I placed order of Intex Fitrist Health Band - Dark Blue-Qty2 of rs 999 each.
ORDER NO: [protected] in May'16
When i received both, one was working fine another one was not working properly.
i requested for replacement, same was scheduled and replaced.
but the replacement product didn't worked properly so i requested for refund.as it was under 7 day return policy was eligible for refund.
the refund was initiated earlier but was rejected due to incorrect ifsc code.
After few days, i raised a complained that refund has not been received, call centre executive confirmed that we have not received the product for which refund has been raised.
i shared the pick up receipt but they are not returning the refund to me, they are sometime telling the payment is through cash on delivery, sometimes updating the product has been tagged to some other sub order id.
now finally i received ac all that complaint has been closed as they have not received the faulty product.
request your help as product has been received at the warehouse and snapdeal is not returning the refund amount.
