I placed order of Intex Fitrist Health Band - Dark Blue-Qty2 of rs 999 each.
ORDER NO: [protected] in May'16
When i received both, one was working fine another one was not working properly.
i requested for replacement, same was scheduled and replaced.
but the replacement product didn't worked properly so i requested for refund.as it was under 7 day return policy was eligible for refund.
the refund was initiated...

I by mistakely recieved my order which i had cancelled i want to return it...

I have received a used product (lenovo a1000) they will send a used product.
seal is broken inner box product is too old or used.
customer care no receive my call . no reply my mail.
i dont know what to do in this situation.
help me

no response has been provided as yet, all it says that the quality checked has failed. No refund neither the product nor any response from SD till today.
Dropped a mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com but no response.

I wonder the kind of quality check snapdeal does as i requested the return on the same...

I have raised a request for returning this product since two days but no one has cone to pick it up from my place, Even i have made so many callsand complaints for this. When i bought this product it was clearly mentioned about 7 day easy return now if i want to return ur team is not providing me this facility. So you are requested to solve this issue and revert me with the solution. And i had a talk with senior executive...

I have sent my product through professional courier they are giving the courier to the given address but the addresser is refusing to take the courier . Please u contact the courier service or contact the addresser &refund me my rs...

We have many times complain return or refund in Snapdeal customer care that we have purchased Panasonic mobile handset on Snapdeal and now there is many problem in mobile handset when go to Panasonic service center they repair one times and another times they not provide service and say where you purchased you complaint here and used abused language.And when complaint Snapdeal you also not provide to solve return or refund...

I have bought Bluestar split AC and it is clearly mentioned on the deal & invoice that installation is free but after delivery the installation person is demanding Rs. 1500/- against the installation... as they are third party vendors and they dont know about the snapdeal offer...

I want to return back the AC and refund the amount but NO feedback from snadeal side...

Once you paid money no body listen you ......

We purchased 4 items from Snapdeal by using snapdeal coupon worth 2K, and returned 3 items in the month of July 2016, and upon receiving no response about refund we have contacted Snapdeal more than 10 times by now, but still our issue is not resolved every time they provide some incident number but dont know what they do with those incident numbers!. I ordered a redmi note 3(32gb) on prepaid basis and when it came for delivery it was tempered so I rejected the packages and I contacted customer services of snapdeal. They told me to wait till 2 of September to get the refund but on 2 of September at around 10 pm I got mail that the packages was delivered which was send by snapdeal team. 10 days before I buy a Redmile note3 mobile but from beginning it is getting problem. Firstly camera was not working even the battery was not staying for single day, then the touch pad was getting problem. I guess the phone was not original.
