i received the order it was cosmo passion. I called up snapdeal to return the product. There is no return policy for lipsticks so snapdeal is not ready to take my order back. I spoke to them that if they send the correct product and do not take return i agree. But with wrong product they do not take return is not acceptable.
          They took a complaint and said will get back to me in 24 hrs. Since i did not get any update for 2 days, i called up and as per there feedback there department confirmed that caramel kiss was only send.

          When i argued that i have the product and it is not caramel kiss, they are not ready to accept it.

            My ro is not working since 24aug16 and making lots of call to customer care and service center i didn't receive positive response from anybody and then finally i logged complaint on 30aug16 with snapdeal that manufacturer and service center is not able to identify the product and saying its not their product, and when i again reach with snapdeal with such details snapdeal asked me to take denial latter from service center/manufacturer i again called to service center for denial letter they said its already mentioned on our website home page that "we will not be able to provide any kind of service if product is purchased from any e-commerce site like snapdeal, flipkart, amazon etc. I also send this screen shot to snapdeal.in last four to five days i had word with several agents but none of them was able to provide the correct information, few said give is 24hrs some said your money will be refunded within 48hrs. As per my 3rd sep 2016 discussion i talked to lakhvinder singh he said this case will be resolved by monday (5th sep 16) but today on 6th sep 2016 i again reached with snapdeal and had word with pooja she said we have sent seller information and this case is closed you need to contact with seller. This is really pathetic and i'm very disappointed with snapdeal and will not purchase any of the product in future.

              I have purchased a mobile handset samsung j2 pro. This mobile have very cheap quality gui and specification. So i am not satsifiad from this phone.
              And now i want to return accordingly snapdeal return poicy that is mention in order history. Now snapdeal is taking return and said that is return policy not applicable for this product. But in order history show same return tag line.

                      I have recently ordered novex trendy black overnighter (Order no: [protected]) from snapdeal's app on 23rd august 2016. Due to quality issues i wanted to return it and i have raised refund request on 24th august 2016. By mistake i have cancelled refund request. The moment i realise that i have cancelled the refund request i request again for refund.
                      3 days later i realised there is no as such action from snapdeal (No calls, no messages, no mail, no update on their app) so i called them. One of the executives said that the request has not been filed and he said he is filling request on my behave (Complaint number/ rrn number is[protected] and suggested me to wait for 2-3 days to get item picked up from my home.
                      Nothing happened for 3 days so i again called and ask about my order. One of their executives said "we cant help you as you have not called us within 48hrs of your cancellation". What the heck is this? Why should i call them if they have option to reschedule the pickup of my order on their app. I requested to transfer my call to his supervisor. I waited for 30min and then he said that no supervisor is free at the moment and i should call the next day.
                      I called next day, talked to other, waited again for 10-15min. No one helped me. Each one of them has some story than the other.
                      Its been 10 days, no information about my refund or pickup of the order.
                      There is hell lot of frustration as i have invested so much money, time and energy.
                      Snapdeal you should go n die somewhere with such a poor service and dis-satisfaction. You guys are lier, stealer and a big time fraud!

                        I had ordered 60 led bulbs, my Order ID: [protected] .

                        i had ordered bulbs with 'warm white' temperature but i have got 'snow white' colour.

                        these bulbs are of no use to me and i would like to get them replaced to what i have actually asked.

                        This is wrong on the seller part and if snapdeal doesnt help me in this i will go to consumer court.

                          I have booked 1.2 ton voltas ac on snap deal on 13th of august 2016. As per snap deal application it will be delivered between 18-21st august 2016. It was not delivered till 21st august which is ideal delivey time. It was on ready to dispatch mode on 22nd aug 2016 as per snap deal application. So i have cancelled the ac which i ordered on 13th aug 2016.

                          After cancellation i got email on 23rd august 2016 that your cancellation has been approved and we will initiate your refund with in 6 working days and you will get refund after 4 days of initiating of refund. I. E 10 days

                          I have call customer care on 30th august he told that still order is not cancelled. So i request him to cancel order. And told to initiate refund process fast as i have paid through credit card and due date of my credit card payment is 3rd september 2016.

                          On 31st august i again call to customer care they people again told that still refund is not initiated as they people are not able to track the product where exactly the product is.
                          So i asked to executive to transfer call to senior executive he put my cell on hold and after 6-7 minutes and i talked my problem to that person who they people call supervisor. He is not abel to respond me and asking for time and saying sorry nd sorry again for such problem faced by me.

                          I again call on 1st september no solution about refund

                          I again call on 2nd september still no solution about refund.

                          I again call on 3rd september still they didnt initiate refund.

                          I was on regular follow up still 5th september for refund of my amt as my credit card bills due date is there. Even though they people didn't gave any proper answer they people are only asking for time for initiate refund from my first call 30th august to my last call 5th september 2016.

                            all these case id is about orders which makred as wrong product penalty where as the product was dispatched correct and there was no customer complaint as well, these guys are creating fake stock out transactions as well

                            i have 7+10 days payment cycle and you guys need 3-4 months for reversal so many cases are pending since more than 2 months

                            i have received reply on all these case ids but it doesnt mean its solved, earlier lot of time i was keep getting false promise payment date for example check by yourself in this case id ID: 06343728 suborder id [protected] payment will be done by[protected] to[protected], and in panel till 3 oct transaction have been done still i dont find these transaction or the others
                            for other suborder id they have mention again after 1 months dates, when the return receieved to the seller they deduct the amount quickly fastly in next payment, and when it comes for the reversal snapdeal payment team need 2-3 months and too keep reminding them and requested since 2-3 months, come on is thier any sense ?what these guys are upto ? its clear these guys want to steal the seller money in thier account, i request you to process the payment within 1-2 week, we have many other work as well online and offline, have some decency

                              Hi this is shawangi singh i have bought a phone from ur site but there was a problem so requested for a refounding because i lost my trust from this online platform of yours... I have invested my whole month salary on this phone n got a product from d provider n for a costume front face is snapdeal not anyone ales...
                              After filing for return i received a call from technical check n d guy who came for that he also admitted that there is a heating problem so he gave a latter for the same...
                              Now after 7 long days i'm getting a call that i can not have a money back or replacement... N i have to take that product or may be replica of apple phone back... For me this is some this which is next to impossible n believe me so i have told all this story to consumer court and they said will wait fr 5 days for mail revert or then will send letter to you for this from court. I have send so many mails made so many calls but now enough.
                              On the consequence this my last mail to you... Please look into this n sort out my issue... Kunal bahl, avi, kavya, ruchi, prabhjot, prem all are fraud...

                                  The product i ordered was sony bluetooth head set model-sbh20 stereo bluetooth in ear headset - black-order id - [protected] dt. Wed, 24 aug, 2016 price: rs.2750/-

                                  At morning on[protected] at 9.47 am when the courier person called and came i paid cash however after opening the packet i fond only recharge cable and main product is missing, then i did not signed the courier receipt copy and requested to courier boy chandan das of xpressbees courier to refund the cash, he denied and told me to replace the order.

                                  I was very confident to get the delivery from such reputed concern snapdeal, previously i purchased from you but never faced such situation.

                                  I even visited the courier office but they also told me that they can not do any thing, i have to communicate to you to get it replaced. I several time tried ;helpline phone no [protected] but could not be reached.

                                  Therefore now i am complaining in this forum to resolve the issue.
