Hi There,

I brought a LED TV on 23rd Aug. Order ID- [protected], Seller- ADITH ELECTRONICS HYD RR_VL-VOI. I wish i could attach the picture here.
item was delivered on 25 and when i opened and plug in the TV, TC screen was damaged so I immediately called customer support and they gave me a promise that item will be Picked up and i will get the refund. I waited for 4 days but still no one came and picked up the item...

I have ordered two skin care products, out of which one is already expired that is of cost Rs 750. Even though its already of no use, I can not return/exchange the same .

Product I have received was already opened and expired, no body will dare to buy product via snap deal. Fraud company.

Snapdeal is unable to track the product delivery even after 7 days of delivery. Their tracking system is neither up to date nor efficient. I want to return an Item and their support team is yet to confirm order delivery.
