I ordered a philips pro skin advanced trimmer qt4005/15 on 30 jul, 2016,
I received the box on aug 6, 2016 by ecom express,
I also ordered a wallet,
The wallet is inside the box but the trimmer is missing, please help me, i tried to call your number +91 [protected] but only ivr speaks, i can't tell them that the trimmer is not inside the box.
Then i received a call from snapdeal asking if i have device has been delivered, i said the trimmer is missing, then they asked me to return the box alone,
I tried to file a return in their order tab and no one has come to pick up the box, i again got a call from snapdeal, i said shall i send the box alone or i need some of your reference number, they said just to call this number +91 [protected], i called this number again and i don't know what happened they closed by return request, i don't know what happened, is this a trick by snapdeal? I want my money back, i paid rs.1439.00, i want my money back. Or i am going to take this seriously and register a complaint with business bureau. Is this how snapdeal runs a business, i never expected this, if i had known this before i would have selected cash on delivery, i had soo much trust on your company so i paid and ordered, return my money back or i am not going to order anything and just going to inform my friends and family not to use snapdeal and going to complaint in business bureau,

Complaint marked as Resolved Refund reached my account, thank you, but do things on time. Please remove the IVR option, we paid some money and we have to speak with someone, not the IVR.

Updated by Press Kumar I received an email from Snapdeal I missed their call, I am really sorry for that, And replied to them back asking them to call me again, they didn't, can you snapdeal guys call me back on the same number ASAP. This is getting very serious.
