10 days before I buy a Redmile note3 mobile but from beginning it is getting problem. Firstly camera was not working even the battery was not staying for single day, then the touch pad was getting problem. I guess the phone was not original. I called snapdeal many times but they simply refuse to take the complain, they said they can do nothing. Even they lied that they sent the person to me but no one came till date. It cost 11999/-. Pls help me as snapdeal is simply cheating me. I tried to Mi company but they said they can do nothing only smart buy can resolve. But smart buy not answering my call.

I wait & after one week checked the status it was showing that the amout has been refunded but actually i have not got any refund.

            call me up, and i get the message that i wasn't available?! and

            I don't want this mobile, camera quality is very poor as described in description it has a 16mp camera but when i have tried this picture quality is so bad even Samsung 5mp camera phone takes better picture than this. i don't want this mobile please take it back.

              Manufacturing defect in the Godrej Safe they delivered to me.. When I placed return, after few hours a message was sent to my mail that Replacement request closed.. After which I called them & again after status was changed to return.. It reverted back with Replacement request closed after few hours..

              Clearly mentioned on the product that 7 day replacement/refund.

              It's a manufacturing Defect, item is not damaged so it's the responsibility of Snapdeal to replace or refund me money. Godrej safe front panel is a inch shorter than other side, so you can't even close it. So kindly provide the expected support and replace my item..

                  Hi There,

                  I brought a LED TV on 23rd Aug. Order ID- [protected], Seller- ADITH ELECTRONICS HYD RR_VL-VOI. I wish i could attach the picture here.
                  item was delivered on 25 and when i opened and plug in the TV, TC screen was damaged so I immediately called customer support and they gave me a promise that item will be Picked up and i will get the refund. I waited for 4 days but still no one came and picked up the item so I had to take the TV by myself and no one was agreed to sent the electronic item. Some how ST courier agreed and sent the item to snap deal ware house and again called customer care who promised that i will get the refund in 2 days.
                  Now I see that they have failed the quality check in without a valid reason and telling me that refund/Placement will not be given.

                  I feal that i've lost my 12500 rs, SO I REQUEST BUYER TO NOT USE SNAPDEAL FOR ANY PURCHAGE, THEY ALL ARE MONEY SUCKER AND THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING. I've called them at least 100 times but still they couldn't process the refund. They don't reply to any of the message you sent from MYHELP section.

                  @SNAPDEAL- if you reading this message then please call and resolve thsi issue as soon as possible.

                        First Nykaa sent two wrong products then the ones originally ordered then they said we will pick it up and release the refund after that. There was a reverse pickup order which had to be picked up on a monday later in the evening I received a message regarding its cancellation. On calling their customer service they said they were sorry and will put a reschedule request for tuesday. On tuesday when I called they said no reschedule request initiated and they said that we will do it asap and they concerned person will definitely come on wednesday. On wednesday i received a message that Jeevan Joshi is out for the pick up and again in the evening i got a message that it has been deferred to the next day. When called they had to reason to give for the same and said positively to be delivered on thursday. On thursday I again receive a message that Jeevan Joshi is out for pickup and on calling I get to know that Jeevan Joshi has no knowledge of the pickup. This is the worst service I have seen from any carrier service. That too connected with such a big brand as Snapdeal such a disgusting service. Not expected at all. I am still waiting for the pickup lord knows when it will be done and when will I recieve the refund from nykaa.

                            I received my product on 25th August 2016 and the next day on 26th August 2016, I ordered for product return. I received a message that the product will be picked up within 1-2 days and everyday morning I am receiving couple of SMS about pickup but till today 31st August 2016 nobody came for pickup.

                            I tried to call the courier person whose numbers are given on the various SMS received by SNAPDEAL but never got any result. I even send mail at "[protected]@snapdeal.com" on 30th August 2016 and [protected]@snapdeal.com on 31st August 2016.

                            We are surprised to know that company like Snapdeal had also started cheap activities like other online companies are doing. It is very disgusting that after giving commitments.

                            One more thing I found that the pickup date is automatically rescheduling without my concerned. On 1st September 2016 the 7 days return policy date will expire.

                            Experience with SNAPDEAL is going worst experience than earlier.

                              Purchase Asus Zenphone 2 Laser 5.5 (16 GB, Octa-core), recieved this mobile on 19th Aug. 2016. After 3-4 days it starts hanging continuously so raised request for replacement. They are not taking back but responds very rudely and replying like did big mistake by purchase the mobile

                                I ordered a philips pro skin advanced trimmer qt4005/15 on 30 jul, 2016,

                                I received the box on aug 6, 2016 by ecom express,

                                I also ordered a wallet,

                                The wallet is inside the box but the trimmer is missing, please help me, i tried to call your number +91 [protected] but only ivr speaks, i can't tell them that the trimmer is not inside the box.

                                Then i received a call from snapdeal asking if i have device has been delivered, i said the trimmer is missing, then they asked me to return the box alone,

                                I tried to file a return in their order tab and no one has come to pick up the box, i again got a call from snapdeal, i said shall i send the box alone or i need some of your reference number, they said just to call this number +91 [protected], i called this number again and i don't know what happened they closed by return request, i don't know what happened, is this a trick by snapdeal? I want my money back, i paid rs.1439.00, i want my money back. Or i am going to take this seriously and register a complaint with business bureau. Is this how snapdeal runs a business, i never expected this, if i had known this before i would have selected cash on delivery, i had soo much trust on your company so i paid and ordered, return my money back or i am not going to order anything and just going to inform my friends and family not to use snapdeal and going to complaint in business bureau,

                                  I receive it today on 31/8/2016 after open i found that the material is not same as i booked and the material is old and damaged. Now snapdeal.com is refusing to refund or replace the material. When it was booked then the commitment was with replace or refund, they send me a damage materiel and refusing to replace.

                                  Now the are playing a new game with me. The game is they are sending me the same product as a name of replacement and force me to pay Rs 1822 more though I have already paid Rs 1272. Then where is replacement, what is the meaning of replacement . IT IS A CHEATING SITE.

                                    I had ordered 4 headsets in snapdeal on 25th July and 4 was cancelled but only 3 headsets amount was refunded to my account another one headset amount Rs.679 was not refunded to my account. complaint raised few days before but still no response.

                                    The order id is [protected] so get refunded the amount quickly as much as possible. It make two delay from july 25th to still now. Kindly get resolve the issues and refund it to my account. Thanks

                                      I requested a replacement because the wrong earphones were sent and now it's replaced with the same thing! Is this a joke for snapdeal? The first picture of a screenshot is what i ordered. And the 2nd picture of the box is what i got.
                                      Can you see the difference in the print? I specifically mentioned this during the replacement call. I got the same thing again.

                                        Received another email with delivery to be around 4 august 2016
                                        (No emails or updates to confirm any delivery/ no number to contact or real time status)

                                        8 august 2016
                                        Partial delivery received finally!
                                        2 chairs received
                                        Single order for 3 chairs/ but only 2 delivered
                                        No update on arrival of third chair
                                        (Third employee should probably stand and work?)

                                        Booked a return on grounds as specified by snapdeal terms
                                        Damaged goods
                                        Wrong quantity

                                        13 august
                                        Received call that they cannot process return and threatened that we should accept the third chair as
                                        And when it arrives! (Wow)
                                        Received mail that they cannot process a return

                                        15 aug. Promise to take back damaged chairs within 2 days (Nothing happened)

                                        18 aug promise to take back damaged chairs within 1 day (Nothing happened)

                                        19 aug again promise!!! To take back damaged chairs within 2 days (Nothing happened)

                                        20 aug asked me to courier if snapdeal wont able to pick it up by 22 aug. (Breach of terms & condition)

                                        22 aug. "senior executive" call to say pick up will be arranged but no date can be confirmed and earlier pickup schedules were fake.

                                        No response after this.

                                        Important points to note
                                        The chairs are refurbished and not brand new
                                        Rejected item was not picked up within 48 hours not even processed
                                        Snapdeal staff was extremely rude on call
                                        Snapdeal coercing customer to accept partial order whenever it arrives!
