Hi Kunal,
i am amazed from your e commerce services following are the scene happened with me :-

1- i ordered the 11 sari for my mom from your revolutionary e-commerce portal snapdeal.
2- i found only one sari is usefull others are used or materials are very cheap and bad even not worthy of 100rs.
3-i have created the return on same day and courier guys picked up the sari one by one i have all the pick up slip given by courier partner nuvoEX.

Result -
0- wasted my time and my mom time and your courier partner.
1- courier partner not update the 3 items with the snapdeal still its showing pickup date is 5th sep and they picked up the items on 2nd sep.
2-complained this with courier and your customer service and they told me its updated and courier partner told me its picked up please contact snapdeal for refund but i found that its not reflected on the website and refund is not initiated so what kind of service is this ? what kind of relationship between courier partner and client or what is this technical glitch?.

Conclusion :-
0- please don't keep the useles seller on you platform.
1-please take care of customer like amazon and flipkart.
2-if you want to create revenue of billions dollar revenue and want to stay in market do something useful for customer because they are your revenue unless you are going to shutdown this after sucking the investors money, .
3- please do something big for customer so that you will make a big brand in the world like amazon .
P.S .
Don't make it snap the customer instead of snap the deal.

    I had ordered this atom on 22 Aug.. They assured one day delivery but I got on 25 Aug.. By 3 days delay I got empty box... I registered complain at snapdeal website instead of help they suspended my account... I have not got my ordered product and have paid for that... They are not cooperating properly at all... I want to take legal action against snapdeal. Please guide me...

      Friends Please don't purchase snapdeal online shopping .
      Company only products selling and selling not returned duplicate selling products.

No isCRP81669825.Your office asked to return the product at your warehoue in Bangalore. I packed the product with all your instruction and send it through DHLBluedart Courier on26/08/2016.I checked the status of my product in courier company and the your office Refused to accept.           The delivered product from Snapdeal "Lapguard Laptop Adapter For Toshiba Satellite PRO S200"has been not delivered as per description, that's why I have cancelled the order twice on snapdeal app & phone also, but still they are not cancelled order within return period. And the Snapdeal customer care phone line not responding regarding complain.
          Kindly register my complain & manage to refund my amount as earlier as possible.

            I have ordered Micromax canvas spark 3 on date 03.08.16 and cancelled the same on 04.08.16.Item was returned to Snapdeal on 16.08.16 by Blue Dart courier.Message of Cancellation request is under process with Ticket Id: 27367125 is displayed on refund tracking status.But till date no refund has been initiated even after lot of calls and mails, no any communication had been done by Snapdeal till date. Fake promises was done by customer care members at each time. Kindly do the needful.

One month is passed away but consignment is not received by snap deal ware house at Bangalore . I requested several times to provide me the detailed of receivers. But snap deal failed to provide. Product is still lying at Bangalore DTDC office Please do the needful, so I can get my refund.

                  I have purchased Blackberry Z30 Mobile from Snapdeal Ecommerce site

                  I have got the Mobile with no seal. Mobile back was dirty and Box was little tampered.

I said all the time I called we have only spoken of refund In your website also I have raise the request for refund and Within 7 days return you have the policy of Refund then why are you suddenly telling me for replacement. After some talk the executive agreed and I have got my refund on 08-09-2016

                      I placed order of Intex Fitrist Health Band - Dark Blue-Qty2 of rs 999 each.
                      ORDER NO: [protected] in May'16
                      When i received both, one was working fine another one was not working properly.
                      i requested for replacement, same was scheduled and replaced.
                      but the replacement product didn't worked properly so i requested for refund.as it was under 7 day return policy was eligible for refund.
                      the refund was initiated earlier but was rejected due to incorrect ifsc code.
                      After few days, i raised a complained that refund has not been received, call centre executive confirmed that we have not received the product for which refund has been raised.
                      i shared the pick up receipt but they are not returning the refund to me, they are sometime telling the payment is through cash on delivery, sometimes updating the product has been tagged to some other sub order id.
                      now finally i received ac all that complaint has been closed as they have not received the faulty product.
                      request your help as product has been received at the warehouse and snapdeal is not returning the refund amount.

                            Order ID: [protected], return ticket : 27816892.
                            no response has been provided as yet, all it says that the quality checked has failed. No refund neither the product nor any response from SD till today.
                            Dropped a mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com but no response.

                            I wonder the kind of quality check snapdeal does as i requested the return on the same day i got it delivered to me because the product was not right in size and quality for me. And, now the customer care is also not working. I am totally out of loop and SD is totally proving to be a bunch of thugs.

                              I have raised a request for returning this product since two days but no one has cone to pick it up from my place, Even i have made so many callsand complaints for this. When i bought this product it was clearly mentioned about 7 day easy return now if i want to return ur team is not providing me this facility. So you are requested to solve this issue and revert me with the solution. And i had a talk with senior executive she was not at all ready to listen my problem bt inspite of that started shouting. She was having a rude and annoying behaviour which is actually not acceptable .
                              The team promised me to revert me in 24 hours bt i didn't receive any call from that side. Kindly solve my issue asap

                                  We have many times complain return or refund in Snapdeal customer care that we have purchased Panasonic mobile handset on Snapdeal and now there is many problem in mobile handset when go to Panasonic service center they repair one times and another times they not provide service and say where you purchased you complaint here and used abused language.And when complaint Snapdeal you also not provide to solve return or refund problem. We also talk to your customer care or senior they not solve my problem only excuse. Panasonic service center not write in letter pad that to not provide service. Panasonic service center but they clearly not provide service and now he say this is not authorities seller. And my warranty expired in after six months.

                                    I have bought Bluestar split AC and it is clearly mentioned on the deal & invoice that installation is free but after delivery the installation person is demanding Rs. 1500/- against the installation... as they are third party vendors and they dont know about the snapdeal offer...

                                    I want to return back the AC and refund the amount but NO feedback from snadeal side...

                                    Once you paid money no body listen you ...

                                    dont buy from sanpdeal ... Amazon is good in return policy and feedback...

                                      Please note ordered a Park avenue grey formal pant on 9 Aug 2016
                                      order I'd:[protected] showing as delivered on 23 Aug but I haven't received the order yet.i dint even got a call saying it will b delivered today or any information regarding address.i just got a message saying will be delivered by Vimal but no contact number.
                                      Please look into it as I already tried contacting Snapdeal but no reply.even dropped the mail through aap but no luck.this is high time I m expecting for a reply.

                                        We purchased 4 items from Snapdeal by using snapdeal coupon worth 2K, and returned 3 items in the month of July 2016, and upon receiving no response about refund we have contacted Snapdeal more than 10 times by now, but still our issue is not resolved every time they provide some incident number but dont know what they do with those incident numbers!. Now they are asking us to contact their vendor "QuickSilver" who is issuing the coupons.
                                        Since we wanted our money back in our account we contacted their vendor also to hear "they cant help in this regard, and contact snapdeal".

                                        We are loosing our valuable time and facing mental harassment every time we call them to get update. Almost 2 months now but no resolution given yet!
